୨ৎ pairing: husband!jiyong x fem reader
୨ৎ genre: fluff! mild smut! & more fluff
୨ৎ from myeong: hi! thank you for requesting and I’ve been so excited to get this done for you! hope you can enjoy it x
ʚɞ GDRAGON VS JIYONG?
of course there’s a small difference here and there.. we are speaking about the gdragon himself! but he is still your caring, thoughtful, loving, affectionate, and kind man that you decided to marry hoping to spend the rest of your life with—which you will bc there is no way that he’s letting you go. never ever.
he’s the sweetest man. takes such good care of you and makes it his mission to get you whatever it is that you want or need—don’t even have to ask! if he knows you’re wanting something? you’ll have it.
will learn how to make your favorite dishes in an instant! say he’s not the best at cooking or maybe it’s just this particular meal? will go as far as taking a class just to learn how to make it the perfect way.
absolutely adores when you’re able to watch him on stage and no not just on the television he’ll want you at every concert or show he does. that’s when the king of k-pop comes out! but when the show is finished and his eyes find you? oh there is your cute and sweet jiyong again that’ll do anything for you.
a very touchy man he is—especially in the morning he’ll need to be wrapped around you. either his arm is wrapped around your waist or he’s got his arm wrapped around your shoulder pulling you closer to his warm chest, hearing the soft sound of his calm heartbeat that he always says “beats just for you.”
even when he’s in public with you and he is the gdragon himself.. he’s still your sweet husband and will always take care of you. he enjoys pushing his fingers through your hair and pulling you closer to him by your waist and looking down at you with a cute goofy smile on his face. nothing about this man changes just because you’re in public.
writes so many songs about you. the majority of them he won’t release and waits until he thinks they’re perfect to show you and he’ll call you into the studio for you to hear while you sit on his lap. he’ll stare up at you the whole time wanting to see your reaction and how you genuinely feel about it.
“what do you think, baby? I worked so hard on it and I just.. wanted to make it perfect for you—us.” his hand will be resting on your lower back and he’ll smile up at you from time to time just seeing how flustered you get from all of this. he loves that part.
not sure if this sounds weird! but I think it’s sweet and he’ll think it’s even sweeter but he enjoys slow dancing with you in the living room. picking out the perfect slow older korean song and grabbing you gently by the waist and slowly dancing with you even if you’re both not that good at it. it’ll be both a very romantic gesture and funny memory.
sometimes… you get gdragon in bed. he’s more rough with you but will always ask if this is okay first before he proceeds. sometimes he can’t help himself and craves you so badly that he becomes like a desperate animal in heat. his kisses are rough, hot, and messy against your lips while his hands roam your perfectly crafted body.
“fuck—you look so good underneath me like this. you always do.. such a perfect girl for me, hm? you like this don’t you? like it when I’m rough with you.”
he can go a few rounds. a few breaks in between to check on you and make sure you’re okay before he wants to go at it again. morning sex is also quite popular with him. he enjoys slow, romantic, and sweet morning sex. sometimes he’s a bit rough but he’ll apologize and ask if you’re doing okay.
you’re his passenger princess!! he’ll take you all over the place and rest his hand on your thigh, or grab at your hand and hold it like he’s never held it before and place soft pecks to your fingers. when stopped at stop lights he’ll take pictures of you before handing the phone over to you and asking to take pictures of him. he calls these ‘cute memories’
if you two get into an argument it won’t last. he doesn’t think it’s right to stay mad at you especially if the argument is such a petty one. he’ll break first and apologize and ask what he could do to make things better for the both of you. he enjoys being mature about it and handling things with care.
loves sharing his art with you and he eventually takes his art to another level and makes it all about you. pieces that he’s either worked on or just bought are strictly for you and he’ll wait for the perfect moment to show you and tell you about each piece and what it means for the both of you.

Like We Were In Paris
kwon ji-yong x american pop star!reader
part two
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/ce4389947be5438006a256725d941956/264136791781c297-bb/s540x810/76f4b6dc59c94e85cf99faa227bacc8be66a6111.jpg)
summary: you and ji-yong have been dating for a couple years, keeping it under the radar the entire time. you’re both invited to the gala de pièces juanes 2025, and it’s the first time you get to see him perform live
warnings: not proofread at all, celeb!reader, implied age gap (reader is like…mid twenties?), whole lot of fluff, basically ji-yong being a simp, taeyang & rosé being captains of the ship, use of y/n, i don’t use tumblr so bare with me while i figure this out. i tried to keep descriptions of the readers outfit vague so you could imagine it to your liking!
word count: 4.1K
nat’s notes: hey y’all! i was convinced into writing a g-dragon fic (by like 3 people). i’m kinda obsessed with this. i had so many ideas while writing it & so im kind of tempted to write more of these two, but i don’t know!! this is my first like… irl person x reader (ive only written one other fic on here lmao) & i am new to g-dragon, bigbang, all that so i kept it pretty current. to me these two are very dancing with our hands tied by taylor swift coded (or just reputation coded), i cant explain why it just makes sense. the divider right below is from enchanthings here on tumblr, and the other one later on….idk its for my wattpad LMAO. anyways i hope you enjoy, and im sorry in advance if you hate it. toodles!
You still remember the first time you met Ji-yong.
You were in need of some inspiration. Working on your fourth album, the intense gaze of your record label, your management, your fans, and your musically gifted peers was crushing you. It seemed to do more harm than good. For weeks, you stared at notebooks and computers and instruments. Your manager tried to get you with various song writers. Nothing worked. So, after some persuasion from your best friend (who knew you better than anyone, having been your best friend since you were kids), you decided to do a vacation. Just you and some required security (per compromise with your team). You decided to go to Seoul, having loved it in the few times you’ve passed through on a tour. The fans there were great; always warm and welcoming and always one of your loudest shows. The culture was breathtaking. It felt like the perfect opportunity.
Your team had found a studio for you to work in. You were only there for a few weeks, but they wanted some hope that you’d come back to America with something. It was week two when you met him. You were walking towards your studio, he was walking out of his. The two of you made eye contact, and you were instantly swarmed with warmth. You didn’t believe in love at first sight (neither did he, to be fair), but you started to question it as you walked past him.
From then on, each of you seemed nosy about the other. He asked his friends who the girl was in the other studio. “Oh! The American! That’s Y/N,” He recognized your name, and now your face. He hadn’t seen you outside of a red carpet or a concert venue photo, so he didn’t recognize you with little-to-no makeup and comfortable clothes. But once it clicked, it clicked. You had asked someone working at the studio about him. They mentioned his name, Kwon Ji-Yong, and you googled him that night in your rental house.
You knew about G-Dragon, the impact he had on K-Pop and the music industry. You had heard a song here and there, but you had never seen him. Not til that day in the studio.
It was a few days until you saw him again. Your schedules just missing each other. Then, one day, your producer was running freakishly late to your meeting time, and Ji-yong was walking out of his own studio. You stood there, more like paced there, tapping wildly on your phone trying to get in contact with your producer, whispering to yourself in frustration.
Ji-yong had the courage to speak up, say hello, and the rest is history. Stories for another time, maybe.
Your friendship eventually blossomed into a relationship, defying all cliches of long distance and the terrors that often comes with it. It helped that he was on hiatus and you had became a professional of staying out of the public eye. You both wanted to keep what you had to yourself. Your teams did, too, but they got less strict as two months eventually became two years. It was on your terms now, when you'd let everyone know about your status, but neither of you had felt ready to let the world in on something so…yours. So peaceful, so effortless, so pure. It was easy, the two of you traveling between South Korea and America to spend time together, or going on vacations together, or just taking quiet retreats into each others homes.
Nobody ever thought of it, either. There was no reason to. Unless they’d been in the studio that day, the media had no way to expect any crossover of America’s Princess and the King of K-Pop. The media would rather gossip about you in relationships with the usual Hollywood celebrities, some of whom were just friends, some you’d never met. Neither of you mind rumors, it kept the media out of your relationship and sometimes they were hilariously ridiculous. So, you let the press talk their talk. You and Ji-yong kept to yourselves, careful on your information you’d share with friends (it was easy for things to be leaked, these days).
When Ji-yong told you he was officially making his comeback to the industry, you were ecstatic for him. You knew how much he loved making music and performing. You also knew, though he’d never admit it, sometimes when he’d sneak to join you on tour, he got a bit jealous watching you sing and dance on stage. He’d watched you collab with numerous artists, tasting just about every genre you could before eventually finding your new sound. It made him sad, some nights, missing that glow you often had instead. But most nights? Most nights he was beaming from behind the stage, watching you do what you loved most. Most people sink in this world, but you? You swam, no, you effortlessly floated in the sea of fame. And it was obvious to anyone around you. Part of what he loved most about you was your creative drive, something he shared. It inspired him, more than you’d ever know.
Ji-yong's comeback had been more than successful, as expected. Throughout your relationship, the two of you had fumbled with varying songs and styles for each other. Oftentimes more playful than not. You guys fueled each other in the best ways. You released your newest album in 2024, and you were about to start your world tour in the early months of 2025. Ji-yong would follow suit, his first solo album in years coming out soon and then starting his own tour.
Both of you were wracked with nerves, spending days in rehearsals, wardrobe tests, photo shoots, traveling all over for various projects. It had been weeks since you’d seen each other. After the holidays you were swimming in press for your new tour. He had been equally busy, filming his show, performing at various shows. You both loved it. You loved your jobs and you loved each others jobs. But even you two would struggle on the days where it’d been long, exhausting, and mentally draining; wanting nothing more than each other’s warmth.
The Gala des Pièces Jaunes, a show that helps collect donations for charity in Paris, had invited both of you to perform, along with other various stars. Little did they know, they had invited the world's most popular secret couple. You had been ecstatic. Not only did you love the message the event had, but you loved the idea of sharing the stage with so many extremely talented artists. Including, your boyfriend.
The night before the show, you had inconspicuously snuck your way towards Ji-yong’s room. You had wanted to get a hotel room together, but knew that you had to be careful with the amount of eyes on both of you this weekend. Still, that didn’t stop you from wondering around until you ended up at his door. With your special knock– each knock a syllable in your names –you waited patiently for him to open up the door to you. His eyes were sparkly, even in the shitty lighting. They always seemed to do that with you.
“Finally,” He breathed, pulling you into the room quickly. You giggled as he used your body to shut the door, his arms around you tightly. You had seen each other, earlier in the day during rehearsals. Pretending like it was your first time meeting him and Taeyang was hell. Pretending you didn’t know their names, pretending Ji-yong didn’t pick out your outfit on FaceTime, and pretending you didn’t want to latch on to him and never let go.
The only people who knew about you two were Young-bae, of course. He and Daesung had known about you for a while now, teasing their friend and bandmate for not telling them right away. The other person was Rosé, who’d been your friend for years and one of your closest friends in the celebrity world, both of you having blown up in popularity around the same time. Both of them seemed equally amused, watching you and Ji-yong try to act nonchalant around the other. Young-bae chuckling as Ji-yong watched your rehearsals in a stunned silence. He knew every song of yours by heart (even the ones from before he met you), and even when trying to act like he didn’t he could feel himself mouthing the words as he watched you and your dancers on the stage. Rosé would wink at you when she’d walk past you, and everytime you almost missed it cause you were too busy watching Ji-yong talking with his team.
But now, the two of you didn’t have to act. You couldn’t stop laughing in awe, Ji-yong smothering your face in feather-light kisses. You held on to him, your face turning pink as he continued his full-blown kiss attack. “I missed you, jagiya, so much.” He muttered against your skin. Finally, he pulled back to look over your face, pressing another kiss to your lips. You melted into his arms, your mind momentarily fuzzy. There was nothing else but him. His hands on your waist, his shirt clutched in your hands, his scent that had became your favorite. Him. Him. Him. It was always him.
“I missed you more,” You whispered, running your fingers through his minty-colored hair. He closed his eyes softly, as if soaking in your touch. Your heart swelled, as it always seemed to do with him. You had never felt this way, not in any of your previous relationships. You had been positive for a while now, Ji-yong was it for you. “Are you excited?” You asked him, tilting your head in curiosity.
He slowly opened his eyes, meeting your soft expression. He loved how you looked at him. It was something you couldn’t hide, not even at rehearsals. He sighed, pulling you by your hand further into the hotel room. “Yes. Nervous, too.” He added. You nod in understanding, he had only performed a few times since the comeback. He loved it after, always, but the nerves had been hard to shake off, even still.
“I’m excited to see you,” You beam, still keeping your fingers interlocked. You hadn’t seen him live, not yet. You had been back in America finishing up your album and starting a press tour at the time, but you always called him right before he went on to give him a final good luck, and you always snuck onto a live stream to watch.
He rolled his eyes shyly, leaning his head into your neck. “Young-bae is going to make so much fun of me.”
“Why?”
“Cause I’m more nervous for you to see my performance than I was at MAMA.”
You laughed at that, bringing his face into your hands and looking at him. “You’re going to be amazing. More than amazing. You’re going to be perfect.” You reassure him, leaning in to kiss his lips softly. “And I am not afraid to bully Young-bae,” He laughed at this, throwing his head back slightly. He knew it was true, your friendship with Taeyang almost too sibling-like, to the point you two teased each other about everything.
“Are you nervous at all?” He asks you, looking over your expression, as if he’s trying to find your answer in your gaze. He did this a lot, knowing you for so long he began to pick up on things, even before you did.
“I am, but only a little,” You decide finally. It was a short set, only a few songs to perform. You had picked your most popular hits and your newest single for the setlist. And your outfit was your favorite part, matching your dancers whilst still making sure you stood out and felt confident. “Oh! I have to tell you about this thing I saw.” You pulled out of his arms, suddenly distracted by something you wanted to tell him about when you were in your room.
Ji-yong watched you quietly. His eyes filled with a lightness and admiration. He listened to you talk as you grabbed a water, waving your arms wildly to dramatize the story. He smiled, leaning against the couch in his room as he thought about how much he loved you. He loved everything about you. From the way you talked about your passions to the way you scrunched your face when you ate something you didn’t like. He loved the way you danced in the car when your favorite song came on. He loved the way you loved the people around you. He loved the way you waltzed into his heart like it was your home, and wrapped your arms around him like you were his home. You are his home, he’s sure of that. Even now, as you ramble into near nonsense about something he has no understanding of. He still watched you like you had been the most beautiful work of art he’d discovered. He was certain that was true.

