Not Buggy simping for once but I am looking at your oc like the stupid little bisexual that I am and I am looking oh so very respectfully and I am so polite and I am not even trying to steal her away from the captain please captain put me down I did not stare at her bad okay, her bippedy boobedy boobas, her massive ockers on purpose I promise.

But real talk I like her. She cute. Would love to hear more lore if you ever have the energy

But dw she’s as much as a simp as we are for him❤️(and as Boa is for Luffy😭)

Sorry if this seems really obsessive and is way too long or whatever but It’s so common for me to make so much lore whenever I make an oc specifically to ship with a canon character (I have ideas that could literally be a novel franchise for my Hisoka oc ugh) the tism in me just gets way too ahead of itself tbh and whenever someone is like “ooh tell me about them :D” I literally go crazy.

Veteran one piece fans, please let me know if any of this goes against one piece logic, I’m still really new to the fandom and this is a new oc too, so if I need to change anything/get rid of a piece of lore then please let me know😭

So if you haven’t seen my latest info post on her name is Ivyeri(pronounced Ivory) VanHelsing, she ate the stitch stitch fruit which is a mythical zoan fruit that’s a Frankenstein/Monster type.

This devil fruit her replace her body parts with quite literally anything, she can use whatever she replaces her parts with like it’s apart of her body; she often puts weapons on her body, and into her body as well.

In Impel Down, she lost her leg from severing it to get out of her chains so she had to replace it with the wolf leg.

Whenever Ivy takes off a body part, since it’s not connected anymore her brain can’t control it, so it becomes sentient. Since the parts she can control are determined by if her brain can connect to them or not, this means if her head is completely served her entire body can become sentient as well. Whenever Ivy does this(usually when she’s using her full body weapon suit which I haven’t drawn yet) she keeps her headless body sedated in a tank.

SO, on to her entire story and how she meets Buggy(under the cut if you’re interested bc it’s super long oof) warning for me rambling and on going sentences bc I wrote some of this on my break.

I created a town that she lives in, it’s a really corny name that I don’t feel like saying bc I’m gonna get roasted for it😭but, it’s located on a desolate island, literally nobody knows it even exists and the people who accidentally come across it just leave bc they’re so freaked out. Buggy and his crew see the island in the distance and he thinks “another town to pillage hehe” however, upon arriving there and making a flashy✨ entrance he’s met with the towns people just staring at him with dead glares in their eyes. Buggy and his is obviously freaked out, so he just tells his crew to just stock up on food and booze before getting the hell out of there.

Ivy sees him when he arrives and immediately falls in love, love at first sight. She wants to approach him but is too nervous and thinks her appearance will scare him away(she thinks her stitches make her ugly and grotesque). So Ivy comes up with the idea of moving some signs around to lead Buggy into getting lost in a graveyard. It works and when Buggy is lost in the maze of gravestones, Ivy appears behind him, sitting on a grave and subtly flirting with him, thinking that the heavy fog of the town obscures her appearance.

Buggy can clearly see her, but he has seen crazier people in his time of being a pirate so Ivy’s stitches don’t even register in his head bc he’s too busy panicking over getting lost in a graveyard and now some lady is talking to him?

They talk, flirt with each other, Buggy obviously letting her inflate his massive ego, Ivy offers to lead him out of the graveyard(even though she’s the one who led him there in the first place). Ivy leads Buggy back to his crew. One of the pirates accidentally bumps into her and she face plants right into Buggy’s chest and they have this “ooo accidentally falling right into your crush’s arms🥰” moment before it’s ruined by her wrist coming off and holding onto Buggy’s shirt when she pulls away. They’re both freaking out, Ivy apologizing profusely while trying to take her hand back.

Buggy screamed only for a moment before being like “This girl can take her body parts off too?!” And he falls in love and (politely)demands her to join his crew(not because he wants to bang her immediately or anything..) after that they’ve been together for 8 years🥰

She doesn’t really have a prevalent role in the orangetown arc, however she does take control of Buggy’s crew after he’s bazooka-ed to a whole other island.

While Buggy was presumably pronounced dead by his crew, Ivy strayed away from them to mourn by herself, which meant she didn’t get kidnapped by the cannibal tribe(she didn’t care about Buggy’s crew at that point since she thought he was dead) however, when Buggy came back with Alvida, Ivy was even more heartbroken than she was when she thought he was dead.

K so I kind of ripped off one of my own fan fictions with this part of her story, I just thought it would’ve been good character development for her so if you want the basics of what happens, here’s the fic.

Ivy breaks up with Buggy bc she thinks he’s cheated on her, or is going to cheat bc Alvida is literally gorgeous. After that, she leaves the Big Top and devises a plan to make a name for herself and become a fearsome solo pirate just to make Buggy jealous and show him that she’s doing just fine without him.

Overtime she becomes extremely brooding and even more colder than before; each one of her accomplishments are fueled by anger and jealousy. Over time she convinced herself that Buggy had forgotten about her and moved on with Alvida which fueled her to succeed even more.

Which, she did succeed, but she got way more than she wanted to. After an accidental conflict with the marines, she ended up getting a Impel Down level 5 worthy bounty.

Buggy and Ivy don’t directly interact much during Impel Down and Marineford bc both of them think that the other hates them/forgot about them, but when they do reunite they start this dynamic where the two of them are trying to look cool/badass just to get the other’s attention(Also, Ivy’s severed leg I mentioned earlier, it somehow found Buggy on level 2 and he’s been keeping it from her the entire time).

The entire time, Buggy didn’t know why Ivy broke up with him, he thought that she broke up with him bc of his “ugly red nose” and cried for months. Everything reminded him of Ivy. He hoarded all of her old clothes that she left behind and used one of her old tops as a pillow case.

They finally get back together during the cross guild, Ivy joins alongside Crocodile and Mihawk. When she sees the way that the two men beat and abuse him over everything she gets pissed off and vows to protect Buggy at all costs, leading to them having a heart to heart, finally talking things out and getting back together again.

I have more lore with her but it involves other ocs I’ve made for one piece and it doesn’t really add to her relationship with Buggy loool

I have another oc I’m not sure about adding to her lore since idk if this is already an existing character in One Piece bc he’s vaguely mentioned in canon, but Davy Jones is her father and had the same fruit as her when he was alive. They’ve never met.(This is an excuse for me to make a goth dilf)

More facts about her!

-Ivy is a weaponsmith, she makes weapons for herself and Buggy’s crew(when she was apart of it)

-She’s 5’9, 27 years old before the timeskip and 29 years old after

-Ivy likes collecting bones.

-Ivy has a pet cat named Princess who was Richie’s biggest opp. Before the time skip he was the same size as a regular house cat, but currently he’s the size of a Liger.

-She stole Alvida’s old ship when she left the Big Top and customized it to fit her vibe

-She stole a manticore from Impel Down, adopted it, and named it Buggy Jr.

-She also adopted a giant frog and named it after Buggy as well

-A week after the breakup Ivy tried to make a replacement Buggy by digging up a recently deceased guy and playing Frankenstein(using a toy ball as a replacement nose). Things didn’t work out when the guy regained his memory and reunited with his wife.

-As a pirate, people call her by her last name. No relation to the actual Van Helsing though I just thought the name sounded cool.

Skyrim Rambles

Okay, so I'm playing skyrim again, this round as an Imperial Khajit, but as I go through this, having played both Imperials and Stormcloaks (I alternate my files to make it more interesting)....I have opinions.

FIRST from a logistical and "connection" standpoint, if you go into Skyrim blind to the internal politics, the Stormcloaks are actually "better" in a lot of ways. Ralof and Ulfric know you were innocent and about to be killed, and no matter how other Stormcloaks feel, they are willing to accept and protect you. Meanwhile, on the other end, Legate Rikke was going to have you executed even though you weren't on the list.

SECOND, FUCKING HADVAR. Look, I love Hadvar, he's great, he and Ralof are ex boyfriends. But he's also a goddamn moron. Man couldn't write us a recommendation letter? Give us a signet? Also like, he heads off to Solitude first, while we play message boy for his family to the Jarl, go through the Barrow, and likely defeat a dragon before we head to solitude ourselves (story wise). Hell, I went and got the rest of my Fus Roh Dah before heading to Solitude this time, and took the scenic route past the college of winterhold. Hadvar arrives after you, who he didn't even write a letter for, after sending you to THE SAME WOMAN that was gonna murder you, and hope she believes you.

THIRD... while everyone likes to compare the Stormcloaks to some unsavory racist types (and it is earned in some ways) they are very much also an equivalent analogy to Native Americans. The Dunmer settled primarily in Windhelm, with the stormcloaks. Windhelm, despite being the racism capital, is the city that opened their gates to the refugees. There's tons of other cities, many far more pleasant, and yet most of the dunmer are in Windhelm. The soldiers also recommend going to the Dunmer shops for buying/selling, and I'm sorry to the shopkeeper but he's just nice Hisoka in my mind. They also never run to the cringey "one of the good ones" language if you're a Dunmer or Argonnian or Khajit, they just accept this warrior based entirely on "Ulfric and Ralof say they are cool".

Adding in I don't think making the Dunmer live in the slums or making Argonnians live outside the walls is cool, but the slums read more like that's where the refugee camp was, inside the walls for protection. I am all for eat the rich but also most family homes in skyrim are probably built by your grandpa. And if we wanna go there, why is the Dragonborn able to own like 12 properties, not rent any out, and never be home other than to get money from their spouse.

Third and a half - while not related, a BIG part of the conflict is after Windhelm was so accepting of the Dunmer / dark elves, the light elves come flouncing in and make it illegal to worship their main god, Talos. The Dunmer don't care and in some cases even think this is a stupidly bad ruling, but they are caught up in the blame. ESPECIALLY since the Thalmor / Altmer themselves are the kind of assholes who would probably run a smear campaign against the Dunmer.

Fourth, the imperials are also fucking racist. Be a khajit sometime and tell me they're not as you hear the same three lines again and again. "Awwh did someone steal your sweetroll", "SKYRIM BELONGS TO THE NORDS" "Watch your back sneak-thief". Also when they defeat Ulfric and take over Windhelm, things do not change for the Dunmer nor the Argonnians, nothing gets better, and that drunk racist douchebag still wanders around town screaming at people because he is essential for a fishing quest. They have almost no Dunmer in solitude. They are not opening their gates to refugees. They're the nice shiny capitol city that doesn't let the rabble pollute the streets.

Extras:

On the things I like about Imperials - Hadvar may be stupid but I love him. Rikke may have wanted to kill me in cold blood, but now I'm her little meow meow, and she trusts me. The high queen of Skyrim is there, as is the Bard's College. The imperial drip is better than the stormcloak drip.

