There was an astonishing amount of French peple on this silly platform… that cannot be good for anyoye's health… So unwillingly (Kitty made me do this) here I am. Hopefully not for long. ((It is just a silly idea that I had, probably not historically accurate, but I'll worry about it another time))

Honestly my Beta ass might not have all those Pheromone issues y'all alphas and omegas be having, but if I see one more alpha complain about omegas not taking/wearing their fucking blockers/suppressants I'm going to go ballistic.

Have you seen the fockin' prices on those things???? Even if your workspace is mainly alpha-dominant, the omegas in your workspace shouldn't have to literally go broke and have to save for months just to buy those damn suppressants, just so you knotheads don't get any shady ideas.

If you really want your omega workers to take blockers/suppressants then fucking pay for them. Provide them at your workspace. Make them accessible for everyone. If they don't want to take them and you're forcing them to, so that the alphas aren't being 'distracted' then at least pay for them.

And while I'm on the topic of omegas in workspaces, give your workers fucking payed vacations/leaves for heats/ruts! They can't control it, and while yes some people are able to work while in a rut/heat, some can not, and they shouldn't have to sacrifice a weeks (or more) worth of pay because of a natural bodily Funktion. Suppressing a heat/rut can and will cause a deterioration of health if done for too long/too often, so let your fucking workers leave and get through their heat/rut safely so that you have healthy workers in your company.
