#Resident Evil Portal AU

Remember how before I went to sleep I mentioned how much I love Portal? Yeah so I'm combining my hyperfixations and making Resident Evil think with portals.

This is under a readmore because I'm going to ramble okay thanks.

I think I mentioned once in tags from a post but I used to roleplay on tumblr, don't much anymore beyond @we-are-in-the-fog yaknow? Yeah well I still do privately with my husband and like nobody else so he gets the full force of my wacky AU ideas there (Villain Leon for example, and now Umbrella being Aperture Science) so because of that I get to really think about these ideas and test them by another person!

I sort of thought of this AU idea on a whim but basically Umbrella is Aperture or at least it's the stand-in since they both do wacky shit that isn't necessarily humane yaknow? So then that brings us to a divide.

In general with Portal I don't think we actually 100% know the identity of Glados beyond theories (unless this is just the canon and I'm dumb) but like fanbase wise Glados tends to be theorized as the wife of Cave Jhonson that they put into a computer so she would never die and Chel people think is their daughter? Which I mean I agree but man is the lore and theories for 2007 & 2011 shaky at best.

Taking that idea and running with it there's two diverging paths I can't decide on:

A) Claire and Chris were sent on a mission to the facility to stop some experiments they were running only for Chris to die and Claire to be turned effectively into our Glados here, though more of a human body than the original of course. Claire despite her sweet and gentle nature would have been hurt, scared, and pretty fucked up from being experimented with to make her into a half-machine and so after obtaining something to ensure her own safety she flooded the lab with neurotoxins to prevent the scientists from hurting her or anyone else further. In this process though someone manages to flip an emergency switch that would force Claire to act as Glados does, sending subjects through tests even well after all of the scientists are gone as well as making anyone who should come to try and save her into a test subject.

B) Wesker taking the position as big boss, because I refuse to agree that he's canonically dead, finds out Ada was playing double agent and makes her become our half-machine Glados stand in this time, Ada being a strong, firey, and resourceful woman would try her hardest to rebel and escape before similar to Claire ensuring her safety and setting off the toxins, only for the same emergency switch to subdue her and make her a testing drone.

You see how it's hard to decide between ideas lol they're both cool as fuck to me, and then you might ask "who's the Chel stand in then?"

Leon.

Hear me out because obviously I'm not using the family dynamic thing just the human turned robot for science thing. Leon is a strong resourceful and sometimes smart guy, it's why he's an agent in the first place. Regarding both ideas up top he also has slight differences too!

A) He was sent to search for Chris and Claire early on, and upon arriving and looking for them he was knocked out and registered as a test subject. He was put into a sleep stasis like many other subjects and when the supply of humans finally ran out he was pulled from his slumber for testing launching us into a very sleepy and disoriented Leon with slight amnesia running through these tests until he could find and rescue Claire at the end.

B) in this scenario it's not like he would know Ada is there to save so he would be going to investigate the facility on government orders, searching the building until he reaches a point where he's again knocked out, same situation after as above but this time he's saving Ada in the end right?

And then this raises even MORE PROBLEMS because the ending of Portal 1 Chel is launched out of the lab after destroying Glados and the both of them are dragged back inside for more. This one is easy to fix, Leon and whatever girl he saved try to leave and get pulled back, whatever, that's fine. But then the biggest problem for addressing portal 2...

Wheatley.

I love him so much, him and SpaceCore are my favorite characters, but shit if I don't know what character to put in his shoes. Because the problem here is he's a personality core that was supposed to be part of Glados which makes me lean to Chris because in the Claire situation it works with same blood but then Wheatley is also a friendly idiot for most of the game and Chris is anything but. Besides that also doesn't work out for the Ada s8de of things because I can't think of anyone for her unless I just kinda...keep Wheatley? Like just keep him as a character but just like. Human Wheatley as if he was supposed to be an assistant for the girls but was kind of put away into a sleep because he was a failure? Honestly I don't know. That has me stumped. Everything else feels solid though.

Jazz dismissed herself from the rest of the group, fingers tightening on the strap of the bag on her shoulder. Jason's eyes trailed after her as she made her escape from the group, concerned.

"So, how about we get to that shooting competition that we shelved earlier this week?" Danny asks Jason and Ellie.

"Hell yeah, that sounds awesome, I've been practicing with Dante's help!" Ellie exclaimed. "We should probably change first though, last one to the training grounds has to give Cujo a bath in his huge form!" With that she sped down the halls towards the family residence halls.

"Well you heard her, you can navigate the castle enough to get there yourself right?"

"Yeah I can figure it out, you got some guns I can use though?" Jason asked.

Danny grinned, though there was something sad in his eyes. "Yeah, our parents were inventors and until they realized that ghosts aren't inherently evil they made weapons. I'll show you when we get there, see ya in a bit." He vanished from sight, presumably to go change.

Jason jogged through the castle, resigning himself to losing the race considering the two he was racing could fly at high speeds. He changed into his Hood gear and jogged his way to the training ground where it looked like Ellie and Danny were in a snark-off with each other by the targets.

Danny noticed his first and flagged him down. He led him to a building next to the targets and stepping inside Jason had to tuck in the back of his mind that the parents of the Royal family were mad scientists who saw the aesthetics of 1950's sci-fi and stuck with it. Gleaming chrome with green accents shone from the displays on the walls and from the display cases throughout the room. There were bazookas, sniper rifles, hand guns, a cat-o-nine-tails, and a vacuum all along the walls. In the display cases were tubes of lipstick, bracelets, small rods, grenades etc.

"What's with the lipstick?" he asked Danny.

"Oh, they're lasers. Same with the bracelets. This rod extends into a quarterstaff, this rod has a taser at either end. These grenades form a small portal to a random point in the Realms, these ones stun most ecto-entities." As Danny kept going on about what everything in here does, he would add in little anecdotes about how strong each weapon hits a ghost and it was starting to set Jason on edge.

"How often have you gotten hit with these?" Jason asks levelly.

Danny just shrugged. "Honestly not all that often outside of training, my dad was a bad shot and I mostly managed to dodge my mom. Honestly Jazz is the one who hit me the most when she was still learning combat. She also caught me in the Thermos many, many times." He shivered at the memory.

"Excuse me, thermos?" His previous rage was knocked away at the ridiculousness of the statement.

"Oh yeah, when we were still on Earth I had to capture the ghosts and put them back into the Realms. My parents would build things out of whatever we had when their grants started to run out and so they made the thermos as a capturing device. It didn't work at first, I think it needed more ectoplasm than they had access to because it worked after I charged it with energy. When I found out Jazz knew about me being part-ghost, she ended up trying to join us in taking out the ghosts. It...did not go too well." He rubbed the back of his neck and looked down. "There was a lot of miscommunication, she wasn't listening to us even though we had experience, and we weren't listening to her thoughts on what a specific ghost was up to. She caught me six times that first night I think." He laughed a little. "Eventually we got on the same page and she started training and actually listening to us and we all became stronger for it."

Jason nodded along to the story, glad for more information on the dynamics of the family he's technically at the mercy of right now. He gestured to a pair of pistols on the wall. "Let's get this competition underway, huh?"