The gay rights is great. Ulfric and Galmar came to my Lesbian Lizard Stormcloak wedding in my other file. I presume Legate Rikke or someone similar will come to my lesbian cat's wedding. No comment about how i only play lesbians. I used to have a gay boy cat married to Derkeethus but.....my himbo lizard husband and the only man I enjoy courting.....He's SO broken and stupid. Man running from Solitude down to his original home every single day. At normal running speed. And hope I don't follow him because dragons always love attacking. Meanwhile my preferred wives are lizard lady what sometimes gets murdered if you don't solve the Windhelm murders asap, and strong orc woman whose one desire is to NOT marry a man, but if you are a guy character don't worry she doesn't mind marrying you for the alliance (though she reads very lesbian)

You had always wondered why and how exactly this dead eyed assassin would fall in love someone like you,

it's simple he's fascinated by you

he liked holding you at night feeling the soft and squishy skin in his arms it makes him feel safe somehow you remind him of a teddy bear of some sort, even if he didn't say or show it he was proud to have you as his s/o and he'd make it very obvious to his family not to comment about your weight,

"I can't believe my illumi dared to date someone of your size" you silently stared at her and wiped your mouth with a napkin "I think I'll be heading out now..goodnight illumi" you said getting up to head out of the dining hall soon stopping to illumis soft and cold hand grab yours "mother why would you say that to my dear y/n" he said getting up "if you ever dare to say that to them again I will burn this entire mansion to the ground with you in it" the room soon silenced so quiet you could hear the soft patters of the storm on the window with the scared and shocked faces of the zoldycks "oh dear it seems the storm has gotten worse come now y/n we will go to my room to cool off from this family" he said picking you up bridal style walking away to his room.

Hisoka:

being the only person to beat you at heavens arena he taken interest in you immediately, getting all the information about you as possible he came up to you with a gift of your favorite thing, going on one date turning into two the three then you became lovers he always praised you with your weight seeing as you were self conscious with it letting you know he was there for you missing fights and killing people who dared comment on your weight badly,

"Y/n what's wrong my dear you seem to be sucking in your stomach" you quickly shook your head and he started tickling your neck and you giglgled pushing him away "seems like I've taught you to lie a little to much" he chuckled and you lightly hit on his chest "why were you doing it in the first place"

you looked at him "you know that guy you fought a few days ago" he nodded "after the match he started hitting on me and when I told him I was taken he said he was joking and said he'd never date someone like me soIwasworriedyoufeltthesameandididntwa-"

"Y/n you're rambling again explain slower before you faint from not breathing" you slowly inhaled and exhaled "I was worried you felt the same like the guy and you thought my weight was to much" you felt his arms go around you and you looked at him "my dear.. I'd never hate your weight, your body is beautiful and adorable don't ever think like that" you nodded slowly and hugged him back feeling him pick you up "I'm gonna go take care of some businesses. I'll bring back those chocolates you like alright?" You nodded again letting go of him and walking back to the bed you two shared.

Chrollo: slight smut

You were a new member of the phantom troupe replacing uvogins place, what they didn't know is that chrollo was something more to you then a boss he was your husband from the very little time hisoka ever showed up he started to smell something was up between you and chrollo spying on you outside of the troupe, you sat sitting on the couch of your apartment cuddled up to chrollos lap shuffling around and sitting up away from him, he looked over at you confused "is something wrong y/n" you looked over at him

"I don't get it, I grew up never gaining an ounce of weight and one day I just woke up in this stupid body and making it worse it was the day of the wedding" you looked down at your knees feeling a hand grab your ankle and pull you over, you looked up at him with a tear stream going down your face "to hell with your body and to hell with the past you're my s/o and it doesn't matter your size or shape I will always love you do you understand or do I need to prove it to you" you sat up in his lap and grinned evily "oh you naughty little thing" he said pulling off your bottoms and immediately sliding his fingers into you "chrollooo~!" He smiled at your whines and curled his fingers up inside of you making you shutter and moan in delight, he pulled his fingers out and immediately unbuttoned his pants and pulled his boxers down slamming into you thrusting as quickly as he could not letting you have time to adjust, after an hour or two of slapping noise and moaning hisoka thought he had seen enough and left with a smirk to warn everyone about this new spider.

Sitting behind the throne quietly sobbing into your tail you slowly got up and went to go look for the Royal guards, you ran into a chest and then slowly looked up and almost screamed "what happened my queen" you didn't answer and looked down and mumbled what happened you felt something go under your chin and forced you to look at him "speak with your mouth not your thoughts" and you moved your eyes down "look at me" you started shaking and looked back at him with tears coming out from your glossy eyes running down your porcelain skin "shaiapouf said that no matter what he'd not except me as the queen and he'd always see me as a peasant ant because he wouldn't believe someone like me would make the king fall in love"

he hugged you close "what is this feeling why is my heart twisting and what is this worry I feel for you" you cracked a small smile "it's caring for your lover my king" he moved his tail forcing my head closer to his putting his hand on my cheek, I felt his lips connect with mine and we sat there for about 8 seconds then he let go of me "pitou, youpi come take y/n to our throne I must go deal with shaiapouf" you felt your heart flutter at his voice "I shall come get you later tonight my queen".

those elitists really weren’t your type

well, they weren’t Chrollo’s type either

unless it was for robbing or using them somehow

you’d been glued to your boyfriend for the past 3 hours as he talked with several of those snobs, gouging out whatever information he could from them

and while that was all fun and stuff, you just needed some fresh air

and so you told Chrollo that you’d go outside for a bit and be right back

he had asked you quietly if you wanted him to join you, but you just refused

he had to do this and you could just see it in his eyes

he only kissed your cheek sweetly before smiling and allowing you to let go of his arm

the gardens of the old palace where the party was taking place were huge

and the fact that it was summer made staying there so much better

it smelled like honeysuckles and lavender, among other flowers

and everything was green while the breeze was gently blowing through the trees

you found a stone bench that offered you a perfect view of the fountain a few metres away from you and also a side-view of the entrance to the party and sat down, stretching your legs a bit

those heels were going to kill you

a few minutes passed and you were enjoying the quietness, well, almost, barely hearing the music from inside the palace

when you heard a voice

you looked up to see a guy, probably a waiter, judging by the attire, smiling down at you

Oh, umm, no, I guess?

he smiled again before sitting down next to you and pulling out a cigarette, asking you if you wanted one

but you refused

Chrollo hated the smell and it would make your clothes smell bad

and you still had to go inside soon

you couldn’t really understand why he didn’t sit down somewhere else if he only wanted to smoke

there seemed to be enough stone benches and probably other places

So, what’s a pretty thing like you doing here, all alone? Date ditched you or something?

you looked at him with a raised eyebrow

No, he’s inside, I’m just taking some fresh air.

Really now? Well, how about going on a walk with me, then? I’ve been working here for long enough to know the place well.

why was he coming closer and why was he looking at you like that?

was he serious?

Umm, no, thanks. I should go back to my boyfriend.

his hand suddenly shot up to yours and pulled you back down on the bench, making you hiss

he took a long drag of his cigarette before exhaling the smoke into your face, making you cough

it didn’t last long before you started feeling sluggish

your mind was working in overdrive and you willed your body to do the same, but it just didn’t work

and you actually started panicking

whatever was in that cigarette had affected you

or... no, it was the guy’s Nen, since he was completely fine

you were gently laid down on the bench with the waiter looking down at you with playful eyes before he took his cigarette out and squashed it with his foot

Don’t worry, it’ll be fine. Unfortunately, the effect will go away in a few minutes. Still haven’t perfected the technique yet.

the only thing you could do was close your eyes and hope this was only a nightmare

only that, nothing happened

the only audible noise was the muffled music, the breeze and the crickets

and then you heard a thud close by and you opened your eyes

Chrollo had just thrown the man’s corpse over one of the hedges, posture rigid and eyes almost ablaze with anger that someone dared to do something like this

when he came to your side and sat you up, he held you closely, caressing your back

You’ll be okay, love. I’m here, don’t worry.

you wished you could hug him and you actually did as soon as you felt like your muscles listened to you again

Chrollo’s grip only tightened and he kissed your shoulder, bringing you up and then into his arms as you both left towards the car

What about the intel?

Don’t worry, I got everything. Alcohol really loosens people’s tongues he said with a light chuckle

Now, let’s go home and let me take care of you, okay?

Hisoka

all smiles

and that’s bad

and you know it

while Hisoka had gone to the bar and got the two of you your drinks

you were left alone

and next thing you know

this guy just wouldn’t leave you alone

he sits at your table - despite you telling him that your boyfriend should be back any minute

he just keeps rambling about how he’s sure that he’s so much better than your boyfriend

and that he’s sure he could take that scrawny guy that you call your boyfriend on.

man, he was persistent

and annoying

and he just made you so uncomfortable with how loud he was and how close he was sitting next to you

where was Hisoka when you needed him?

when his arm went over your shoulders and pulled you into him, you pushed as hard as you could against him

but the guy just wouldn’t budge

and that’s when Hisoka finally looked towards your table

expecting to see you making funny faces at him like you sometimes would

only to feel his heart drop

whoever that person was

whether it’s intentional or not

they’re as good as dead

Hisoka’s bloodlust simply... exploded

everyone around him quickly moved away, sweating and looking terrified

the drinks were forgotten as he slowly walked towards you, cards ready to slash

and a smile on his face that would freeze your blood

the guy suddenly stopped as he felt the oncoming bloodlust and looked behind him

Hisoka was looking down at him, eyes emotionless as he put the card to the guy’s neck

and you told him to stop

to not make a scene

there were already enough public places that had banned the two of you because of Hisoka’s tendencies and similar cases as this one

you’re not scared of his bloodlust, but it makes you uncomfortable

you’d been around Hisoka for long enough to get used to it

he only looks at you and your pleading eyes

there already was enough unwanted attention on you for tonight

Hisoka only sighs playfully before putting his card back and letting his bloodlust slowly fade away

the guy gulps and runs as fast as he can out

everyone almost simultaneously breathes out in relief and slowly starts going back to their previous business, only glancing at the two of you from time to time

You know I’ll kill him anyway, right, lovely? ♣

*sigh* I know... but thanks for helping me, Hisoka.

why didn’t this man just understand already?

you were already in a relationship and had no intention of breaking up with Illumi

but nope, he didn’t care

he was sure one of his sons would be a better match for you than whoever you were with

this auction afterparty was starting to feel like a bad idea now

and Illumi had been called by a potential client to discuss a mission and its details

leaving you alone to talk and mingle with others, sipping from your champagne and trying the various little culinary treats that were being served

you had talked with quite a few people, some being, apparently, pretty famous

most of those you talked with were very polite and interesting and definitely kept you interested in the conversation and wanted to hear your opinions

maybe that’s why this man was so persistent about you getting married to one of his sons

you didn’t seem like the type who only chose money or was pretty, but had no brain

you seemed perfect and a good match for anyone looking for the best partner

and that’s how you’d been stuck with this man for the past 30 minutes

telling you about his business, his sons, their hobbies, realisations, plans, whatever he could brag about

what was taking Illumi so long?

