Ellie shifts her weight, sitting up on her stool. There's a noticeable upturn to the corners of her mouth. “You’ll have to pardon my tangent here, but it puts me in mind of the first law of thermodynamics. The math formula can be bunch of intellectual jargon, sure- but the big idea is that the amount of energy in any system, even our universe, never changes. Only gets converted to other forms.”

She taps her chin, humming a bit to herself. “So by that logic, I’d suppose the universe really doesn’t lose track of anything. Just puts it on different shelves, in different containers, for us to find and use again later.” She smiles. “Pretty cool if I do say so myself! That goes double for your tattoo.”

(🦕 Anon) Hey, so...I just lost my job after 2.5 years of loyalty, pulling extra hours left right and centre and staying through thick and thin, purely because the new manager is on some massive power-tripping bullshit and took the first opportunity to fire me for something I did not do.

Just. Fuck managers, seriously. And also fuck lying shit-stirring asskisser colleagues.

These questions are so much fun?? Where to begin!!! I have so many favorite things about Ellie that it's hard to keep track sometimes, but I think I always loved how excitable she was when she was in her element in Some Assembly Required!! The rest of her appearances in the game after that are her responding to a pretty high stress situation, and grieving things, and just adjusting to a huge amount of change- but getting to see her pacing about, talking to herself, and just getting giddy when she gets close to a breakthrough will forever be one of my favorite things!! 💜 She has so many little mannerisms, habits, and even tones to her voice that can be interpreted in so many ways- and I've been keysmashing about her for 3 years now!! 😂 And for ways that I've made her my own, I think a lot of my headcanons focused on fleshing her out in a way that felt alive, like giving her heart issues and a chaotic cat- which is something that's fun to do for all of the characters since they live on through us!!! Implementing more of my headcanons was something that I used to avoid so I could make her as blank of a slate as possible for interactions on here- but I get so much joy from reading peoples' interpretations of characters, and I'm definitely going to try weaving more in for the nerd queen!! ☺️

Gasp!!! My fav!!

Okay, so as a whole Ivor is one of my fav characters. (But then again im a absolute sucker for cranky Dad characters)

In season one he was kinda ehh pretty funnt and a lil mentally unstable (but arent we all?), but I did warm up to the guy, like he was a stinky old man and I loved him.

Then season two rolled by and now all of sudden this man was a Dad! Like seriously, I was so happy when we got a lot of gameplay with him. Also him and harper are adorable.

Season three we didn't get to see him much and i was getting worried but then Ninja Ivor!!! I was so happy that I got to hug him!!!

But as you can tell the salty Dad man is one of my fav characters aside from Jack amd Harper :D
