Tydzień pełen przeciwności

Żeby Was... Tydzień pracy dobiegł końca. Właśnie przewalam swój weekend. Posłuchajcie:

Mało mnie tu było w tygodniu. Walczyłem z samym sobą. Ciągle uczę się zamykać mordę. Przemilczanie jest lepsze niż pyskówka.

Poniedziałek i wtorek minęły nawet nie wiem jak. Naprawdę. Wiem, że byłem spokojny. Zamówienia były małe, wszystko szło szybko.

O środzie wolałbym nie mówić. Nie chcę rozdrapywać starych ran i budzić demony. Ogólnie spotkało mnie nieszczęście, ale to nie ono mnie nakręciło. To stara baba która wierciła mi przy tym dziurę. Byłem tak rozszalały, że nawet Kiero zeszła mi z drogi.

Czwartek i piątek bez większych szałów. Ja robiłem swoje, KM jechała po Manekinie, Manekin po KM. Kiero po wszystkich po trochu.

Zaraz jadę na urodziny do Czwartego, chociaż wolałbym iść na spacer i do pana S. Wszyscy mu teraz pomagają czyścić strych, a potem ognisko i mecz. Mecz jest o 21 ale głupio iść jak nie pomagało się rano.

Od rana walczę z dużym akwarium. Strumień siadł z dnia na dzień. Ściany zagloniały. Nie wiem co jest. Rury czyste. Wkłady czyste. Gdzie się podziała rzęsa nie wiem. W kuble jej nie było, w rurach też nie... Wymyłem ściany, wyrzuciłem beczkę, przesadziłem roślinkę, wyrwałem mech, kilka liści co mi się nie podobały, wypłukałem rury i wkłady. Strumień jak na murzyńskim porno.

W końcu zainstalowałem apkę bankową i pierwszy raz zapłaciłem BLIKiem :P Naprawdę czuję się staro. To dla mnie taki powiew świeżości. Zawsze jakoś się tego bałem. Dostęp do apki jest łatwy. Wydaje mi się zbyt łatwy. Ale dziwka mówi mi o każdym moim grzechu, więc to jest spoko. No i nie muszę nosić karty, a zawsze się boję, że ją zgubię. W ogóle podoba mi się nowy telefon. Pierwszy raz mam w nim całe swoje życie i nie czuję się rozdarty.

Zdecydowanie za szybko minął mi ten tydzień. Teraz znowu drugie zmiany :/ A potem długi tydzień pierwszych, wraz z niedzielą i znowu drugi. Tak właśnie ucieka mi życie.

Hej motylki! 🦋 ogólnie rozchorowałam się ( chujnia ) ale pomimo że jestem w domu to mam tą kontrolę, trochę przejebalam z limitem ale nie dałam rady inaczej bo czułam że muszę zjeść chociaż trochę tego rosołu bo czułam się jak okropne gowno, i faktycznie rosół mi pomógł XDD ja jem rosół z ryżem i tego ryżu zjadłam może z niecałe 2 łyżki? 3 kawałki marchewki a reszta to był sam bulion na ogrzanie, mama zaproponowała pierogi ale powiedziałam że strasznie mnie gardło boli więc odpuściłam, wypiłam też herbatę z cytryną, nie mam pojęcia czy mama ją słodziła…ale zazwyczaj daje 1 łyżeczkę miodu więc to podliczę, a no i zjadłam trochę jogurtu z rana. Zjadłam dzisiaj z 350/400 kcal a limit to był 200…ale zawsze mogłam jebnac binge bo w końcu zostałam w domu 💀 ale na szczęście tego nie zrobiłam. Postaram się dzisiaj pójść na spacer ale nie wiem czy dam radę bo jestem w chuj chora mam całe zatkane zatoki i czuję się jak gowno, jak nie to trudno jutro zrobię po prostu 2x tyle ćwiczeń. Ogólnie boję się że teraz jak będę siedzieć w domu przez chorobę mama będzie wciskać we mnie jedzenie, ale będę jadła tylko rosół i piła herbaty, są to najmniej kaloryczne rzeczy a przy okazji mega mi pomagają na zdrowie więc będę się trzymać tego, nie będę jeść żadnych pierogów, ziemniaków ani pełnych posiłków S A M E Z U P Y. I mam się tego trzymać, na limicie 200kcal wytrzymałam już 5 dni więc lecimy dalej 16.04 mam uroczystość i chce ubrać sukienkę więc chyba będę jebac limit po 100 bo chce ładnie wyglądać i mieć płaski brzuch, no i to w sumie tyle bo nie wiem co więcej pisać. Będę wstawiać czy daje radę na limicie i czy nie jeblam binge w miedzy czasie bo się Rozkurwie inaczej. Chudego dnia/nocy motylki 🦋

