It's too late
Rea loves her new nickname
Clive, some people put bacon on ice cream.
I believe I can see that as a topping you can choose the amount of. Salty-sweet. A timeless classic. But “Oops! All Ranch”?

HI THERE!!!!! It's so nice to see you back after so long 😭😭😭😭😭
Seeing your Pokemon posts reminds me how we missed out on the rest of your Alola liveblog. And I guess you've played the other Pokemon games that came out since? What teams did you end up going with?
Also how was Ultra Necrozma back in USUM? 😈
Aww, how sweet! Thank you for the welcome back! And yeah it really is a shame I never got to complete the Pokemon Moon liveblog but it is what it is. I also have to continue my Tales of the Abyss liveblog one day! Yeah I've had ample time to play it myself and finish it but even though I really wanted to play Abyss it didn't feel right to do so without the liveblog, especially since so many kind people were giving me advice throughout the experience or telling me how excited they were! So I've stayed strong and not played it and also did my best to avoid spoilers (still got a couple because that's my luck 😔) so that one day I can complete that playthrough!
But anyways my dear anon, you asked about my Pokemon teams and I'll gladly tell you. Heck, we'll go in order and I'll tell about all my babies!
Fire Red: Rave the Charizard, Thunder the Raichu, Bella the Butterfree, Arrele the Vaporeon, Draco the Dragonite, and Kori the Articuno. First game to also start one of my traditions of having an Eeveelution on my final team. First and only time I ever had a legendary on my final team and that was mainly because this was my first time playing Pokemon and I sucked bad...Mostly it was because I was having shit luck with Lance, you guys should've seen how hilariously shit I was when I played this game! And yeah as you can tell I wasn't the most creative nicknamer at this point.
Soul Silver: Stuey the Feraligatr, Lindbergh the Fearow, Zappy the Ampharos, Rocky the Onix, Vula the Ninetales, and Kaede the Espeon. My mixed Kanto/Johto team! Started my tradition of the Flying type named after a famous aviator, which is supposed to be the regional bird but I grew too attached to my Fearow Lindbergh to replace him. Also yes Rocky is indeed the same Rocky you get in an in-game trade...I loved him too much to let him go too. He and Vula, who was only a Vulpix when I faced the Elite Four because I couldn't get a fucking Fire Stone, did really well despite not being evolved!
Alpha Sapphire: Sascha the Sceptile, Twizzler the Linoone, Auriol the Swellow, Lyn the Manectric, Odense the Glaceon, and Capricia the Armaldo. This was the game I really got into my other tradition of having an Electric type with a name based on light/thunder/lighting/electricity/etc. Twizzler was another one of those "not supposed to be on the final squad but grew way too attached" Pokemon. This was also one of the few generations I loved the Grass starter most.
Platinum: Tarrle the Infernape, Sparks the Luxray, Earhart the Staraptor, Burgess the Roserade, Bemo the Floatzel, and Juby the Umbreon. Juby my baby boy was my MVP against Giratina he stalled so well while I tried to catch my shadow dragon baby. Gosh, just looking at these guys brings me flashbacks of our Cynthia attempts. This was also the first Pokemon game I played where I experienced a glitch! It was right before I caught Burgess, I was trying to catch a Budew and the game just randomly froze up on me.
Black: Ashby the Samurott, Richthofen the Unfezant, Lochrin the Krookodile, Fulgur the Galvantula, Bia the Beartic, and Drachen the Hydreigon. Drachen was still only a Zweilous when we completed the main story because I have a strict "no being a higher level than the Gym Leader/Champion/Final Boss ace" rule. And I'm no cheater like stupid old Ghetsis!!!! I love the Joltik/Galvantula line so much like way to make the cutest spider ever, so I was so excited when I got Fulgur!
White: Mariele the Serperior, Brinny the Stoutland, Ame the Simipour, Bolt the Zebstrika, Yeager the Archeops, and Dexio the Druddigon. Originally only stuck with Simipour because I needed a Surf user and we all remember Unova was really lacking in the Water type department. But he honestly grew on me more than I thought he would that I was like "no he's my child don't say anything about him >:(" to anyone who hated the elemental monkeys. Also, just like with Black, no Eeveelution on my team this time around.
