खेल एवं युवा कल्याण मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने ली समीक्षा बैठक , अधिकारियों से जताया असंतोष

देहरादून/ 7अगस्त/ सोमवार को खेल एवं युवा कल्याण मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने विधान सभा स्थित सभागार कक्ष में अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक की।

मंत्री ने कहा कि मार्च 2023 में कैबिनेट के निर्णय के अनुसार जिसमें गौ सेवा, महिला कल्याण तथा खेल कल्याण के लिए रू0 1/- प्रति बोतल आबकारी विभाग सेस के रूप में अनुशंसा की गई थी। इससे प्राप्त धनराशि को महिला सशक्तीकरण, गौ सेवा तथा खेल कल्याण हेतु उपयोग में लाया जायेगा। लेकिन उपरोक्त के सन्दर्भ में अगस्त 2023 तक उचित कार्यवाही न होने पर मंत्री ने सख्त नाराजगी जताते हुए कहा कि आबकारी विभाग द्वारा रू0 1/- प्रति बोतल कर संग्रह किये जाने के बाद भी अद्यतन तिथि तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हो पायी है।

मंत्री कहा कि कैबिनेट में लिये गये निर्णय के अनुसार रू0 1/- प्रति बोतल सेस को संशोधित करते हुए रू0 1/- प्रति बोतल अतिरिक्त शुल्क के रूप में आबकारी विभाग द्वारा संग्रह किये जाने का प्रावधान किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि वित्त विभाग द्वारा इस संबंध में सहमति प्रदान की गई है।

रेखा आर्य ने कहा कि आगामी अनुपूरक बजट में संबंधित विभागों द्वारा मांग किये जाने के आधार पर आबकारी विभाग द्वारा धनराशि का आवंटन किया जा सकेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि इसके साथ ही रू0 1/- प्रति बोतल अतिरिक्त शुल्क के संबंध में महिला सशक्तीकरण तथा खेल विभाग अपनी नियमावली तैयार करेंगे, जिससे धनराशि के व्यय के मानकों का तय किया जा सके तथा संबंधित विभागों को समय पर धनराशि उपलब्ध हो सके।

इस अवसर पर विशेष प्रमुख सचिव, खेल, अभिनव कुमार, सचिव, वित्त, दिलीप जावलकर, सचिव, महिला सशक्तीकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग, हरि चन्द सेमवाल तथा अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