Miss (L/N), please! My boys are sick and tired of all these people they’ve been meeting. You are perfect, at least think about it. You’d never have to worry about anything ever again, the family has enough money and connections and anything else you might want!

So does my family

you almost jumped out of your skin when you heard Illumi’s voice behind you

but then sighed in relief, turning to him and smiling, his hand immediately grabbing yours and pulling you into his side

Now, if you’ll excuse us...

he literally turned you around and the both of you left towards Hisoka, who was drinking some champagne and grinning at the two of you

he’d been watching the entire time and was wondering what Illumi would do when he’d see what was happening

too bad he didn't kill the man

maybe he’d do it himself

He didn’t believe me when I told him I was with you.

a/n: ahhh i don’t think i’ve ever taken so long in a request jdjdndnd but i just wanted to make it right because i love homare so much❕ he deserves everything and more i just HDHSJJA we need more homare love 🤬 his dialogue is hilarious and i feel like we need to appreciate his style more no more homare slander 🙅

- He smells like earl gray tea. No one knows why since he uses unscented soaps, he says it’s probably because he spends most of his time drinking or around tea.

- He’s very particular about his hair, he uses very specific shampoos and conditioners that he will absolutely not share or change unless he notices his hair needs it. Talking about his hair, it’s naturally kind of dry so he uses a lot of hydrating products which leaves him with the softest, most fluffy hair ever. It’s like touching a cloud.

- One of his favorite gifts given to him is a tie given to him as a birthday gift by his members. Everyone pitched it, including Izumi, and Azuma picked it out. It’s black, much like his everyday tie, but it’s got a small embroidered snowflake.

- He’s got three main pairs of glasses; his everyday ones he keeps at hand when he goes out, his at home ones which are (according to him) less flattering, and his driving ones. Keep in mind he can’t drive, he doesn’t even own a car.

- He can speak french and latin, and he’s super loud about it too. He’ll sometimes slip in french phrases and no one will understand other than Chikage and it’s just a mess - Muku is always so amazed that he knows two other languages too and probably asks him to teach him sometime.

- Definitely has the prettiest handwriting when it comes to the roman alphabet, he writes in ink and with fancy pens that cost more than Banri’s tuition.

- Absolutely has a bunch of business cards printed out, each with its own quote made by him. Sakyo thought it was such a waste printing them until he realized that no matter how many Homare took when he went to run errands he always gave them all, to whom? No one knows.

- He’s very well respected in the literary community, which still shocks pretty much everyone. He gets stopped often by fans or people who’ve read his work, it happens at least once a day and Izumi really doesn’t… she doesn’t understand, poor girl.

- He’s not that good with phone calls, he’s not bad but he definitely prefers texting or just talking face to face. To him there’s just a certain level of discontent he doesn’t like that doesn’t exist in other mediums.

- His favorite shows are either comedies or heavy hitting detective shows, there is no inbetween. You’ll walk in on him watching a sitcom leave the room and walk in on a serial killer chase down.

- About his love for detective shows, his favorite pastime is trying to solve the mysteries with the main character. He’ll rewatch the episode so many times to try and pick up clues, he’ll take notes and come to a conclusion and he loves the feeling of getting it right.

- In the same spirit as the statement above, absolutely got Tsumugi and Sakyo hooked on some of his favorites and they hang out to talk about the latest episodes and the overarching mystery. The conversations can tend to get kind of heavy very quick, more than once Muku thought they were investigating a real crime and almost fainted.

- He looks like he’s probably allergic to wool sweaters, they make his skin itch and he always needs to use a shirt underneath them - so he tends to buy those expensive anti-allergic ones that need to be washed in a very specific way that could probably pay Tsuzuru’s whole college debt and it takes a lot of restraint from the playwright not to steal one and sell in the black market.

- Talking about Tsuzuru, he often gives him writing advice. Said advice tends to be very useful, like keeping a pen and notebook on him in case anything comes to mind during the day or writing daily to help ease him into a style, etc. Homare genuinely wants him to bloom into a writer and is willing to beta-read anything Minagi needs, be it a script or a sleep deprived rambling about the gay subtext in Nocturnity.

- Arisugawa sets himself reading goals each month, he likes to read at least one book. He prefers poetry books or classic english literature, but he also likes to read romance books or really bizarre dystopian novels.

- Has read more books than most people in the company and can give very detailed recommendations if you give him like a day.

- Sings operas in the shower, unless stopped he will keep going until the second act. Surprisingly good falsetto, but one time Tenma thought it was a Banshee for a second and almost cried into Juza’s chest.

- He’s not only an overly emotional drunk but also a loud drunk, he’s already quite loud but when he’s downed half a bottle of wine and a shot of vodka he’s louder than the Summer Troupe combined. Because of this, Izumi tends to restrict his alcohol intake when they’re at the dorm.

- I can see him being very big into musicals, not all musicals but a very specific niche; classic horror novels turned into musicals. He’s a very big fan of both the German and Korean versions of Dracula, his favorite song is probably “Zu Ende” or the Korean version of “It’s Over”. He also likes the Frankenstein musical too, but overall he finds Junsu’s Dracula more interesting thus his preference.

- He will talk your ear off if you mention any musical though, be it a classic like Phantom or something newer like Heathers.

- A very big fan of Ghibli movies, he told me so himself today. He really likes Spirited Away though, it’s a movie he’s watched so many times but he’s still completely enamoured by it; he probably has made the Winter Troupe watch it at least once and Hisoka definitely knows the beginning of the movie by heart now.

- Homare is also really good at drawing, not like Kazunari but he’s probably the second best. He learned by analyzing and looking at artists he admired and picking up on their techniques. A true Renaissance Man™️.

- I feel like he’d also have a bunch of skills that are kind of, useless? He can probably carve wood and make candles, he also took a course in glass blowing probably. Arisugawa just wants to try everything at least once, his motto is probably to explore and learn as much as possible, not just about art but the world (he can be surprisingly smart if you have a dictionary at hand).

- Very observant, just in general. Which can be both good and bad, it’s good because it helps him understand the situation in ways others might not but it leads to him to sometimes overthinking things and behaving in manners which may annoy or hurt others.

- He also has a hard time trying to react to social cues, as seen in game, with certain people. While he’s worked it out with the Winter troupe and the Mankai company he still struggles when it comes to new people.

- Will make little tunes he sings in the shower that kind of become a little daily song, each day there’s a new one he’ll hum.

- He also canonly makes music and he makes contemporary electro-pop, you cannot change my mind. He probably also mixes opera and classical music into his tunes, which can go from 1 minute to 10, so you end up with a very cool mix of orchestra and techno-pop - it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but he’s probably got his own niche group.

- Now, into more romantic HCs...

- He’s a good flirt, a very good flirt. They may sound weird looking back at it, but his pickup lines work and they work well.

- He knows when to stop pursuing someone too. He senses even a bit of discomfort and he’s backing away, won’t ask anything. Very big on consent and unless stated absolutely explicitly he’ll keep his distance.

- A true gentleman, please - he’ll never let his dates pay, always open the doors for them, will even do the “walk on the inside of the sidewalk” when he’s walking you home.

- His favorite dates tend to be ones where you get to know more about each other, not always necessarily by talking though. Being able to go into a bookstore and look at the books, seeing the ones you pick, what you pick at a cafe or restaurant, it all helps him draw a better picture of who you are and he likes to think it helps you get to know him better too.

- He’s very in tune with his S/O’s feelings but is afraid of overstepping any boundaries which may lead to some miscommunication at the beginning of the relationship. But it’s workable and it wouldn’t be that big an issue in the long run as long as his partner is willing to help him understand them.

- Not big on PDA, thinks certain things should remain inside - not to say he wouldn’t talk for hours about his partner to anyone who listens but things like kissing or hugs tend to be behind closed doors. He’s okay with hand holding and maybe a kiss on the cheek though!

- Likes wearing matching outfits with his S/O, thinks it shows how they’re “one in spirit, heart, and mind” and will not stop pointing it out to the point even married couples feel single as they hear him ramble on about the subtle coordination in your color schemes to create a perfect contrast.

- Notices the smallest things like how much sugar you like in your drinks, the telltale signs of when you’re lying or uncomfortable, how you act when you’re too cold or too hot, and learns it by heart.

- Homare is also the kind of boyfriend who’d confront the waiter if they get your order wrong, he’s not ashamed of it either.

- He kind of just wants to make sure you’re doing well and happy, he’s a gentleman.

- Damn… I love him so much

As you all know, I have been watching Hunter x Hunter sine last week and I have to say the show is VERY interesting. Unfortunately, Netflix has decided to only upload 4 seasons right now. Who knows when the rest will be uploaded. Anyway, I am fully digesting season 1 which is about the Hunter’s Exam.

Killua Analysis| Illumi Analysis| Chrollo Analysis

Thus far the main character has left home to pursue the same career as his father. He meets Leorio and Kurapika on a ship and stays with them through out the exam. I immediately questioned why and how a 12 year old was able to survive all of that. He had to fight people much older and stronger than him AND use his Hunter’s license correctly. I am going to ramble about some of the characters and my thoughts on them. Keep in mind I haven’t seen the rest of the seasons or the movies yet. I have to say that or else the toxins will slide into my DMs. Let’s get into it!

I’ve mentioned this character before a few times because he has caught my attention the most. Can you guess it? That’s right! I am talking about Hisoka Morrow. Ironically, I saw a screenshot of he and Illumi on my twitter page and I unintentionally said “Who are they?!”. I soon found out that they were on this show. Here is what attracted me the most to looking at this show:

Clothes

I saw a man wearing what seemed to be playing card patterned white or black crop top, a light pink shirt underneath, and fitted white pants. I will admit that this is a unique styling for anyone in an anime that I’ve seen but I like it a lot. I didn’t know why he wore that patten on his shirt(s) until later.

Shoes

When I say this man is stylish, I mean it. I noticed during season 1 he wore court jester shoes. They are black and pointed up where the toe is. To think that this man was running in a long tunnel, outside and did it flawlessly boggles my mind. How did he not twist his ankle?! I ran in Nike slides before and FUCKED my ankle up so badly. In season 2, I noticed that he switched from the jester shoes to what I call “The Casual Boots” which simply means they are still pointed but have a small heel on them. Again, how he fights in heels boggles my mind. Fun Fact about myself, yeah , I cannot walk in heels without my feet swelling! The fact that he flawlessly defeats appointments in heels is crazy and just the thought of that makes my ankles hurt more.

Face

I immediately noticed the tear drop and star on his face. One thing that I love about a character’s design is their face markings and tattoos. One character that I will always love is Clockwork from Danny Phantom. He has a thunderbolt tattoo under his eye that compliments the red in his eye. Some people view Hisoka as a clown because of his makeup and how he dresses but I got the impression of him being a court jester. I’ve made jokes about how he minded me of a human version of Haxus, a Galra solider from Voltron Legendary Defender.

Hisoka has been blessed with a chiseled jaw and a body like Adonis. I’m sure you’ve seen it. This is stuck to my brain like glue because for the longest I have tried to draw my own OC’s like this for a few years and they never come out right. Other characters like Shiro and others have caught my attention in the same way.

