Aesthetically, Paris. People-wise, Australia. In regards to the laws, that would be Denmark for the short period of time she spent there.

Over the cycles, she's been to many places, with the main ones be France, the US, and Japan. But much like the others, she's been pretty much everywhere. If there's one place she'd consider her true home, it'd be the small town in the US where she and the others initially lived for the cycles before their ascension.