Le Gala des Pièces was in full swing. Everything was going well, perfect, all of it. And you were backstage, getting your makeup touched up as you saw someone walk past your open door. You recognized him instantly, you always did. And part of you couldn’t let him go on stage without a final goodbye. “I’ll be right back!” You pushed yourself out of your chair, rushing after him. You could see him walking through the hall, too busy with his own thoughts to notice you coming to grab his wrist.
Ji-yong felt your touch, his head moving so fast he swore he heard a crack. His eyes met yours instantly, then looked you over in surprise. He hadn’t seen your outfit yet. It complimented his, something he wasn’t sure if you had done on purpose or not. A black and red outfit, the red the exact same shade as his tie. As he looked you over, you could see the different emotions flicker on his face. Admiration, lust, maybe hunger, and love. He looked up at your face again, smiling, “Hi, Y/N,” His name feels unfamiliar on his tongue, now. Over the years, nicknames had become your normal. Another thing to add to the list of things you hated about pretending you didn’t know him.
Your mouth hung open for a moment as you looked at him. You hadn’t been sure if you’d see him before he went on, so you hadn’t exactly planned your choice of words. “I wanted to wish you luck,” You stuttered out, suddenly aware of how many eyes could be on the two of you.
Ji-yong’s eyes were laced with amusement, seeing your cheeks turned pink. “I have to grab something to drink, come with me?” He asked, playing it as cool and casual as humanly possible. You itched to reach for his hand, but kept to yourself as you followed him.
As soon as you were in a dark corner, away from prying eyes, he was on you. The two of you pressed your lips together like perfect puzzle pieces. Your hands roamed his chest as his roamed your waist. You hummed happily, wishing this moment with him would never end. Adrenaline, nerves, excitement all were running high. From the show, from being around each other, from sneaking around. You felt his hands squeeze your hips, the two of you forcing yourselves to pull away. You smiled up at him, almost dizzy from him simply being in front of you. “Good luck,” You beamed.
“Is that how you wish everybody good luck?” He asks playfully. You rolled your eyes, smacking his chest as you adjusted yourselves. “I’ll see you as soon as I’m done,” He leans to kiss you again, “I love you,”
“I love you more,” You winked as he sauntered off towards where his team was waiting for him. You stayed back a moment, blushing wildly and hopping in place happily before rushing back to your own people.
You watched from backstage, wrapping yourself in a black robe to hide yourself as much as you could from the crew around you. You had passed Taeyang, who gave you a subtle handshake as he passed by for his cue. You watched in awe, seeing Ji-yong, no, G-Dragon on that stage. Seeing him do it all in person…it was ethereal. The way he moved through the stage and carried himself with this aura. He was almost mesmerizing, distracting you from the chaos backstage and your own nerves. It didn’t shock you, you’d known forever how talented he was. You’d seen videos of him from before you met, you’d seen him work for hours upon hours in studios, and you’d seen him on set for his music videos. But this was different. This was really him. This was what he was born to do, if destiny and fate were real. This was exactly that.
“Hey, pretty,” You turned your head to Rosé, Rosie, who only smiled knowingly. She linked her arm with yours, leaning into you. “You happy?”
“Happiest,” You answered, “He’s so good.”
“He is.” Rosie agreed. She giggled at your face. The two of you had met years ago, you had blown up in the music scene shortly after Blackpink. The two of you crossed paths at an event, not knowing anyone else there, and you two stuck by each others sides much like you were now. You two had been closest friends. When you told her about your first date with Ji-yong, she was ecstatic. She knew Ji-yong, and she knew that he’d be good to you. She wanted you to be happy, and that's what you were. Always when it came to Ji-yong, you were the happiest person she'd seen.
You watched the rest of his set. You smiled giddily as he and Taeyang performed together. You bit your thumb nail as you watched him move around the stage in the second outfit with the sparkling black jacket. Rosie nudging you every time she noticed you blush.
When he was off the stage, he had found you waiting for him amidst the crowd of people. He smiled happily, reaching you without much thought about anyone else. His arms swooped you in, hugging you tightly. You laughed, hugging him back. “That was amazing!” You beamed. For a moment, the two of you forgot where you were. Forgetting the curious eyes who thought you barely knew each other. When your senses kicked in, he was quick to put you back at a friendly distance. Your gaze moved to Taeyang, “You guys are phenomenal!” You hugged Young-bae too, hoping that if you acted friendly with everyone it wouldn’t cause more suspicion. “Thank you,” Ji-yong muttered, suddenly shy again. He bowed quickly at you, trying to play it off. In moments, you were hearing your name called, and his own team was surrounding him. You smiled warmly, disappearing in the crowd of crew and stars.
Ji-yong wanted to keep close to you. He wanted to wrap you up in his arms until the very moment you were on stage, but that was impossible. You were back in your greenroom, getting makeup and hair touched up, and then you were taking photos with crew members and doing more vocal warm ups. You were being whisked around every which way. He and Young-bae were staying close together, feeling the most comfortable with each other as they simply watched the show continue.
Young-bae was smiling to himself. He had been so happy for Ji-yong when he introduced you to him and Daesung. It was blatantly obvious to see how happy you made him. You made Ji-yong smile at every moment, you'd giggle at his jokes (even if Young-bae didn't think they were that funny), you would help him if you noticed his hesitation. You encouraged him. You built him up. You even started secretly learning Korean, calling Young-bae for help every now and again. The next time you visited Ji-yong, you had managed to say your first sentence in Korean, and it was actually good. You were this ray of sunshine. Anyone who knew the two of you knew that. He was honored to be in on your guys’s little secret. Otherwise, he’d feel cheated out of watching two people he cared about falling in love.
Unfortunately, Ji-yong didn’t get a chance to see you before you were whisked away under the stage to make your entrance. Still, he watched quietly from backstage. He clasped his hands together, watching the crowd scream with anticipation as your intro started. Fog began to cover the stage, the lights flashing every which way with the music. Your dancers surrounded the area you’d rise from. Once you did, you immediately went into the first song, dancing on every note. The crowd was wild. Ji-yong smiled proudly. On stage you were someone else entirely. You were confident, you moved with ease and exact precision. Your body moved with your dancers, most you’ve known for years. Their hands grazing your hips as you all moved together in sync. Ji-yong never got jealous, knowing how these things worked. He was no stranger to any of it.
He’d seen you perform, maybe a hundred times now, and yet it never got old. As the song transitioned to another popular track, the crowd somehow getting even louder, he thought about how you might’ve looked earlier. Standing in the same spot, only a short time ago. He could only assume you looked much like he did now. Body swaying to the familiar music, mouthing the words, eyes sparkling at him like he had hung the moon and the stars only for you. He wasn’t sure what he did to get so lucky.
He clapped as the crowd did. You were at the far end of the stage now, dancing with another male dancer to the third song. The song had been written for him, though not many people knew that other than you and him. A romantically charged song. It was one of his favorites. He remembered the day you showed it to him, all shy and quiet, which was unusual for you. You had told him you had a song to show him, wanting to release it as a single in the future. When you played it, you only stared at his face while he stared at the computer screen. He considered marrying you right there.
As you performed your fourth and final song, he found his way to where you’d end up off stage. He played with his sleeves, smiling shyly as people greeted him as they passed by. He wanted to see you. No, he needed to see you.
And he did. You came off the stage, glistening from glitter and sweat. You hugged your dancers and thanked them, high-fiving other members of your crew. As your eyes met his, he could see them light up. But you stayed put, not wanting to make another scene. He winked at you, moving in the direction of your greenroom.
It took you a couple minutes to get your micpack off and head towards your dressing room to change. Once you did, you smiled wide at the man waiting inside. “We did it!” You beamed as you jumped at him. He caught you easily, swinging you loosely in his arms as you pressed your lips against his. It wasn’t rushed or adrenaline-filled like before. This was softer, still full of energy, but only relief, love, and pure joy. “We fucking nailed it, baby,” You said as you looked up at him. He swore he might die from the way you love him.
“You were beautiful,” He hummed, leaning into your hair. He hummed, squeezing you tighter. “I love you. So fucking much.”
You closed your eyes, taking in the moment as best as you could. There was no place on this planet you loved more than being in his embrace. You could be anywhere, at any time, anything could be happening, and all you’d want is him. That’s all you’d ever need, The lazy mornings in your LA home where you’d surprise him with breakfast in bed. The romantic nights in Seoul where he’d take you out to dinner at your favorite place. The bustling mornings when one of you had a meeting to get to. One of you having a mouth full of toast trying to run out the door, only to scramble back to give the other a kiss. Late nights in studios, falling asleep in random spots as you tried to come up with new lyrics and beats. Your favorites were the quiet nights, the two of you tangled in bed sheets as he stared at each other, talking about whatever came to mind as one of you played with the others hair, or traced shapes on bare skin. Gentle kisses passed back and forth. Life was perfect, and he was perfect.
“I love you, Ji,” You whispered, kissing him again. He hummed into it, smiling. You looked him over appreciatively, fiddling with his outfit. “I need to change, wanna pick my outfit out for me?” You asked, raising a brow. His eyes flicked with mischief as he looked back at the rack of clothes you had. He looked back at you, pulling you back into him again.

“Have you ever done it before?” you asked, holding up the small baggie between your fingers. Inside, two tiny, rainbow-dipped squares of paper rested delicately against the plastic, shimmering under the dim glow of the living room light.
Jiyong glanced down at them, his dark eyes reflecting curiosity and just a hint of hesitation. “No. Have you?”
You shook your head, lips curling slightly at the thought. “Dae gave them to me. On the house—said it was the coolest experience she’s ever had.” You tilted your head, studying Jiyong’s expression. “She said it makes everything… I don’t know, awesome.”
Jiyong sat cross-legged beside you on the couch, rolling his bottom lip between his teeth as he stared at the tabs. “I’m down if you’re down,” he finally said, his voice lighter, reassuring. He was your best friend, after all. If anyone made you feel safe trying something new, it was him. “I still have a few days off. It won’t last that long, right?”
“Dae said about twelve hours,” you reassured him. “Give or take.”
He hummed, eyes flicking up to yours before a slow grin stretched across his face. “Okay. Let’s do it.”
Your stomach fluttered with nervous excitement as you tore open the bag, handing him one of the delicate squares before pressing your own onto your tongue. It tasted like nothing, dissolving slightly as it settled in your mouth.
“She said to let it sit for a while,” you murmured, pressing it between your gums as Jiyong followed suit. A few seconds of silence passed. “What should we do while we wait?” you asked, shifting your weight on the couch.
Jiyong shrugged, scrolling through the seemingly endless options on the TV. “Wanna watch a movie?”
You nodded, curling into the couch cushions as he finally settled on Alice in Wonderland. “If we’re gonna trip, might as well watch something trippy.”
You chuckled. “Good choice.”
As the film began, the room grew darker, the screen’s colorful animations painting both of your faces in a kaleidoscope of hues. Time felt like a strange, stretchy concept—minutes turning into moments, moments into lifetimes. The warmth of Jiyong’s body beside you felt grounding, yet the anticipation of what was to come kept you buzzing beneath your skin.
Then, about an hour in, it hit.
Your head lolled against Jiyong’s shoulder, jaw slack as the screen in front of you twisted and twirled, every color dripping down into the next. The walls breathed in tandem with your heartbeat, the air itself shimmering like static. You blinked slowly, watching as the ceiling seemed to ripple like the surface of a pond.
“Hey, Ji…” Your voice came out in a whisper, reverberating in your own ears like an echo in an endless canyon. “D-do you feel anything?”
Jiyong exhaled, long and slow, before answering. “I feel… something.” His voice wasn’t just sound—it was silk, a melody that wrapped itself around your skin like a warm ribbon.
You shivered, mesmerized. “Say something again.”
“Something?” he teased, turning his head to look at you, but the way his voice moved—like liquid honey pouring into your brain—made you gasp.
Your gaze locked onto his, and you swore his pupils had swallowed the entire galaxy. “Whoa, your pupils are huge,” he murmured, amusement flickering in his smile.
“So are yours.” You reached a hand out to touch his face, but as your fingers moved through the air, they left behind colorful, trailing echoes—shimmering ribbons of pink, blue, and gold that lingered for seconds before fading. “Oh my god,” you giggled, stretching your fingers again just to watch the colors dance.
Jiyong laughed, his voice vibrating through you like the strumming of a bass guitar. “You have, like… a pink aura,” he said, eyes fixed on you. “Like strawberries.”
Your lips curled into a grin as you stared at his neon-green hair, the strands pulsing and swaying as if they had a life of their own. “Your hair is moving.”
His eyes widened, and he ran his fingers through the strands. “No way.”
You nodded enthusiastically. “It’s alive. I think it’s trying to tell me secrets.”
Jiyong burst out laughing, throwing his head back against the couch. The motion sent a ripple through the air like a soundwave, and you giggled in response, feeling the vibrations of his laughter deep in your chest.
“I think we’re tripping,” you finally admitted, voice laced with wonder.
Jiyong sighed, a dazed, blissed-out grin on his face as he stared up at the ceiling, where the paint swirled in hypnotic patterns.
“Cool,” he breathed, utterly amazed.
Everything felt limitless. The walls of the penthouse no longer confined you; they simply melted into the fabric of your existence, expanding outward into the endless night. A sudden, undeniable urge pulled at you—you needed to see the city, to feel its pulse beneath your skin.
Slowly, you forced yourself up from the couch. The warmth of where you had been sitting clung to your skin, and for a fleeting moment, leaving it felt like stepping away from a cocoon of safety. A shiver ran through your body, but the sensation was electric, exhilarating rather than chilling. Your bare toes sank into the plush shag rug of Jiyong’s living room, the fibers so impossibly soft that they sent tingles up your spine. It was like walking on a cloud, each step sinking into bliss.
You glanced down at yourself—just a tight tank top and black panties. When had you stripped down? The thought flickered through your mind like a shooting star—there and gone in an instant, unimportant in the grand scheme of this moment. The only thing that mattered was now.
A soft gasp left your lips as your gaze drifted toward the massive floor-to-ceiling windows. Seoul stretched before you, a sea of twinkling lights dancing like a mirage in the distance. The sight was breathtaking, the city pulsating with life, its energy calling to you like a lover’s whisper.
“Wow…” The word barely escaped your lips as your feet carried you toward the balcony.
Behind you, Jiyong’s fingers skimmed over his phone screen as he added songs to the queue, and the soft hum of bass-heavy dubstep filled the room. The vibrations seeped into your bones, thrumming in sync with your heartbeat. The sound wrapped around you like silk, and without thinking, you let yourself sway to the rhythm, your long hair cascading down your back like liquid gold.
You had no idea that Jiyong was watching you.
From his place on the couch, he was entranced. The way the city lights framed your silhouette against the dark sky made you look ethereal, almost unreal. Your body moved with the music, effortless, hypnotic—like a dream unfolding before him. His cigarette burned between his fingers, forgotten as he watched you sway in the cool night air.
You lingered outside, though time had become meaningless. What felt like moments stretched into eternity, and when you finally drifted back inside, leaving the wide balcony doors open to let the night breeze in, the clock on the wall read 2 a.m.
The music had deepened, the bass vibrating through the walls. You couldn’t stop yourself from moving, couldn’t help the way your hips followed the rhythm as you floated across the room.
Jiyong was still watching you.
You caught his gaze—hooded eyes locked onto you like you were the only thing that existed in the universe. He sat sprawled out on the couch, legs spread lazily, a cigarette dangling from his lips. His black silk shirt was unbuttoned, exposing the intricate tattoos scrawled across his body. The dim city lights made his neon-green hair look like it was glowing.
“Ji, come dance with me…” You giggled, your voice carrying like the melody of the song playing in the background.
He smirked, the sight sending heat straight through your veins. With a final drag, he stubbed out his cigarette and rose to his feet, stretching his arms above his head before making his way toward you.
Jiyong took your hand, fingers lacing with yours as he twirled you effortlessly. “This is so cool,” he murmured, voice a velvety hum in your ear. His head rested against your shoulder, his breath warm against your skin as his hands found your hips and pulled you flush against him.
The sensation was intoxicating. His touch, his scent, the warmth of his body pressing into yours—it sent shivers of pleasure down your spine.
“Love you, Ji…” The words slipped from your lips before you could stop them, but they felt so natural, so right.
He lifted his head, strands of electric green falling into his eyes as he looked at you—really looked at you. “I love you, Y/n…”
Your breath hitched.
Something shifted.
This wasn’t just Kwon Ji-Yong—your best friend, your partner-in-crime.
This was your soulmate. The one you had loved for so long, but had never found the courage to say it out loud. But now, here, in this euphoric haze, the connection between you burned so brightly, so intensely, that you needed him. Not just his presence. All of him.
And he knew.
You didn’t need words. The way your eyes locked, the way your lips parted slightly, the way his hands gripped your waist just a little tighter—everything was understood in that instant.
Jiyong leaned in, his lips brushing against yours, and the moment they connected, fireworks erupted inside you. The world around you dissolved, leaving only the sensation of his mouth on yours, his tongue moving in perfect sync with yours. Your fingers tangled in his hair, tugging him impossibly closer, and he groaned against your lips, deep and desperate.
Your knees gave out, but he was there—always there—catching you, holding you steady. His lips never left yours, only breaking away briefly to whisper against your mouth, “Can I take you to bed?”
The words sent a delicious shiver down your spine.
“Please,” you breathed, voice laced with need.
A slow, knowing smirk tugged at his lips. He took your hand, guiding you toward his bedroom.
The king-sized bed was draped in silk and velvet, rich shades of crimson and black casting the perfect contrast against the moonlight spilling through the windows. The scene was beautiful—a reflection of the moment itself, dark and intimate, heated yet soft.
Jiyong turned to you, his fingers tilting your chin up before pulling you into another kiss—deeper this time, more possessive. As he walked you both toward the bed, his silk shirt slipped from his shoulders, pooling on the floor. His tattoos stood in sharp relief against his golden skin, and for a moment, you could only stare—dazed, overwhelmed, hungry.
The second your back met the sheets, you were in heaven. The fabric was cool against your flushed skin, sending a shiver up your spine, but it was nothing compared to the warmth of Jiyong’s body hovering over you. His lips were everywhere—trailing over your face, your jaw, the column of your throat. They whispered over your collarbones, traced the curve of your shoulders, dipped lower to explore every inch of you he could find. His kisses were slow, reverent, as if he were worshiping you with each press of his lips.
“Mmm… Ji…” His name spilled from your lips in a soft, breathy whisper, a sound that sent a jolt of pleasure through his veins.
Jiyong grinned against your skin, his mouth just above yours, teasing. “Say my name again.”
You barely hesitated, your fingers tangling in his hair as you murmured, “Jiyong…”
A soft groan rumbled from his chest. The sound alone made your body ache for him. He rested his forehead against your sternum, letting himself linger there for a moment, savoring the way your heartbeat raced beneath his lips. Then, slowly, he hooked his index finger under the fabric of your panties, tugging lightly.
“This okay, baby?” His voice was hushed, thick with longing.
That one simple word—baby—sent butterflies fluttering through your stomach, warmth blooming deep inside you.
“Yes,” you breathed, arching into his touch. “Keep going…”
He smirked, pleased by your desperation, and helped you out of your shirt, his fingers ghosting over your skin as he discarded the fabric. He took his time, trailing kisses downward, each touch of his lips sparking tiny electric shocks that ignited beneath your skin. His mouth traced a slow, tantalizing path from your collarbone to the swell of your breasts, down your stomach, lower still.
Your breath hitched when he hooked his fingers into your panties and dragged them down your legs, his touch featherlight as his fingers brushed your thighs. The cool air sent goosebumps across your bare skin, but it was nothing compared to the fire smoldering in Jiyong’s gaze as he took you in, drinking in every inch of you like you were something sacred.
He placed soft, wet kisses along the inside of your thighs, taking his time, savoring your taste on his lips. The teasing was agonizing. Each press of his mouth sent waves of anticipation pooling between your legs, leaving you squirming beneath him.
Your own hands roamed over your body, desperate to do something, anything, to ease the ache. And then, finally—finally—his lips brushed over your clit, the first touch so delicate, so excruciatingly slow, that your whole body shuddered.
“Oh, god…” you whimpered, throwing your arms over your face as pleasure coursed through you like liquid fire.
Jiyong groaned in response, gripping your thighs tighter as he licked a slow, deliberate stripe over your dripping core. His tongue moved with purpose—soft, languid strokes at first, building into something more intense. He explored you like he had all the time in the world, savoring every moan, every breathless plea that fell from your lips.
Your body writhed beneath him as he worked you closer and closer to the edge, his tongue dipping inside you before sliding back up to that sensitive bundle of nerves, flicking, sucking, teasing in ways that made you tremble. The pleasure was overwhelming, your body tensing, ready to snap.
“Fuck, Ji… I’m gonna—” You gasped, hands clutching the silk sheets.
But just as your orgasm coiled in your stomach, he pulled away, leaving you breathless and aching, the loss so sudden it was nearly painful.
A whimper of protest left your lips, but Jiyong was already climbing back up your body, his lips ghosting over your skin, soothing you with each kiss. His hands fumbled with the zipper of his jeans as he kissed his way up your neck, over your cheek, finally capturing your lips in a heated, dizzying kiss.
“I want you,” he murmured between kisses, his voice husky, needy. “I want you to cum with me inside you.”
The words alone sent a fresh wave of heat coursing through your veins.
He finally rid himself of his pants, and in that moment, both of you were fully bare, bodies pressed together, skin to skin. The heat of him, the weight of him, the way his body fit against yours—it was intoxicating. Overwhelming. Perfect.
Jiyong cupped your cheek, searching your gaze. “Is this okay, baby? Can I make love to you?” His voice was breathless, almost nervous.
“God, yes,” you whined, pulling him down into another kiss.
He smiled against your lips, then slowly—so agonizingly slow—he pushed inside of you, inch by inch. The stretch was delicious, a perfect blend of pleasure and pressure, and your eyes fluttered shut as you adjusted to his size. A low, guttural groan escaped Jiyong’s throat, his forehead dropping to yours.
He opened his eyes, meeting your gaze. The sight of you—lips parted, cheeks flushed, pupils blown wide with pleasure—made his stomach tighten. But when he noticed the glassy shimmer in your eyes, his breath hitched.
“Are you okay?” he whispered, concern flickering across his face.
A soft, adoring smile graced your lips. “Yes… yes. I just—” You exhaled shakily. “I just love you.”
Jiyong’s heart clenched, and his expression softened into something breathtakingly tender. He pressed his lips to yours, slow and deep, before murmuring, “You don’t know how long I’ve wanted to do this…”
And then he moved.
His thrusts were slow, deliberate, filled with an aching kind of passion that sent pleasure rolling through your body in waves. You wrapped your legs around his waist, pulling him deeper, gasping at the way he stretched you, filled you. The sensation was intoxicating—the friction, the heat, the way he fit inside you like he was made for you.
Your nails raked down his back, your fingers threading through his hair, tugging him closer, deeper. His pace quickened, his breath ragged as he lost himself in you, in the way your body responded to his every move.
He looked down at you, his eyes dark with awe. His hand cupped your cheek, thumb brushing over your lips. “Oh God, Y/n… You’re so beautiful. So pretty you could make the stars cry…” he whispered.
His words pushed you over the edge.
“Fuck, Ji—I love you, I love you!” you cried, your whole body trembling as pleasure crashed over you like a tidal wave. A single, warm tear slid down your cheek as your release shattered through you.
Jiyong groaned, burying his face in your neck as he followed, his body tensing before he spilled inside you, his fingers lacing with yours as he held onto you through it all.
The moment stretched, warm and golden, neither of you wanting to move, to break the connection. He didn’t pull out right away, simply resting against you, his head on your shoulder, his hand still gripping yours. You felt whole. Complete. “I love you…” he whispered.
When he finally slipped out of you, he rolled to the side, still holding you close, pressing a soft, lingering kiss to your temple. Both of you were a euphoric, breathless mess, your skin slick with sweat, hearts still hammering in unison.
Silence stretched between you, comfortable and warm.
Then, softly, Jiyong murmured, “Do you wanna take a shower? With me?” There was a slight nervousness in his voice, as if he wasn’t sure how to ask.
You smiled, running your fingers through his messy hair. “Yes.”
And as he pulled you into his arms, leading you toward the bathroom, you knew—this was only the beginning of something you’d been yearning for for years.

