ARTICLE:”Pastor John MacArthur & Grace Community Church Sue State of California” - 2 Timothy 3:12, Hebrews 10:25 - All articles are available at HarbingersDaily.com - The Thomas More Society announced in a press release Thursday that Special Counsel Jenna Ellis and Charles LiMandri have filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court of the State of California County of Los Angeles on behalf of John MacArthur and Grace Community Church that “seeks to prohibit California from enforcing its unconstitutional and onerous coronavirus pandemic regulations against Grace Community Church and seeks a judgment that the health orders violate the California Constitution.” . LiMandri stated, “It is unconstitutional for Governor Newsom and the State of California to discriminate against churches by treating them less favorably than other organizations and activities that are not protected by the First Amendment. Pastor MacArthur and his church, as well as all churches, are entitled to practice their religion without government interference. This is especially the case when the government has given free rein to protestors, and is not similarly restricting marijuana dispensaries, large retail outlets and factories, and abortion providers. The government orders are also unconstitutional because there is no compelling need for the onerous restrictions on the churches at this time. The hospitals are not overwhelmed and the percentage death rate from COVID-19 is now extremely small. It is time for Governor Newsom and Mayor Garcetti to recognize what President Trump has already proclaimed: Churches are providing an ‘essential’ service to the people. Although it passed the House, the White House and most Republicans oppose the #EqualityAct (with nondiscrimination protections for LGBTQ people) under the guise of “#ReligiousLiberty” or as I refer to it - the liberty to discriminate because of your religious beliefs. I actually don’t care if you don’t want to bake a gay wedding cake (although I do think you should own it and post a sign to that effect). I wouldn’t want that hateful vibe anywhere near my joyous day anyway, and I am absolutely not creating any artwork for homophobes or Nazis. In my opinion, private businesses can refuse services to people as long as they don’t benefit from our tax dollars. If you are a public servant or receive government funding, protections, or tax exemptions then federal non-discrimination laws should be enforced. People seem to forget is this country was founded not just freedom of religion, but the freedom from it. From the #FirstAmendment of our Constitution: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” Our courts have since called for "a wall of separation between church and State." We’ve allowed this wall erode as those in power inflict their personal religious tennants on all of us. Sudden ally: Prince of Darkness for LGBTQ

When you are in vain it is really cool to get help from any sources. Never thought the members of LGBTQ community in the US of support from the dark side. But it came and became a history. A newly released documentary Hail Satan? is featuring the Satanic Temple in the US. Since its foundation in 2013 the Temple has been actively involved in advocating LGBTQ rights, contributing and participating in pride parades nationwide. Not surprisingly, the numbers of followers of the Temple has grown rapidly among LGBTQ people. With the film screening, Lucien Greaves, Tenple co-founder shares his view on how LGBTQ people became the most important part of the religious body.

 “I think that’s because they feel disowned and disenfranchised from the traditional religious institutions. So, you have a population willing to embrace a religious identification that is boldly willing to speak out to the contrary," says Lucien. “Within the Satanic Temple, we’re all pretty much one and the same. We’re all Satanists and it’s not like we have ‘tolerance’ for trans people or gay people or sex workers, we just don’t fucking care, and a lot of people in those communities appreciate that," he adds. How does it come that freedom appears from the dark side? But it does.

 It is worth noting that even before same-sex marriage has been legalized in the US in 2015, the Temple took action to challenge the legislation by organizing satanic gay wedding in the state opposing changes. That is how try allies act. They don't need to wait but act to be the prophets of equal rights. Remarkably, the Satanic Temple changes dramatically from the Church of Satan established in 1966. The former are more focused on establishing and maintaining equality and social justice rather than worshipping the Dark Lord as compared to the latter. To be more precise, the Temple aims to “to encourage benevolence and empathy among all people, reject tyrannical authority, advocate practical common sense and justice, and be directed by the human conscience to undertake noble pursuits guided by the individual will."