Hair

His hairstyle is very unique. I like to describe in the shape of a volcano that shifts between the color of red and orange. How he gets it to look like that everyday is still in question. Some fans have said that they like it down but I like the up-hairstyle. I think the down hairstyle would be appropriate for formal occasions.

Voice/enunciation

This will vary for other viewers but this is how I feel about how Hisoka speaks. I’ve noticed a trend with certain villains in anime shows. Characters like Illumi, Hisoka, Lotor, Zarkon, and many more with English Voice Actors enunciate their words more clearly and sharply for impact and effect. I’ve stated before in an ask about the Galra and their culture before the rift accident where I believe Zarkon has a mid-Atlantic accent. A mid-Atlantic accent is an cultivated accent of English blending together features of both American and British English (specifically Received Pronunciation for the latter) that were considered the most prestigious by the early 20th-century American upper class and entertainment industry. I’m sure this is done to show the characters and viewers that they are serious and they mean business. I don’t know about you but his English Voice Actor did a great job and it fits his personality.

Lastly, towards the end of the series, Hisoka went to “cast” his vote for chairman since Netero died in the Ant Arc. One thing I noticed was his golden dangling earrings. He and Illumi are on the roof of the building talking tab out Netero and that is why they’re casting their votes. He asks if Hisoka has seen the news and then answers with no. Illumi then blasts him saying “If you weren’t playing tag with Chrollo, you could have fought Netero.” I will cannot tell a lie, that was funny and more funny when Hisoka let that slip over his head. Hisoka then decides to pay the newscaster (forgot his name) a gruesome visit, but can we talk about his new attire? He still wears the fitted white pants BUT with a playing card patterned belt? Better jewels?

Better shoes?

Bad bitch mode activated.

Anyway, I am glad you took time to read this post. These are the thoughts that I have gathered about his character and I’m sure I’ll add more as I digest the rest of the show. (writing this kind of tired me out not gonna lie! five characters ! :0 and it was a challenge for me. i’ll add a gif sooner later, my internet is wonky lol, i’m okay no worries and i actually enjoyed writing this ! ^__^)

Gon Freecss

gon is the type of person who likes to hold hands with his sweet s/o.

the two of you would often hold hands, may it be in public or in private.

gon likes to hug you too and he'd often catch you off guard so it's a surprise. expect the unexpected [name]!

this boy is pretty affectionate when it comes to the one he loves, which is you.

so you were pretty much, a blushing mess all the time.

not that you were uncomfortable with the cute little things he does, you just simply get flustered easily.

your heart just can't seem to function properly from his touch. it always makes your heart race or skip a beat.

you just love it, the feeling, the sparks that it gives you!

gon is quite naive when it comes to your reaction so he'd mistake you for being sick because you'd be red.

"[name]-chan! your face is red and you're warm too!" gon claims, cupping your round face in his open palms. "are you ill?"

you feel your heart melt as your face rests in his warm hands, stammering, "U-UM, NO! I'M FINE!"

gon would often help you with your nen because it was a one of a kind.

you were a specialist, formerly a [nen] user.

it was really impressive of you to succeed it in such a young age, your power nurtured easily in such a short span of time.

it mostly gets out of your control because you can be clumsy at times.

one time, you had activated your nen without even notice!

you were rambling about gon about this [favorite dessert] store you saw.

when you flicked your wrist to wave your hand as you talked, your nen suddenly popped up out of nowhere and your natural reaction was to panic.

"A-AH!" you yelped, "I'm so sorry! I was rambling and I-I just—

gon held both of your hands, causing your heart to skip another beat as he leaned to your face.

this made your nen subside and your face blush red.

"calm down [name]-chan." he beamed a reassuring smile at you. "it's okay. i'm here! now continue what you were saying."

even if you find yourself annoying for rambling about the most random things, gon loved it whenever you ramble.

his eyes would seem to sparkle at the words the fell from your mouth as you talk.

"o-okay!" a smile, too, had appeared on your face.

as long as you are with gon, everything would be alright.

even if you can get clumsy and all that, you try your best to help gon in return. gon always has your back in everything.

"gon! let me help you!" you run up to him, nearly tripping yourself in the process.

"oh, thank you [name]-chan! you're the best!" gon winks at you.

ba dump.. there goes your heart once again.

Killua Zoldyck

killua would often tease you for getting flustered very easily.

you two can just be talking about chocolates, the next thing you know you have a dust of pink on your cheeks.

if he’s a cloud, you’re a strawberry.

he finds this behavior of yours really adorable.

“you’re being a strawberry again [name].” he laughs, causing your face to heat up.

“shush!” you stammered, puffing your cheeks.

killua likes to kiss your cheek and nose because of this, it makes your heart practically burst every damn time.

‘mwa’

you really liked his way of affection towards you, you find comfort and a sense of warmth.

asides from being a strawberry, killua also calls you, ‘clumsy strawberry’.

being the clumsy person you are, you’d often lose your balance or footing especially when he starts being affectionate and when teases you.

“come on! hurry up [name] or else you’ll fall behind.” said killua, calling you from a distance. you and killua were taking a hike with his friends, kurapika, leorio and gon.

“alright, alright i’m getting ther— AH!” you shrieked, tripping over a rock in the middle of the path.

“you are such a clumsy strawberry, [name]. but you’re cute.” killua sighs, chuckling as he caught you right on time before you fell frontwards. you were a blushing madman after that.

killua learned to never tease you to the point you’d let your nen loose from being flustered.

you had a pretty strong nen, you were a specialist after all. a former [nen type] user.

one time killua decided to mess with you, calling you cute names and poking your shoulder. it got to the point wherein he attempted to tickle you and when you choked out a laugh from his attempt, you nearly destroyed the room with your nen that had gotten unleashed.

“OOPS.” you gulped, staring at the [color] aura faintly shrouding your palms. you looked around to see the once tidy room, a complete mess with the furnitures shoved back and downwards.

“i’m so sorry, i am never doing that again!” killua apologized after that, eyes wide. “are you okay [name]?!”

“y-yeah.” you managed out, stifling a laugh as you scratched the back of your head.

and that’s why killua started helping you control your nen after seeing how powerful it was.

you were clumsy so there are times wherein you inevitably unleash it involuntarily.

killua made sure to help you every step of the way for you to harness that power with your full-control.

killua can be a tsundere and chocolate loving dork but he’s responsible.

“you’re getting the hang of it, that’s amazing [name]!” he cheered, watching you unleash your power under your control. “guess you’re no longer a clumsy strawberry huh?”

you blushed, “hey!”

“don’t worry, you’re still my strawberry.” killua winked, beaming you a smile and a finger gun.

ba dump.. there goes your heart once again.

Hisoka Morow

hisoka adores his little fruit very much.

you were a one of a kind to be exact, you possessed great power that is even greater than his.

in fact, your strong nen could even become set free from your control because it’s just that strong.

luckily, you are able to control it thanks to his help!

hisoka is a great help whenever you need aid in concentrating and controlling because he makes you calm.

“just focus on me and relax, [name].” hisoka tells you calmly, gently holding your hands, feeling your aura grow and concentrate on your palms as you closed your eyes upon inserting focus.

but your nen isn’t the only thing that he adores.

hisoka adores your bubbly and chatty personality.

he just loves to hear you rambling about your day and the things you saw and did, he loves to listen to your voice, it’s like music to his ears.

hisoka finds it adorable whenever you ramble.

he’d smile and laugh at the hand actions you do as you tell your story.

whenever you talk, he ends up holding your hand. hisoka would run his thumb over your knuckles soothingly as you talk.

that’s when become a tomato.

hisoka likes to do that just to make you blush, he is aware of how easily flustered you can be.

“so adorable..” you hear him murmur as a laugh escape his throat.

with puffed cheeks, you turn away and pout, “shut up, i’m not blushing. let me finish my story!”

hisoka smiles, letting you continue but not until he plants a gentle kiss on your knuckles.

“HISOKA!” you squeal, now you were a tomato completely from your intense blushing.

“fufufufu..”

since you can be clumsy, you’d often crash into things.

in fact, you even end up crashing into hisoka because of your clumsiness at times.

“[name]-chan~~ oh, my— are you alright?” he ends up chuckling at the fact you end up bumping into him as you walk by him holding a book.

“i’m fine.” you held the nape of your neck, “sorry!”

“what a clumsy little fruit.” hisoka comments as he snakes an arm around you, pulling you into a quick kiss that is enough to make you flustered all over again.

ba dump.. there goes your heart once again.

Illumi Zoldyck

illumi being illumi, he can be quite serious. as you can tell by the way he acts most of the time, he is a pretty responsible individual!

he is the eldest brother in the family after all and a well-trained assassin.

illumi is highly aware of how clumsy you can be so he makes sure you’re alright every time!

he makes sure you don’t get injured or hurt by tripping on something or running into a wall by accident.

if you do get hurt, he makes sure you get bandaged right away or treated.

“please be careful next time, [name]. i don’t like it when you get hurt.” illumi tells you as he applies an ice pack to your bruised elbow.

“sorry.” you frown.

“it’s okay, i’m not mad. i just care for you.” he says with a blank, closed eyed smile.

since you have a powerful nen that often breaks loose from your control, illumi would watch over you, making sure you don’t injured by your own power or injure any people.

he wouldn’t resort in using his needles to manipulate you for you to be able to control it.

that’s because he cares for you, he loves you.

illumi doesn’t think its right for him to do such a thing to a sweet and kind person like you.

you were pretty much the only one who manages to hold his humanity together.

you were the only person that he’d be close and affectionate with.

illumi wouldn’t dare to hold someone else’s hand, embrace someone or even kiss them. he’d kill them, it has to be you.

he didn’t actually mind of how flustered you’d get that easily.

he discreetly thinks its cute but no one knows that.

“illumi!” you’d stammer as illumi holds you close to his side as you both casually watch tv together on the couch.

illlumi would ignore you, proceeding to plant a kiss on your head. “shh.” he’d hush you.

ba dump.. there goes your heart once again.

clumsy or not, easily flustered or not. illumi loves you for who you are.

no matter how dangerous or powerful your nen can be, even if that power can kill him. he doesn’t care.

Chrollo Lucilfer

chrollo’s darling is very fond of his affection.

you honestly but discreetly love it whenever he’s close to you as you two read books.

you feel safe with his presence and the way his touch gives you comfort and a sense of security, it just never fails to make you blush deeply.

you easily get flustered!

chrollo would tease you about it as you kisses your forehead lovingly.

“you’re a blushing mess again, dear.” he states, chuckling at the look on your face.

“that’s because you’re close.” you say in reply, arms folded as you smile and giggle.

chrollo is highly aware of how clumsy you can be to the point that your strong and dangerous nen could somehow harm others, or worse, hurt yourself.

you makes sure you’re supervised pretty much all the time to prevent any mishaps.

he has his phantom troupe members to aid you and accompany you for times wherein he has to leave you for a short while.

chrollo also makes sure you are able to put your nen into practice so you’d prevent it from setting loose.

he helps you in any way he can and he’s extremely patient when it comes to you.

