The cutscene which features Chris watching Jill's picture during cryogenic sleep on PDA is described as:

"A person who's looking at his lover who's like a sleeping beauty"

That's not the only time RE5 refers to Jill as Chris' lover though:

In the original Japanese version, Albert calls her "beloved Jill" (愛しのジル) toward Chris and this topic is reprised also in Teppen.

"Aren't you happy to see your beloved Jill again?"

Ps. You have no idea how much all these move me also for the metaphor about the sleeping beauty because Chris is watching a picture of Jill during her cryogenic sleep...so she's literally a sleeping beauty.

On the 18th of February, fourteen years ago, Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition was released in Japan for the Xbox 360 and PS3 (as Biohazard 5: Alternative Edition)

"Gold Edition" is an enhanced version of the action-packed survival horror game "Resident Evil 5." It includes all the original content along with additional downloadable content (DLC), providing players with new missions, characters, and weapons. Jill managed to perform a perfect headshot on a flying chopper with the left arm while having the right one hurted in a very long distance in a few seconds only.

She got this incredible aim thanks to Delta Force training she did before joined STARS and even improved that with Chris' "private" lessons during RPD days.

capcom definitely has its issues as any company would but they regularly have their games bundled or on sale like I literally got resident evil 0, resident evil 1 remake, resident evil 2 remake, resident evil 3 remake, resident evil 4, resident evil 5 gold edition, resident evil 6 complete edition, resident evil 7, resident evil village gold edition, resident evil revelations, and resident evil revelations 2 deluxe edition for $30. like 4 of those games have come out since 2017. that’s a steal and I’m way more incentivized to purchase your game instead of pirate it if I’m getting a good deal like that. that’s $2.73 per game, including a deluxe version of a 2021 game that was nominated for/won game of the year from multiple places. and nintendo is selling their 2017 games for $60 still

Alongside these gameplay reveals, the trailer also announced an upcoming demo for Resident Evil 4 and confirmed “The Mercenaries” mode will return as free downloadable content after launch.

During their harrowing escape from a small European village in thrall to Las Plagas, Leon and his ward Ashley Graham must navigate multiple environments controlled by the cult of Los Iluminados. Across a sprawling castle, dilapidated mines, and more, they encounter even more infected villagers, deranged cultists, and insidious enemies empowered by the Las Plagas parasite. Leon and Ashley must navigate these foes while also deciphering the arcane designs of the hidden mechanisms, esoteric puzzles, and tantalizing secrets. The duo’s path to safety also intersects with the calculating special forces operative Major Jack Krauser.
