Kronoculus

Kronoculus is a time wizard and the secondary antagonist of Costume Quest 2, a Halloween-themed video game about a group of kids who physically become their costumes to fight evil. Throughout the game, he serves under Dr. Orel White, a dentist attempting to rid the world of candy. Kronoculus commands an army of minions called Kronys, which are physical pieces of Kronoculus himself. (Kronoculus is special to me because, the last time I saw my half brother, we were playing Costume Quest 2 together. Hope he’s grown up to be an alright guy)

Raven

You know that thing where a cult series with a white male protagonist gets rebooted but with a black female protagonist instead? Well this is her. I love her. She’s the badass birdwoman shapeshifting warrior you’ve been dreaming of. She’s just so determined and compassionate and resourceful, even in the face of fighting a never-ending battle, against an enemy that won’t. Stay. Dead. She’s my favourite of all time and deserved like five more series and at least one spin off

Every fantasy setting needs a guy whose name sounds like the author was trying to solve one of those word squares by randomly scrubbing their mouse over it fishing for hits, like "'Miralo'? 'Lontor'? 'Orimon'? Come on, one of these has to be a word... hey, wait a minute."

Lance Week 23, Day 6: Ancestor... Outfit Swap, 2?

I'm just saying, there had to be an origin for my love of mentorly figures in cool capes, alright! Only so many guys can wander around a highland-like area testing the moral fibre of children and smiting evil (though admittedly only one gives out the final reward of a family holiday to a single child and nebulously wipes out all the rest...) Anyway my original like, 3 different ideas for this prompt all died a death, so you're going to take this 10 degrees to the right version of me having highlander Lance headcanons, and you're gonna like it!

Silver

Silver is a robot who fucked up because she wasn't properly tamed (In oneshot, taming is the idea that a robot can be taught to act beyond its baseline programming by forming a relationship with someone). She went rogue because of contradictions in her code that she couldn't resolve. Her creator, who based Silver on herself, eventually fixed her, but the damage was done and Silver had to be relocated to a remote mining facility for political reasons.

Alrighty fellow millenial Brits, I need us to put our heads together because I have vague memories of a show and I can't remember the name of it and I've looked through so many lists of shows that were on CBBC around that time and so far, haven't found the thing but have been reminded of several other shows.

Anyway!

It was a game show. 2 teams of kids, can't remember how many people on each team. Host was a bald dude in a wheelchar called The Commander. The teams competed over who could do the better job with the relief efforts for a natural disaster. They stayed up in their command tower place with a role similar to dispatchers.

I can't remember what it was called, it was definitely on the air in 2008/2009, I haven't been able to find it with Google searches based on random keywords that I think would work or in the various lists of forgotten shows I managed to find. I'm about ready to just trawl through every link on wikipedia just to find it cause youtube has many of the old shows I grew up on.

I regularly use youtube to rewatch old episodes of Knightmare and Raven so I could probably find old episodes of this show there as well if I could remember the name.