Danny smiled at him. "Yeah, let's get to that."

"About time you guys came out here. Let's do this!" Ellie exclaimed when they exited the building. Now that Jason had time to look, he noticed that Ellie was dressed like you would imagine a nomad during the apocalypse would look. She had jeans covered in band patches and other patches and embroidery. She wore battle vest covered in more patches and pins with spikes on the shoulders and a breastplate with the same D-shaped logo Danny had etched into the front of it messily. She had fabric scraps wrapped around her arms under armguards and steel capped boots. Her fingerless gloves also had metal spikes on the knuckles. She also had a pair of aviation goggles over her eyes.

"Well now I definitely need to introduce you to Kon. He's also a superpowered clone who appreciates the Punk culture."

"Really? Hell yeah, that sounds awesome. Hopefully we find your dimension soon then!" They all lined up at the targets. "Now let's see what you can do Lover Boy." She smirked at him.

Jason did his best to not blush. "I'm not gonna push my feelings at your sister. Plus, we barely know each other." He readied himself to shoot, and the competition was off. They all shot true for the short range targets and moved to larger ranges. Ellie misjudged the power on her blast and blew the target apart and Danny sneezed when he fired. Jason was getting used to the fact there was no recoil on these guns as they were energy pistols, but quickly adapted. Once they got bored of stationary targets they moved to skeet shooting and they ended up playing around for a few hours at that before the guns ran out of charge and the two ghosts were starting to get tired.

They all went and changed for dinner where they met Jazz again. She was faintly glowing yellow, her eyes had more flecks of golden light swirling in them and the tips of her hair seemed to be blowing in an unseen breeze. Danny didn't seem to be bothered by the change and took his seat at her right, Ellie next to him, though she looked a bit concerned. Jason took his seat at Jazz's left and Danny began chattering away at Jazz about their afternoon.

"Jason's a pro with the pistols, we'll have to test him against you sometime and see who's better." Danny grinned, all teeth and a spark in his eye. "You're training tomorrow right? You two should spar!"

Jazz and Jason looked at each other and caught each other's eye. After a moment they both turned appraising the other, sizing up their opponent. Jazz grinned. "I think that can be arranged. I do have a meeting with some of the yeti scholars looking into the binding in the afternoon, but my morning will be training yes." She held out her hand to shake Jason's. "Do we have an accord?"

Jason grinned back and clasped her hand, giving it a firm shake. "I can't wait."

Reference sheets for the Mystery Twins in my evil Ford AU, also now known as Malum!AU

My evil Ford AU, which I referenced in one of my last posts, is an AU where Stanford actually succeeds in building the portal despite Fiddleford’s warnings. Bill manages to manipulate Ford into continuing the portal, as Canon!Bill tried, except this time Bill manages to succeed and creates a streak of vengeance within Ford, built by his muse. As a result, Weirdmageddon happens much earlier than canon. Bill, delighted by Ford’s help and endeavors to rule the entire universe, gives Ford god-like powers and protection of his family. I call this AU the Malum!AU.

Ford still sends the postcard to Stanley right before Bill begins terrorizing the rest of the world outside Gravity Falls. When Stanley does come, the two of them begin to argue because Stanley refuses to join Ford, and thinks that Bill has corrupted his twin brother’s mind and has made him power hungry— especially for vengeance. He does not understand why Ford would trust a demon who wants to potentially commit mass genocide and ruin their world. Ford wanted to protect Stanley in the first place, but when Stanley refuses to enjoy the fruits of Ford’s labor, Bill recounts his deal with Ford on protecting his family. The only way to force Stanley to be with Ford in Gravity Falls while simultaneously being out of harms way was to trap him in a bubble, much like Canon!Mabel but under extremely different circumstances.

Bill does trap Stanley in the bubble, which Ford hesitantly approves. They are separated for 30 years this way, but Ford convinced himself that it is a good thing: Stanley is out of harms way, does not argue against Bill (which he definitely would, and things would get nasty) and is also safe and happy. For a while, at least.

The bubble is also a way for Bill to watch Stanley as well. Not because he cares, but keeping Stanley in the bubble means keeping him away from Bill himself. In my AU, the zodiac would work against Bill. So if he does get betrayed, there is no way to actually utilize the Zodiac. Malum!Bill has also looked at various dimensions, and in almost all of them, Stanley defeats him. It is safe to say that the biggest threats to Bill are officially neutralized.

So yadda yadda, Bill gets the equation because Ford willingly gives it to him and continues to unleash Weirdmageddon on the rest of the world. A dimension conquered.

30 years later the twins come up. The Pines Family is especially protected and Dipper and Mabel grow up safely in Piedmont, although their personalities are largely the same, they have grown accustomed to the oddities of their world. The twins are sent that summer to Gravity Falls, yadda yadda, essentially Gravity Falls is the only safe place in the entire world besides where the Pines family resides. It is “normal” in the way the sky isn’t red and people aren’t starving from an apocalypse, as Ford had made a deal with Bill to protect his family and the town of Gravity Falls which he had grown close to.

Dipper and Mabel are given new forms and abilities by their dear “Grunkle Bill,” and are not entirely sure how to react to the triangle who has caused so much demise. Nevertheless they do warm up to their Grunkle Ford, and shenanigans ensue as the twins explore the town just as canon. Although, both twins are very skeptical on Bill himself as well as his relationship with their Grunkle Ford.

I want to talk more about Dipper and Mabel on a separate post since this has gotten pretty long, so stay tuned for that. Also my brain is half empty right now lol

Question for Portal!Resident Evil AU

Would Heisenberg work better as Wheatley or Glados because Ethan is gonna be Chell

Why Heisenberg works as Glados;

- Both Heisenberg and Caroline were experimented against their will and turned into someone they can barely recognize anymore in the name of some sort of project

- If Heisenberg is Glados, he gets put into something stupid like a potato or something and he does the whole “you and me Ethan!” Schtick while maybe in like a little calculator or something.

- Heisenberg talking to Ethan over the intercom while Ethan is doing tests

- Heisenberg singing Want You Gone after he gives Ethan his freedom and because Ethan made him feel things and he didn’t like it (and also the irony of Heisenberg realizing killing Ethan is too much work and just lets him out)

- Heisenberg singing Still Alive

- Chelldos and Wintersberg Parallels

- All the dialogue for him as Glados would be funny to write

Only drawback being that I dunno who would be Wheatley (maybe Moreau?) but-

- Ethan and Heisenberg making a deal to work together to earn their freedom

- Heisenberg ending up betraying Ethan once he got power is probably more in line with his canon character

- Lady D can be Glados instead

- Wheatley & Glados and Lady D & Heisenberg parallels

- Hijinks of Ethan and Heisenberg just destroying Lady D’s stuff

- Lady D and Ethan team up and Lady D is put in something like a potato (Which is something Heisenberg would do, lets be real)

- Wheatley and Heisenberg already have pretty similar goals with wanting to earn freedom

- Heisenberg gets sent into Space forever with Moreau who takes the place of Space Core

- Heisenberg apologizing to Ethan in space because he kinda became the thing he hated and tried to put Ethan in a similar position he was in thanks to the euphoria responses