Black 2: Telavive the Emboar, Milan the Leavanny, Lelouch the Lucario, Piorun the Jolteon, Cassie the Sigilyph, and Arach the Haxorus. I'm listing my teams in order the Pokemon games came out but Telavive was my first female starter, not Mariele. I don't even like Code Geass but for some reason when I caught my Riolu the name Lelouch just clicked with me. Cassie here was the real oddball of them team because I always considered Sigilyph so offputting and never considered having one on my squad. And yet she really ended up growing on me as I battled with her.
Y: Ketchum the Greninja, Andrieux the Talonflame, Kaname the Sylveon, Éclair the Heliolisk, Amarin the Aurorus, and Lulu the Goodra. Can't believe it took me until Gen 6 to name one of my babies after my precious gem Ash. This game was the reason I bought the 3DS in the first place and I had thought I wouldn't do well with it but that system introduced me to so much stuff. Also as I mentioned a long time ago, my Y game was stupidly lucky!!! There were so many good Pokemon in this gen.
Moon: Oliver the Decidueye, Anoli the Flareon, Torden the Vikavolt, Coleman the Toucannon, Vitenka the Mimikyu, and Yurinova the Drampa. For anyone who asks I named my Decidueye Oliver because I liked the name not because of a comic book character, that's just a really incredible coincidence! You guys may recall from my liveblog that Torden was just there and I had no intention of him staying but then like 24 hours later he was my grub son. I had so much fun playing this game and yes, of course, I named the legendary Nebby!
Ultra Moon: Marseine the Incineroar, Orage the Alolan Raichu, Avonaia the Dusk Form Lycanroc, Ulrich the Leafeon, Falomi the Ribombee, and Quimby the Noivern. The last game I played with an Eeeveelution on my team because with Ulrich I had one of each and there haven't been any more forms released yet. Orage, Avonaia, and Quimby were all Pokemon I wanted back in Moon but Alola had so many good picks they had to make the cut. So I was glad to have them on a final team at last!
Sword: Einwald the Cinderace, Crossfield the Corviknight, Elodie the Alcremie, Mirum the Flapple, Salama the Toxtricity, and Philomena the Frosmoth. Elodie is specifically a Mint Cream Berry Sweet version because I adore blue so much! Almost didn't get Berry Sweet because it was taking me FOREVER to get the berry decoration but on my last attempt I finally got one. I never was closer to the end of my rope than when I was desperately trying to level up Mirum while waiting to get his evolutionary item. I know people have grievances with gen 8 but I sincerely had a great time playing and loved the cast and there were great Pokemon to be found in this gen!
Legends Arceus: Takamasa the Hisuian Typhlosion, Shigure the Wyrdeer, Megumi the Kleavor, Yoshie the Hisuian Lilligant, Shinobu the Hisuian Zoroark, and Konoe the Sneasler. The first time I ever broke both my Electric AND my flying tradition. It was because by the time I got attached to my squad there weren't any other Hisui only Pokemon left that I really clicked with but then again how fitting for a Pokemon game so out of the norm that none of my personal Pokemon traditions made a showing. And as you can see in keeping with the setting I stuck with Japanese names for my babies. I had so much fun with this game and would love to see more Legends-like Pokemon games in the future!
WOW that got pretty long huh? Sorry anon, I'm sure you didn't ask for the essay but I got excited to talk about my Poke babies~! I'm also casually playing some Nuzlockes/Wedlockes on other versions but those are very much a work in progress in terms of what my squads will look like there so it'll be a LONG time before I update you on those teams.
I'm currently going through Violet and while my final team isn't set yet I have Carmine the Sprigatito who's gonna become Meowscarada and Trueno the Pawmi who will become Pawmot. My plan as of now is to have Tinkaton, Dachsbun, and Ceruledge on my final squad but anything can happen between now and me getting them. My one big question is I can't decide on who my Flying type should be because I saw several options and I'm torn between them. Will update once I have a final squad for Paldea! Oh, and even though he's not technically a battling member, Karui the Miraidon is OF COURSE a part of my final squad by default!!!