Za posledního tristvrte roku jsem se urvala snad vic, než za celej zivot. I když toho vlastne zpětne vubec nelituju, protože kdy jindy se chovat trochu nezodpovědně a hodně tápat, když ne teď.

R. Tys ke mne ze zacatku byl tak moc něžný a pozorný, ze jsem chvili fakt věřila, ze te miluju. Ale byla jsem porad tak zmatená, protože jsi mi nikdy nedával uplne najevo, co ke mne citis. A ten ignor, ve kterej to vyustilo, mi dával pocit, ze je těžký me milovat. Až když jsem odjela, zjistila jsem, jak moc ses na me upnul a ze ti tolik chybim. Jenže to už jsem si uvedomila, jak mi tvy chovani ublizovalo a ze už se k tomu nikdy vratit nechci.

S. Jsou lidi, kteří jsou v tvym zivote jen na určitej cas, aby te něco naucili a pak odchazi, i kdyz někdy boli nechat je jít. Tys byl presne ten člověk, kterej me naucil, ze se mezi lidma nemusim porad jen smat a pak trpět sama v tichosti. Že si muzu dovolit ukázat, kdyz mi není dobre, rict si o pomoc. Ze nemusim mít pocit, ze nekomu něco dluzim, když tu pro me je ve chvílích, kdy mi je tak uzko, až mám pocit, ze se nedoziju rana. A jemně jsi mi pripominal, jakou mám hodnotu, ve dnech, kdy jsem ji sama nevidela. Pak se naše cesty znovu rozešly, tak rychle, jak ses mi dostal do života, jsi i odešel. A ja jsem jen hrozne moc vděčná, ze jsem diky tobe mohla tolik vyrůst.

G. Tys pro me byl clovekem, kvůli kterymu jsem hodne trpela. Vic kvůli tomu, jak ztracenej jsi byl, než kvůli tomu, jak ses vůči me choval. Protože se v tvejch očích odrážela moje bolest a trvalo mi strasne dlouho přijmout, ze te nemuzu zachranit, ze pokud to nechceš ty, nikdo jinej ti nepomuze. Ze odejit neznamena vykaslat se na tebe, ale zachránit sebe. Často si na tebe vzpomenu. Kdyz mi zacne hrát L’altroieri, kdyz ctu nejakou Pasoliniho knizku a vzpomenu si, jak jsi mi o něm vypravel. A jen doufam, ze jsi v poradku, ze to všechno zvladas a třeba ti je i lip. Ale už vim, ze není na mne s tím něco udělat.

P. Nedokazu ani popsat, co k tobe citim. Možná proto, ze to vlastne nevim. Seznámili jsme se tak nahodou, ve 4 rano na Piazza Belini si povidali o zivote a v tu chvili jsem vedela, ze cokoliv reknu, ty to pochopíš. Jsi pro me clovek, se kterým muzu mlčet, který tu je, i když nemám co rict. Udělal jsi veci, který mi svým způsobem vrátily viru v lidstvo a taky v sebe. Protože když ses jen tak sbalil a prijel za mnou přes pulku Italie, uvedomila jsem si, ze není na miste spokojovat se s lidma, kterým nestojí za to prijet za mnou, i když bydlí ve stejným městě. Jsi pro me platonickou láskou, u který vim, ze musí zůstat platonicka, protože jinak by ztratila cely svy kouzlo. Ale platonicky te miluju a vždycky budu.