BUT its sorta out of character to imagine Heisenberg being built to be stupid or some other demeaning purpose and not knowing how to operate a SCIENCE FACILITY made up of MACHINERY and TECH (Edit: I guess there’s the possibility of Heisenberg just going wild with power and it overwhelms the facility, but I dunno)

If anybody has any ideas for Heisenberg as either Glados or Wheatley please tell me

a dreamtale au (words colour-coded for easier reading)

Nightmare eats the apples and the tree dies, Dream gets turned to stone, and Nightmare goes out into the multiverse, hundreds years later Dream emurges and goes looking for his brother.

the big difference? Nightmare is the doe eyed optimist and Dream is the shut in cynic. Nightmare insists upon playing with the villiagers, despite how much they hate him, they only play with him because Dream threatens to leave and take his powers with him. Dream would 100% leave the tree for dead, nothing is more important to him than his brother, if only Nightmare could see that they only stand him to get Dream's positivity.

so the apple incident. Nightmare is chilling under the tree, Dream went off foraging, everyone is sick of this little kid that brings negativity everywhere he goes annoying them, so they plan on getting rid of him and kidnapping Dream. Nightmare begs and pleads for mercy and kindness, he calls for help but nobody came. so he did the one thing he wasn't allowed to do; he ate the apples. Dream comes just too late, finding his little brother with black stuff pooring out of his eye sockets. Nightmare's corruption furthers, tentacles ensue, and people either attempt to run, or attack, he shouts for them to leave him alone, his power reaches out and kills everyone around him, except Dream. Dream isn't scared of his brother, he is scared FOR him. he attempts to approach him and calm him, but Nightmare starts crying from the pain, how overwhelming it all is, or from what he's done dream doesn't know. but Nightmare screams for him to stay away so he wouldn't hurt his brother too, but all that does is start the petrification. Nightmare desperately tries to stop it, but his efforts mean nothing. all Dream does is reassure him, telling them it would all be okay. as he is fully turned to stone his eyes are full of tears but there is a smile on his face, Nightmare is the only one who ever got to see it.

after his brother was petrified, Nightmare sat at the dead trunk of the tree and cried for a bit, wanting to get away. and he accidentally opened a portal to killer's AU. (this was cause killer was feeling the same thing deep down; wanting to escape his empty home and be free of his sins) so he HELPS killer and promises to help him and look after him like Dream did. over the time of Dream being stone, he recruits the gang (killer, horror, dust, cross WHO IS VERY IMPORTANT, and kinda error) and ink, blue, red, and core are trying to stop them cause they are spreading negativity and harassing AU residents. Nightmare only needs the general balance to be maintained, but sometimes he doesn't tell them that there is too much negativity cause he hopes that if there is more positivity Dream will wake up again and he can apologise for all he's done (he hasn't done anything wrong) and be with his brother again. the gang are like his little brothers, he learns how Dream felt when they were kids. he has to tell them how to care for themselves, not kill each other, not destroy the castle, and to leave the au residents alone (they won't, they think it's fun) the castle still exists, they found an au that error had cleaned out of residents, but ink stopped him from totally destroying, and Nightmare created them a home where they would all be safe, happy, accepted and loved.

Ink and core where there when Dream woke up. Dream imediately was on the offensive, questioning who they were and where is brother was. they told him their version of the story, how he was terrorising the multiverse and evil. dream did not believe this for a second. the last golden apple was at his feet, it had been there for centuries, Nightmare refused to touch it as he had killed all the others and hoped its proximity to dream would allow it to last. Dream took and ate the apple, seeing no point in keeping it since their world was already dead. he gained his basic powers, altough his little stick is much more of a bo staff. Dream was dragged to the omega timeline and begged to help them stop his brother, he remained cold and refused to do anything they said, he only broke once he realised if he joins them he can find his brother easier, he didn't care if his brother MAGICALLY decided to take over the entire multiverse, his brother deserved it for all the shit he went through. he tolerated core, grew to find ink endearingly chaotic, (he even got Dream to chuckle a few times) and he appricated blue and his optimism, it reminded him of the brother he was desperately missing. Dream basically used blue as a replacement Nightmare for all of the nights they spent apart, he smiled in blue's precence sometimes, accepted and gave him physical affection, and called him affectionate nicknames.

when the two finally do meet on the battle field, Dream is relieved to see his brother is alive and well, but Nightmare is TERRIFIED. he thinks Dream is here to hurt him for everything since he's with the people who have been attacking him and his friends. (Although they wouldn't attack if his pals actually listened to him for once) Nightmare keeps running, anytime he sees Dream on the stars' side, he runs back home and ends up hiding in his corner in the library and sobbing. he feels so guilty and sad and scared. meanwhile Dream is distressed that he keeps failing to reach his brother in time. Dream trains to be more athletic in hopes of catching his brother before he disappears into his own world again. he also blames the stars for his brother fleeing at every interaction.

once they do talk, it's a lot of crying and Dream gets to finally hug his brother again and reassure him he's there for him and always loved him, and would never hurt him. it's kinda like a spin on the entire multiverse knowing Nightmare is gone and Dream is in denial, instead everyone else is just ignoring what Nightmare has to say and profiling him like the villagers did, and Dream is the only one who actually wants to listen and help his brother feel better.

perhaps Dream would be a couple/few years older than Nightmare too.

might make this a proper fanfic, wish i could draw cause i would love to make art of these boys.

Faeries

first faeries were created from the purest kernels of magic

physical appearance ranges from almost human-like features to having animalistic features like horns, tails, wings, scales, etc.

every faerie possesses at least a small affinity for healing magic, if nothing else

their power elements are usually nature-inclined but some tend to deviate towards the 'unnatural' elements

every faerie can sense at least someone with similar magic as themselves

some faeries possess an animal form, which differentiates from faeries who are shapeshifters and can wear any skin

all faeries possess better senses than humans- which includes heightened vision, hearing, and smell

a few faeries that share darkling blood may possess darkling characteristics as well- physical or magical

Darklings

first darklings were created from the darkest (but not evil) kernels of magic

physical appearance is just like faeries- what sets them apart is the darkness of their aura and magic

but dark does not mean evil- just like all darklings are not inherently evil, all faeries are not inherently 'good' as well

also possess healing magic

their power elements are usually the 'darker' aspects of nature, hence more dangerous than faeries but that's debatable as well

just like faeries have elemental magic, darklings also possess elemental magic but their difference is in their wielding techniques

most of them can shapeshift into animals

also possess heightened senses but they can sense danger better, and can sense the unnatural better than faeries

their wings usually resemble bat wings

High Healers

the elite class of healers who work for the royal courts and reside in the castles to serve their ruler

they are usually born with major healing magic which is why they choose to excel in this field

however, someone with another elemental magic but a good affinity for healing may also choose to direct their energy and power to become a healer

usually rely on their magic but also depend on natural remedies

make sure the course of nature is not changed as they heal

create the medical records for the library

some work solely for research and advancement in the field

when healing is their major focus, they can sense ailments and disorders

can 'unheal' as well but that's the dark side of their magic

The Panthers of Soca

ancient creatures, forgotten with time

helped in the creation of faeries and darklings, raised the first of them as well

strive for balance and harmony in nature to maintain the natural time flow

can travel between dimensions through portals

speak a language that is no longer understood by anyone but themselves (except the 'bridge')

shifted to Mirinae but in an alternate dimension, way before faeries ever shifted to that same planet

appearance is feline with yellow or green eyes that often glow, wings huge and either batlike or with feathers, pointy claws and tail. often possess scaly skin

their dimension is mostly smoke and ruins and they feed on the energy of the nature itself- they're immortal

if someone messes up with the flow of nature, it is their job to make things right and choose the best possible path for the future

Mirinae [Geography]

[parts of worldbuilding were inspired by Dreamcatcher's Deja Vu!]