“Ji? Is that y-”
And right before you can even finish, the moment you step out of the living room, your gaze landed on the floor and there was your boyfriend, asleep on the floor. You almost forgot how exhausted he must've been for today since he wasn't home all day. You, too, were busy with some other stuff, in the house or work related. Back to the situation, your boyfriend was right in front of you, lying on the floor and sleeping like a baby.
You almost didn't wanna move him but the damn floor is cold and he might get shit ton of muscle cramps no lie. You had two options, carry him or wake him up so he can lazily go to the nearest furniture which you'll end up still being worried because you know damn well this man would definitely fall off the damn couch.
...
And that's how you ended up carrying your boyfriend all the way to the bedroom, which led you to have the worst back ache of your life. How'd you even carry him? Of course the old fashioned Bridal Style, you swore you could hear your back cracking a few times each step to the damn bedroom. Nonetheless, he's in bed now and you plopped next to him, panting softly as you closed your eyes... And now you were deep in thought, wondering what on earth he did today that he was fast asleep on the floor the moment he got home.
The thought left you worried still and wide awake until you suddenly heard birds chirping out the window...
wait what?
You rushed to the window and peeked outside, and your jaw nearly dropped when you saw the sun rising, that's also when you realized, your sleep sched will be as fucked up as Ji-yong's soon enough. You lazily went back to bed, staring at the ceiling like you've seen a ghost, thinking and wondering how the fuck did you not notice the damn time.
Eventually you got a few hours of sleep, which means you got at least four hours of sleep. It was eight in the morning and you were sitting up, rubbing your aching head but your back made that crack again and you nearly screamed, luckily you stifled it with a breathless gasp. “Shit..” You muttered as you slowly lied back down, trying to ease the pain.
The moment you did, Ji-yong instantly trapped you in his arms like you'd disappear if he loosened his grasp. “Mmh..” He hummed against your head softly, his fingertips tracing random patterns on your lower back. “You carried me, again.” He murmured, sounding worried and opened his eyes slightly to look at you. “I thought i was dreaming when i heard you whispering cusses.” You deadpanned and sighed, “I can't just leave you on the floor, dragging you would be so rude, waking you up is the rudest.” You said as you gently cupped his cheek and brushed your thumb against his cheekbone.
“You didn't have to.. I told you to wake me up, not carry me. We're both getting old anyway and so are our bodies, now you have back pain again because of me.” He said as he pulled you closer gently, trying to be gentle as possible like how you were so gentle with carrying him hours ago. You sighed softly and planted a soft kiss on his forehead, “Alright, alright.. I'm sorry. I'll wake you up next time.” You muttered softly against his forehead and earned a soft, quiet hum from him.
“Let's sleep for a bit, Aein.. You have no idea how bad i missed cuddling you.” Ji-yong murmured softly and his grasp was literally trapping you, you could barely move. Which left you no choice but to smile softly and close your eyes again. “Okay Aein, love you..”
“Love you too..”

vulnerable
pairing: g-dragon x reader warnings: none word count: 1.1k
.
— this is for anyone that feels like a burden to others if they dare open up about their feelings —
.
jiyong slides in his chair, letting out an exasperated sigh. music production has been so stressful, trying to meet the high expectations put on his name. g-dragon. sometimes, he wishes he can run away from this name, from his genius producer reputation. but he loves music, his fans and...he wouldn't have met you.
he met his girlfriend of three months now through mutual friends, and he couldn't be more thankful. you're everything to him, which is why your reply made him sulk.
jy: hi baby, are you free tonight? ;) y/n: hii my beloved, im sorryy :( work has piled up and i see no escape. i'll be busy for the next few days :(
several days is way too long of a time without seeing you. "i don't blame her, i'm struggling the same with my work. but i would love to see her for an hour or two." he was ranting to his bestfriend, taeyang, on the phone with a visible sulk in his voice. "i think you should tell her that jiyong, maybe she was too stressed to think of meeting for a few hours."
he was staring at the demo he produced a few hours ago, his mind thinking of ways to make the song sound better. he forgot taeyang, still on the other side of the call, but a feminine voice pulled him out of his thoughts. "did she say she's busy with work for a few days?" "yeah, why?" he cleared his voice, "uhm guys, what are you on about?"
hyorin, taeyang's wife, sounded worried. "i think you should go check up on her, jiyong-ssi." he sat straight in his seat "why? what does it mean when she says she's busy?" hyorin sighed on the other end, "i can't talk in detail about it because it's not my place but, (y/n) has struggled with being vulnerable because of a previous relationship." he stood up fully now, rushing to save his work. "i coincidentally went to visit her with a meal when she said she was busy, and she was having a breakdown...she thinks she will be a burden if she made people rush to her side everytime she's going through something." his heart felt like it stopped working, like it malfunctioned. why would she...she's not comfortable with me?...
.
.
you heard a knock on your apartment door and you started wiping your tears, the delivery man doesn't need to be seeing dried tears and puffy eyes, you tried to joke. "you can leave it just on the inside-" you were super-glued to your place. it wasn't the delivery man. "ji-jiyong?" your voice came out thick from all the crying you did. "can i please come in?" his voice was almost a whisper, like he is afraid to raise it any higher in case you run the other way.
you silently opened the door wider to allow him in, not knowing what to do with yourself. run, hide, don't show him your weakness. your traumatised mind was screaming at you, but you were still glued in-front of the gentlest man you've ever met. his eyes had an expression you couldn't read; pain? guilt? sadness..?
your body starts forcing you to walk into the living room, but before you turned around he leaped and wrapped his arms around your waist, his head leaning into your shoulder, engulfing you whole. you stayed in your place, you didn't understand what was happening. "(y/n)" he breathed again. "(y/n)" he breathed out, "why are you crying, alone, when i'm here?" you felt your body shaking, so you wrapped your arms around his neck, burying your head into the crook of his neck in an attempt to hide from the confession he was asking of you.
you held him tighter, and he returned it by pulling you closer to him. "it's not about you" your voice was more of a whisper than anything. "i know baby" you shifted in his arms, "you know?" he slowly started drawing circles on the small of your back. "hyorin told me a bit about it, but" he placed a kiss on the top of your head as he rested his chin on the top of your head, "who in their right mind would not want to hold you in their arms, like this, and smell your floral shampoo?" he tried to lighten the mood.
"a whiny, clingy person" you started "that's what he told me when i called him, needing reassurance." at which point did your tears started pooling around your eyes again, you don't know, but you notice how jiyong starts swaying the both of you gently right and left, like he's telling you he's listening. he knew you still had more to say. "i'm the type of person that holds it in, i don't complain unless i've suppressed my emotions for too long. at some point in my relationship, he started sighing anytime i tried to express how i'm feeling.." you started crying, but wanted to continue,
"so, i stopped telling anyone how i feel. every time i tried to speak, my mind would start to attack me, scream at me, and it shut me up." you hid your face in his chest as you cried your heart out. you let out all of your pent-up feelings to another human being after all this time. it wasn't just anyone, it was to the person that mattered the most to you. his arms melted away your sadness, stress, frustration. after what felt like hours, your cries were now sniffles, slowly settling into this newly cleansed heart.
you felt jiyong pull away, and pull you with him over to the couch in the living room. he sat you down, held your tear-stained face ever so gently, wiping any escaping tear from your (e/c) eyes. "your vulnerability" he kissed the space between your brows "is what you makes you human" he kissed your left cheek "becoming someone you can lean on," he kissed your right cheek "is a great honour for me." he kisses your nose "i want to know your everything, i want you to cry only in my arms, and to complain when life feels unfair." he grazed his thumb over your lower lip.
he slowly leaned in, placing a feather-like kiss. you smiled as he kissed you again, deepening the kiss, like he's sealing the promise he made to you with his warm, soft lips. you melted, feeling your mind settle into an unheard whisper. he rested his forehead on yours, sighing happily.
"i love you, kwon jiyong." he giggled at the mention of his full name, "i love you too, (y/n) (l/n)." you were both giggling at this point. you settled on his lap, as he held you close to his chest. feeling his heartbeat, you felt yourself come home. "thank you, my dearest." he reassuringly squeezed your upper arm. "always, my most beloved."