M. Tohle bylo tak kratky a tak moc intenzivní. Po par dnech jsem měla pocit, ze te znam celej zivot. Po dlouhý době jsem neměla pocit, ze se neumim vyjadrovat, protože jsi mi kradl slova z úst a ja jen nechapala, jak je možný, ze do me tolik vidis. Mohla jsem motat jazyky, kteryma mluvím (protože multilingvismus je svině a čím vic jazyku umíte, tím vic vám vypadávají slova v každým z nich) a ty jsi me doplňoval, protože to mas stejne. Jako první a jedinej jsi poznal, co znamená my tetování a nevěřícně jsi na me koukal, proč mi to prijde zvláštní, vždyť je prece uplne očividný, co znamená. Nasla jsem v tobe tolik nehy a lasky, jako nikdy predtim. Možná proto tak strasne bolelo zjištění, ze te musim nechat jít, ze to nepůjde. Protože jsem v tobe nasla presne to, co jsem ty dlouhý roky hledala, ale někdy v zivote ani to nestačí.

Protože zachránit sebe je to jediný, za co jsem zodpovědná a co musim delat. Teď už to konečně vim.

𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒅.

Not exactly unusual for someone to wind up passing out in their apartment ( something about kaen’s place just being so inviting & cozy or whatever— ) .  So when it so happens that Rana conks out on the couch that afternoon , Kaen can only look on haplessly.  Well , far be it for them to d i s t u r b her from getting some ( much-needed ) rest.  Sighing softly , Kaen unfolds the knitted quilt from the back of the couch , draping it over their friend’s form.  Then gingerly do they coax a p r o p e r pillow under her head to ensure ample comfort whilst she naps.  It’s … Almost STRANGE ; typically people try to mother t h e m all the time and yet , here they are , mothering someone else for a change !  It feels nice , like the universe is f i n a l l y in alignment for once.  Smiling to themself , Kaen goes about their business ( taking extra care to be quiet , of course ) and allows Rana her peace.

Later in the day , during the evening as Kaen is dabbling between j u s t starting dinner and looking over their notes for some coursework to pass the time , they hear Rana beginning to wake up.  Turning , they set their hands on their hips and grin at her as she sits up and looks over to them.  ❝ Hey , Rana , welcome back ta’ th’ land of th’ living ! ❞  It’s a jest , one they’re glad makes her smile before she asks how long she’s been asleep for.  ❝ Oh , uhh … ❞ Kaen looks over their shoulder , back towards the clock hanging in the kitchen , ❝ Eh , y’know , like , pretty much all afternoon.  So , basically a couple hours give ‘r take ? ❞  They shrug.  ❝ Ah’m not entirely surprised , ye seemed r e a l tired when ye came o’er earlier. ❞  Sensing there might be an apology on the horizon , Kaen quickly adds , ❝ An’ dun’ e’en worreh ‘bout it , ye know ‘s no big deal !  When ye gotta’ sleep , ye gotta’ sleep. ❞

Kaen turns back towards the stove , bouncing around between the burners and the meal they’re prepping.  ❝ B’sides , y’know y’re welcome ‘ere anytime.  Ah dun’ mind ‘avin’ th’ company , ❞ In fact , one might say Kaen PREFERS the company. They glance over to her with a cheeky smile and a playful wink , ❝ E’en when she passes out on m’couch. ❞  Turning forward again they gesture to the small dining table nearby , ❝ But uh , lissen , if ye feel like hangin’ ‘round ‘ere fer a little longer , Ah a m makin’ dinner.  Y’re welcome ta’ stay an’ eat.  It would be kinda’ rude o’ me ta’ send ye ‘ome hungry , right ? ❞

Walters looked up and was also surprised, but he controlled himself.