As of the first book in this series, Mirinae dates to be only two decades old since fairies started inhabitating in it.

The planet Mirinae was made to look as much like planet Earth as possible, with its geography and land and seas and oceans, lakes and rivers, the plants and animals, the weather, etc.

The technology is mostly magic-fueled hence lack of pollution.

There are 4 continents- Aries, Scorpio, Leo-Gemini and CaLiSa. Fomalhault is considered more of an island than a continent.

There are 7 kingdoms named after the stars of the princes and the princess. The Kingdom of Aries is shared by Seonghwa and Yunho. The Kingdom of Gemini is split into two states- Castor and Alhena- for Yeosang and his twin.

There are 7 seas named after the birthstones of the princes and the princess (ex. diamond for seonghwa and yunho). The stones can be found reflecting in the sea.

There 2 rivers in Mirinae- one in the Kingdom of Scorpio called River Noor (meaning 'light') and the other flowing through the three kingdoms in CaLiSa called River Al Ard (meaning 'of earth').

There is only one desert which is in the Kingdom of Fire, stretching from Denebola to Algieba.

There are 3 mountain ranges- one in Bharani in Kingdom of Aries, one in the Kingdom of Scorpio stretching from Jabbah to Antares, and one situated where the three kingdoms in CaLiSa meet. Bharani hosts the highest mountain range.

There is one volcano range in a small island near Regulus in the Kingdom of Leo.

There are 2 suns in Mirinae- the purple sun often called the moon by the Princes and the orange sun. The orange sun resembles the sun from planet Earth and it shines during the day but dims during the night, letting the purple 'moon' take over and cast a purple but dark glow in the sky

The weather is controlled by a group of faeries in every kingdom specifically working to maintain a suitable climate for their kingdom.

Currently, the animals and birds inhabiting the planet were 'exported' or manufactured from the planet Earth.

Mirinae [Magic and Facts]

Apart from the major 9 elements of Dark, Light, Water, Space, Spirit, Earth, Fire, Air and Nature, there are a number of 'minor' elements and powers unique to their users.

Among them are shapeshifters who can shift into any skin, healers whose sole purpose is to heal through a variety of means, etc.

Reproduction/fertility rate is low for faeries compared to humans.

A daughter is rare. Identical twins even rarer. Fraternal even more. Fraternal with one son and daughter? Rarest.

The royals who hold power over one element hold a wide range of magical variety, some of which is left unexplored too.

Darklings are dark in nature but not necessarily evil, though they have no one but themselves to blame over their bad reputation.

Each of the castle built for the royals is unique to them in its decor and layout, reflecting the vibe of the owner and containing secret passages and rooms known only to the owner and their trusted few.

The system of monarchy currently runs the planet but rebel groups exist as well.

Much of the court system and laws are influenced from humans though some laws are unique to the faerie-kind. For example, necromancy is forbidden and punishable according to the gravity of the crime as judged by the courts created to deal with this nature of crime.

The currency is gold, silver and bronze coins and is universal.

All faeries are considered to be equal despite their age, gender or position. However, discrimination may occur at certain ocassions (turns out faeries aren't all that different than humans).

The favoured means of travels is through carriages or animals mixed with a little magic to increase efficiency.

Communication occurs the same- fire letters, water messages, telepathic signals.

Educational institutes are found in every city with studies focused on magic related subjects, history, running-the-kingdom politics, etc.

Again, most educational, religious and cultural aspects the faeries brought to this planet are the ones they once shared with humans since two decades ago, faeries, darklings and humans coexisted on planet Earth. But in the end, the faeries unite because for their existence, they have to depend on each other and function as one, putting aside any differences.

Naturally, the languages are human as well, depending on the faeries birthplace, but the faeries are able to understand a multitude of languages through magic.

Original Dimension - the time-space the story takes place, the 'real' time-flow

Alternate Dimension - a layer over the original dimension with different time-space properties

The 'Other' Dimension - The one Yeosang and the royals casually refer to when they address the dimension of Yeosang's domain, the one where souls come to before moving on or deciding to stay

Portal - a gateway to a different time-space, where one or both could vary

Anti-nature - the term ateez use to refer to Gaeul's magic that literally seems like anti-nature since it turns into ash and does worse than kill now, even burning souls and sucking life out of the living things

Anti-magic - another term ateez used bc they're confused lol

Black hole - a mass of energy created due to an event that does not flow in its original time-space flow occurs

'Glitch in the matrix' - an irregular occurence

'Water has memories' - a 'vague' concept of certain memories linking to the water bodies they occur in so they can be accessed by other water users

Yin-yang bloodline - the prestiged bloodline of Nature users, kept secret. They are able to access an element other than their original nature element, usually earth since it's the closest in its properties. Some can access even 2 more. The yin-yang users can connect with their soulmates to access their element as well.

Cold fire - perhaps an element of its own, resembling fire in its original plasmic state and ice in its colder temperatures. Can burn like fire but with its extreme cold temperatures. Can also manifest as ashes resembling snowflakes

I am willing to write both OC/Canon and OC/OC ships, as well as MxF, FxF, and MxM ships. I only write Canon/Canon ships in double-up situations if they're what you desire!

I am more than okay with writing poly ships as long as you're willing to do the same for me.

I am a master at doubling up. Seriously, it's my specialty! Come at me with all your craziest ideas. I adore hearing about OCs and their unique stories. I put the same amount of energy into both threads when doubling. I ask you do the same.

When doubling, I am more than happy to write anyone for you in return as long as they are not someone I'm wanting. Doubling is not necessary if you'd just like to write a canon character.

I have no problem doubling up in another fandom as long as I am familiar with the source material!

My writing style is literate to adv. literate. On average, I write roughly three to six paragraphs in a post. I do tend to do a lot more when writing starters or when the scene calls for it, and I can do less.

was thinking about evil (nightmare realm snake vessel) ford again

so, here’s the thing: his story already had an end. it ends when his brother manages to ‘kill’ him

but we were thinking. what if that wasn’t the end? what if that was just the start of act 2?

the story we’ve got for act 2 currently does not have an end, but here’s what it does have (anything we said occurred after ford’s death prior to this post has been retconned):

(under cut)

-the dimension ford was killed in was a very snowy and cold and permanently night one. stan props his brother up against one of the few trees in the area (are they trees? he feels like they shouldn’t be able to survive here with sunlight, especially with their lack of any leaves. a really long winter maybe?) and then chooses to freeze to death beside him

-they’re found and brought to a sort of makeshift hospital specifically for treating alternate fords and stans, and occasionally some others. the staff are all trained very well (residents of care dimensions, quite a few of them!) and they have some damn good treatments and equipment available to them. they still fight over who actually started the hospital sometimes, but no matter! there’s patients to treat!