Summary: Jiyong is struggling through his hiatus and misses his best friend. You try your best to be there for him, even when it feels like he doesn’t want you around.
Warnings: slight angst, a lot of GD yearning for TOP. Very minor language.
Things hadn’t exactly been easy since Jiyong had decided to take a hiatus. You weren’t really sure if he even knew what a hiatus was. Everyday you’d wake to find him in the studio, writing new material, a stressed look on his face. You’d hoped that a break would’ve actually been just that - but the man didn’t know how to quit. You’d pull him out every night when you could tell he was getting frustrated hoping the next day would be better.
You’d have secret conversations with Youngbae and Daesung whenever you got too worried, knowing deep down that the only person he’d reason with had shut him out. Morning came quickly and you were awoken to Jiyong emerging from his blanket cocoon. “Jiyong, why don’t we just take a rest today?” You tried your best to make your voice sound normal, not a hint of pleading in there but he picked up on it and sighed.
“I can’t today. I really have to finish this song.” He sat up in bed, rubbing his eyes and you took the opportunity to really look at him. The dark circles you thought you’d imagined were real. His skin seemed pale, he looked worn out. “Maybe we can do something tomorrow.” He got out of bed, offered you a smile and headed out of the room.
You couldn’t help the pang of disappointment you felt as he disappeared from the room. You knew Jiyong loved you, of course he did, but you couldn’t help but feel forgotten. You never wanted to come between him and his work, you knew how he got when he felt like he was up against a wall. But something needed to change.
With a heavy sigh, you got out of bed, made yourself presentable and headed out of the house. You unfortunately couldn’t sit around waiting for him today. Work called and even if you’d been willing to call in earlier, that had changed the second Jiyong walked out of the bedroom. You knew you should stay home, save him from himself but you needed a break too. Maybe a without you hovering would help.
When you pulled into the drive that evening everything felt off. The lights were off, the lights were never off - unless you were sleeping. “Jiyong?” You called as you entered the house, closing the front door with a soft thud. You were greeted with silence and the soft meow of your cars. You weren’t going to worry. You weren’t worried. You kept telling yourself that as you wandered the house in search of him. Where the fuck was he?
You paused outside the door to his studio, you’d never gone in there before. Not that you couldn’t, it just was so very him that you didn’t want to disturb his sanctuary. You pressed your ear up to the door but it was useless, the room was so soundproofed you couldn’t hear a thing..
The site that unfolded in front of you hadn’t been what you’d expected. There on the couch in the sound booth was your boyfriend passed out clutching what appeared to be lyrics. So that was why the house was dark, he hadn’t bothered to leave the studio once. You moved the papers out of his hands, careful not to read any of his work and shook him awake.
“Hey” he smiled as his eyes locked with yours. “What are you doing in here?” You moved to sit down next to him and shrugged. “The house was dark. I didn’t know where you were.” He scooted slowly, to sit next to you.
“I’m sorry I worried you, I must’ve passed out. I’ve not been sleeping well.” He admitted. Your head snapped looking over at him, worry etched in your brows. “See, that look right there is why I didn’t tell you. You don’t need to worry about me.” You frowned, reaching a hand out to touch him. “Talk to me. What’s going on with you?” You should’ve asked sooner, but you’d been hoping you were over reacting.
He let out a sigh, shaking his head as he broke eye contact with you. “I keep thinking if I write the right song, the best song, he’ll read it and come back.” You could hear the pain in his voice, and it made you want to protect him from ever feeling this way again. His best friend was doing what he thought was best for everyone - which couldn’t be further from the truth. “I don’t think it’s that simple, oppa.” Seunghyun had been your friend too and you weren’t blind to the void that he left behind. “Seunghyun needs time to heal, he didn’t leave because he wanted to. He left because he felt he had to.” You eyed the sheet holding the lyrics Jiyong has been working on. “Can I read it?”
He nodded and handed the lyrics over. Any other girl might be jealous of such heartfelt feelings being written about someone else but not you. You understand their relationship, he’d come first. They’re more than best friends, they were family and both of them were hurting. “It’s perfect.”
“You’re biased” he smirked, taking the paper back and tucking it into his pocket. “Maybe, but it’s still perfect. You should record it.” He shook his head. “It’s not Bigbang without him.” You offered up a reassuring smile, a playful glint in your eye, “so make it GD.” You hardly ever referred to him as his stage name and he smiled before hiding his face with his hands. There he was. That shy adorable guy you loved so much.
“Maybe.” He yawned, stretching his arms before standing up. “Thank you for this. I should’ve told you sooner.” You shook your head. “Don’t worry about it. Just know you’re not alone, ok?”
He nodded. reaching his arm out to you, helping you to your feet. “I’m sorry if I’ve been acting not myself lately, I just don’t know how to let people in fully. I get in my head and think I have to do it all alone.” He apologized as he led you both out of the studio. Turning on the lights as he went.
“You’re not alone. I’m always going to be here for you. Even if you don’t want to talk about whatever’s going on, I’m still here.” You gave his hand a reassuring squeeze, wishing you could take all his pain away. He pulled you toward him, a small smile on his face. Not his big grin you’d grown to love over the years but it was a start. “I love you. He mumbled before pulling you in for a kiss. “I love you too” you smiled against his lips.

A/N: first post!! requests are currently open for headcanons and blurbs ★
warnings: smut/fluff/consensual relationship
★ ji-yong gets you to dye his hair. So here you were in the bathroom of your house, your hair up, some clear gloves covering your hands, a pot of red hair dye in one hand and a dye brush in the other, softly stroking the brush through your husbands hair. "Ugh are you almost done jagiya?" He whined leaning his head back so he could see you better. "Be patient Ji, im going as fast as I can." You huffed rolling your eyes pushing his head slightly back so you could apply more dye to his hair. "But I miss you." He said pouting moving his body slightly so he can see your face fully. "I'm right here Ji." You laughed your hand coming up to cup his face, he nuzzled his face further into your hand. "Now let me finish your hair, then we can go to bed." You smiled looking into his eyes. "Kiss first baby." He grinned moving closer to you, you gave him a peck on his lips and moved away. "Hey come back" He huffed. "Ji baby turn around let me finish this." You say pointing to his hair, he moved his face closer and without saying anything he grabbed your face in his hands, pulling your face closer to his and connecting his lips with yours.
★Sometimes you find your husband Ji-Yong sleeping on the floor. You twist the lock on yours and jiyoung's front door removing the key as you enter before turning around and locking it, the atmosphere was unusually silent. You take off your jacket and shoes leaving them in their usual place, "Ji-Yong?." You spoke walking down the hall and into the living room, and that's when you see your husband, his body calmly laying on the floor, his head resting on his hands and his phone scatted on the floor next to him. You walk over and crouch down rubbing his back slightly. "Baby wake up." You spoke rubbing his back a bit harder than before. His eyes slowly flutter open for a second before he's closing them again because of the lights. "Jagiya?" He asked lifting an arm up to reach you. "Come on baby you fell asleep on the floor again." You softly said pulling his hand so he could sit up. "Lets get you to bed honey." You said caressing his hair.
★When your husband Ji-Yong comes home tipsy. You were currently sat on the couch in your living room, watching a random movie you put on. Ji-Yong went out with a couple friends this evening he wanted you to come but you refused since you had a busy week at work and just wanted to relax for the weekend. You were now half way through your movie it was around 9pm , you couldn't focus on the movie so you decided to just scroll through your phone. After around 10 minuets of scrolling you hear the lock of the front door twist. 'he's back already its only 9' you thought to yourself. "baby?" He spoke out locking the door in the process. "In here". You said putting your phone down on the coffee table in front of you. He walked into the living room with a big smile across his face, he walked over to where you were sat on the couch and plopped down next to you. "Hey honey your back early". You smiled moving your head to face him. "I know, think im getting too old." He laughed moving closer to your side. "Were you drinking?" You ask. "Only had one glass jagiya." His head came in contact with your shoulder and he snuggled into you, you start to softy run your fingers through his hair. "Hmm good boy." You teased, a grin spreading across your face. "Don't tease." He whined hiding his face in your shoulder. You pull his hair softly so you could see his face, he whimpered at your action. You lean forward and press your lips onto his.
★When your husband Ji-Yong has to leave for work. It was around 5am Ji-young had to leave early as he was catching a flight. He was awoken suddenly by his phone alarm, he groaned removing one of his arms from around you to turn it off. He turned back around to wrap you in his arms tighter, he pulled you close and whispered in your ear. "I've got to leave soon baby". He pressed a kiss to your neck, you hummed in response still deep in sleep. He placed a few more kisses on your neck before moving your body so you were now laying fully on your back, his mouth went to your stomach leaving a few gentle kisses. His fingers hooked into your pj pants and he slipped them from your legs, His mouth came in contact with your clothed clit leaving a few more kisses, your body jerks slightly at his action, he gripped your thighs softly pulling you closer, he slipped off your underwear. After they were removed he left a trial of kisses on your inner thighs before his lips came in contact with your bare pussy, his tongue darted out to swirl around your clit. You were shook out your sleep suddenly when you felt him, a moan left your throat. "Ji-Yong." You got out, your hands gripped his hair. "Shh baby, I just needed a little taste before I leave". He hummed His mouth going back down to your clit.

・❥・summary: jiyong has been your closest friend for many years but what he doesn't know is you like him a lot more than that. ・❥・word count: 1.4k ・❥・warnings: none! ・❥・authors note: first time writing for gd so go easy on me <3
“You should let me borrow this one when you’re finished with it.” Your delicate fingers played around with the rings decorating Jiyong’s hands. His accessory game was always on point — you were always asking if you could borrow the things he wore and he would always very happily oblige. Something about seeing you in the things he wore made him feel things he hadn’t felt in a very long time.
His arm was wrapped around your shoulders as the two of you laid out on the couch in his dressing room, legs stretched out. Jiyong's other hand lay on his stomach where you were playing around with his fingers. It was soothing, putting him in a calm frame of mind before he had to go out and perform later in the day. Nobody could calm him better than you. He gently rested his head on top of yours, squeezing his eyes shut as he laughed softly.
“I should start charging you for the amount of things you take from me,” he joked.
“You’d double your fortune at this rate,” you grinned over at him, tilting your head. “Not my fault you always have the best stuff. Stop being such a style icon and I wouldn’t have to.”
A comfortable silence settled between the two of you. Jiyong’s fingers playing with a strand of your hair, soaking in the quiet. It had always been like this with you. Jiyong was your closest friend — you’d known him before he’d even debuted. Every step of the way you had been by his side. Nobody knew him better than you and vice versa. He had been there at your lowest, you had been there at his. There wasn’t anything you hadn’t experienced together. It was easy to say that without each other, neither of you would be the person you were. It wasn’t often in life people found someone they connected with so easily, so deeply which is why Jiyong could never know how you really felt about him.
Over the last couple of years, your feelings for him had shifted. At first you’d brushed it off as just a crush, a silly little thing that would pass as time went on. Except it didn’t pass. It only got stronger. Every single day it was like a weight on your chest knowing that you could never tell him. Not only would it be humiliating but he definitely wouldn’t feel the same and that would be it. The friendship would be over and he’d be out of your life.
A sigh escaped your lips before you could even realise. Immediately, it caught Jiyong’s attention. His eyes that had been closed now opening to look at you with concern. “Everything okay?”
“Yeah, don’t worry about me,” you assured him. He looked at you as if he was examining you, trying to figure out if you were lying to him but as he opened his mouth to speak, the door to the room opened.
Daesung and Youngbae walked in, laughing at something. Their eyes caught the position the two of you were in, mischievous grins slowly creeping onto their faces. Oh no. You know what was coming next. It had been like this for years now. They’d catch you and Jiyong cuddling or being close to each other and never let either of you live it down.
“Did we interrupt something?” Daesung raised a brow. Jiyong rolled his eyes, sitting up with you and giving his friend the middle finger.
“I think we did. You know, next time put a sock on the door or something so we know you’re busy,” Youngbae teased. Your cheeks flushed red as you hid your face in your hands. This only caused the two men to laugh.
Jiyong got to his feet, holding his hand out to help you to yours. “You two are a pain in my ass.” He turned to you, his hand lingering on yours for a beat longer than normal. “I need to go get ready but I’ll see you after the show? We can go get food or something.”
You simply nodded your head, waving goodbye as he and Youngbae left the room. Daesung remained behind, looking at you with a soft smile. “You should tell him, you know.”
“Huh?”
“You should tell Jiyong how you feel.”
“No idea what you’re talking about,” you said, trying to hide the blush on your cheeks. How had Daesung even figured it out? He really was more attentive than you gave him credit for.
“Sure but I’m just saying, I think you’d be pleasantly surprised if you told him,” Daesung shot a wink your way, running out of the room to meet up with his friends.
Now, what the hell did that mean?
——
The show had gone amazing. It was like Jiyong had never been gone. Each show he performed he got more and more confident, G Dragon coming out in full force. Honestly, seeing him on stage and fully embracing his G Dragon person was hot as hell. Nobody did it like him. He was the king of K Pop for a reason.
You had slid away to the dressing room as the show ended, giving the three boys time to thank the crew. It was Taeyang’s tour but you knew how much all of them appreciated the people who helped them. It was one of the most endearing qualities — it’s what made them some of the most loved boys in the industry.
The door to the room opened and in came Jiyong. He hand a towel in his hand, dabbing at the sweat on his face. The second he laid eyes on you, he smiled. His heartbeat speeding up everytime he looked at you. He had it bad. So damn bad.
“You did so good out there!” You beamed, throwing your arms around him in a hug. Without hesitation, he dropped the towel, wrapping his arms around you. If he could keep you this close to him forever, he would. Hopefully you couldn’t feel how hard his heart was beating right now. The best feeling in the world was you waiting for him after a show. It felt like he was on cloud nine knowing that he had the most supportive, loyal and kind person by his side.
He pulled back, only slightly, his hot breath fanning across your face. You couldn’t place the look in his eyes but it cause a shiver to run down your spine. When he spoke, his voice was soft. “Couldn’t do any of it without you.”
Time seemed to stand still as you locked eyes with each other. Was this it? Was this the right moment to tell him how you felt?
“Jiyong, I….” You started but he cut you off.
“I’m sorry for cutting you off, I need to say something to you and if I don’t do it now, I never will,” he cupped your cheek, taking a deep breath as he found the words that had been on the tip of his tongue for so long now. “I’m crazy about you. I have been for a very long time but you are so important to me that I didn’t want to ruin the friendship. I can’t lie to myself or you anymore. I understand if you don’t feel the same way but I owed it to myself to at least tell you.”
Your heart skipped a beat as you listened to his soft, rushed words. You could tell how nervous he was, how much he wanted to probably run out of the door and pretend he never said anything but he didn’t. He was stood here being brave so you had to be too. “Jiyong, I’m crazy about you, too. You drive me insane. It’s kind of terrifying how much I like you as more than a friend. I just… didn’t think you’d feel the same so I never said anything.”
“What? Are you crazy? Why wouldn’t I feel the same? You’re the most incredible person I’ve ever met.”
“You’re biased.”
“Yeah, well,” he grinned one of those signature Jiyong grins. His eyes flickered down to your lips then back to your eyes as if asking for permission. You nodded your head and that was all he needed. He leaned forward, closing the distance to meet your lips. The kiss was gentle, a declaration of his feelings for you without actually giving them words.
It was short and sweet. It was perfect.
Pulling back, he smiled at you. Seeing you stood there with your flushed cheeks and nervous smile, he felt like he could burst from joy. He was so head over heels for you. “Come on,” he said, linking his fingers with yours. “I believe I promised you some food.”
But before he could pull you off, you wrapped your hand around the back of his neck and pulled him back down to meet your lips. Food could wait for now.