“you’re doing fine, dear, keep it up. relax and let it flow through you.” he says as you let your aura surrounded you.

“i got it!”

chrollo is pretty responsible just like illumi.

despite his capabilities, he never dared to steal your nen from you. even if it could be a safe and right decision for a clumsy person like you who bears such power.

chrollo has faith in you and more importantly, he loves you too much to be able to do that. it isn’t right.

chrollo just loves everything about you, from your looks to your charms.

but most of all...

it was your personality!

chrollo loved to hear you talk about the things you were so passionate about. he just adores how happy you are and how your [eye color] eyes sparkle in delight!

you may think it’s annoying but it’s not, it was never a nuisance to him.

“am i speaking way too much?” you asked out of the blue, pausing from continuing your story.

“no, please, continue. i’m listening, dear.” chrollo says, kissing your knuckles as he stares into your eyes. “you are not annoying, never.”

ba dump.. there goes your heart once again.

“chrollo!” you turn beet red.

“what?” he tilts his head, laughing. “but it’s true [name].”

hello icha!! as a celebration to getting thru drawing all of spring troupe for the first time I went through the a tag team for halloween event. honestly, I thought this event would be overshadowed by the knowledge that nocturnality is right after it (of which. funnily enough I’m actually not sure what the play is about? my bet is on gay vampires.) but this event… it was so good!!! like, it didn’t emotionally devastate me or anything but it was sooo good. such a cute ending too. but it gave me like so many thoughts so this message might get a lil long lol.

well first off the very moment tasuku showed up and was like “…” abt the Halloween event bc he was getting into his god troupe angst I was putting my hands together in prayer like. tasuku taichi as the center of this event please. and I was right! also I love how like. by now it feels like my thoughts sync up with a3 the gane quite often lol. like juza and hisoka got paired and I was like “they are just going to eat the candy” and banri immediately says that and then they do. someone suggests azuma be a demon and I was like “oh yea he’d be a sexy demon” and boom izumi says he will look seductive. oh one thing I did not agree with tho is during the improv battles someone was like “oh this mummy skit is so funny bc they both look like such tough guys!” which is like. okay omi I understand but tsuzuru looks like he could keel over with a strong wind. he’s got the whole delicate vibe abt him. and a side note i like to imagine yuki was like… hm I only have enough fabric for one mummy really… guess they’ll just be mostly topless. sakyo will be proud of my budgeting skills. jokes aside the whole spiderweb on tsuzurus face and the hand details. they’re good I checked out his ssr card and very much liked it.

anyways the true highlight of this event was quite obviously the taichi and tasuku dynamic and everything. I had a lot of thoughts so I’m just going to ramble. first off it’s really nice to get some more glimpses of how tasuku might have felt being in god troupe—I feel like he’s got this very heavy guilt associated with it and also I think he felt very. lonely. and since he was the Star of the troupe I also imagine he rly felt like yknow a little dehumanized. propped up as the top. what rly struck me was how while ppl like yuki and tenma r so whatever abt haruto, tasuku is like “fuck you. still not at the top, huh?” like immediate confrontation. he probably had a much more personal experience there after all. ah and with tasuku and taichi, what with taichi never really acting within the troupe, I was thinking about how like so much of winter act 1 is about acting with subtlety in comparison to how grand the god troupe is—that’s tsumugi’s style and when he tries to imitate tasuku is does not go well. i was also thinking abt like. tasukus role in that play… I mean he’s got his grand moments for sure but a lot of that character is just abt being quietly affectionate I think. and that’s subtle too. i think tasuku Can be grand but I do wonder if his acting was mb a lil stifled in god troupe…? anyways I bring this all up bc I think taichi’s style of acting is very the same way! he’s not powerful as in loud but I think his acting is very all abt charming you into how natural it is like. he’s very much a moodmaker to me? and that again is a much more subtle part of acting. i do think abt how like. taichi himself is pretty good at faking being cheery and with the whole being a spy and all for autumn troupe it’s like. well clearly he has some acting chops to pull that off. anyways all of this is to say. i really did like this event. it was nice to see taichi face it head on and I liked that he went straight for the top with the wizard costume and won! and the event cg is ADORABLE. also I was thinking abt tenma and sakuyas improv team and what they’d do and I realized. oh my god it’s Halloween. did tenma get too scared of a ghost to perform properly lmao

the fact you're synching up more and more with a3 is so nice. it's also a testament to a3's writing how, the characters are so specific you can expect "this" would be the best course to explore those characters, and then it is! Tasuku Taichi in focus was sooo good, the sweet tooth pair still makes me laugh, sexy sexy Azuma beloved…

this is genuinely so funny. Yuki arguing that them being shirtless is good for budget both because it means less fabric AND because it'll attract more people, Omi and Tsuzuru being "huh.. i'm not so s-" and Sakyo just being "no he's right, let him". The unlikely team up. But yeah the mummy designs are genuinely so good :sob: Tsuzuru looks so good especially.

Everything you say about Tasuku gets right to my feelings, you know how to speak to me so well. But yeah, man like. The isolation of being at the top and knowing you've been set up to crush the people around you by being there, even though you never wanted to be this high and you were prompted that high… Taichi especially directly suffered from it and Tasuku is so aware now of how much it broke him and how it pushed him to do horrible things that he just feels so guilty and it's just gnnnhhh Tasuku i love u. tho yes him imediately slamming Haruto was pretty funny. So i really love that once Tasuku understands Taichi's deal he immediately jumps on doing anything to have Taichi shine, even though Taichi didn't ask him to do that. Like, Taichi wanted to be the wizard but he never asked Tasuku to be the werewolf, it's Tasuku who, the moment he understood, went "i'll give Taichi exactly the night he wanted to have when we were at the Godza". And tbh Tasuku is so much better as a support actor (as in, how he works out specifically to help the person he supports shine) that it is just so good and satisfying.

And yes omg everything about Taichi's acting! He's just really great and you can also totally see how he doesn't fit the God Troupe AT ALL. One thing that strikes me too is that Taichi is especially good when he is reacting to the people around him and feeding off from what he's given. In the first Autumn play, he becomes really really good the moment all of Autumn tries to "outshine" each other and put themselves in a competition, but they therefore also feed on each other and each other's reaction, and Taichi's darkness moment especially was really a reflection of that. But in the Godza he was written off right from the start and never given an opportunity to even have this type of bouncing off with the other actors. I think Taichi both have the very subtle acting that Tsumugi also does so well, but also just how much he is so good at interreacting with others that this is how he shines and sublimes the people around him as well, so if you basically ask him to carry something solo (which is likely the way the Godza organized their audition) he will likely stumble a bit. Not to mention it does take him a moment to get into the heat of things, re: how long it took him to grasp how he wanted to play Zero. Which is good! that's what reharsal are for, to get a better vibe of your own character! but, compared to Tasuku who immediately can get into a role, this basically constantly work against Taichi. It's like the Godza is only seeking perfection and immediate Talent, but the thing is that Taichi stumbles a little /at FIRST/, you just need to let him figure out how to do it which he will do it more quickly than you expect (just like the yoyo tbh), that he's more subtle to start with so it makes for even more work to show it off, and that he's going to shine and make people shine brighter if you specifically let him improvise on the actors around him, which doesn't work for such a solo, isolated mindset in the Godza. (very slight spoiler but it is mentioned very much later down the line that the actors at Godza were basically discouraged from trying to talk with each other outside of the plays and befriend each other, and i can't see Taichi bloom in this situation.)

I'm just so happy Taichi went on and decided to indulge himself, and that Tasuku took one look at it and just, decided he'll be his support no matter what, it was really emotional and they worked so well together. I keep thinking about how, when you play the game, if you put Taichi and Tasuku in the same team, they have the team tag "They entered Heaven, not knowing it was Hell" and it's just, GOD, the imagery of that. THE CG WAS ADORABLEEEE

AND HELPPPPP. Tenma probably got scared shitless yeah. Rest in pieces sweetheart, you tried.

Also it makes me think, i probably mentioned it before because it makes me cry everytime, but in 2019 the A3 cast had a massive concert where they played the solos, group, and duet songs they've done so far (the duets too were made in full cosplay recreation of each play, it is incredible to watch). Point is, i still cry and think about how.

At some point Tsumugi's will have his solo, Keyword, on the stage, pouring out all of his emotions about taking this strength in and accept the spotlight and the support he got from Tasuku right? A song that ends also with this bit: "I’ll search for as long as it takes to reach a future with you / I won’t stop anymore; let’s tie these loose ends and walk together / These feelings I just couldn’t let go of / Will become the key that creates our next show" As he ends the song, he points to the audience, and there, only there, you see that on the special, recluse stage in the audience, Tasuku's VA is standing, smiling and pointing at Tsumugi on stage, sending the clear message "i'm the audience this time, go ahead and shine, i support you".

There, Tasuku has his own solo, Beyond the Wall, which is basically just him proclaiming how much he's going to support Tsumugi and everything, and especially about Tasuku making the effort to meet him halfway this time, that they have to work together ect... And then. Tasuku's Va ends the song, and then he points back to the stage;

Where Taichi's VA is on, taking the full spotlight, before he gets to sing Living The Dream. Which is this whole song about his mess of feelings, about how he wanted to be popular, his guilt about betraying everyone, how now he wants to work even harder to get to his dream. "Someone stop time / Make my dream come true /One day, to the other side of the dream / Yes; while gazing at everyone's backs /I learned the importance of the flow of time"

And it KILLS MEEEEEE because like, it sets up, as the live is made, Tasuku as taking the step back in the audience and asking YOU, the audience, to pay attention to Tsumugi AND Taichi, the two people who ended up crushed by him being on stage, and now he's there!! giving THEM the stage, giving THEM the spotlight!!

Froting in my mouth, POINT Is, i think about it everytime because this event also does it, but, they really set up Tasuku as just wanting to be the unconditional support for the two of them. and i'm crying. And i probably told this story before but indulge me in repeating it because i'll never be okay.

After all the time you’d spent together you’d assumed that there would be a bit more resistance. A fight to escape, a bruise or two? Maybe even a threat forcing you to stay, but none of that came

You had a few weeks of peace, not hearing from or seeing him. Getting your life back in order after all of the chaos. You felt like you were being followed for a bit, but you chalked it up to just being anxious about this newfound freedom

That is until you get home one night. Your apartment was quiet as usual. There was a familiar and unsettling scent of bubble gum and spice in the air. As soon as you cleared the door, a hand wrapped tightly around your throat pressing you flush against something hard

“You didn’t really think I’d let my favorite toy go that easily, now did you?” You could hear Hisoka chuckle from behind you, his tongue trailing up your neck, a hand snaking its way between your thighs

Hi there Nonnie~ Oh man, that’s not something I’ve ever thought about, but now that you mention it… My mind is now on overdrive, HAHA! I was just going to throw around some thoughts off the top of my head, but before I knew it… it kinda blew up into a super long and full blown headcanon about what would happen if Mankai Company got transported to Cradle?!?!