-first up: stan never got around the dying part. they treat his hypothermia and he makes a good steady recovery (at least in that regard)

-‘well, they brought a dog back to life. how hard’s a human?’ not hard enough for them to fail at it apparently, cause they manage to revive ford and even treat him with a solution that promotes regeneration around the. y’know. open skull wound

-ford does some. shenanigans (his body violently rejects the foreign biomaterial the nm snake took + he has a very *in depth* conversation with a screwdriver about the importance of making sure nothing remains of the snake living in your head before you heal the giant pit in it)

-he’s fine in the end. stan finds a baseball hat in the building and gives it to ford so his freshly fractured skull feels less vulnerable. ford appreciates it

-they meet two other fords while they wait for un-evil ford to recover enough to leave. one of them is there for damage in both eyes due to possession from bill (how do you have so much blood, the staff asked him when he first came in. not exactly a good sign) and the second is there for an illness he contracted in the multiverse that doesn’t exist in any earth dimensions. unrelated to this au, but these two become friends and end up traveling together once they both get to leave. they have a good time for the most part

-the stan twins become portal stans! hopefully nothing goes wrong-

-the snake survived ford’s semi-death and built a new body for itself using scraps it’s collected from other fords. y’know that one game with the wolves that have human hands and arms coming out of their mouths? yeah it’s sorta like that, but with a lot more limbs and eyes everywhere. it didn’t care about trying to make itself look appealing, it’s changed its strategy!

-no longer does it manipulate and mimic its way to getting the energy it needs. now it prefers to more so literally crash into a party because it sensed all the tell-tale signs of a ford being in there, b-line it for the guy as soon as its shaken the wall bits out of itself, start eating him, stop to hiss a few times at the stan beating it over the head with a shotgun in an attempt to make it back off enough to shoot it, and then leave without saying goodbye

-the portal stans are trying to stay out of it, but the thing keeps showing up to the same dimensions as them and it’s getting annoying. they came to have a nice meal in this diner, not to have to immediately leave because there’s a creacher wreaking havoc and eating the patrons’ food in the background now

Improper Disposal AU

Post-Canon Epic Mickey story idea where Wapeach (the actual scrapped version from the Nintendo Archive Leaks (at least I think she was part of that whole deal. could be misremembering)) somehow becomes a resident of Wasteland despite not being in any way connected to Disney, and this sets events into motion that will change Wasteland forever.

She ends up landing on the far side of Mickeyjunk Mountain instead of whatever the equivalent to Disneyland's main entrance is like everyone else, probably due to the whole "actually from Nintendo" thing. Oswald's Card Guards alert him about the situation and he heads over to greet her and bring her over to Wasteland Proper, both because he makes sure to give every newly arrived Forgotten Toon a warm welcome (and an explanation of what's happened to them) and because there's no way he's letting a kid wander around lost in a literal pile of garbage any longer than he has to.

Of course, when he actually gets there he has to contend with a short-tempered, egotistical brat with an axe almost as big as her superiority complex. Doesn't change the goals but it does change the gameplan.

He does eventually calm her down enough to explain to her exactly where she is and why she's there, teach her how to use the Projector Screen portals (luckily since she was supposed to be a Mario character she picks up the platforming quick), and give her a tour of Ostown and Mean Street. Then they try to figure out where she's going to live now that she's there, but with her rather unpleasant personality and a sort of Off-ness about her compared to everyone else due to the whole "from a different company" thing, it doesn't exactly go well.

Eventually she blows her top, causes some property damage, declares that she'll make everyone sorry for rejecting her (technically they haven't (well, most of them), but she's a kid and she's been scrapped twice. she really doesn't take it well when she thinks she's being rejected or ignored), and runs back to Mickeyjunk to hide from Oswald (who is understandably worried about her) and find a good spot to build an Evil Lair.

So now Wasteland has a preteen D-list supervillain. Joy.

Anyway, a few misadventures later she's got this nagging feeling that something's missing (you know, besides all the obvious stuff) and ends up remembering that she was supposed to be teamed up with Wario and Waluigi. Obviously, the real deals aren't an option, so she gets inspiration from Oswald's Animatronic versions of Mickey's friends, hunts down and dismantles some of the local Beetleworx so she can reverse-engineer them (both Wario and Waluigi are pretty good with machines, I thought it would make sense if she was too). The result is robotic versions of Wario and Waluigi she calls "Nontendroids." Nontendroid Wario's main "not quite Wario) features are that he has a big tire instead of legs and big hydraulic forearms, while Nontendroid Waluigi's are a blunt claw for a left hand and an extra pair of long retractable bare-metal appendages that stick out of his back and can have pretty much any tool you can think of attached to the ends. Just like the Animatronics, they act pretty much exactly like their real-life templates (though with some added behaviors based on their status as robots and the new abilities that provides).

Anyway, this is all leading to a Big Event, the kind of Big Event that Mickey would come back over to help with, but this is what you get for now because it's 5 am and I'm tired.

In the land of Hyrule, a new evil threatens the delicate balance of nature. Creaty(Link):

The hero of this tale, Creaty is a warrior chosen by the elements themselves. Locations

Zephyris Isle:

A majestic sky island suspended above Hyrule, home to the Temple of the Elements, where the purest elemental forces reside. The island is said to be the birthplace of the elements themselves, and it serves as the connection point between Hyrule and the skies. It is also the last defense against the corruption of Barukan, and Creaty must protect it at all costs.

Hyrule Surface:

The familiar landscape of Hyrule, filled with rolling hills, vast forests, and bustling towns. However, the land is now plagued by Barukan’s dark influence. Each elemental region has fallen under corruption, and Creaty must journey across the surface to restore peace.

The Demon Realm:

A dark, twisted dimension filled with shadowy creatures and volcanic landscapes, this is Barukan’s true home. The Demon Realm can only be accessed through hidden portals scattered across Hyrule’s surface and Zephyris Isle. This nightmarish realm is where Barukan’s power is at its strongest, and it is here that Creaty will face his greatest challenge.

Barukan's Weapon: The Dark Spear

Barukan wields the Shadowrend Spear, a fearsome weapon forged in the depths of the Demon Realm. This spear is as sinister as its master, crafted from obsidian-black metal and adorned with glowing crimson runes that pulse with dark energy. The shaft of the spear is twisted and jagged, giving it an almost serpentine appearance, while the blade itself is long, double-edged, and serrated, resembling a dragon's fang. The spear's tip is razor-sharp, designed to pierce through both armor and magic barriers.

The Dark Spear is imbued with Barukan's corrupting magic, allowing him to summon shadowy tendrils that can entangle and drain the life force of his enemies. He can also launch dark energy blasts from the spear, capable of corrupting and weakening the elemental forces it touches. The spear serves as a conduit for his dark powers, making him a formidable adversary in both melee and ranged combat.