Under the Weather: KWON JI-YONG x READER
summary: you wake up with a cold, so as soon as he notices, ji-yong wants to do nothing but take care of you.
word count: 900

![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/c0b24ba4413ea336ab4a08eadef12fbd/df23fa62aa1db22d-a2/s540x810/f9d7b6836859100a6b5b26cafd41443ebf8fe702.jpg)
It’s early morning when you feel it—the sudden heavy weight of exhaustion pulling at you even though the day has just begun. Your head is pounding, and you feel a familiar tightness in your chest. You roll over, eyes still half-closed, not yet ready to face the day.
Ji-yong stirs beside you, shifting slightly as the morning light peeks through the curtains. He’s always the first one to rise, his energy almost always immediate, but today, he’s not quite as lively as usual. With a groan, he pushes himself up, stretching lazily before standing up and heading toward the bathroom.
You stay where you are, cocooned in the warmth of the blankets, but soon realize your body feels much too tired to do anything. As the minutes pass, you try to ignore the discomfort, willing yourself to fall back asleep—but it’s no use. You’re wide awake, but too tired to do anything about it.
He returns from the bathroom, towel hanging loosely from his waist as he moves around to get ready. The usual morning routine follows: brushing teeth, checking his phone, choosing an outfit. It’s nothing out of the ordinary, but when he glances over at the bed, he notices that you haven’t stirred since he got up. Something must be up.
He frowns, moving to sit on the edge of the bed. “Aein..? Is everything okay?” His voice is soft, but there’s an undeniable note of concern.
You blink up at him, struggling to focus. “Huh?”
“You’re still in bed? You’re usually up by now.” He presses the back of his hand against your forehead. “You’re burning up.”
You blink slowly, groaning softly as you try to sit up. “I think I’m just tired,” you mutter, voice heavy. You try to smile, but the effort feels too much. “I’ll be fine in a bit…”
Ji-yong doesn’t believe you for a second. Without saying anything more, he gently presses you back into the pillows, covering you up again with the blankets. “Stay right here. I’m going to take care of you.”
You hear him moving around the apartment, but you can’t bring yourself to open your eyes just yet. You hear the kitchen faucet running, and the sound of something bubbling on the stove. You think he’s making something, maybe soup—you can’t tell. The air smells warm and comforting.
A few minutes later, he returns with a tray of warm tea and a bowl of soup, setting it down beside you on the bed. You look up at him through half-lidded eyes as he smiles softly, brushing a strand of hair from your face. “You’re still burning up,” he murmurs, the worry in his voice barely hidden.
“You didn’t have to do all this,” you say, your voice thick with drowsiness. “I’m okay.”
“You’re not okay,” Ji-yong replies, a playful smile tugging at the corner of his lips. “But I’ll make you feel better. Drink up.”
You let him feed you spoonfuls of soup, unable to protest. The warmth soothes you, but Ji-yong isn’t done yet. He presses a cool hand to your forehead before brushing some damp strands of hair away from your face.
“My poor girl,” he whispers softly, his voice laced with tenderness. “I hate seeing you like this.”
You close your eyes, grateful for his presence. The gentle rhythm of his movements is enough to make you feel cared for—protected. His care isn’t just physical; you feel it in the way he speaks to you, in the way he holds you.
After a while, he climbs into bed beside you, slipping under the covers and pulling you into his arms. You’re still too tired to say much, but you snuggle closer to him, resting your head against his chest. Ji-yong gently runs his fingers through your hair, occasionally pressing light kisses to your forehead.
“You’ll feel better soon,” he whispers, his voice soft and calming. “Just sleep, okay?”
“Mhm,” you respond faintly, too comfortable to argue. His heartbeat is steady beneath your ear, and it lulls you to sleep.
But just before you slip under completely, your delirium starts to take over. You mumble, barely aware of what you're saying. “You’re so pretty, you know that?”
Ji-yong chuckles softly, his fingers pausing in your hair as he smiles down at you. “Pretty? What else?” He teases, leaning in closer.
“You’re... always so nice to me,” you ramble, voice thick with exhaustion. “Taking care of me like this... I don’t deserve you. You’re perfect... just perfect... How do you always know what to do... always so sweet, I love you...” Your words blur together, but he listens, a soft smile never leaving his face.
“And you... you’re my man, my pretty boy.” You continue, eyes fluttering as you drift in and out of sleep. “I’m so lucky... you're too good to me... my favorite person...”
You let out a soft sigh, and your words trail off as your breath evens out, completely falling asleep mid-sentence.
Ji-yong finds it impossible not to smile at how adorable you are, even in your delirious state. He brushes a loose strand of hair from your face and presses a gentle kiss to your forehead.
“You’re too cute when you’re like this,” he whispers, his heart swelling with affection. He pulls you closer, savoring the warmth of your body against his. “Sleep, my love. I’ve got you.”

the gentleman he is he’ll ask if he can throw you in the water and once he gets the answer he wanted so badly, you’re picked up in an instant and thrown into the water but jiyong quickly checks on you to make sure he wasn’t too rough and holds you close against his warmer body pressing gentle kisses all over your face and down your neck. (he loves that)
if it’s a beautiful city? will take you shopping and spends so much money on you. don’t feel bad about it because he married you!! his money is your money and he will continue to spoil you so much.
“baby? I seen you looking at this dress and bought it while you were in the fitting room. can we go back there and try this one on, hm? I’ll be good.”
it’s so hard for him to behave but with your stern looks he acts scared to make you laugh and puts on his best behavior even if he wants so badly to take you back to the hotel and make love. yes I said make love because that’s what jiyong will say.
steals your phone to take pretty pictures of you to post and show your friends or family. he’ll then take plenty of pictures with his phone and stare at them for a few minutes before giving his attention to you.
“how’d I get so lucky? you’re so breathtaking.”
if it’s a tropical island? you’ll spend hours on the beach or he’ll take you to the aquarium! one of the largest in the city and hell of course buy you so much at the gift shop to remember this day.
it’ll be hard for him to wait for sex but he wants you to know and understand that isn’t the most important to him especially if he knows you’re super excited to leave the hotel and explore! so.. if anything he’ll do his best to wait for that night. what you want is far more important to him.
that night? well you’re in for a pretty long night with him. he’ll want to go for several rounds with a few breaks in between. each break he takes with you is a new special memory. he loves to hold you close to him and talk about all sorts of topics.
“wanna go another round? maybe this time in the shower or bath? that sounds so sexy.. I don’t know what it is about it. how does it sound to you baby?”
he’ll wake you up with breakfast in bed and after? prepare for morning sex and it’ll be hard to say no to him especially knowing he’s now your husband. cooking for you so early and going out of his way to make everything so perfect? yeah you need him.
“I can’t wait for you to get pregnant. is that okay to say? I just can’t wait. I know we’ve talked about it before but to see you pregnant with my baby? it’s going to be something so special and exciting.”
jiyong will try all sorts of dishes and desserts with you even if he doesn’t think it sounds good. the best part about the honeymoon is bonding and sharing memories together. him gagging over something he really didn’t like was a great memory.
“look it’s a stray cat! should we bring it home?”
“please? can we just bring it home! looks so cute.”
that’s when it’s time to drag jiyong away from the stray cat because if not? you’ll end up bringing it back home with you and hours later? he’s asking about the stray cat and if it’s doing okay. awww
before the end of your honeymoon he pulls you into his lap and gets emotional about how lucky he is to have you as his wife and how beautiful this honeymoon has been. he’s the best husband you could ever ask for. romantic, sweet, caring, so supportive and one of the most handsome ever.

Pretty boy - Kwon Ji-Yong/G-Dragon x reader part 1
Summary: after meeting Y/n for the first time Ji-Yong can’t seem to get you out of his head, while you were in just in awe over how godlike he looked whenever he’d smile at you or give you any type of attention. After meeting each other for a third time at the club, Ji-Yong finally decides to make a move
Warnings: none <3 just Ji-Yong being deathly adorable <333
The first time you ever met Kwon Ji-Yong you were fresh out of the gate twenty years old, you were visiting South Korea for a gig as a dancer for a few concert shows, whenever you bumped into Ji-Yong in the hotel lobby you were both staying in, both of you crashing into each other as you rushed downstairs before the Taxi left with your bags still in the trunk. You thought by his looks he’d scream at you for being clumsy, I mean he looked polished, respectable, and like he had somewhere very very important to be, so why wouldn’t he? But instead he just offered you one of the prettiest smiles you had ever seen before offering his hand to you to help you up. “You need to be careful, Aein, I’d hate for someone as pretty as you to get hurt” he flirted, you were a blushing mess afterwards, quick to pull your hands away as you saw the taxi drive off “damnit!…my clothes” you whispered sadly before looking at Ji-Yong “Listen, I’m so sorry I ran into you but I need to go call the taxi company” you apologized before running up the stairs to your hotel room to let your managers know the situation, after you left, Ji-Yong knew he had to find you again, you acted so unfazed by him compared to him, yea you blushed but most girls wouldn’t of even be able to touch his hand without screaming, and you just, apologized and ran off. You quickly became the only thought that filled Ji-Yong’s mind during rehearsals and shows, always scanning the crowd for you, asking the boys constantly if they saw a woman matching your description, he wouldn’t see you again until he saw you leaving dressed in a long black coat covering what looked like fishnets. You looked panicked as you rushed by him, your gaze catching his for only a few seconds before you were gone again “guys! That was her!” Ji-yong whisper yelled pointing to you as you ran past “didn’t yg tell you no more girls?” Seung Hyun asked teasingly, watching his face glare “no he said no more controversial girls” he argued before moving his head around to get a better view of you, watching as you hurried into the taxi to leave.
As you showed up to your gig you were in awe, staring at the huge arena and stage, this was definitely the biggest gig you’ve taken, no wonder it paid so well. As you listened to the choreographer you noticed a group of guys walk in laughing and pushing a shorter male around, as they entered the room, as they got closer you immediately noticed them as the men from your hotel lobby. You quickly tried to step behind the others to hide yourself, but Ji-Yong had already spotted you, seeking you out almost immediately, playing it off as introducing himself personally to the group of back-up dancers that stood around with you, whenever he got to you though his hand lingered holding yours, taking in every feature of yours before pulling away.
Rehearsals Ji-Yong wasn’t able to focus, always looking towards you anytime he lip sung to the music playing over the speakers “so, for this section of the song, we’re gonna pair each of you up with one of our boys, your job for this song is to compliment them as they sing since they don’t have much choreography.” The choreographer shouted, pulling you all forwards to find the best height differences, as she went down the line you started to feel nervous, the more ladies she paired up, the more it narrowed down you and Ji-Yong. “And finally, Y/n, we’re gonna have you paired together with Ji-Yong, he’ll be center stage so you have to make sure you have face the entire performance, no frowning, pouting anything unless it’s in the choreography, got it?” She lectured, you nodded along with her words walking over to Ji-Yong, you kept your eyes trained on the floor, Dae-Sung and Seung Hyun’s chuckles and squeals not going unnoticed by you as Ji-Yong wrapped his arm around your shoulders “we’ll have fun don’t worry, just let me know if anything is too much, okay beautiful?” He stated, offering you the same sweet smile he did whenever he helped you up, you couldn’t help but stare in awe, he looked so pretty, almost like a fairytale prince or a god. It didn’t take long for you to become shocked at how fast his sweet pretty demeanor changed to dominant and hot during his rehearsals. As you stood next to him for the next song his hand found your hip for his pose “this is okay?” He asked softly, you just nodded offering him a sweet smile “yea, it’s part of the choreography right?” You asked, Ji-Yong wanted to kiss you right there, you soft tone as you innocently asked him questions throughout the rehearsal about the choreography drove him nuts, you were too sweet to be on stage dancing like you. Regardless of your looks you still bent down with Ji-Yong, blushing as you felt his hand press against your lower back keeping you bent down at the waist as he stood back up, smirking as he pulled you up against his chest, swaying your hips together to the chorus of ‘Bae Bae’.
As you pressed your back against his chest you grabbed his free hand holding it in yours as you moved your hands up your body, starting at your hips not stopping until your arms were above your head, hips swinging to the beat of the music before you spun around him, moving back towards your mark single file with the other ladies. Ji-Yong was quick to grab your wrist, pulling you closer to him again “I think it’d be better if I kept her dancing near me as I went?” Ji-yong stated as the music stopped “if that’s what you think is best Ji-Yong, but keep in mind if it fails it’s on you” the woman warned.
After rehearsal you decided to go to a club that was near your hotel, deciding after that experience you needed to get drunk and forget about it, of course the one time you’d travel for a gig one of the band members would start acting attracted to you. As you stood at the bar section of the club you took notice to how many people were there, you weren’t concerned about it though, you had a plan before you ever came here, do your job and have fun while you travel, and you were going to stick with it. As you felt the alcohol wash over you a feeling of confidence washing over you aswell. Moving to the dance floor you focused more on letting the alcohol take over rather than dancing, only noticing an arm around your waist as you danced whenever you heard a very familiar sweet voice “I swear it’s like fate we keep running into each other was all heard you before the beat dropped to the song that was playing.
Spinning around in your drunken haze you smiled “oh my gosh! Pretty boy! You’re here?” You gasped in shock, placing your hands on his shoulders to stable yourself in order to get a clearer look at the man in front of you. His bright red hair and earrings being a giveaway that he was indeed ‘pretty boy’. “Pretty boy?” He questioned laughing softly, giving you that damn smile that had your heart swooning in awe “yea! I can’t remember your name, so pretty boy!” You giggled, your words slurring together slightly as you spoke, Ji-Yong wasn’t as drunk as you, but he definitely wasn’t sober, far from it, even in his state though he couldn’t get his mind off of you. “It’s G-Dragon, but you can call me Ji-Yong, pretty girl” he smirked, watching as your cheeks heated up slightly, you couldn’t help it, from your hometown there wasn’t anybody that compared to Ji-Yong and his looks, it was absolutely breathtaking, so hearing him confirm that he thought you were pretty made you feel butterflies. “Awww! You think I’m pretty?!” You shouted over the music, he nodded excitedly watching as you hugged him tightly “do you wanna dance with me? It’d be so fun!” You gasped excitedly, Ji-yong couldn’t stop himself from internally awing at your excitement, especially whenever you were so shy to rehearse the choreography with him hours before.
You ended up staying in the club for almost 3 and a half hours, ending up getting a taxi together since you were going to the same place in the end. As you stumbled to the elevator, Ji-yong laughed, catching your hands in his quickly to help you stabilize your balance before you tripped over the small crack where the floor met the elevator. As you rode up together Ji-Yong’s arms were wrapped around you securely “you know..you don’t have to go home yet” he whispered in your ear, swaying you back and forth as you rested your head back against his shoulder, shivering as you felt his breath against your neck “We both have somewhere to be tomorrow morning” you warned, resting your hands over his as you spoke “the same place, what’s the issue?” He asked playfully “you don’t have to, princess, we can always continue another time” he offered sweetly, you sighed feeling torn, you very much wanted to see where it went with Ji-Yong, but you didn’t want to risk getting in trouble or losing your gig, it was a lot of money that you’d be getting once you were finished.
“I don’t know..” you whispered shyly, holding his hands a little tighter as your anxiety started to creep up on you, what if you declining him ruined everything? What if that is the reason you lose the gig? Now you were panicking, trying your best to hide it as you both walked off the elevator together “Princess, don’t feel pressured, We both have rehearsal at the same spot same time” he whispered calmly, taking his index finger and thumb to tilt your head up to meet his gaze “okay?..” he added on, you couldn’t hide the fact you were melting in his touch, you couldn’t help it though, throughout the entire time you had been in South Korea it had been back to back being charmed by Kwon Ji-Yong, and it was starting to make you fall for the man.
You took a deep breath before holding his sides gently “You’re not mad right?” You asked softly, tilting your head, Ji-Yong just raised his eyebrows at you, wanting to pull you into a hug calling you silly for ever thinking he could be mad at you, but he contained himself shockingly “of course not, pretty girl, you have a right to say no, I have no reason to be upset with you, as long as I can see you again” He explained, his hands moving to cup your cheeks “Of course…first thing tomorrow?” You asked hopeful, Ji-yong flashed you the same charming smiling before nodding “of course, I’ll even give you your own personal wake up call if you’d like” he offered playfully, you just nodded, taking him up on the playful offer “you can if you’d like” you smiled sweetly, pressing a kiss to his cheek before rushing off to your bedroom.
Ji-Yong walked back to his room in awe, shutting the door before pressing his back against it sighing “oooooo Ji-Yong! Do you have a crush!?” Dae-Sung gasped excitedly, jumping up on the bed noticing his friends flushed cheeks and in awe expression as he shut the door “shut up! She might hear you!” He whisper shouted before pointing to the wall that was the only thing separating your rooms “she’s next door” he added on before walking over “she’s amazing, absolutely amazing, guys” he muttered before flopping on the bed “we can’t leave until I get her number, please guys!” He begged before Seung Hyun raised an eyebrow in his friends direction “can’t you just find her on instagram? What’s her name?” He asked, causing a feeling of dread wash over Ji-Yong, he was this head over heels for a girl he didn’t couldn’t even remember the name of, he was too busy paying attention to you than what the choreographer was saying whenever she’d say your name.
“It’s Y/nnnnn!” Tae-Yang shouted in a sing song tone as he teased his friend “it’s y/n and she’s Ji-Yong’s new girlfriendddd! He wants to kiss herrrr!” He continued, earning himself a smack in the side from Ji-Yong “y/n..” he repeated back to himself before letting his head fall again, knowing he’d have to talk to you again tomorrow, you were too amazing to leave behind and never see again.