I’m sorry, you were just asking me such a general question about the Ikemen series in general, but I ended up going on a huge IkeRev ramble. Anyway, here’s my long and convoluted headcanon of who I think would get along with each other between the main cast of A3! and Ikemen Revolution!

This got so out of hand and is ridiculously long, haha. Feel free to just skim for the bolded headings, which state who I think would be paired well together. But if you want, you can read the rest of my nonsense! Hope you enjoy this train wreck, haha!

MANKAI COMPANY IN CRADLE! (an A3! x Ikemen Revolution crossover headcanon)

CHARACTERS: All Troupes from A3! (plus Izumi) and all suitors from Ikemen Revolution (plus Alice)

Prologue

On the night of the full moon, (another) mysterious door opens up at Mankai Company. Matsukawa discovers the room first. When he finds out that the door opens into a into a giant gaping hole, he freaks out and calls Izumi over to examine it.

When Izumi goes to check it out, all of the actors get curious as well and follow. However, when Izumi leans over to try and look down into the hole, Matsukawa accidentally knocks her into the hole and she falls in.

Masumi and Sakyo are the first to try and jump in after her, but they end up struggling with each other to see who should go first. Omi and Tsuzuru try to break them up, but all four of them end up falling in during the scuffle.

As he falls, Tsuzuru reflexively reaches out and grabs the closest thing to him, which happens to be a quaking Tenma, and the Summer Troupe leader gets dragged down with him.

The rest of the Autumn Troupe don’t hesitate to jump in after their oldest members to try and help them out.

Itaru and Sakuya are concerned, but much more cautious about whether they should just blindly jump down the hole. Itaru thinks they should call the fire department instead.

Citron says that they have to find a way to save their friends, but that, in such a drastic situation, it would be better to “jump first and think later.” Itaru says: “I think you mean to say ‘look before you leap’.” Citron’s response is: “No no no! I mean exactly what I said.” And then Citron, without any remorse, shoves both Itaru and Sakuya into the hole and dives right in behind them.

Misumi thinks they’re playing a game after seeing Citron dive right in. Thinking that there might be triangles in the hole, he shakes Hisoka awake (since Hisoka is good at jumping, so he should come with him). Hisoka miraculously wakes up long enough to be dragged into the hole with Misumi (and still has no idea what’s going on even as he falls).

Homare tries to save Hisoka, but ends up tumbling in after him.

Muku and Tsumugi are in a panic as they see their fellow troupe members falling into the hole. They’re beside themselves with what to do and somehow settle on: “We need to go after them!” They scrunch up their eyes and leap before they can think better of it.

Tasuku and Yuki yell to stop them, but it’s too late. They can’t believe what’s happening – has everyone lost the last of their brain cells?!

Azuma laughs at the absurdity of the situation, and claps both Tasuku and Yuki on the shoulder. He smiles at them serenely and just says: “Well, this kind of thing doesn’t happen every day, we may as well join the fun, right?”

“NO, THAT’S A TERRIBLE IDEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!”

Kazunari is the last one left, but only because he’s been filming it all on his smartphone so that he can upload it to his Instablam later. He gives the camera a victory sign before he steps off backwards into the hole and screams as he falls (but that red light keeps blinking away).

Matsukawa faints from the shock.

The whole Mankai Company arrives safe and sound in Cradle, somehow, but they happen to crash land into a joint Red and Black Army tea party being held at the Civic Centre to celebrate the recent peace treaty.

It is absolute chaos considering a group of 21 people suddenly fell from the sky, but with Blanc’s help they sort out the situation.

Blanc informs them that there’s some kind of bizarre once-in-a-hundred-years astrological phenomenon that has made the boundaries between Cradle and the Land of Reason even more unstable than usual, and that’s how the portal between the worlds had opened so suddenly. Luckily, according to his almanac, the portal will open again at midnight (rather than one month later) and the Mankai Company actors and director will be able to get back safely at that time.

Until then, the Red and Black Army decide to graciously host their guests for the day until the portal opens.

[THE REST UNDER THE CUT]

Alice and Izumi

It might be because they’re both “main characters”, but Alice and Izumi get along right away. Alice is the first to strike up a conversation since it’s been a while since she’s met another young woman close to her age.

Izumi feels more relieved after talking with Alice and learning that she is also from the Land of Reason.

The two young women end up finding out that they have a lot in common – especially when it came to their appetite. When Alice finds out that Izumi loves curry, she offers to take her to one of the local curry restaurants in Central Quarter (which serves a curry quite similar to the ones in London).

Izumi is full speed ahead and they’re gone before the Mankai boys can even notice she’s missing.

Ray and Sakuya

Sakuya and Ray hit it off right away. Sakuya tells Ray all about Mankai Company and how they are actors. Ray’s love of reading and books extends to plays as well and the two start chatting about the different plays that each world has.

Ray offers to show Sakuya some of the plays in his library collection and the two end up going back to the Black Army headquarters.

Sakuya happens to have their latest script in his pocket (since he had just been reading it before the whole incident happened) and lets Ray read it. Ray is captivated by Tsuzuru’s script and devours it.

In Ray’s room, Sakuya meets Belle and is instantly in love. He adores cats and has the time of his life reading through plays and exchanging thoughts with Ray as Belle purrs away in his lap.

Fenrir, Kazunari and Taichi

Fenrir’s friendly demeanor immediately catches Kazunari’s attention and the two mesh instantly. Kazunari is excited about everything, and Fenrir is completely raring to show off his amazing home to the newcomers.

Taichi feels a bit overwhelmed by everything that’s happening around him and doesn’t quite know where to turn first. Fenrir, used to looking out for the newest recruits, catches on to this instantly and puts a hand on Taichi’s shoulder and introduces himself. He immediately asks if he wants to come along with him and Kazu to check out the town.

The youngest Autumn Troupe member instantly brightens at this thought and agrees enthusiastically. For some reason, Taichi reminds Fenrir of Shu Shu, and Fenrir takes an immediate liking to the younger boy.

The three of them set out on the town and Fenrir takes them to his favourite haunts all around Central Quarter. While out in town, they even find an interesting toy that’s similar to a yo-yo and Taichi shows off his skills. Fenrir turns it into a competition. Kazunari becomes an impromptu emcee and narrates the entire competition to the amusement of nearby citizens.

Kazunari also shows Fenrir his phone and shows him how to take selfies. Fenrir doesn’t quite understand the technology behind it, but seeing his image show up immediately on the screen amuses him to no end and the three of them end up snapping photos all around the Central Quarter.

Seth and Yuki

Seth immediately takes notice of Yuki because of his cute looks and fashionable outfit. The 10 of Spades compliments Yuki, but Yuki isn’t impressed – of course he’s cute, that was a given.

Yuki only gives Seth the time of day when Seth adds: “You put even girls to shame!” It wasn’t often that someone picked up that he was a boy right away.

Seeing Yuki open up, Seth immediately invites Yuki to go shopping with him. Seth hasn’t had the urge to dress someone up this badly since Alice came into their lives and he just knows that Yuki would look absolutely adorable in Cradle’s latest fashion.

Intrigued by the notion of seeing this foreign country’s clothes, Yuki agrees to go with him. They spend the entire day going from store to store admiring and trying on different outfits.

Seth ends up buying Yuki a huge bag of cute outfits and fabrics for him to take home as a gift (paid out of Sirius’ wallet – but he didn’t know that yet).

Luka, Muku and Omi

Muku is too shy and intimidated to talk to anyone, so he just hangs out along the sidelines. But, the poor boy hadn’t eaten lunch yet when the incident happened and soon his stomach grumbles so loudly that Luka, also standing quietly nearby, hears it.

Never one to leave someone hungry, Luka grabs a plate of some of the dainties leftover from the tea party and offers it to Muku.

The pink-haired boy is flustered at first, but his hunger overrides his embarrassment. As soon as he takes the first bite of a scone, he’s amazed at the taste. It was just as good as Omi’s – maybe even better!

In fact, Omi happened to be within eyesight, and Muku immediately calls him over and has him try some as well.

Omi is very impressed and wonders if he could somehow talk to the chef who made this, because he’d love to exchange recipes and ideas.

At this point, Luka is blushing because the two actors have turned their attention to him for a response. He quietly admits that he was the one who had baked for the tea party that day.

Before he knows it, he’s somehow taken Omi and Muku back to the Black Army’s headquarters and they spend the rest of the day exchanging recipes and cooking a gigantic dinner feast (with Muku as their cute assistant) for everyone to eat.

Sirius, Tsumugi and Sakyo

Sirius ends up talking to Sakyo after seeing Sakyo yelling at Banri and Juza to stop fighting. He offers his condolences to Sakyo and says that he sympathizes with him – he’s got his own crew of rowdy children to look after, too.

They end up venting to each other about all the trouble they have to deal with and find kindred spirits in each other. Of course, they also end up bragging about their “kids” too, but they would never admit that.

Nearby, Tsumugi is automatically attracted to the flowers in the Civic Centre gardens and can’t help admiring them. He is practically falling into the bushes, he’s so excited.

From where he’s standing with Sakyo, Sirius sees this and asks Tsumugi if he’s interested in the flowers. Tsumugi replies enthusiastically that he is and Sirius, happy to see someone so interested in gardening, offers to show both him and Sakyo around the gardens more.

Sirius ends up taking them around to his family’s flower shop as well once they finish their tour of the Civic Centre garden. Tsumugi is asking him questions at a mile a minute while Sirius’ siblings pester Sakyo with questions about the Land of Reason.

Eventually they return to the Black Army headquarters and all pitch in to help Luka and Omi finish making dinner and set the tables.

Jonah and Juza

Juza doesn’t really understand too much of what’s going on, but he’s immediately attracted to all of the leftover desserts from the tea party. When he thinks no one is looking, he sneaks a plate and shoves the dessert into his mouth. The sweets are one of the best he’s ever had and he can’t stop eating them.

Jonah spots him sneaking the desserts and confronts him when he realizes that all of the leftovers are gone. He’s furious because he had wanted to eat some, too.

Juza blanches when he turns around and comes face to face with Jonah. He knows that this man is important, and ends up looking at the ground and apologizing for eating all of the desserts, but that he couldn’t help it because the best desserts were the best he’s ever had.

Jonah had meant to scold him, but the second he hears Juza’s compliments about Luka’s baking, he immediately goes into a tirade: “Of course they are the best desserts, my dearest Luka made them after all.”

Jonah determines that Juza is clearly someone who has good taste and it really would be a waste to let him go home without trying more of Cradle’s sweet delicacies. Also, Jonah still hasn’t satisfied his sweet tooth.

