Don't fool yourself into thinking you can meme your way into enlightenment. I can repost or post quotes all day and sometimes I do, and it still won't heal you. You have to want it bad enough to do the heavy stuff. And don't think one small session does it. It's taken me years to get where I am and as you've seen and as I've shared, it's an ongoing process, still. This isn't a fad, this is more of a lifestyle, a way to be.
