Mansour Barnaoui vs A Sol Kwon - ROAD FC 53
French lightweight Mansour Barnaoui (19-4) is a name that American MMA fans should familiarize themselves with. A veteran of promotions such as KSW, BAMMA, M-1, and ROAD FC, Barnaoui has been around the block. He was a highly touted prospect in his younger days that for whatever reason has been stuck fighting around Europe and Asia. He’s a former ROAD FC Lightweight tournament champion and former BAMMA champion. His only losses have come against Ivan Buchinger, Kevin Lee, Mateusz Gamrot, and newly minted UFC Lightweight champion Islam Makhachev. The man is a fantastic finisher, having won 18 of his 19 pro fights by stoppage.
Barnaoui has been signed to the suddenly super interesting Bellator Lightweight division and is set to make his debut on Bellator’s yearly Italy show in Milan, Bellator 287 this Saturday (Oct. 29). Barnaoui will face off with Adam Piccolotti (13-4) in the main event.

Jeong Yeong Lee vs Mu Gyeom Choi - ROAD FC 50
Prior to making it to the finals of the Road to UFC featherweight tournament, Jeong Yeong Lee (9-1) was the ROAD FC featherweight champion. But that was 2019. He went away for a few years (no idea why) before popping up for the show. But he has looked in good form since returning, winning his  first two fights inside of a minute in the tournament.
Lee will face off with Chinese fighter Zha Yi (21-3) in the finals of the Road to UFC featherweight tournament this Saturday (Feb. 4) at UFC Fight Night: Lewis vs. Spivac.

NATIONAL CHAMPIONS
Manchester United Women U21s beat Arsenal 3-1 in the Play-Off Final to be crowned National Champions on Wednesday.
Tumblr media
Northern Division champions Manchester United faced Southern Division champions Arsenal at the Vauxhall Road stadium, home to Hemel Hempstead FC, in a play-off final to decide the overall national champions.
United took the lead in the 18th minute with a 1-2-3 move starting with Evie R finding Megan S, and ending with Amelia O in space slotting home the opener.
Both sides have strong technical accumen to be champions of their respective regions, but it was United who steadily began to dominate.
United went into the break 1-0 up, but Arsenal found their way back into the game in the 66th minute. The level score didn't last long though, with Tamira L bagging United's second and restoring the lead. The assist was arguably better, with Aoife F providing off her first touch since coming on as a substitute.
Arsenal still had a chance and kept battling United's pressure, but a late error gave United a free kick and allowed Megan S to score directly; a powerful finish into the top of the net.

Bobby’s Goodbye. Si Senor YNWA!!
A fairytale moment from Roberto Firmino, the No. 9, who acrobatically finished from Mo Salah‘s cross, keeping Liverpool in the Champions League hunt and marking his Anfield send-off in style.
