Guys, you know what's really sad? Optimus Prime never brought back a snowball for Rafael. Justice for Rafael!

Also, I love how abruptly this humorous line came.

*serious tone*

"The conditions are much too extreme, even for we autobots."

*long pause*

*turns around slowly*

"But... I will bring you back a snowball."

In the most deadpan but kind, gentle voice.

We waited the whole 22:13 minutes, but he never did bring one back. We waited the whole 19 episodes later, and Rafael, for all we know... suffered in silence.

I bet if Megatron offered him a snowball, he would switch sides. Kidding... Bumblebee is too cool to ditch him like that.

Also... I know, I know. This is an unusual post for me. I usually post more "serious" topics, writing advice, or progress on my own writing. Well, today I decided to be different. I love too many fandoms.

The Sylus lore I need is understanding his obsession with crows.

I wrote about how Sylus would be a big help for an insecure partner, but I feel like Rafayel would as well, in his own way

Aside from all the help money can buy, I feel like Rafayel would slowly but surely help you feel good about how you look

You are his muse, whether you think you deserve to be or not. And he would paint countless portraits of you until you see how beautiful you are to him

He'd paint portraits of you sipping tea by the fireplace, smiling at something on your phone, or just staring out the window as the soft golden sun illuminates your face

You might be self-conscious about him painting you, but that's alright. He's a pro and has your image seared into his mind. He's memorized the way your eyes light up, the way your hair frames your face, and every curve of your lips to be able to paint you without staring at you for too long. Whenever his eyes do roam your body, it's mostly for his own enjoyment and the satisfaction of you being there with him

When he's finished with a portrait, you might think that the girl in the painting is too pretty to be you, that she doesn't look anything like you. To which, he'd respond with a pout or a look of feigned offence

"Are you saying I'm a bad artist? You're my toughest critic yet."

But all his complaints about your reaction just give him more excuses to paint more portraits of you. He'd fill his whole studio with paintings of you until one day you finally relent. When you finally say "You're right. I do look beautiful in your painting," his expression would soften and he'd look at you with so much love and relief and pride in his eyes before boasting about how talented he is

"See? I told you I'm good! But you look more beautiful standing right in front of me."

He'd want to show the world your beauty. He'd want his next art exhibit to be dedicated entirely to you so that everyone could marvel at your beauty and he could show you that even art critics think you're beautiful. But he'd only do it if he has your blessings

As much as he wants to show you off, the fact that he's able to help you start your journey of looking kindly on yourself is enough for him