tag list: @infinetlyforgotten @petersasteria
After the successful Gala Des Pièces Jaunes event, you had spent the next couple days in dressing rooms. You had been invited to Chanel’s Spring-Summer 2025 Haute Couture Show. You said yes, of course, having an affinity for fashion, and never turning down the chance to be near your long-term boyfriend. You and Ji-yong had been to a couple of the same fashion shows before. It was always easy to slip by with nobody noticing your connection. Oftentimes, you two were not seated remotely near each other and are far too busy with the peers around you to sneak away.
But this last week felt particularly more difficult. Unlike in America or South Korea, where you knew the paparazzi and knew very well how to remain under the radar, the Paris press was more complicated. You and Ji-yong had to weave your way around in more secrecy than ever. Every method you could imagine. Some instances, the two of you would sneak through a back door and slide into cars to avoid the cameras. Other instances, the two of you would make separate nonchalant appearances. Ji-yong would leave the hotel first, shy and polite as he waved and greeted the people around him as he’d slip into a car and drive off to his next location. You, wearing designer clothes and sunglasses as you walked out with a big smile and a more confident approach. You’d get in your own car, sliding into the back with your security with a huff. Within moments, you’d open your phone to shoot a text to your lover.
Y/N
i didnt get to say it before you left, but you look handsome today<3
You knew it’d only be a moment before he responded.
Ji<3
Thank you, Aein, you look beautiful!
You and Ji-yong hated that you couldn’t spend this Paris trip together more. After all, you two had all of the same events, same meetings, same friends to visit, and yet you couldn’t be by his side at any of it, not in public. Part of you didn’t mind, used to the routine, but part of you was starting to grow tired. It wasn’t like two years ago, when you first started dating. At that time, Ji-yong was still on hiatus, you were working on your fourth album, and everything had to be a secret. Secret vacations, secret visits, secret dinner dates where the two of you wore silly disguises. You were good sports, making a game out of it and playing ridiculous characters to see who cracked first. But that was two years ago. He was back in the spotlight again, you had released your fifth album a few weeks ago, he was releasing his own work. You two were confident in your relationship, everyone was. What was holding you back?
There was no black and white answer. On one hand, now was the perfect time to announce to the world that their rumors of you dating a random Hollywood actor were all false. On the other hand, were you so willing to give up that last piece of privacy you did have? You weren’t worried about the hate on either side, despite knowing how fans often get if they don’t approve of their favorite celebrities' relationship.
You had been in a public relationship way before Ji-yong. It was years ago, back when you were still new to the world of fame and glamour. Every corner you turned, the cameras flashing, the wave of hate you’d received, the amount of gossip around every song you released being about them or not, their interviews for their movies always being about you. Your careers had been forced to blend due to the way people reacted. The world had taken your last relationship by storm and had seemingly strangled it with their love and adoration. The lack of privacy, individuality, and respect for the two of you had been what led to you and your last partners split. It took the two of you years before the media finally stopped associating everything either of you did together. So, understandably, part of you was worried about that happening again.
You thought about all of this as you and Ji-yong were getting ready for the day. You both had things to attend to, tomorrow being the fashion show. One last fitting, one last meeting with your teams. You were styling your hair as Ji-yong had finished getting dressed, the agreement for him to leave the hotel first still agreed on. He looked at you, and you could see the way his eyes softened as he observed your eyes. He knew everything about you, down to the way your face looked when you were deep in thought, perhaps about to drown yourself with your ability to overthink.
“Are you okay, love?” He asked, speaking in Korean first as he approached. You didn’t say anything, busy running your fingers through your hair as he quietly stepped next to you. He met your eyes in the mirror, his lips curling. “There she is.” You blushed at his words, putting your hands down as you finally turned your body to face him. “What’s going on in that beautiful head of yours?” He asks, reaching up to adjust your hair framing your face.
You didn’t know where to start. You and Ji-yong had talked about this a million times before. You two had always agreed to keep things the way they are. You weren’t sure if he was ready to change that. As he watched you get lost in your thoughts again, he tilted his head to meet your gaze. Your eyes were glossy, not all there as you already started mapping out every way the conversation could go, preparing yourself for every out come.
“Jagiya, you’re worrying me,”
You blink. It takes you a second to come back to the present, taking a deep breath as you try to explain the heavy complicated feelings in your heart. “I’ve been thinking, through this whole trip,” You subconsciously reach for his hands, looking for comfort and something to anchor you down. He lets you, his thumb running along your skin in soothing patterns. “I don’t know how much longer I want to keep us a secret.” You blurt, staring at your connected hands rather than his eyes. You were too worried about what you might find.
There’s a beat of silence. Then another. Your heart twists in anxiety, but you don’t dare to look up. Ji-yong’s breathing changes, only the slightest bit, but you notice. He stops his thumb from tracing its delicate patterns, instead letting it tap against your skin. You feel guilty. You both had so much to do today, this conversation could have waited til tonight, after the show tomorrow, or at just about any other time. You weren’t sure, but you knew this wasn’t it.
Ji-yong adjusts his posture, pulling one hand away from yours, only to bring it to your face. With the gentlest touch, he lifts your head so you finally see his eyes. They’re not angry, or frustrated, or even remotely annoyed. Instead, they’re as soft and warm as they’d always been, making your heart flutter the slightest bit. To be honest, Ji-yong had thought about this too. He’d admitted before that going public worried him. He was a celebrity, and that immediately brings its own multitudes of hardships. He knew that he’d keep any and all relationships a secret, unless the person he was with said otherwise. You had come into his life, unexpectedly, and changed his entire world in the best ways he could imagine. And here you were, the person he knew was the love of his life, staring back at him with sadness because of that very sentiment.
He’d be lying if he said he hadn’t been feeling it too. He wanted to hold your hand down the streets of Paris, the two of you pointing out different things you loved about it, sharing kisses under streetlights. That night at the Gala, he had wanted to kiss you as soon as he was off the stage. And when you were finished performing? He wanted to part the crowd and sweep you into his arms, like he did at your own tours. But he’d been worried, worried about what people might say to you or about you. He knew how harsh they got. He knew you could handle it, but that didn’t mean he wanted to put you in that position unless you were ready.
His hand, which caresses your face with a certain level of sincerity you only ever felt from him, was soft and moved gently. He smiled, a soft gentle one that made you feel more at ease as you realized he wasn’t mad at you in any way. “It hasn’t been easy, has it?” He asks you, raising a brow. You only shake your head, lips pursed into a line. He studies your features like you’re a work of art (cause you are). “I miss every second I’m not with you. All I can think about is where you might be. If you’re smiling. If you’re anxious. If you’re laughing. If you’re thinking about me, too.” He leans in close, pressing a kiss to your temple. “And then you text me, and all I can think about is how lucky I am to be with you, and how mad I am that you’re not next to me.” You nod in understanding. You’d always felt that way about him, to the point it made your heart clench.
“I love you,”
“I love you more.”
You’re blushing wildly as he kisses your lips softly. Your feelings for him being translated into simple intimate touches. You’d never experienced something like Ji-yong before. You never wanted to let that go.
When he pulls away, he’s reaching for your jacket hanging off the back of a chair. You smile at him, memorizing his face like you’d done a million times before. You slide your arms into the jacket, letting your boyfriend adjust your outfit slightly. He focuses on your hair, bringing it out form under it and framing your face. Everytime his fingers brush your skin it leaves faint tingles in their wake.
“Why don’t we talk to everyone when we get home?” He suggests, looking back at you. Your eyes widen. You search his expression. “If you’re positive, then I’m with you.”
You smiled wide. You couldn’t help it. “I’ve never been so sure of anything.” Your arms wrap around his neck, and he laughs softly as you start to kiss all over his face. “I want nothing more than to scream about how I’m dating G-Dragon.” He rolls his eyes playfully, still not used to you using his stage name after all this time.
The rest of your days went smoothly. Both of you finishing up with your work, having dinner with friends, coming back to the hotel room to spend every possible moment together. Soft laughter as you each told stories from your pasts (many you’ve already told), legs tangled together under the sheets of your bed. Small intimate touches. Fingers tracing shapes on skin. Gentle kisses. Messy hair. If possible, your eyes were certainly heart shaped every moment you looked at him.
It was hard to hide it, even now, as you sit at the Chanel show. Both of you had arrived at different times, wearing extravagant outfits. You could feel his eyes on you as you posed for the cameras. He tried to keep his composure when he knew you were near by as he did interviews. Luckily for both of you, you’ve had years of practice. You held your head high with confidence, switching your energy from your usual softer self to the person you were on stage. America’s pop star. America’s princess. The way you posed yourself elegantly, batting your full lashes and gave your most sultry looks. How was Ji-yong supposed to not look? You were sitting in your seat, looking down at your phone as a text popped up.
Ji<3
You’re the most beautiful one here
You looked across the runway, your heart skipping a beat. He was already looking at you, a knowing shy smile on his face as he kept his phone in his hand. You smiled back at him, looking back at your phone.
Y/N
Says you<3 I love you
You put your phone in your lap, looking around some more. You felt lucky you had been to so many events, most of these people you already knew one way or another. It made small talk with the people next to you flow easily. Every now and again, you’d sneak a glance at your boyfriend, who was always staring at you like you were the show itself. It was hard to hide your blushed face, keep your voice from pitching when you talked to the other celebrities, and nearly impossible not to stare right back at him.
The show itself seemed to pass by with ease. You watched thoughtfully at every piece, making mental notes of things you particularly liked and wanted to mention to your assistant later. You’d lean over to your new friend of the night, whispering about different pieces and sharing your thoughts. You could see Ji-yong completely focused on the show, his eyes studying every model with intrigue. It was clear every piece that came out was being calculated into various looks. If he thought of something that worked, he’d raise his phone and take a quick photo. You smiled every time, excited to hear what he was thinking of later.
As the show came to an end, you were talking with your team as you felt someone graze past you. You looked up to see your familiar boyfriend, smiling at you fondly. You knew there were cameras everywhere, one minor slip leading to a whirlwind of chaos and news articles. The anxiety in your chest felt tight, but you kept your cool, straightening your posture and giving him a smile.
Ji-yong looked around, as if silently piecing together something. You followed his gaze, trying to see exactly what he was looking at. To you, there was nothing particularly interesting one way or another. Some fellow stars were talking, being interviewed, or just admiring the scene. Photographers were taking photos of guests, journalists asking people various questions. To you, it looked like every other fashion show even you’d been to. To Ji-yong, it looked like an opportunity.
There were no words shared. His hand clasped around yours, and without thinking your fingers tightened around his. You blinked in surprise, looking ahead as Ji-yong started pulling you through the sea of people. You were wide-eyed as you looked around. Your teams hadn’t noticed you disappearing, but you knew that wouldn’t last long. But Ji-yong moved with purpose, walking through like this wasn’t strange or something other people should take a second glance at. You tried to mimic his confidence, but the butterflies in your stomach refused to simmer down.
In a quiet corner away from the cameras and the wandering eyes, Ji-yong finally came to a stop. You looked at him with a surprised expression. Your lipstick-painted lips parted slightly as you watched him look at you. He adjusted the tie around his neck, something he’d been doing the entire day. You looked behind you, worried who was watching, but a hand wrapping around your waist caught your attention.
His lips pressed against yours. Soft, passionate, and urgent. You squeaked in surprised against him, your hands landing on his chest as he pulled you further into the corner. Hidden away from your peers, from your teams, and from the layers of paparazzi. Your hands clutched tighter onto his jacket. His hands, which traced your body slowly, slowly lifted to grab your face with the most gentle touch. As he pulled away, you could only blink at him with big doe eyes.
“I couldn’t stand there and act like you weren’t the most beautiful thing here.” He whispers.
The words caused your heart to do flips against your ribcage. His touch seemingly brought you back to earth, his thumb gently brushing against your cheekbone. “Says you, Monsieur G-Dragon,” You tease as you run your hands over the jacket again. This time, he’s the one trying to hide the way his cheeks blush. You looked at the bow tie with the flower on it, tilting your head as you reached up, slowly maneuvering the flower off. He looks down, blinking at it as you hold the flower in your hand, “Is that better?”
He reaches up, adjusting the tie again, and smiling softly. “Yes. Thank you.” He says finally. “How are you?”
“Oh, you know, the usual” You sigh dramatically, shrugging your shoulders. Ji-yong chuckles, nodding in understanding. “Got whisked away by a hot guy, can’t complain.”
Ji-yong raises a brow in amusement. “Is that what happened?” He asks. You look around. “What else would you call this?”
He steps closer, looking up in thought as he lets his arms wrap around your waist. His lips in a line as he tilts his head slightly. He narrows his eyes at you playfully. He didn’t have an answer. He rather liked the idea of whisking you away from the public eye. He did it often, though usually it was more hidden than this. You leaned into his touch, a natural instinct. The rest of the world seemed to drift away, even in moments like this. Only you and Ji-yong existed. Life was better with him. He knew you like the back of his hand. He knew how to make you laugh, how to calm your nerves, how to soothe your cries. He knew your favorite snacks, your order at your favorite coffee shop, and your favorite movies. The same could be said for you. You knew how to quiet his overwhelming thoughts, how to make him smile in stressful moments. You knew his favorite songs to play in the car. His favorite jewelry pieces to wear. You had his tells of when he was anxious or upset burned into your brain. And when one of you were around the other, everybody else melted into the background. Your love trumping anything else.
“We should probably get back out there,” You whisper. He hums in agreement, but neither of you make any move to leave. You lean closer into him, your head resting on his chest as his chin rested on top of your head. You knew it wouldn’t be long until the two of you were together again; a few hours at most. Lately, those hours felt like decades.
Ji-yong gave you another squeeze. “You go out first, jagiya,” He whispers. You pull away from his embrace, staring up at him. The way your glossy eyes sparkled up at him. It was like he could see every ounce of love for him you had, pouring out of you. He framed your face in his hands, kissing you softly. “I love you.”
“I love you,” You whispered against his lips. Reluctantly, you pulled away from his touch, looking back at him again as you walked away. He only smiled softly. Your heart yearned to stay in that corner with him forever, until your managers found you and ripped the two of you apart. You chewed the inside of your cheek, turning away from him completely as you looked for any sign of your team.