He orders Juza to follow him and ends up taking him around to all of his favourite dessert shops in the Central Quarter. The Queen of Hearts is quite pleased with his company, since Juza listens quietly to everything he says and always nods in agreement. He supposes that he could adopt him as another little brother for the day and buys him many boxes of desserts to bring home as a souvenir.

Kyle and Azuma

When the formalities end, Kyle immediately yells out that he wants to go for a drink. He tries to ask Blanc and Oliver to go with him to Oasis, but they’re both occupied with talking to the newcomers and he’s ignored.

Kyle is about to resign himself to drinking alone when a soft voice interrupts him and asks: “Did you say you were looking for a drinking companion?”

Kyle isn’t picky and is ecstatic to find a new friend to drink with. He immediately leads Azuma to Dum’s bar and grabs them seats at his usual table. Kyle orders his beer and Azuma starts off with a bottle of red wine.

The wine in Cradle tastes completely different from the wine he’s had before, and Azuma soon orders glass after glass of different wines. Kyle’s just happy to have such an enthusiastic drinking buddy and offers to pay for it all (since Azuma didn’t have any money he could pay with anyway).

It doesn’t take long for Kyle to get completely sloshed, but Azuma finds him to be a very cute drunk. The actor enjoys listening to Kyle’s drunken rambling since it made for boisterous and cheerful company.

At one point in the evening, Azuma is surprised to see that Banri is suddenly the one serving him his wine, but the Autumn Troupe leader just shrugs and saunters off to serve another table.

It was hours later when Fenrir, Kazunari and Taichi stumble upon them and they all head back to the Black Army’s headquarters together. Kyle has to be carried on Fenrir’s back the entire way.

Edgar and Itaru

Even though his phone has no signal, Itaru wasn’t bothered for once, because being transported to another world was the epitome of every nerd’s highest fantasy. He can’t help himself from examining everything around him – you never know if there’s a hidden item somewhere, after all.

Edgar finds Itaru’s behaviour to be curious and keeps an eye on the other man who is scrutinizing everything in detail. Eventually, he sneaks up behind him and asks: “Are you looking for something?”

Itaru jumps, but quickly covers up his surprise and gives Edgar one of his classic disarming smiles and just says that he’s fascinated because they’re in a different world.

Edgar is impressed by Itaru’s composure. He’s a bit suspicious of him, because he was obviously hiding something beneath a very well-made mask, but decides that this makes him very interesting. Since he was bored, he decides that chatting with Itaru will be quite fun.

Edgar soon finds out that Itaru is hungry and takes him over to the food table, but they find that there’s nothing left (which is odd, since he remembered there being a lot of leftovers). He catches Itaru sigh and mutter under his breath: “Man, even a bag of chips right now would be good.” Hearing a familiar word, Edgar asks: “Chips? Do you mean fish and chips?” Itaru looks at him with wide eyes and says: “Huh? Fish and chips? I guess we must be in an AU England.”

Edgar has no idea what half of those words mean, but the two soon find out that they both share a love of junk food and the Jack of Hearts takes Itaru to sample various junk food around the Central Quarter.

Itaru also greatly enjoys just walking around the town and admiring every aspect. Edgar often catches him muttering incomprehensible words under his breath, but shrugs it away.

Eventually they return to the Red Army’s base and run into Zero and Masumi. It’s at this point that they discover something else they have in common: they both enjoy mercilessly teasing their colleagues.

Lancelot and Citron

Citron immediately picks up on Lancelot’s regal aura and can’t help but scrutinize him silently. He wonders what kind of king he is, especially with such a stoic face.

Lancelot awkwardly tries to ignore the strange man staring a hole into his head and eventually turns to look at Citron and asks him if he can help him with anything.

Citron is surprised because he didn’t expect the other man to talk to him. Caught off guard, Citron spins an elaborate story about how, in his country, calling out to another person in public is a rude greeting and, instead, one must communicate your intentions through headwaves by staring at the other person until they sense your presence.

Lancelot, gullible as he is, immediately believes Citron and apologizes for not understanding his culture and asks if Citron can tell him more. Citron doesn’t miss the curious glimmer in the other man’s eyes and, soon has Lancelot hanging onto his every (unbelievable) word – though Lancelot sometimes has problems understanding exactly what he’s saying.

At one point Citron speaks about how he has a pet leopard, to which Lancelot replies: “Ah, I understand. I have a pet lion.”

Citron is immediately captivated and instantly demands to meet Shine. Lancelot ends up taking him back to the Red Army’s base and they spend the next few hours playing with Shine.

Zero and Masumi

After losing sight of Izumi, Masumi loses interest in everything and ends up being dragged along with Citron back to the Red Army base.

Zero follows his King and returns with them as well. Once they get back, Zero resumes his afternoon training drills with his soldiers.

Masumi, with nothing else to do, ends up taking a seat in the garden and watches Zero’s training. As he watches, he realizes that Zero’s stances and fighting look really good and he tries to memorize his movements in the hopes that he can use it to improve his stage fighting skills. After all, if he gets even better, then Izumi will give him more compliments and maybe she’ll even reward him with a date.

As soon as Zero dismisses his men, Masumi goes up to him and demands that he train him too.

Zero is surprised at the sudden request, but seeing Masumi’s determined face, he decides to go along with it.

The two of them spend the next several hours training with practice swords and Zero is impressed with how quickly Masumi picks up on his instruction. He thinks that Masumi is a bit odd, but very earnest and can appreciate how much effort he is putting in.

Though he hadn’t intended to, Masumi ends up enjoying himself more than he expects. Zero is a patient teacher and he finds the exercise invigorating.

The fun ends, though, when Edgar and Itaru return and start messing with them. Edgar remarks that they could be twins considering the identical scathing expressions on their faces.

Blanc and Tsuzuru

Somehow or another, the Red and Black Army officers had all trickled out of the Civic Centre along with several Mankai Company members.

Tsuzuru, Tenma, Misumi, Tasuku and Homare realize that they are the only Mankai Company members left behind. Even their director was gone.

Blanc notices that they are unsure of what to do and graciously invites them over to his home for a rest and some tea.

With no other option left to them, the remaining Mankai Company members follow Blanc and Oliver back to their home.

As they walk through the Central Quarter, Blanc informs them that he is the record keeper of Cradle. This immediately catches Tsuzuru’s attention. Once he realizes that this means that Blanc observes and records the events of all that happens, he immediately starts bombarding the white-haired man with questions about his writing techniques.

When they get to Blanc’s home, Tsuzuru ends up spending his day poring over Blanc’s records, devouring ideas and writing styles. Blanc happily answers his questions as he pours the scriptwriter tea and cuts him carrot cake.

Blanc and Tsuzuru are too distracted to realize that, on the way to Blanc’s home, they had actually somehow lost every other member of their party except for Oliver and Tasuku.

Oliver and Tasuku

While walking back to Blanc and Oliver’s house, Tasuku can’t help but scrutinize the technology and machinery around them. He immediately picks up that there is no electricity and that the lamps are not powered with the usual means he’s seen in the Land of Reason.

He unconsciously remarks on this out loud and Oliver is impressed, as he hadn’t expected any of them to notice this. Seeing Tasuku’s curiosity, Oliver explains to him how Cradle’s technology primarily runs on magic crystals.

Tasuku’s love of machines immediately takes over and he and Oliver are soon deep in discussion as the taller man asks question after question.

Oliver finds Tasuku to be forthcoming and intelligent, which was a pleasant change from his usual air-headed company. When they arrive at Blanc and Oliver’s home, Oliver takes Tasuku to his workshop and shows him the various gadgets he’s been working on.

Tasuku is absorbed right away and even helps Oliver with some of his repairs, picking up quickly on the unfamiliar technology.

It’s not until the sun begins to set that he realizes he hasn’t even bothered to eat or drink. It’s also at this point that Tasuku realizes that it’s been much too quiet and that this is because they are missing many (noisy) members of their party.

Dean and Homare

Homare follows the others as they head to Blanc’s house, but as they walk through the Central Quarter, he becomes quite taken by his surroundings. Everything is so different and beautiful, and suddenly he is hit by inspiration.

He stops walking and recites a poem, quickly jotting it down in a notebook before he forgets his genius. However, when he looks up, everyone is gone and he’s alone.

Not one to let the situation get him down, he follows his instincts and wanders about the Central Quarter until he finds a bookstore. He walks in and is captivated by all of the new books that he has never seen before.

At one point he reaches out for a poetry book and bumps into someone who was reaching for the same book and comes face to face with Dean.

The professor had been looking for new books for his lesson planning. He hadn’t expected someone else to be in this bookstore, which was off the beaten path.

Dean strikes up a conversation with Homare out of curiosity. What he thought would be passing casual conversation turns into an hours-long poetry seminar courtesy of Homare.

Dean somehow can’t find the willpower to get away – Homare’s poetry was bizarre and morbidly fascinating.

Eventually he finds out that Homare is lost and leads him to Blanc’s house, where they arrive just in time to see the others preparing to come out to look for them.

Loki and Misumi

As soon as they had exited the Civic Centre, Misumi was immediately distracted by all the things – after all, there must be tons of new triangles to find in this new place. Before anyone can stop him (and Banri tries), he shoots off into the crowds and leaves everyone in his dust.

It isn’t long before he catches his first triangle: “Gotcha, triangle kitty~”

It turns out that the triangles were the ones attached to the top of Loki’s hood.

Loki is alarmed that someone has managed to sneak up on him as he was playing with his cat friends. Intrigued by this stranger, he asks Misumi where he’s from and Misumi explains, while playing with the cats around them, that he and his friends fell out of a giant hole in the sky.

Before Loki can ask any more questions, Misumi declares that he’s going to go hunt for triangles and that the Triangle Kitty should come too, because he’s sure that he’d be great at it.

Loki doesn’t understand what a triangle hunt is supposed to be, but decides that since his cat friends trusted Misumi, then he can’t be that bad of a person. Not to mention, he was bored anyway since Alice was occupied with that stupid boring tea party and Misumi looked like he could be a great source of entertainment.

They end up running around all of Central Quarter and eventually end up in the Forbidden Forest. There they run into Harr, along with someone else that Harr had bumped into, and they all head back to Blanc’s house together.

Dum and Banri

Banri tries to chase after Misumi when the other boy suddenly broke off from the group. However, he soon loses him and finds that he has also lost the main group.

Grumbling to himself about his bad luck, Banri accidentally wanders into a back alley and gets cornered by a couple of thugs who try to rob him.

Banri wants to beat them up, but notices that they’re carrying knives. Instead, he tosses a nearby flowerpot at them before he books it down the alley.

They cause quite a ruckus as they dash through the side streets, and Banri quickly ducks into an open doorway and hopes that he can hide until he’s sure he’s lost the thugs.

Turns out he had dashed through the back door of a kitchen and comes face to face with Dum, who is not amused by some street rat running onto his turf.

He’s about to kick Banri out, but Banri begs to let him stay for a bit since he’s trying to lose the thugs (he can hear them yelling outside). Dum reluctantly lets him stay, but tells him he needs to work for it.