And to close this out, how was Ultra Necrozma you ask? Well I had heard about its level and how obscenely hard a fight it is but I also heard the following Kahuna battle was at a lower level. So, in keeping with my strict rule mentioned in the Black section, I went into this fight really underlevelled and scared as fuck.....Only for Marseine to hold on with one HP because he loved me after getting smacked by Power Gem and then proceed to OHKO Ultra Necrozma with a critical hit Malicious Moonsault.
So yeah lol 😂😂😂
#story time with me#pokemon#this ended being so long but I had to talk about my little sweethearts!!!#I love my pokemon like they're my kids they are all so special to me#even the ones I didn't expect to be so attached to!#biggest recent example is my x wedlocke where I am super attached to#the simisear (tonic) I have because he's doing soooo well so far and has honestly been such a champ!#and of course my beloved starter cojito the chesnaught who's been hanging on this long#despite the fact that I keep getting his wives killed (amandine the raichu and gingerbread the pyroar hurt most)#and then there's my sweetest most badass power couple in brandy the slowbro and pudding the flygon#willow's independent study in paldea#I guess it technically counts in a sense

Johto Gym Leaders
You’ve defeated the Kanto elite four, but Team Neo-Rocket is moving into Johto! It’s time to expand your horizons, and to keep your skills sharp you should take on the Johto League.
If you want more information on this project, check out the Johto or Memories of Kanto tags on the blog!
A number of things have changed in Johto over the last decade, but the gym leader lineup has remained fairly similar.
Gym Leader 1: Fulton
Fulton hasn’t made many changes to the Violet City gym since taking it over from his mentor, Falkner. You will challenge a pair of bird keepers, stationed along the gym’s wooden aerial pathway, before facing Fulton himself.
Fulton’s team consists of Farfetch’d, Noctowl, Fearow, Skarmory, and Pidgeot, and he will award you with the Zephyr badge.
Gym Leader 2: Bugsy
Bugsy’s gym is the best place to master bug type Pokémon. The Spinarak-web inspired pathways lead you across the gym and past a variety of bug catchers who are training under Bugsy.
He’s proud of his work, and is glad to see a powerful trainer like yourself is interested in bug types. When you defeat his Butterfree, Aridos, Scyther, Heracross, and Shuckle, he will give you the hive badge.
Gym Leader 3: Whitney
This gym is a multi-level, candy-colored maze, where you will battle beauties and lasses on your way to facing Whitney. Whitney is very impressed by how far you’ve come as a trainer, and is excited to battle you. She also warns you not to underestimate the normal type!
If you can successfully defeat her team of Persian, Porygon-Z, Wigglytuff, Girafarig, and Miltank, you’ll receive the plain badge.
Gym Leader 4: Sakura
After Morty joined Johto’s Elite Four, the Ecruteak gym was moved into the city’s dance theater. Unlike most gyms, the dance theater’s theme is not a type, but an evolutionary line. To reach Sakura, the gym leader, you first must cross a variety of stages and battle her sisters. First, you must defeat Satsuki’s Jolteon, Sumomo’s Vaporeon, and Koume’s Flareon in single battles, before facing the remaining four sisters in double battles: first Rea’s Glaceon and Linnea’s Leafeon, then Kira’s Sylveon and Tamao’s Umbreon.
Once you have defeated all of her sisters, you will face Sakura. Her team all have friendship-based evolutions: Pikachu, Clefairy, Togetic, Blissey, and Espeon. For completing this gym, you are granted the spirit badge.
Gym Leader 5: Chuck
Not much has changed around Cianwood gym. Chuck still trains under a raging waterfall, and he’s happy to take you on if you climb to the top of the gym and shut off the water. On the way you’ll be able to challenge black belts and battle girls.
Once you defeat his Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Machamp, Poliwrath, and Primeape you’ll be rewarded with the storm badge.
Gym Leader 6: Jasmine
Jasmine’s gym challenge is all about taking a contemplative pause. Firstly, you will need to go meet Jasmine in the glitter lighthouse before she will be around for a challenge. She explains, when you find her, that this is to encourage trainers to take in the scenery and enjoy their journey, not to simply roar through each city, defeating gym after gym. The lighthouse houses a few different trainers, including sailors, bird keepers, and gentlemen, but all of the battles are optional.