-Meet Ivo Robotnik, he's your boss. And this is Charlotte Robotnik. You are brother and sister.

The girl spoke up. - I don't remember having a brother, but apparently he was. And even a twin.

- I don't remember either.

-So you'll get to know each other.

They both left the office and walked awkwardly side by side.

- And I dreamed about my sister. You, as I understand it. Charlie?

-I had something similar in my memories. Just not the good ones. You were kidnapped and killed.

Assignment one: my first hypothesis

I decided to use the NESARC codebook as my source of data. I am interested in assessing the correlation between demographic variables and level of alcohol consumption to hospital visit and admission.

Background

Based on literature search (using the key words "alcohol consumption" "ed visit" and "hospital admission"), there has been evidence in US and Europe of increase in admissions directly or indirectly related to alcohol consumption (2, 4). The percentage of men admitted is higher than women, but women are increasing in numbers. Country and/or personal economic status also plays a role in hospital visit and/or admission (3). Interestingly, blood alcohol level is not necessarily related to length of stay.

Hypothesis

My hypothesis is that level of alcohol consumption will have a positive relationship with number of ED visits, with a higher correlation with patients that come from lower social economical status or have a concomitant diagnosis of depression and/or anxiety.

The students were jubilated on getting placed. They will join the service from coming April 4th, 2024.

Żeby Was... Koniec niekompetencji PZU. Posłuchajcie:

Pojechałem z rana ubezpieczyć Szrota. 5minut. Dosłownie. I teraz garść ciekawostek. - Były ubezpieczyciel, PZU, przysłało mi ofertę za 1124pln. - W CUKu przedłużenie tego ubezpieczenia w PZU pokazało się już za 645zł. Skąd taki rozrzut? Czyżby liczyli, że po prostu machnę przelew na to co przyszło? W okienku czasami udawało mi się dostać koło stówki taniej. Facet w CUKu twierdzi, że robili mnie na marży przedstawiciela, bo innej opcji nie widzi. I w sumie mogłoby się tak zdarzyć, bo w tym CUKu kiedyś też robił facet co dawał ceny z dupy, a potem okazywało się, że w tym samym punkcie kto inny miał zupełnie inne oferty cenowe. - Szrot ubezpieczony.

Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute ceremoniously sent off the 22 member team of boys & girls to take part in the National Federation Cup Tug of War Championship.

The Federation cup will take place in Panchkula Haryana on Feb 17th.

The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi & the VC Dr Rakesh Yadav complimented the team led by Azha Khan, International Champion & student of Shri Venkateshwara University. They boosted the morale of the players by showing the green flag.

I realized I've never done the "D as in dog" clarification in spanish before, and last night my brain opted for "D como daño", which probably says something about me... Anyways, do you know what these are called, and what the "standard" ones are in spanish?

So I don't think there's a standard one in Spanish. There are multiple answers you could give, but many use proper names or names of cities.

As far as I know this is called el alfabeto por palabras "alphabet by words" or el abecedario telefónico "telephone alphabet"; and it's different in different places

Even in English I hear different ones, except I usually hear "B as in boy", "V as in Victor", "Z as in Zebra", "M as in Mary", "N as in Nancy", etc etc I know that's not in order, don't at me but for the other words it's kind of up in the air

Also RR is called doble ere usually, it's typically said or written like that. RR never begins a word so it's always considered a special case and doesn't have its own letter in that kind of alphabet. I think I was taught RR de carro (?) but told it’s not its own letter exactly(?)

The other ones that you might hear are i latina and y griega which I included above. Literally this is "Latin I" and "Greek Y" because i and y have the same sound when pronounced in the alphabet like that, and Y is said to be Greek while I comes from the Latin letters

Occasionally though you will see la Y pronounced as la ye

And finally, LL is sometimes included in alphabets and sometimes not. In the abecedario it's typically la elle which is pronounced with the LL sound; but you might also see ele doble which is "double L"