Ruby's Weapon: The Golden Azure Bow

Ruby, Queen of Hyrule, uses the Celestial Bow, a majestic weapon that reflects her regal and divine nature. This bow is crafted from a unique golden alloy that glows faintly with a mystical light. Intricate azure blue engravings run along its limbs, depicting ancient symbols of the four elements—fire, water, earth, and air—signifying her role as the guardian of balance.

The Celestial Bow is capable of shooting arrows infused with elemental energy, depending on Ruby’s will. Creaty's Weapon: The Elemental Sword

Fire Form:

The sword turns a serene aqua blue, its surface rippling like water. This form grants Creaty the ability to summon torrents of water to extinguish flames, create protective barriers, or slice through enemies with liquid precision.

Earth Form:

Air Form:

At full power, the Elemental Sword can combine all four elements, allowing Creaty to perform the ultimate move: Elemental Cataclysm, where a single strike unleashes a devastating burst of fire, water, earth, and wind, overwhelming any foe caught in its path. This weapon, a gift from the elemental spirits themselves, is the key to restoring balance and defeating Barukan.

Plot

Chapter 1: Corruption Begins

Barukan, long imprisoned within the Demon Realm by an ancient seal, has found a way to spread his influence through hidden portals on the Hyrule Surface. His goal is to corrupt the elemental spirits that reside on Zephyris Isle, causing the elements of fire, water, earth, and air to fall into disarray, which would eventually break the seal and allow him to invade the Hyrule Surface fully.

Creaty, a young warrior with a lion’s tail, is called by Queen Ruby to fight back against this growing darkness. He is entrusted with the Elemental Sword, a legendary blade that can channel the powers of the elements. Ruby tells him of the corruption spreading across Hyrule and reveals that the only way to stop Barukan is to purify the elemental spirits and stop the corruption from reaching Zephyris Isle.

Chapter 2: The Journey to Zephyris Isle

Creaty embarks on his quest, traveling across the four elemental regions of the Hyrule Surface. In each region, he must confront a corrupted elemental spirit—once protectors of nature, now monstrous versions of themselves under Barukan’s control.

In the Flame Canyons, Creaty faces the Inferno Phoenix, the Fire Spirit corrupted by Barukan’s dark flames.

In the Ocean Depths, he encounters the Tidal Leviathan, the Water Spirit, whose anger creates devastating floods.

Deep in the Gale Forests, the Air Spirit, the Storm Wyvern, creates tornadoes that tear the land apart.

Finally, in the Stone Ravines, the Earth Spirit, the Titan of Tremors, has been twisted into a golem of destruction.

With each victory, Creaty purifies the spirits, restoring balance and gaining new elemental abilities. He learns that the elemental power is strongest on Zephyris Isle, the last line of defense against Barukan.

However, as Creaty prepares to ascend to Zephyris Isle, Barukan opens a portal, launching an assault on the sky island itself. Creaty must use his powers to reach the island before it’s too late.

Chapter 3: Battle for Zephyris Isle

On Zephyris Isle, Barukan’s corruption has begun to spread, infecting the Temple of the Elements. Creaty faces waves of Barukan’s demonic minions as he ascends the floating island’s sacred mountain, finally reaching the temple’s core.

Here, Barukan appears, using the corrupted elements against Creaty. A fierce battle ensues as Creaty must use his elemental powers in perfect harmony to defeat Barukan. Ruby arrives, using her divine powers to assist, creating barriers and sealing dark portals as they fight.

Barukan retreats through a final portal to the Demon Realm, but not before shattering the elemental balance of Zephyris Isle. With the sky island in danger of falling, Creaty and Ruby must act quickly.

Chapter 4: The Demon Realm Showdown

[C]Determined to end Barukan’s threat once and for all, Creaty enters the Demon Realm, the twisted and chaotic home of the dark sorcerer. There, Barukan has gathered his full strength, planning to merge the Demon Realm with Hyrule. Creaty navigates the dangerous, fiery landscapes filled with Barukan’s minions.

In a climactic battle in Barukan’s lair, Creaty faces off against the sorcerer in his true demonic form—an enormous, dragon-like creature with dark magic seeping from his wings. With the power of the elements and Ruby’s sealing magic, Creaty delivers the final blow, channeling the purified elemental powers through his sword.

As Barukan is weakened, Ruby performs the ultimate sealing spell, locking Barukan away in the depths of the Demon Realm forever.

Epilogue: A New Dawn

With Barukan defeated, the elements return to harmony, and Zephyris Isle is restored to its rightful place above Hyrule. Creaty is hailed as a hero across the land, and Ruby uses her powers to strengthen the barriers between the realms, ensuring that no dark force can break through again. The bond between Hyrule and the elements has never been stronger.

Watching white day a labyrinth named school gameplay on YouTube, now I want a ghost au but with some resident evil characters as ghosts haunting the Spencer Mansion.

Leon: the blood sucking patient that drains the blood of the living. He avoids draining the ones that matched his blood type. Should your blood drip on the ground, one drop is all it takes for him to use it as a portal. Despite his extreme pale and thin appearance, he's far more stronger than you think. You better pray that your blood type matches his.

Ashley: the Rage filled Victim that doesn't like being in the light, provoking her would cause her to let out a scream, a scream so powerful that you'll die from a brain hemorrhage when you too close within her proximity.

Manuela: the pyro patient that is horrifically burned wants her stuff koala back. She trap you in a burning building that refuses to let the fire die. She sings a lullaby that you'll have to watch out for. You're given three chances to find her best friend, if you find her koala friend, she'll let you go. If you fail once, she'll singe your skin, twice she'll set your arm on fire, the third, you'll burn all the way to hell.

Luis: the sleeping man that well, sleeps. DO NOT DISTURB HIS SLUMBER. He hates being disturbed in his sleep, should you wake him up whether or not it was an accident, he will hunt you down no matter what, he's extremely relentless and use his appendage to inject a dangerous neurotoxin that causes a permanent sleep paralysis, in this state, you'll die from starvation and dehydration.

Rebecca: the contortionist that takes hide and seek really, REALLY seriously. You'll find a small cabinet, but instead of supplies to help you on the journey, you'll find a contorted body of the intelligent people. You're forced to play a deadly game of hide and seek and you better find a perfect hiding place. If you hide for one hour without being caught, you'll win and she'll leave you be, however, if she finds you, don't expect to have your bones being in their original state.

Steve: the student with a broken neck that just wanted a friend. DON NOT BREAK EYE CONTACT. Should you break eye contact, you'll be his new best friend with a broken neck.

Helena: the arachnid woman, you better hope that you don't have arachnophobia cause you'll find her crawling on the ceiling. Once you're captured by her, you'll be the new host for the baby spiders.

Sherry: the blind Lady with a beautiful garden, she's as blind as a bat(cause she doesn't have eyeballs in her socket). If you wonder into her garden, avoid the the flowers with eyeballs, she's connected to these flowers meaning all it takes is for that one flower to give away your hiding spot, then your eyes will be added to her collection.

Angela: the drowned mermaid, you'll find the lake at the Spencer Mansion. DONT TRY TO SWIM IN THE LAKE, that's where the mermaid lives. Should you fall or trip over into the lake, you won't out swim her, it'll become your watery tomb.

