I have a question for any Muslims who may see this

I know that women break their Ramadan fast for menstruation, but my question is will trans men follow the same practice?

One of my characters is a trans man who follows Islam and I never thought about this and Google is not helping.

I'm realising there is a lot I never considered after choosing to write this character and I am doing my best to rectify this.

I can't sleep... anyone else ever think of how awful of a person Nadakhan is. But also how his crew members weren't bad people, they were just desperate people who he took advantage of?

Same thing for everyone else on Misfortune's Keep. A pirate crew of mainly poor people with slight quirks that had NOTHING, NOWHERE TO GO, AND NO ONE TO REMEMBER THEM IF THEY WENT MISSING. WHICH IS WHY NADAKHAN THOUGHT OF THEM AS THE PERFECT VICTIMS!!

HE DOESN'T PREY ON EVERYBODY, HE ONLY PREYS ON DESPERATE PEOPLE WITH LITTLE TO NOTHING TO LOSE. THIS COUNTS FOR ALL THE NINJA, BECAUSE THEY EACH HAD SOMETHING THEY'RE EXTREMELY DESPERATE FOR. OH MY GOD.

Story update

I got to write a good chunk of the opening these past two days. Excited to get more work done over March break. And I can't wait to get to writing more about my daughter T-T But she comes in a bit later in the story. Still in the first act, though.

kira worshipper mikami has been done 17377363727 times to the point where it's overdone and so many people just ignores all other aspects of his character. but. i need to get something out. what if mikami prays to kira every day at specific times. like once during sunrise, one when the sun is directly over your head, one during sunset, and the last one in midnight. there is a very specific ritual to it and he follows it everyday, all the exact times without fail. never misses a prayer. what then.

When we are fasting, we are diminishing all worldly distractions. Forgetting the things that are simply surface-level. We naturally begin to seek what is most soulfully fulfilling; learning the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ, gaining wisdom and sabr, and attaining better habits and knowledge. Giving sadaqah. And ultimately pursuing the pleasure of Allah ‎ﷻ.

This month is about nourishing our soul rather than feeding our stomachs.

Ramadan Fasting hours around the world

The Muslim holy month of Ramadan will begin on Thursday. The pre-sunrise to sunset fast lasts anywhere from 12 to 18 hours, depending on where you are in the world.

I just know that man Akaashi is dehydrated. Chronically. Meanwhile pro athlete Bokuto "I can feel every cell in my body rn" Kotaro has sports drink flowing in his veins.

Akaashi will wonder why he's felt like garbage all day, until Bokuto points out that he's been awake for 20 hours straight and has only had coffee & cookies the whole time. And Akaashi’s like "…yeah. Makes sense"