In the dark of your hotel room, you and Ji-yong were a tangled mess of bedsheets and limbs. The rest of the event blew by, you making some lame excuse to your team that you had gone to the bathroom, and Ji-yong telling his team that he was looking at some of the pieces again. You ended up having a romantic dinner together, talking about the event and the people you ran into. A quiet night with glasses of champagne and flirtatious glances.
But now, as the two of you were sleeping peacefully in your quiet room, your phones began to buzz. A violent series of notifications flooding both of your phones. You begin to stir first, rolling over slowly, pulling Ji-yongs arms off of you as you reached for your cellphone. A series of calls, texts, emails, all from your manager, publicist, assistant, even friends of yours. You blinked a few times, your eyes squinting at the bright screen as you opened up a text from your closest friend. A news article.
Unexpected Couple! Musician Y/N L/N Seen With K-Pop Idol G-Dragon at Chanel Fashion Show
You felt your heart plummet into your stomach. No, no, no. You had been so careful for so long. You scroll, your breath escaping you as you look at a photo of you and Ji-yong. His hands on your face, his lips on yours. Another photo of you looking up at him like he was the most beautiful thing you’d ever seen (he was, to be fair). For a moment, you just stared blankly. Your thoughts struggle to catch up as your body seems to react for you. Nausea came over you. The room suddenly felt too small. The words on the screen burned into your eyes.
You looked at the top of your phone, seeing another phone call from your manager coming in. You ignore it, reaching over to your boyfriend and shaking him. “Ji?” You whisper. When he doesn’t immediately respond, your eyes begin to water. The anxiety, the fear, the stress catching up to you. It crawls up your spine like some sort of ugly clawed fingers reaching for your throat. You shake him again, a little more harsh as you croak. “Ji-yong.”
His eyes shot open. He flinches awake, looking around the room in a momentary panic before looking at you. First, he relaxes, realizing it’s just you. Then, his tired eyes take in yours. The tears threatening to spill over, your shaking frame, your heavy breathing. He sits up now, looking you over in concern. “Aein…? What’s wrong?” As he wakes up, he hears his phone. He turns to look at it, but the whimper from your lips stops him. Slowly, you hand your phone over. Ji-yong looks at you in confusion, but takes it and looks down.
Oh.
Oh.
What was once a comforting silence now felt cold. The incessant vibrations of his phone on the nightstand made your ears ring. You crawled out of bed, wearing one of Ji-yong’s shirts as pajamas. You paced the carpeted floor, running your hands through your hair. Ji-yong remained silent. He read the article. Then he reread it. Then he read it again. He looked at the photos over and over. The title. The numerous texts you were getting. For a moment, he didn’t know how to react. He sat in the bed, dumbstruck.
On one hand, part of him wanted to be relieved. The secret was out, and there was no reason to hide his love for you anymore. But this wasn’t how it was supposed to go. It was supposed to be on your terms. Organized by your teams. Some staged paparazzi sighting, or maybe a hard launch on your social medias. He wasn’t sure. The two of you never discussed it that far. Now there was no choice. All because he’d dragged you into his embrace in secret. A selfish moment, now on the cover of multiple articles.
Slowly, he put your phone down, putting it on silent before reaching for his own. He winced at the number of texts he was getting, reaching triple digits. He even saw texts from Taeyang and Daesung, two of the few people who knew about your relationship. But he didn’t answer anyone, turning his own phone off so he could set his attention on your pacing figure. “Jagiya,” He pulls himself out of bed, approaching you with soft eyes. You keep pacing, shaking your head as you try to sort your racing thoughts. “Jagiya, look at me,” He reaches for your hands, pulling you to face him completely. His heart ached as he saw the tears rolling down your cheeks. Your eyes wide with fear and worry. You wanted to go public. But not like this. You’d done so well at keeping your life private, and now it felt like it had been stripped away from you before you could even do it yourself. “I’m so sorry,”
His words caught you off guard. There’s a heartbeat of silence as you look at him. Your brows crinkle together as you look at him. His sad, anxious expression as he guiltily looks away. “What?” You whisper, a moment of clarity through your emotional storm.
Ji-yong swallows, looking around the room as he holds your hands tightly. Your touch being the only thing grounding him to this moment. “If we hadn’t, if I hadn’t pulled you away, they wouldn’t have seen anything.” He explains. Your eyes dance over his face as you let what he’s saying register. You shake your head. “Ji,” You coo, reaching forward to push his mint hair out of his face. He looks at you, eyes sad and guilty. “It’s not your fault. We knew that there was a risk. Since day one.” You remind him. You were right. Since you started dating two years ago, there was always the possibility the media would find out about the two of you. Both of you are major stars, with public lives (to some degree). “I just, I can’t believe it got leaked at a Chanel show.”
Ji-yong is quiet for a moment, looking over at you. “The photos are cute.” He says. You look at him in surprise. You think about the photos, how oddly scenic they were, how the photographer had captured a genuinely sweet and beautiful moment. You couldn’t help but laugh, wiping at your tears. Ji-yong cracks a smile, though the worry in his eyes still evident. Not worried for himself, no, but worry for you.
“Our managers are going to kill us.” You say, your voice weak from crying and still being tired. Ji-yong nods his head. “What are we going to do?”
He looks at you, tilting his head slightly in curiosity. “What do you want to do?” He asks you. Naturally, the two of you drift towards each other. Your arms wrap around each others frames, Your face tucked into his neck as you close your eyes. His grip on you tight, still gentle, and protective. His fingers rake through your hair as he waits. No rush for you to answer. No rush to figure out the rest of the world. He lets you simmer in his touch, your mind still racing.
You clutch onto him, not moving away from him as you start to talk. “I want you. That’s it. I want to be able to be with you. I’m not ashamed of being with you, Ji. I’m proud. So proud of you, being with you. I love you.” You feel his arms tighten around you. Slowly, you lift your head and look into his eyes. Now, they were glassy.
Ji-yong blinks away the pending tears as he sniffles. “You’re the love of my life, Y/N,” He whispers, reaching up to push your hair out of your face. You lean into his touch. “I will never be afraid to say that.”
You lean closer, kissing him softly. Your heart still pounding against your chest, your mind still a storm of fear and worry for what wrath you’d face from the media, but it didn’t matter. Not in the long run. You had Ji-yong. You loved Ji-yong more than you could ever explain to him or anyone else. And you knew that the two of you would figure it out together. You’d figure out everything together.
“Are you ready?” He asks you, looking at your phones on the bed. This was it. No more secret rendezvous. No more sneaking around. No more lying in interviews about your relationship status. Everybody knows now. There was no hiding from it now.
You smile at him, your eyes sparkling in the way he loved. You nod your head. “I’m ready,” You assure him.
And by the time the two of you would be leaving Paris, on your way back to Seoul, the entire world knew the secret you’d been keeping to yourselves. And in the early morning as you rushed out of your hotel with your security guards, you two didn’t hide from the paparazzi. Ji-yong walked with you, hand-in-hand, as you walked towards your car. The shouts of fans and cameras catch your attention. You smile and wave, blushing wildly as you realize this was real.
Ji-yong stands up straighter, his hand tightening in yours as he pulls you close. His hand releases yours, only to wrap around your waist tightly as he leads you forward. Ji-yong opens the door for you, despite the security guard reaching for it. Fans scream in awe, and you lean over quickly to press a kiss on his cheek. A weight you didn’t know was there, suddenly lifted. You beamed as Ji-yong slid into the seat next to you. His expression matched yours. Filled with love, excitement, a certain fondness and admiration. “Au revoir, Paris,” Ji-yong muttered as the car started to move. You giggled, leaning into him as you looked around the streets.
“Taeyang and Daesung will never let us hear the end of this.” You muttered, playing with Ji-yong's fingers absentmindedly. A gentle groan comes from Ji-yong, causing you to laugh again. An infinite amount of teasing and playful jokes awaited the two of you back home. Along with a million questions from friends, coworkers, the media, and who knows who else. But you were okay with that. It hadn’t been completely on your terms, but it was yours. Ji-yong was yours.
And if nothing else, it made your stories about Paris far more entertaining.

Spending time with your best friend has always been your favorite thing in the world. Jiyong was your safe space, your person—the one you could sit in comfortable silence with or talk to for hours on end without ever running out of things to say. But lately, that joy had been overshadowed by a growing concern gnawing at your chest.
BIGBANG’s tour was just around the corner, and their new album was about to drop. It was supposed to be an exciting time, and it was—you were beyond thrilled for them, for him. You had always been his biggest supporter, ready to help in any way you could. But as you sat in the dimly lit practice room, watching Jiyong push himself to his absolute limit, that excitement soured into unease.
His voice was raw from overuse, cracked and strained in a way that made you wince every time he spoke. He practiced his choreography until he was drenched in sweat, his breath coming in short, shallow gasps. Some nights, he worked himself to the point of collapse, and you were the one left to pick up the pieces—carrying his limp, exhausted body to bed, draping a blanket over his shaking form, whispering for him to rest even though you knew he wouldn’t listen.
Tonight was no different. The music blasted through the studio speakers, and Jiyong was lost in the rhythm, his body moving on autopilot despite the evident exhaustion written all over him. You watched as his steps faltered, his balance wavering. Then, just like that, his legs buckled, and he went crashing down.
“Jiyong!” You rushed to his side, your heart hammering as you kneeled beside him. His skin was clammy, his breathing ragged as he tried to push himself up. You grabbed the water bottle you’d brought for him and shoved it into his trembling hands.
“Drink,” you urged, your voice softer now, laced with worry. He took a few sips, barely able to keep the bottle steady. “Ji, you’re worrying me,” you admitted, eyes searching his for any sign that he’d finally listen, that he’d see what he was doing to himself.
“I’m fine,” he muttered, his voice hoarse as he wiped the sweat from his brow. “Just have to make sure I’m ready for tour.”
You shook your head. “Ji, you’re overworking yourself. You’ve got everything perfected, okay? Give yourself time to rest.”
He exhaled sharply, pushing himself to his feet despite your hand reaching out to steady him. “You don’t get it, Y/n,” he said, brushing past you, already making his way back to the center of the room.
You stood as well, crossing your arms as you watched him stubbornly reset the track. “I get that you’re tired, Ji,” you said gently, trying again. “You’re just hurting yourself at this point—”
“You don’t know what you’re talking about,” he snapped, cutting you off as the first beats of the song echoed through the studio.
Your chest tightened. “I’m just worried… I mean, you fainted and now you just want to keep going like nothing happened?”
Jiyong clenched his jaw, his fists balling at his sides. He turned to face you, eyes blazing with something you couldn’t quite place—anger, frustration, desperation?
“Look, Y/n,” he said, his voice cold and sharp, each word like a blade slicing through your chest. “You’re a bartender, alright? You don’t have to be that skilled at anything.”
The air in the room shifted instantly. You felt the words like a physical blow, your breath catching in your throat.
Jiyong must have seen the way your face fell because for a split second, his expression flickered with something softer—regret, maybe? But then it was gone, replaced by a steely determination as he turned back to his practice.
“If I’m not perfect, then I’m done. Alright?” He let out a humorless laugh, shaking his head. “If you can’t handle it, then fuck off.”
Silence.
You scoffed, a bitter chuckle escaping your lips even as you fought to keep the tears at bay. “Wow,” you whispered, voice thick with emotion. “Fuck you, Jiyong.”
You turned on your heel, grabbing your bag with shaking hands as you stormed out of the studio. You half-expected him to call after you, to chase after you and take it back. But he didn’t.
The only sound that followed you was the relentless pounding of the bass as he started the song over again.
The moment you stepped outside, the cold night air hit you, but it did nothing to dull the sting of his words. Your vision blurred as tears spilled freely down your cheeks. You barely registered getting into your car, hands gripping the wheel so tightly that your knuckles turned white.
You had always known Jiyong could be stubborn, obsessive even. But this? This was something else. This was him drowning, and no matter how hard you tried, you couldn’t pull him back to the surface.
And worst of all, he didn’t even want you to.
You barely made it into your apartment before collapsing onto your bed, burying your face in the pillows as sobs wracked your body. You cried until there was nothing left, until exhaustion took over, pulling you into a restless sleep.
-
How is he? You texted Seunghyun, your fingers hesitating for a moment before hitting send.
A few minutes passed before your phone buzzed with his response.
Being a total prick.
You sighed, pressing your forehead into your palm. It had been three days since you last spoke to Jiyong. Three days since he spat those words at you, since you walked out of that practice studio, feeling like the ground had been ripped from beneath you. Three days of silence.
And now, with BIGBANG’s first show of the tour just four days away, all you could do was check in through the others. You had been messaging Seunghyun and Daesung, hoping—maybe even praying—that Jiyong would come to his senses, that he’d realize how badly he had hurt you. But instead, he was still working himself into the ground, still burning himself out, and in return, treating everyone around him like shit.
You bit your lip, debating whether to text him. Your fingers hovered over his contact, but your stomach twisted at the memory of his voice.
"You’re a bartender, alright? You don’t have to be that skilled at anything."
That one line alone still stung like hell.
Jiyong had always been intense when it came to his career, but never—not once—had he spoken to you like that. You had been his best friend for years, his shoulder to lean on when things got too heavy. And yet, the moment you expressed concern, he shoved you away like you were nothing.
Was that really how he saw you? Just some nobody?
You blinked back the fresh sting of tears. No. You refused to let yourself dwell on it anymore. Instead, you did what you always did when life became too much—you threw yourself into work.
Extra shifts, late nights, anything to keep your mind occupied. And it worked… for the most part. But when Saturday rolled around, that familiar ache settled in your chest like a weight you couldn’t shake.
You had never missed one of Jiyong’s home shows. Not once. From his first-ever performance to the biggest sold-out stadiums, you were always there, watching from the V.I.P section, cheering him on. But this time? This time, you weren’t even sure if he wanted you there.
So, you made the decision. You picked up an extra shift at the bar. Saturday nights were always hectic, and if nothing else, at least the tips would be good.
Still, as you got ready for work, your heart ached. It felt wrong not being there.
You glanced at your phone. Zero messages from Jiyong. Nothing. He wasn’t even going to check in. Not even a half-assed apology. Your fingers tightened around your phone, debating one last time if you should reach out.
“Fuck it,” you muttered under your breath before quickly typing out a message.
“I love you, Ji. Good luck at your show tonight.”
Short. Simple. To the point.
You sent it before you could overthink it, shoving your phone into your bag and focusing on finishing your makeup.
-
Meanwhile…
Jiyong sat in the dressing room, his body slumped against the couch. His vision swam as he stared at his phone, your message illuminating the screen. His hands trembled as he gripped the device tighter, reading and rereading your words.
"I love you, Ji."
God, his chest ached.
His head was pounding, his skin slick with sweat despite the AC blasting in the room. He was exhausted—more exhausted than he had ever been in his life. His entire body ached, his muscles screaming in protest with every movement. He had barely eaten in days, barely slept. And now, the crushing weight of knowing you weren’t here—knowing that he had done this, that he had driven you away—was suffocating him.
She should be here, he thought bitterly.
You were always there. Always in the crowd, always waiting for him backstage with a knowing smile and a bottle of water, telling him how proud you were. No matter what, you were there.
But not tonight.
And it was his fault.
“Jiyong, are you okay?”
He barely registered his stylist’s voice until he felt the cool press of her hand against his forehead.
“You’re burning up,” she muttered, concern evident in her tone.
“M’fine…” he mumbled, swatting her hand away weakly.
She frowned but didn’t argue, instead focusing on finishing his hair, even though the strands were already damp from the sweat clinging to his skin. No amount of styling product would keep it in place—not with the way his body was overheating.
He closed his eyes, willing himself to push through the exhaustion. One hour until showtime. Just one more hour.
But even as he tried to rest, the shivering wouldn’t stop.
“Jiyong!”
His eyes snapped open at the sound of Seunghyun and Taeyang’s voices.
“What?!” he snapped, his patience paper-thin.
The two men exchanged a glance before Taeyang took a cautious step forward. “Dude… you don’t look so good.”
Jiyong scoffed, turning onto his side to face the couch. “Fuck off, I’m fine…” His body trembled violently, contradicting his words. “Just leave me alone.”
Seunghyun frowned. “You’re sweating like hell, and you’re shaking, Ji. You seriously think you can get through a full show like this?”
Jiyong gritted his teeth, forcing himself to sit up. “I said I’m fine,” he ground out, even though the room spun around him.
The others weren’t convinced. They had seen Jiyong push himself too far before, but this? This was different. He looked pale—too pale. And the way his shoulders trembled, the way his breaths came out shallow and labored, sent a deep sense of unease through them all.
“We need to tell the manager,” Seunghyun finally said. “If he collapses on stage, it’s gonna be bad.”
Jiyong let out a bitter laugh. “I won’t collapse.”
“Bullshit,” Taeyang muttered. “You can barely sit up.”
The room fell into tense silence before Daesung finally spoke up. “I’m gonna call Y/n.”
Jiyong’s head snapped up, his eyes flashing with something unreadable. “No,” he croaked, but it was weak, barely a whisper.
“She can help,” Daesung insisted, already pulling out his phone.
“Yeah, good idea,” the others agreed.
Jiyong clenched his jaw, his fists tightening in his lap. The last thing he wanted was for you to see him like this—to see him so weak, so broken.
But deep down, past all the pride, past all the self-inflicted suffering…
He just wanted you.
Because no matter how badly he fucked up, no matter how much he pushed you away…
You were the one person who could always put him back together.
The moment you stepped away from the bar, you broke into a sprint toward the bathroom, your heart hammering against your ribs. Your phone buzzed relentlessly in your pocket, each vibration sending a fresh wave of anxiety through you. Hands trembling, you yanked it out, eyes widening at the flood of missed calls.
Daesung. Seunghyun. Taeyang.
Something was wrong.
You barely had time to inhale before hitting Daesung’s number. He answered on the first ring.
“Y/n, Jiyong needs you.” His voice was tight, urgent.
Your stomach clenched. “What’s going on? I’m at work.”
“I think it’s a panic attack or something. I don’t know—he won’t let any of us help him. Y/n, please, just come.”
You swallowed hard, your breath hitching. “I don’t… I don’t think he wants me there, Daesung. We had a fight. He—he said some things…”
“He’s shutting down, Y/n. Our manager is thinking of canceling the show.” His voice cracked, desperation seeping through the line. “You’re his best friend. If anyone can get through to him, it’s you.”
Your fingers dug into the bathroom counter. The things Jiyong had said to you still echoed in your head, sharp and unforgiving. But was that really him talking? Or was it exhaustion twisting his words, pushing him past reason?
He was your person. Your best friend. And right now, he needed you.
“I’m on my way.” You hung up, moving quickly to gather your things, but before you could slip out, your boss caught sight of you.
“Where the hell do you think you’re going? It’s packed out there—we need you!”
“I’m sorry, sir. Family emergency,” you stammered, throwing your apron onto the counter.
“If you walk out that door, don’t bother coming back.”
You met his glare, then—without a second thought—flipped him off and stormed through the crowded kitchen to the back door, heart hammering as you reached your car. You tossed your bag onto the passenger seat and peeled out of the parking lot, heading straight for the stadium. The city lights blurred past you, neon signs flickering against the darkening sky.
Your phone rang again. It was Daesung. “Hey, I’m almost there. Where do I go?” you asked breathlessly.
“You’re on the list,” Daesung said. “Just head backstage.”
You barely parked before jumping out of the car, navigating through the maze of security and flashing lights. The walls of the venue were lined with photos of legendary musicians, their eyes seeming to watch you as you ran past. Your pulse thrummed in your ears.
Then you heard Daesung call your name. “Y/n!” Daesung waved you over, his relief evident.
You didn’t waste a second. Following him down the hall, you turned a sharp corner and stepped into the dressing room. The air inside was thick with tension.
Jiyong sat hunched over, his elbows braced on his knees, his face pale and drawn. A paramedic stood beside him, pressing an ice pack to his head, murmuring something you couldn’t hear.
“Ji…” Your voice came out softer than you intended, your heart twisting at the sight of him. “What happened?”
His head lifted at the sound of your voice. His dark eyes met yours, wide and glassy.
Then, as if gravity had yanked him forward, he surged up from the couch and threw himself into your arms. His entire body trembled against you, his grip so tight it nearly stole your breath.
“I’m so sorry,” he choked out, his voice breaking.
You barely had time to steady yourself before he buried his face in your shoulder. His weight pressed into you, as if you were the only thing holding him up.
“Ji…” you whispered, your hands sliding up his back, fingers threading into his hair. “I’ve got you.”
His breath came in shuddering gasps. “I was an idiot. I shouldn’t have said those things. I should have listened to you—I shouldn’t have pushed myself so hard. I—” His voice cracked, raw and desperate. “I’m just so fucking sorry.”
The others watched silently as he clung to you, their faces a mix of relief and quiet concern.
“It’s okay,” you murmured, rubbing slow circles into his back. “I forgive you.”
His shoulders shook as he let out a quiet sob, the dam finally breaking. The weight of exhaustion, pressure, and regret poured out of him all at once.
“Can you guys give us a minute?” you asked over his shoulder, still holding him.
Daesung nodded, ushering the others out. The paramedic handed you an ice pack and a bottle of water, giving you a small nod before exiting.
Jiyong let you guide him back to the couch, collapsing onto it with a heavy sigh. He wiped at his tear-streaked face, sniffling as you handed him the water. You pressed the ice pack gently to the back of his neck.
“Ji, tell me what happened.”
He took a slow sip, his voice hoarse. “I fucked up, Y/n.” He shook his head. “You were right. I shouldn’t have pushed myself so hard. I—” He exhaled sharply. “I’m exhausted. And then you weren’t here, and I just… I don’t know. I lost it.”
You hesitated. “I didn’t think you wanted me here after what you said to me.”
His gaze snapped up to meet yours, guilt swimming in his eyes. “I didn’t mean it. Not for a second. I was out of my head, Y/n. I’ve been beating myself up over it for days, but I was too ashamed to call.”
Your heart softened. You reached for him, pulling him close and pressing a light kiss to his temple. “I know, Ji.” You stroked his hair gently. “I just worry about you.” A quiet pause. “I love you.”
His breath hitched. “Can you ever forgive me?” he asked, his voice small. His big, innocent eyes searched yours, raw and vulnerable.
You let out a soft laugh, brushing a tear from his cheek. “Of course I can. Just don’t ever say some dumb shit like that again.”
A weak smile tugged at his lips. “Cross my heart.”
“Do you feel any better? Do you need to cancel the show?”
He shook his head, squeezing your hand. “You fix everything. You always do. You’re magic like that.” He brought your knuckles to his lips, pressing a lingering kiss against them.
Shivers ran down your spine.
“Here.” You tugged him down gently. “Lay back. You have forty-five minutes until the show. Rest as much as you can.”
With a deep breath, he let himself relax against the couch, his fingers still loosely curled around yours. You ran a comforting hand through his hair, cooling him down with the ice pack.