At first, he tells Banri to peel some potatoes, but Banri negotiates with him to let him help out at the front of the house instead (since peeling potatoes was boring).

Dum finds Banri’s sassy attitude to be amusing – and also picks up quite quickly that he’s from the Land of Reason. He gives Banri a chance and the actor soon charms all of the customers into buying extra food and drinks. At the end of the night he just gives Dum a cocky “I told you so” grin.

When Fenrir and company arrive to tell them about the dinner feast plans, Banri tells Dum that he should come along as thanks for helping him out. Since it was a weeknight anyway, Dum decides to take him up on the offer – this boy was proving to be very amusing and it wasn’t every day that he was presented with such an interesting opportunity.

Harr and Tenma

Tenma panics when Misumi, Banri and Homare get separated from them. But, the streets are crowded and he realizes it’s no use to try and find them when he didn’t know where he was going. Instead, he focuses his attention on following Blanc, Oliver, Tsuzuru and Tasuku.

However, as they pass through a busy market, the crown jostles him away from the others and he soon loses them in the crowd.

He tries to remain calm as he makes his way through the street and even asks for directions to find Blanc’s house – the old ladies at the stalls were especially nice about helping him.

However, even though he’s sure he followed their directions properly, he soon finds himself walking through a forest and it’s dark and eerie and – did he just hear something?!

Tenma screams when he feels someone clap a hand on his shoulder. He spins around and sees a strange face with a mask and, thinking he is seeing some kind of ghost or monster, he runs away deeper into the forest. He bursts into a clearing, but trips and ends up falling straight into the lake.

Harr had been taking a walk through the woods when he had seen the young man, looking clearly lost. Seeing him fall into the lake, he quickly runs over and pulls him out of the water.

Tenma is shaking like a rain-soaked kitten, so Harr leads Tenma back to his home to dry him off.

At first, Tenma is too scared to say anything and only manages to start talking when Harr offers him a lollipop. Tenma scoffs that he isn’t a child, but he takes the lollipop anyway and puts it in his mouth.

Harr smiles – he’s reminded of how Loki was when they first met. It seems he’s good at picking up stray cats.

Eventually, Harr figures out the situation and offers to lead Tenma back to Blanc’s house. Tenma clings to the back of Harr’s coat the entire way, looking around furtively and jumping at every shadow.

On their way, they run into Loki and Misumi. They arrive at Blanc’s just in time to see the record keeper receiving a message from a Black Army messenger.

Mousse and Hisoka

Taking advantage of the hubbub, Mousse sneaks off to sleep under a tree in the garden (making sure that Jonah didn’t spot him).

With no marshmallows in sight, Hisoka felt his eyes beginning to close. Before he completely lost consciousness, he saw a figure sprawled out under a tree. He thinks that this must mean that it was a designated napping spot – why else would there be someone sleeping there?

Thankful for this discovery, Hisoka stumbles his way over over to Mousse and curls up on the soft gross. The tree provides the perfect amount of shade and the flowers there smelled just as nice as whatever Azuma used to scent his room. It didn’t take long for Hisoka to drift off.

He doesn’t wake up until Homare and Tasuku (along with the white-haired bunny man) come to find him.

The man next to him also wakes up at that time. He non-chalantly turns towards Hisoka and says: “This is a great spot for a nap, isn’t it?” Hisoka responds with a nod.

Epilogue

Ray had sent messengers to the Red Army and Blanc to inform them that they had prepared a feast at the Black Army’s headquarters for their guests, so everyone eventually trickles into the Black Army’s base by the time dinner starts.

Some unexpected guests also pop by, but no one particularly minded.

Everyone enjoys the feast prepared by Omi and Luka. Even those who had been eating beforehand found their appetites returning at the sight and smell of the delicious food in front of them.

After the meal, everyone says their goodbyes to the new friends they made. Even though their time together had been short, everyone would treasure the memories of their experiences that day.

Blanc, Alice and the two Kings lead the Mankai Company back to the Civic Centre’s rooftop garden. As predicted by Blanc, there was indeed a giant hole in the ground.

Bidding their farewells one last time, the Mankai Company jumped through the hole, and after what felt like minutes of falling, they finally saw a blinding light rushing up to meet them.

Moments later, they all tumbled out onto soft green grass in a giant pile-up.

After an exciting and unbelievable day, they were finally back home.

I still have three routes to play, so hopefully I didn’t mess up anyone’s personalities (especially with the new characters as I don’t have much knowledge of them yet)!

I think that there could be a lot of other character combinations that would get along with each other, but I wanted to make sure that each main character from A3! and IkeRev were featured, so these were the combinations that I ended up with without having to compromise too much!

@pechikka Oops sorry, my reply got very long (it’s quite rambly...) so I made it into a separate post. Also I don’t mind reading all your comments so don’t worry that! I’m glad to get some feedback regarding my teams ^^

So to start, I’ve been thinking about this since... around this May so I have a lot of thoughts. The setting I have for this though is just if the main storyline from the game just so happened to also have pokemon too. I considered a lot of things from canon and tried to fit pokemon into that. The way this first started was me noticing how much Muku looks like a Jigglypuff lol

So examples of what I mean with the above...

When I added a Dratini to Muku’s team, I imagined him coming across it on that beach trip with Juza’s family that was brought up in the event Dazzling Beachside Passion. Tsumugi’s Chansey evolved into a Blissey during his break from acting after failing that God-za audition. Chansey spent a lot of time taking care of Tsumugi when he was depressed and from that they formed a stronger bond. Juza and Kumon are the only overlap I have with Riolu and Lucario (by final evolutions). I see Kumon wanting to have a pokemon just like his brother because he admires him so much. I actually typed up a post about this kind of stuff earlier this week so I’ll post that after I make some more edits

I’ve been debating about which pokemon is triangular enough for Misumi to fill in his last slot, and I think I might go for adding in the Vanilluxe line after reading what you said. They do sort of give me similar vibes lol. I do think it has more diamonds than triangles, but they’re basically just two triangle and I’m sure Misumi said something like that in the game before too. I can imagine Misumi using his Snorunt and Vanillish to make snowcones for his troupe and other members of the company during the summers to help cool down. Though I can also see it suddenly turning into winter if his pokemon were too excited to pay attention to the amount of ice they were making. Suddenly Tenma is a snowman, Yuki is laughing at him and his Flareon and Charizard have to help him thaw out.

I have thought about Crobat for a bit for Sakyo, but I ended up deciding against it. For one Crobats are HUGE. Like they’re listed as 6ft in the pokedex and that is height, not wingspan. Golbat is only a foot shorter than that. I do love Crobat, it’s one of my go-to flying types but I can’t bc it’s hard to work with when I’m making those (relatively) to-scale team posts. I made a few posts before about Golbat/Crobat when I was considering a change to Itaru’s team and when I was making a first draft to Sakoda’s. I do see how you think it would suit him though.

Also, just on an aesthetic level I don’t personally think it looks right. When I was considering pokemon for Sakyo, I didn’t want pokemon that immediately made me think yakuza. Especially since Sakyo didn’t go down that path until he was in middle/high school. I wanted pokemon that would be found easily around his way home and ones that looked decently plain but mildly intimidating even before evolving. The one that looks the most out of place is Gyarados, but if you’ve read Act 2 Ep 7 they way he got it is sorta similar to when he bought those trading cards (except a Majikarp). I also made a post when I was still considering pokemon for him.

Oh and this is more apparent for older characters, but many of their pokemon were caught over a long span of time. Like Sakyo’s first pokemon were Spearrow and Rattata. Later in elementary were Majikarp and Nicada. High school was Pinsir and Meowth. Azuma’s first pokemon was an Eevee. Chimecho during high school, and most of the rest were caught on trips as an adult (Oricorio, Alolan Ninetales, Froslass, Meinshao).

I did think about Leavanny for Yuki at one point, but I don’t personally see Yuki thinking it’s cute enough to catch even if it does make clothing. Though I can see it as a pokemon belonging to his mom or one of his older sisters. I think Yuki would prioritize his pokemon’s appearances more than anything, and would likely do research ahead of time since there are pokemon like Glameow that start off cute, but lose that when they evolve. I also see all of Yuki’s pokemon being male despite their feminine appearances to reflect himself. Like Primarina has a 12% chance of being female since it’s a starter, and Kirlia can evolve into Gardevior regardless of gender with Gallade only being possible with a shiny stone. I see Muku having a Gallade, but in comparison to Yuki, he only caught his Ralts rather recently.

Hisoka and Chikage having Kalos starters wasn’t something I did on purpose. I had Delphox for Chikage early on since it’s a wizard-like pokemon that aligned with his magic tricks, and since he’s into spicy food I thought a fire-type would be a way to incorporate that lol. Most of Chikage’s pokemon aren’t particularly animal-like since he says himself in the game that he doesn’t know how to deal with them. Though the relationship he has with them are more... business. He does care though.

For Hisoka, I only added in Frogadier a few weeks ago after taking out Shedinja and Eiscue. I thought it would fit in with how ninja-like Hisoka is described and that it would’ve been helpful with his jobs when he was still in the organization. I think the organization gave Hisoka a Froakie to train since the pokemon he had at the time wouldn’t be as useful (Snom & Espurr).

The pokemon that I had in mind for August were Lickitung and Clefable. Since August jobs had a more public role I thought those wouldn’t stick out too much with him working at the candy-shop. Though I wouldn’t mind completing the Kalos trio and give him a Chesnaught. It does look like it would suit him well.

I can totally see that being how Juza ended up with a Pangoro on his team. Though maybe more that it heard the rumors that were spreading about him and sought him out. Like, one of the things I had in mind when putting Juza’s together was how he’s an earnest and nice guy, but because of his appearances people assume he’s a punk/yankee. The backstage story to his Giinji the Wander SSR is a good example.

So for Pangoro, it’s dex entry talks about how “although it possesses a violent temperament, it won't put up with bullying” and “it's eager to tussle but kindhearted toward its companions”. For Absol, it’s dex entires talk about how “although it's said to bring disaster, in actuality, this Pokémon possesses a calm disposition and warns people of any crises that loom”. Lucario is also known for it’s sense of justice. For Granbull, it was a pokemon that Juza saved from being bullies by other pokemon on his way home from school and it wanted him as his trainer. Muku told him later that Granbull was a Fairy type and was surprised about it.

On something else relating to this...

The other night I was thinking about the level ranges for each character based on age and how competitive I see them being. I recently had the urge to put together movesets for each party and I wanted to know what I would be working with. I also wanted to consider the character’s personal finances as to whether or not they’d be able to afford TM/TR moves along with how willing they’d actually be in buying. But other than that I would just go about it as if I were playing. So moves that suit it’s base stats, one or two STAB moves, having enough type coverage, and some status moves. I’m currently working on formatting another google doc for that but havent really gotten into that.

I do know I want Citron’s Slowbro to have Flamethrower though lol