In a similar vein, her gym is now styled after a zen rock garden. The room around the garden is made of industrial steel, as is Jasmine’s platform, but the majority of the floor space is sand, along with some stones. You can only walk through the garden with a rake in hand, and draw through the sand however you like. You can also move the rocks using strength. Along the edges, on the steel flooring, stand lasses and beauties who will challenge you when you cross their line of sight (which is unavoidable).
When you reach Jasmine, you are faced with her Magnezone, Steelix, Scizor, Skarmory, and Ampharos. Upon defeating her, she gives you the mineral badge.
Gym Leader 7: Silver
Upon first glance, there is no longer a gym in Mahogany town. However, if you talk to the woman who runs the Special Souvenir Shop and mention that you are taking part in the gym challenge, or ask what she knows about Team Neo-Rocket, she’ll explain to you that the gym is below the store in Team Rocket’s old Johto HQ.
Below the store, the gym features three levels of maze-like hallways, where you can battle bikers, burglars, and PI/gamblers, all of whom prefer facing gym challengers to any less savory activities they once got up to, and have at least one Pokémon each which has a friendship-based evolution.
The Mahogany gym, and Silver’s team in particular, have no particular type association, making it a comparative challenge. However, if you can defeat Silver’s Umbreon, Tyranitar, Weavile, Crobat, and Typhlosion you’ll receive the revolution badge.
Gym Leader 8: Andrea
Andrea is working hard to live up to her mentor, Clair’s reputation. She’s deeply dedicated to dragon type, as well as the ideas of tradition and discipline. In fact, when you first arrive in Blackthorn city, Andrea is not at the gym. Instead, she is training in the dragon’s den cave under the city.
On your way to find her, you will need to battle some ace trainers. When you first meet Andrea in the depths of the den, she quizzes you about what matters in Pokémon training (the same questions as the “Master’s Quiz” in the original dragon’s den). However you answer, you will then be able to challenge her in the gym, but if you give all the correct answers (all of which paint a picture of a kind, enthusiastic trainer) she will give you a level 15 dratini.
The gym itself has changed from being a landscape of lava, the lava has been replaced with deep, cold water. Using surf is forbidden, and you must pilot floating platforms across the lake. The gym includes dragon tamers and ace trainers that you will need to defeat before reaching Andrea.
Andrea’s team is made up of Kingdra, Gyarados, Zweilous, and Dragonite, and once you defeat her you will receive your final badge: the rising badge.
The final step on your Pokémon league journey is to face the Johto elite four and champion, who are newly instated since the original games took place. It’s time to head across Mt. Silver to the Silver Falls highland, where the league has been built. Good luck!
But also, I have a few Vs. Sprites that I created for this badge case as well, for Fulton, Sakura, Silver, and Andrea, that I’m gonna show off here because they took too much time not to:

Alright, more Legends Arceus updates from my own playthrough.
I made it to the Crimson Mirelands, and have spent about four hours running around there catching things because a metric ton of my favorite options are there. And after much trial and tribulation, I have captured the majority. We’ll get to that.
The first thing to talk about is Merit. Apparently, you can find satchels from other players or something around the region, and each gives a certain amount of merit for picking it up. This was just kind of a weird thing at first, but it turns out there’s a shop where you can get like any of the evolution items in the game for like 1300 of it. The merit given isn’t a ton, the average seeming to be around 70, but it’s pretty good rate considering they seem to add more per day per area, so it’s a nice option to have available, especially since they finally, FINALLY learned from Mystery Dungeon and added the Link Cable for trade Pokemon to evolve. In fact, I looked this up, you don’t actually need to trade for any of these items, you just use it on the Pokemon. FUCKING FINALLY. I can actually use Rhyperior this game, I’m stoked.
