Laminate the new Display with vacuum press. The settings for models (pressure, temperature, timings) depend on machine. I know the settings about that.

You need a vacuum machine to get bubble free lamination of glas.

Test the new display on phone or with a screen tester.

Thats not that hard, and you can create a small business with that.

The other process is setting up a website and get customers. This depends on your local situation.