Ethan: the collector who enjoys stealing body parts, he wants it all, skins, brains, hearts, livers, lungs, stomachs, oh how he wishes to claim them. DO NOT STARE AT HIS FACE. If he sees you staring at him, it's already too late.

Ada: the doppelganger in the mirror, AVOID MIRRORS AT ALL COST. She'll take the appearance of you, every detail, every movement, every mannerisms of yours. What she'll do the body she has, will happen to yours.

Eveline: the playful kid that loves fun, kids love pranks and stuff right? Well you'll want to avoid her at all cost. You're forced to play athe guessing game, if you win, she'll let you live, if you fail, she'll make you hallucinating any deepest and darkest fears that you have.

What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? I actually dont write angsty endings that much? Life is sad enough. I guess Calamity is kind of angsty, but that's a prologue. In the fanfiction.net /fanfiktion.de days I had some Hellsing fics lying around, also probably some stuff from my Portal days.

What is the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? Considering I have the horrible habit of creating massive projects and never writing/ posting the ending despite knowing what it is, arguably none of them. I'll give you The Queen of Fife though since it's really fluffy and cute.

Do you get hate on fics? Not really. I used to get people asking hy I wrote genderbend/this character/this AU, especially in the Hellsing days but not anymore

Have you ever had a fic translated? Years ago I was asked if [guy who asked me] could translate my Aperture Tag fic The Paint Escape into Russian. We had a debate about how to approach the protag's use of pronouns (my fic uses they/them but Russian is heavily gendered) and I gave him my blessing. I never finished that fic, so idk where we stand. In general as long as you ask I'm fine.

What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? I mean I do hope I can finish all of them at some point? Especially since I got everything mapped out already. But realistically... Portal isn't happening probably, and the Reverse!AU was more of a vibe than plot thing, so its chances are slim.

What are your writing strengths? Descriptions I think, and sentence structure. I love playing with short/long sentences and punctuation for both impact and humor.

Thoughts on dialogue in another language? I'm not categorically against it as long as it's realistic and with purpose. Monolingual people look up how multilingual people speak please.

First fandom you wrote in? The earliest I can remember is Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. I never finished that one either I think :,D

Okay so this idea has been plaguing my thoughts for like weeks, and it is, how would the chain react to player who gushes over other fictional characters.

Since the chain are real people in this aspect they have no idea about potential other people that player has seen I mean who knows what they’ve played, but as for myself in honor of the Resident Evil 4 Remake that came out on Friday I just can’t help but imagine them when player talks about Leon Kennedy

If you don’t know basically he’s pretty badass and in re4 his main goal is to find the presidents daughter and bring her to safety, the whole game itself is pretty good and capcom definitely knew what they were doing in some scenes…😋

But yeah I’ve been consumed with anything Leon Kennedy related and it just makes me think ‘well how would the chain react to someone else that player gushes over?’ Are they all jealous? (especially Hyrule and Wild)or are they pretty chill about it if they saw what he looked like?

And if players phone does work in the chains universe who’s to say they aren’t on their phone watching gameplay or edits of Leon? I’m sorry I just needed to get this off my mind especially since Leon Kennedy has taken over me

When I tell you that Leon Scott Kennedy, Italian-American BSSA Agent could tear out my damn heart and re-gift it to me as something he carved from mere driftwood I would take it and kiss him as thanks

I LOVE THAT FUCKING STUPID MAN- I'm only a new Resident Evil fan (I got into it when Biohazard came out) but it has my heart, especially with the 4 remake.

What makes me cackle is the Heroes just scoffing at Player and "He's not even real." and Player side eyes them

"Neither were you a few months ago- wait- I could meet Leon!" Which has them gushing more and suddenly the group of men want to avoid Dink's portals at all cost ;LOIHJFUH

Also following an au I made with the server a while ago (I have forgotten the name :') ) Is Player stumbling into different games and finding out they're the Guides for those too so- Player finds out they're Leon's Guide and they just fold.

I've decided to make a little list of all my Kirby AUs and put it here, because... why not people might like them.

As you'll quickly notice, all three of these focus on Adeleine. Why? I like Adeleine a lot. She's my favorite character. Out of the three I have one that is super fleshed-out and devloped, one that I know pretty much how it goes, and one that just kinda... sits there.

So, here they are, just past that read more button! So there isn't just a whole wall of text.

(Also because one of them [the very first one] is pretty dark.)

Ravagers of the Stars- By far my favorite and the most expanded upon AU I've made. RotS takes place in a universe where Kirby has turned into an evil void-creature, and looks like a much more horrifying version of 0². Many of his friends went into the strange dimesion where he resides, and tried to fight him to bring him back, but... none of them made it. Magolor, Taranza, and Susie were the only three who never tried to fight him, and stayed at Castle Dedede. Four years after Kirby’s change and the deaths of everyone else, a mysterious person only calling themselves Nightmare Knight shows up, wearing a giant suit of armor all in black with a dragon head helmet, white glowing eyes, long claws gloves and boots, and a cape that resembles the wings of a carousel pegasus. They wield a long harpoon with a head made out of a Crystal Shard. The four of them travel across Dream Land, finding parts to fix up the long unused Lor Starcutter, remaking it into the Lor Haltmann, as Susie has added her own technological flair to it. They use the new Lor to enter the dimension where Kirby lies in wait, but before that, have a meeting knowing they might die like everyone else. Nightmare Knight removes their helmet, and… it’s Adeleine. Her left eye now has a large scar over it and she can’t open it entirely anymore. She explains what happened to her. Something about her human spirit kept her alive enough to crawl out of the cave-like entrance, where she was found by Ribbon and immediately taken to Ripple Star. Using the healing properties of the Great Crystal, she was healed, leaving her stomach a gaping hole of exposed gore, and her eye scarred. She was given a Crystal harpoon, since Crystal Shards are one of the very few ways to truly destroy void-made beings. She went to Neo Star, and found the suit of armor she wears now deep below the surface, and lived there, training and waiting for the day she could go back and save Dream Land. Now knowing all that, they enter the realm Kirby created for himself, and battle against him. Nightmare Knight (as she hates being called her real name now,) leaps from the deck of the Lor and skewers Kirby, turning him into stardust. She’s quickly picked up by Magolor and brought back on board as they escape the crumbling pocket dimension. The four are horrified that they had to do what they did, but citizen of Dream Land herald them as heroes. Magolor realizes there’s darkness lurking in every timeline out there, and the four of them are well equipped to take care of it. He makes them all matching outfits, all blue and gold with a winged, four pointed star shape somewhere on them. Nightmare Knight gets to keep her gloves and boots now in new dark blue, and a dragon mask/helmet with actual eyeholes. They agree on the name Ravagers of the Stars, and they travel between timelines, helping wherever they can. They occasionally go back to their timeline, but it’s safe from threats because everything is afraid of Nightmare Knight’s death spear.

RotS is absolutely the most developed. There’s actually a lot more than that (so far I have about four arcs of it in my mind), but I wanna try and keep these short, so I can’t go into all the detail. (Like Ribbon attempting a murder. [On who, I won’t say.])