Before getting there though, I had to clear out the Obsidian Fields. And that wasn’t too bad, but most importantly I got to face off against the boss: Kleavor. And my stance on boss battles is...mixed. On the one hand, I kinda like the more dynamic approach. I think having to watch and study your opponent is nice, and you actually have enough HP on your player to like...take some hits and make mistakes while still being able to stay in the fight and pull out a win. That’s the good news. The bad news is, there’s a concept where if you play your cards right, you battle it, win that short battle, then get to hit it with more of the calming balms that work better while it’s stunned that way. This wouldn’t be so bad, except that the boss always goes first, and is super strong. So it kinda smacks of being a way for it to mess up your Pokemon and just ruin the EXP yield they get for winning? I dunno. I don’t love that I always seemed to go last, despite having several levels on it and a really fast Pokemon.
Exploration continues to be enjoyable overall, and I’m surprised at how like...smooth the level curve is? Like, getting a low level Pokemon caught up doesn’t feel like it takes that long, but it’s hard to feel over-leveled and thus overpowered. Moreover, Alpha Pokemon are a thing I can fight sometimes now, and despite them being much higher level, they don’t seem impossible to overcome. Damage numbers are high at a baseline, but don’t seem to go so high that one-shots are easy without serious super-effective matchups.
I’ve also discovered that releasing Pokemon is valid and possibly great. You get the Grit materials. I released a ton of unused stuff, and got a ton of Grid Dust and Grit Gravel, with even a few Grit Pebbles, which is really nice. We’ll see who I use them on, but I might actually use them for real now that I feel like I have a team.
As mentioned at the outset, I have made it to Zone 2, which has many of my favorite options that I wanted to run. Rhyhorn, Petilil, Ralts, and Yanma to be specific. And I have them all with good natures. In fact, thanks to a lucky catch on a Stantler and the shiny Ponyta quest, I have a full team I like a lot.
Naughty Ponyta
Brave Stantler
Jolly Petilil
Adamant Rhyhorn
Timid Ralts
Modest Yanma
I do want to make some adjustments. I kinda want to run a Glaceon this time, so I’ll need to make that adjustment at some point. Probably dropping Stantler. I love Wyrdeer, but Gardevoir got Aura Sphere and I’m losing my shit. I also kinda want to pick up a Ghost at some point. Mismagius if I find one, possibly? We’ll see who I pick up. But right now, I’m just really excited to have this team. Especially the Petilil, actually. I hate to admit it, but...I do kinda want to run Hisuian Lilligant, despite not loving its design. I just love Lilligant a lot.
But its design really isn’t...great. Have you ever seen that Unraveled video where he talks about the Sonic Bible, and his response to the movie being that Sonic’s legs are too human? That’s Hisuian Lilligant. My entire problem with Hisuian Lilligant is the decision to make its legs like that. In fact the legs at all kinda bug me, because the cute thing about Lilligant being a dancer was that it had no legs, so its dance was it wobbling around on its little stump feet around that huge bulbous body, and it’s great. But like...okay, this alt is Fighting type, and it’s slimmed up and ready to fist fight, I can dig it. But I kinda feel like my problem is that it’s just too humanoid. Like, what I would’ve wanted is its four feet stalks becoming four legs. Let the thing twirl wildly and be able to spin kick and do all this insane stuff because it has four strong legs to dance on. But they couldn’t really do that I guess because of the way the boss fight is structured, and wanting it to be more identifiable what it’s doing I guess? I really don’t know. But I think they could’ve made it at least a little fucked up as a Fighting type so it’s not just another like...regular humanoid thing.

mind making a nsfw story of rivals then to lovers; with arlo with a female trainer s/o/reader who is kind hearted, cute, beautiful, has a sensitive and a tougher side, is part of team valor; has a male raichu, a female glaceon and a female wigglytuff as her main partners; and she always wins him, his subordinates and colleagues; but she feels sorry and bad about arlo after candela told her why he picked this side; as well they both began to develop feelings towards each other?
He pinned you to the wall, making you squeal out of surprise. “Arlo!” You whined.
“Quiet, Y/n.” Arlo growled, not out of anger but lust.
You bit your finger and whined as he pressed his knee your center, teasing you. “You want more?” He whispered.
You nodded meagerly, making incoherent noises.
