Bobby Adopts Buck AU where one of the first things Bobby does after relapsing in season one is take in the homeless kid that stole their fire engine to joyride around the block.
Everybody is kinda … about it but it does seem to be helping both of them so they’re keeps their mouths shut about it.
Everything is going great living with Bobby. At least, Buck thinks it is…but he needs to find his sister.
At first, Buck looks for Maddie on his own which gets him into some trouble. This is how he recruits Athena into helping him, which results in Hen helping them, and then Chimney. All with the explicit expectation that they cannot tell Bobby about it. No exceptions.
Buck doesn’t want Bobby to think that he might not want to live with him. He thinks if Bobby thinks that than he might try to get rid of him.
Meanwhile, Bobby has recently met a young woman in one of his support groups whose troubles with depression started after the ‘deaths’ of her two younger brothers when she was a kid. He’s planning to introduce her to Chimney.

I do think one of my favorite parts of Kpop Demon Hunters is that Jinu CLEARLY had “Soda Pop” locked and loaded and ready for deployment, which implies not only that at some point he sat around the demon realm writing it but also that the boys had to rehearse.
Imagine being a random water demon and stumbling into a shady corner of the demon realm and just. Watching five absolute losers in robes and very dramatic hats practicing their coordinated dance moves for the most saccharine lil pop song the mortal realm will ever hear. Candy hearts and everything. How completely incongruous. How utterly delightful.