“How’s he doing?” Taeyang and Seunghyun appeared in the doorway of the dressing room, their faces laced with concern but softened by the sight of Jiyong sitting upright.
“I’m fine,” Jiyong muttered, his voice still a little hoarse. He ran a hand through his damp hair, exhaling slowly before flashing them a sheepish smile. “Sorry for being such a prick…”
Taeyang let out a chuckle, shaking his head. “We’re just glad you’re okay, man.”
Seunghyun smirked, glancing between the two of you. “Y/n, I think we need to keep you around more often. Seems like you’re the only one who can get through to him.”
You grinned. “Well, I just lost my job, so I’m free whenever!”
“What?” Jiyong snapped his head toward you so fast it nearly gave him whiplash. His smile faded instantly, replaced by guilt and concern.
You waved a dismissive hand. “It’s fine, Ji. My boss was a fucking dick anyway. I was gonna quit eventually.”
But Jiyong wasn’t convinced. He looked down, his fingers twisting the hem of his shirt as his jaw clenched. You could see the thoughts racing through his mind—this was his fault. Another thing to add to the weight he carried.
“Hey.” You softened, reaching out and tilting his chin up with your fingers, forcing his eyes to meet yours. “You’re more important, yeah?”
His bottom lip quivered ever so slightly before he muttered, “M’sorry…” His voice was barely above a whisper, thick with emotion.
Your heart clenched. Without thinking, without hesitation, you leaned in, pressing a soft, lingering kiss to his lips.
He froze for half a second, as if his brain was struggling to process what was happening. But then, slowly, he melted into you, his hands coming up to cradle your face as he deepened the kiss.
It was hesitant at first—uncertain, full of unspoken words—but then something shifted. His fingers tightened against your skin, his lips moving with more urgency, more need. Like he had been waiting for this just as long as you had.
The sound of someone clearing their throat made you both jolt apart.
“Uh… show time in five,” Seunghyun said, eyes wide with amusement before he and Taeyang practically ran out of the room, leaving you and Jiyong in breathless silence.
As you pulled back just slightly, your noses brushed, his breath warm against your lips. His dark eyes were searching yours, his chest rising and falling rapidly.
“W-what was that for?” he stammered, voice cracking slightly.
You bit your lip, hoping you hadn’t just overstepped everything. “Good luck,” you whispered, offering him a small smile.
Jiyong blinked at you, stunned. Then, to your surprise, his lips curled into a slow, boyish grin before he cupped your face and kissed you again. This time, it wasn’t hesitant—it was filled with silent promises, unspoken confessions, and years of built-up longing neither of you had dared to acknowledge until now.
You smiled against his lips, your heart pounding so loudly you were sure he could hear it.
“Now go!” you laughed, gently shoving him toward the door. “You don’t wanna miss your first show.”
Jiyong stumbled back slightly, his grin never faltering. As he reached the doorway, he hesitated, his fingers lingering on the frame as he turned to look at you.
“You’ll be here when I get back?” he asked, almost shyly.
Your expression softened. “I’ll always be here, Ji.”
Something in his eyes shifted, like he was silently thanking whatever higher power had brought you into his life. Then, with a final, wide smile, he spun on his heel and took off down the hall, his energy renewed.
From backstage, you watched him take the stage, his presence electrifying the entire stadium. The roar of the crowd was deafening, but all you could focus on was him.
And as he stood under the blinding lights, microphone in hand, he turned his head ever so slightly—just enough to catch a glimpse of you in the shadows.
A private smile ghosted across his lips.
Your stomach flipped.
This was only the beginning of a whole new chapter in your life.

You and Ji-yong were well known as the sweetest couple by many, many fans. Hell, you don't even see any bashers with the amount of fans that support you, creating fan pages about you and your Ji-yong. Sure you had Instagram, full of pictures of you, Ji-yong, you and Ji-yong together, maybe even TikTok too. But you only have a few posts there, sneak peaks of your own songs that your fans love.
Although whenever you miss Ji-yong, since he also has his tours, and can be very busy, you would watch the fanmade stuff about you and Ji-yong. It was out of curiosity, and plus, it was so sweet to see fans making those cute videos about you and Ji-yong. Giggles escaped your lips as you watched the 24th video that popped up from the search '𝙂-𝘿𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙔/𝙣'. Your giggles turned into a soft laugh when you came across an edit of you and Ji-yong, being the best couple.
And it was true, you two were the best of couples. The definition of true love, loyalty, compassion and patience. Talk about a power couple, hell, your collabs with Ji-yong always got fans going crazy. Tours? Matching outfits. Period.
He wanted you to feel special, and you wanted the same. He needs you to know that he loves you for who you really are, not because you're a celebrity, not because you're beautiful. In short, you both wanna make each other happy and loved no matter what.
Before you met Ji-yong, it was like a loop to you. Wake up, rehearsal, write songs, tours and make money. It was so 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁, your motivation for writing and singing was crumbling away, you felt helpless, alone. Your staff was there but what will they do? They only record your daily life, to which you get pissed and shut them out and lock yourself in your hotel room for days. YG didn't like it one bit, but they didn't wanna lose you, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰.
Until you met this 𝗚-𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻 at the cafe you would go to every weekends, you didn't recognize him at first until you noticed his colored hair and nearly screamed when you realized who just offered you a handkerchief.
Okay so here's how it went,
You were just making your way outta there because you got your order and you wanna get back home as soon as possible, but the moment you open the door, there goes Mr. Ji-yong who bumps into you, spilling your precious coffee all over your beautiful outfit. “Oh shit- Miss, I'm so sorry.” You really didn't have the energy to even reply but when you saw his face and when he saw yours, you two had a staring contest before you eventually went like; “Am i hallucinating after days of no sleep? Is that really you Mr. Kwon?” You whispered and he chuckled. “Yes Ms. L/n.”
So that's how your love story with Ji-yong started. You knew him, he knew you but none of your asses had the guts to text or talk, just liking each other's posts until fans started to notice.
⊱ ────── {.⋅ ♫ ⋅.} ───── ⊰
“Aein? Earth to Aein??” Ji-yong snaps his fingers in front of you making you blink and look at him wide eyed with a 'Huh??', he laughed softly and placed a kiss on your forehead. “I was saying, come to my tour on the 5th, Saturday.” He said softly, cupping your cheek and you smiled softly. You placed your hand above his, looking into his eyes. “Of course, I'm not busy. My interview is on the 10th anyway.” This brought a smile to Ji-yong's face and he pulled you in, cuddling you and whispering sweet nothings in your ear until you both fell asleep.
Damn lucky you are. Little did you know, you'd be the one in tears of joy soon.
Standing there at the front, literally right near the stage, excited as the fans. You adjusted your mask and sunglasses as you sighed softly, you can't help but feel a bit annoyed that you had to hide like this but it was for Ji-yong and watching him slay like he always has. Five more minutes before the precious man would finally show up. And you're here wondering what on earth is this album about that Ji-yong didn't even give you any sneak peaks like he used to.
Brushing it off, thinking it was just a really good surprise, you waited patiently until the music finally started and there's your Ji-yong, ah, G-Dragon making his way there with a proud smile on his face. Your smile only grew as you listened to the first song, mentioning stuff about love, compassion and loyalty. You couldn't help but chuckle, the lyrics had a deeper meaning that Ji-yong knew 𝘆𝗼𝘂'd understand better than anyone else.
The final song has arrived and you were caught off guard by Ji-yong who suddenly got off stage and gently swooped you in his arms and brought you on stage. What the hell? Is this part of the song or something? You shrieked and held onto him, the crowd's cheers were too damn loud and Ji-yong gently removed your sunglasses and mask. “Ji?? What's going on?” He only smiled at you and gently placed you down on your feet.
“Listen to me, Aein.” He said as he brought the mic back to his lips, the music started again. Lyrics expressing his love for you, how you make him feel loved and appreciated, and—
“𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗜'𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗳𝗲, 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆?”
You froze and your eyes widened when Ji-yong got on one knee. Reaching for the small box in his pocket and looking up at you with a soft smile and your tears were already streaming down your cheeks, your heart was racing and you looked away, a staff handed you a mic and you looked at Ji-yong with disbelief and admiration..
“Oh, Ji.. You did all this.. for me?” Your shaky voice came as Ji-yong chuckled and nodded. “Yes, Aein. I wanted.. to surprise you, and make this moment special for you, not just me. So, Aein, will you marry me” Ji-yong puts the mic down so he could hold your hand and you couldn't even talk, just nodding your head with a smile on your face. “Yes..” Barely above a whisper, but Ji-yong heard it nonetheless.
Easily sliding the ring around your ring finger, oh it was perfect alright. He quickly hugged you, bringing you up and doing a little twirl as everyone cheered for you both.
“This is perfect, Ji..” You muttered softly.
“You're perfect, Aein.”