You had been waiting all week for this, the one day you could sneak away from everyone else and just be with each other. But then a ripple of guilt tore through you as you remembered a conversation you had with Leader Candela a few weeks ago.
“Why did Arlo turn on Valor?” You asked while petting Rea, your partner Glaceon.
“That’s a long story.” Candela sighed, leaning her head back.
“I have all day.” You offered, knowing Candela needed to talk about it at some point.
Candela smiled sadly, she knew you were willing to listen. Bless your kind heart. She then sighed and stood up, walking to the window next to her desk.
“He’s jealous I bonded with Moltres.” She said simply. “When Willow was trying to find a leader for Valor when it was formed, he tried everything to bond with Moltres but nothing he did worked.” A sullen look entered Candela’s eyes as she continued.
“But when I bonded with Moltres, he got jealous. But he managed to hide it, but then when I became leader, he joined Team Rocket, saying I denied him his destiny. He’s hated me ever since.” Candela said with another sigh, sitting back down and rubbing her forehead.
You felt pity for Candela as you watched her. Her own best friend left because he got jealous? He couldn’t just talk it out with her?
Candela looked at you, a serious look in her eyes. “Y/n, next time you battle him, be careful. He’s got all sorts of tricks up his sleeve.” She warned.
You nodded, heeding her words thoroughly.
Yet here you were, letting Arlo pull at your shirt and get your bra off. He tossed them both aside, mouth attacking your breasts. You threw your head back, burying your fingers in his ponytail. “Arlo!” You breathed.
Arlo smirked. He then eyed a spot on your right breast, you squealed as he suddenly bit. “Hey!” You whined, looking at him with one eye closed. He then sucked for a few seconds then admired the new hickey. “Now you’re marked.” He smirked cheekily at you. You felt your face heat up.
Rolling your eyes you pulled at his red tank top, admiring his thin yet muscular torso. You lightly raked your nails over his chest, making him hiss in pleasure.
“Y/n...” He sighed.
You gasped as your skirt and underwear were gone in one swoop, you saw him toss them aside like nothing happened. “How did you-?!” You asked before he gently put a finger to your lips.
“Don’t ask questions. You know what to do.” He said, lightly pushing you onto your knees. You gulped then shakily pulled his pants and boxers off, letting him step out of them. You licked the tip on circles, making him groan.
“Y/n...!” He moaned, throwing his head back and holding your head.
Seeing his reaction, you smirked and took more of his cock into your mouth. Bobbing your head back and forth, working your tongue in way you knew he loved.
Arlo snarled after a few minutes and pulled you off, making you stand up. “Arlo?” You asked, seeing the lustful glaze in his eyes.
“Ride me, Y/n.” He demanded, laying on the bed and making you straddle him. You squeaked in surprise, not expecting him to be so demanding and wanton. “Arlo...” You said, looking down at him.
Arlo looked at you and cocked an eyebrow, but leaned up and pecked your lips. “I’ve got you.” He murmured before positioning you over his cock, and slowly sliding into you.
You threw your head back, trying not to scream. You started to move your hips, his hands caressing them as they moved. “Arlo!” You cried out. “It feels so good!”
“I know it does, Y/n...” He sighed, letting his head plop onto the pillow behind him, admiring your body as much as he could. “It feels amazing for me too.”
You moaned his name over and over, unable to keep your voice down. Not that he was complaining, he loved how his name rolled off your tongue. Plus, it was a reminder that only he could give you this pleasure, no one else.
“Y/n, I’m gonna cum.” He grunted, squeezing his fingers into your thighs.
“Me too.” You breathed, holding his cheeks so you two made eye contact. “Cum with me” You said.
You both screamed out in ecstasy as you finished. You panted hard, slowly sliding off of him and plopping into his arms. He held you tightly, chest heaving.
He let you catch your breath before gently tilting your chin up, your eyes meeting once again. “...I love you.”
Your heart skipped a beat. Did he just say...?
“I love you, Y/n. Even if you’re Valor and we’re supposed to be enemies. I don’t care. I want to be with you.” He declared, determination in his voice.