A Forsaken Painting- What if Kirby… wasn’t the protagonist of Forgotten Land? And what if all of his friends were sucked up into that portal? And what if the person most connected to that place was the one saving everyone? These are questions answered in AFP! All of Kirby’s friends end up being taken to the New World. Kirby is mistaken for a Waddle Dee, and along with Bandee and Marx, used like all the other Waddle Dees. Most of the rest are being used as bait and eventually fuel for Fecto Forgo, and some of the more animal-like ones (Daroach, Taranza, the literal animal friends) have been turned into members of the Beast Pack like Dedede. Adeleine ends up being the hero, and takes up her old DL3 design because she doesn’t want her long smock getting ripped. Instead of fighting with art, she uses a more human-suited (and more dangerous) version of the Toy Hammer. The Beast Pack is much more aggressive towards her, since she’s a human. And everything that would be needed to be solved with Mouthful Mode or a certain copy ability? She’ll just whack it until it works. It’ll work eventually. She hopes. Instead of getting along with Elfilin the whole time, he is extremely distrustful of her until she saves him at Lab Discovera even though he didn’t ask her to because he’d rather be there than with a human.

AFP is fairly similar to Forgotten Land, so there really isn’t that much to say about it. Adeleine is very nervous throughout most of it, but then when going to Wondaria she starts to calm down…. Until she gets to Winter Horns and it’s even worse, because that’s a lot like her old home.

Praefecta Patrya- Parallel President Susie? What about normal President Susie? But she should have a cooler name than just “President”. Susie, having kicked her father out of the company upon her return, decides to conquer Pop Star and robotize all of the notable people. When Kirby and Dedede, the only two who didn’t get caught up in that because they were busy having a Gourmet Race rematch, arrive on the Arc, they’re met by a strange welcome robot trying to shove a brochure in their faces and get their credentials. Dedede is about to whack it off the ledge of the bridge they’re all on, until he realizes it looks a lot like his basically adopted daughter… And it introduces itself formally as “4D3L31N3, but please use ‘4D0’ to preform command actions.” Under that fancy suit and behind those empty eyes is Adeleine, speaking out of a voice box somewhere with prerecorded messages. Dedede lies and says that he and Kirby are delivery men, and she takes them to the lounge, where they can wait for their meeting with the Praefecta. While there, Dedede finds a manual on operating 4D3L31N3 that was left out, and grabs the antenna-like receivers on her head and shuts off the external programming. Adeleine, now back to normal, is horrified that she’s now a partially robotic creature with wires and hands that can turn into various things, from an array of weapons to cleaning spray bottles. Alongside Kirby and Dedede, the three defeat Susie, but are unable to undo any of the robotizing done to anyone.

PP is definitely the least Adeleine-focused one, and is more about Dedede and Susie than anything, but she still plays a major role and gets a cool design. But the poor girl has wires in her skin. And unlike all those memes say, she can’t take them out.

So those are all my Kirby AUs I have so far! I don’t think I’ll come up with more since I’m currently constantly debating what my headcanon backstory for Adeleine is gonna be because I’ll come up with one and then immediately think of a new one the second I start working on writing it.

Greetings Rise fandom! I got another concept for you all!

This could be for its own au, but this is something I'm planning to add into my Dragon Turtles au. I got to thinking about how the turtles could advance with their mystic abilities after the events of the movie, and that's when I got the idea that the bros could gain familiars. Basically, think of these creatures as something like the Palismans from The Owl House, except instead of turning into staffs, they become more like totems, jewelry, or other small, inanimate objects that could be carried around in case of emergencies.

As for how they got them, I like to picture a sort of traveling market that popped up outside of Witch Town. That way all the bros can explore it out of curiosity without getting into trouble with the residents. And as for each one, they all chose the turtles based on a mystic connection. And each one is unique, so let's get into who got who:

Raph: Ursa Minor cub. Bears are classified as strong earth-based guardian spirits, but I wanted Raph's little buddy to be about more than just strength. I also wanted a mystic creature he could show a softer side with. One without worry of getting hurt by the amount of mental anguish suffered at the hands of the Krang turned possibly physical. Hence the decision to give Raph what is essentially a perfect sized teddy bear that also doubles as his mystic partner.

Donnie: Albino Basilisk. Now, I had quite a bit of debate on what to give Donnie as a familiar. I considered something like a rabbit or a cat, but that felt a bit too obvious or overdone. This version of Donnie deserved something unique, so I started looking for alternative animals. The basilisk stuck out to me in a few ways. One, snakes are usually connected to water. Two, making the creature albino means that it would have difficulties surviving, and would have to think outside the box to live in certain conditions. Kind of like Donnie and his soft shell. Making this serpent in particular a fast thinking/highly intelligent creature. Also, much like how Donnie could be misunderstood as a cold and closed off individual, so too are snakes. Snakes can be highly misunderstood as cold, efficient, killing creatures of evil, but some out there actually have calm and friendly temperaments. And while it would take Donnie a while to get over the creepy feeling of them crawling over him, the feel of the smooth skin would probably be great for someone who is theorized to have certain sensitivities to certain textures. Not to mention that the gentle massaging feels of them gently constricting him in a not-too-tight fashion could help keep him grounded in a mental spiral. (And yes, I based the design off of 2012's serpent Karai. it was an intentional reference)

Mikey: Phoenix. Mikey's was an obvious one for me to do. Being the most Mystically connected out of the brothers means he had the highest chances of bonding with a very powerful creature. Enter the phoenix, a firebird with the ability to be reborn from the ashes of an old life. Colorful, graceful, and powerful, the phoenix can also have a soft or even mischievous side to it. A fun-loving creature with great abilities to help a fledging mystic warrior like Mikey gain his proper footing in using them. Especially without hurting himself, like with the portal at the end of the movie. As well as helping him gain confidence to stand on his own when his brothers can't help him.

Leo: Kirin. Leo was also a hard one to figure out. I considered animals like stags, deer, elk and the like. But then, I remembered that Leo had a liking for Unicorns, however I didn't just want to give him a generic unicorn. That's when inspiration struck. I was revisiting the OVA series of Petshop of Horrors, and in the 4th episode, it talked about the Kirin. The Kirin is stated to be a holy beast, who serves no one but it's sovereign. Therefore, the person to gain possession of the Kirin, was destined to be a great ruler. That's when it all clicked into place. The Kirin is not only the Eastern equivalent to the unicorn, but a lot of what it represents could tie into Leo's struggles of being a better leader after the movie. Sovereign is another word for king or leader, and in ancient Chinese/general Asian lore, the arrival of a Kirin was meant to signify the coming or going of a great leading figure. A creature that was benevolent to its allies and had ruthless furry for its enemies. And not just anyone could choose a Kirin as a familiar or guardian spirit, it had to choose you. And after everything Leo went through, fears of failure, the pressures of leadership, the guilt of causing/nearly causing the apocalypse, he would need some kind of sign or reassurance that he was back on the right track. That he was improving and could be a good leader like Casey Jr. said. And what better way than to be chosen by a great mythic beast, with its own set of scars, to choose him to be its leader. If that doesn't prove Leo's leadership capabilities, I don't know what would.
