ughhhhhhhh crumples into dust for the 3rd time this week

#its like 630am im tireddddddd and ive had this mild panic attack going for basically all night hence the not sleeping #but its more annoying than distressing really #REALLLY bad combo this past week of period + fprgot to refill meds before memorial day so i was halfsies for the last 2 days PLUS probably-#- split a new alter in the middle of all that which dislodged some mega repressed Residial Panic. welcome to the world buddyyyy. yikessss #🍋‍🟩