“I...I love you too.” You sighed out, leaning your foreheads together. “But...what about the future?” You asked, wondering if it would ever work between you two, being enemies and all.
He pursed his lips together but kissed your forehead. “We’ll see what happens. Let’s just enjoy now.” He said.
You nodded, pulling the blanket over the both of you and holding him close.
“Good night, Y/n.” You head him say as you dozed off, dreaming of your future with Arlo, everything was perfect.
--
I hope this is satisfactory, Anon! I had to toy around with this idea so I could get it perfect! Enjoy!

[PHOENIX WRIGHTS] The Kimono Girls / Kimono Ladies
After some consideration, I decided to keep this HC post spoiler-free. There will be a follow-up post when the proper context is revealed for the real meat and potatoes for the Kimono Girls.
Anyway, let’s get started:
There are 8 (not 5) Kimono Girls in Johto, each sporting a different evolution of Eevee. The Kimono Maiden, Venus, sports Eevee itself.
The Kimono Girls are centered around Ho-oh, as the only Lugia in this world is @bloodofthecovenants, who isolated himself from the world for hundreds of years. It also doesn’t hurt that Kimono Maiden Venus is... well... Ho-oh itself.
Kimono Ladies are simply Kimono Girls who become even closer to Ho-oh and directly manage the Ecruteak Dance Studio.
Kimono Ladies are based on Geisha more directly to the Kimono Girls, who are based on Maiko (apprentice Geisha)
Note: the Kimono Girls during the events of Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver are the current Kimono Ladies.
The names of the Kimono Girls/Ladies are not their real names. It’s their stage names. The Kimono Girl/Ladies’ names are as follows:
Jolteon: Miki / Satsuki
Flareon: Naoko / Koume
Vaporeon: Kuni / Sumomo
Espeon: Sayo / Sakura
Umbreon: Zuki / Tamao
Leafeon: Momiji / Kaede
Glaceon: Suzume / Fujiko
Sylveon: Hozuki / Tsubaki
(no, it’s not Linnea and Rea. They’re canon characters that have nothing to do with the Kimono Girls)
Venus is also a stage name; however, no one truly knows Venus’s identity.
Kimono Girls are recruited based on various factors such as legacy, culture, religious affiliation, humility, and aura. Most Kimono Girls are recruited at very young age; however, there are cases when young adults are recruited to become a Kimono Girl. Each perspective Kimono Girl are given an Eevee as a test and will become the apprentance of a Kimono Lady based on the Eevee’s evolution. If multiple prospects evolve an Eevee to the same evolution, they each perform various tests to see who will become a Kimono Girl (with the exception of Umbreon, who will always be rejected)
Upon training completion, the Kimono Ladies conduct a ceremony to pass their legacy to the Kimono Girls. These girls then become the new Kimono Ladies as the previous set retires for life.
Recruitments occur once every 30 years, with the ceremony being performed only if all of the Kimono Girls are ready to become Kimono Ladies. This process generally takes anywhere between 5 and 6 rigorous years, but can take longer if needed.
Strangely, Zuki/Tamao’s passing of legacy is special and, as of now, entirely unknown to anyone outside of the Kimono Girls.
The Kimono Girls were originally artists and dancers to promote Johtoian peace and tranquility; however, as they became more organized, the Ecruteak Dance Studio was created as a way for others to learn about the region’s culture and history through arts such as music and dance.
Their goal is to keep the rich culture and folklore of the Johto region alive and to promote peace and harmony through the Pokémon World.
There are rumors that some of the Kimono Girls and Kimono Ladies are biologically immortal and were given the gift by Ho-oh itself, but no one is entirely sure.

How we do the trick name?
Just the same names that are in the images I posted - Linnea for Leafeon, Rea for Glaceon.
#reply#critter rambles#if you've typed it correctly the evolve button should change from a ? to the shape of Leafeon or Glaceon#Anonymous

Neat little detail I just noticed when renaming shiny Eevees to get Leafeon and Glaceon, once the names were changed, the silhouette’s changed to show what Eeveelution you’d get (unfortunately I didn’t think to screencap Rea before I hit the button). I kinda want to start a new side account now just to see if it works with all of them!
