#how does eiden keep doing that #that. naked magic. tablecloth sweep but suddenly it's rated oops for selective nudity #this is the 2nd time i've drawn eiden motion blur swiping yaku's clothes off. will this become a pattern?#yes i am still thinking about aegis r2. naked apron forever #i know there was probably an interlude. a moment between R1 and R2 [R1.5]#where eiden said TAKE OFF YOUR CLOTHES ok now put the apron back on #and yakumo's all ??? JUST the apron? ?? ??#then we go into R2 and it starts with yakumo questioning eiden's costume direction #but i wouldn't put it past eiden's mystical part time abilities #to be able to selectively nakify his clan members #haHA! behold! the art of misdirection! NOW WITH SEXY CONSEQUENCES!!#at some point in the future eiden will show off his tablecloth swoosh trick (the legitimate one. that actually uses the tablecloth)#and yakumo will be mildly wary the entire time. hands hovering near his crotch area as he was lucky to do the FIRST time #anyway eiden performs the trick successfully. no one's clothes slide off. the tablecloth is swooshed. the dishes are intact.#now we can either leave it at that or go the route of Violence #like the dramatic samurai strike. there's a moment of nothing . This was supposed to be my May the 4th Art but every day is Star Wars day if you're hyperfixated enough

so let me post it eleven days later. Okayy, but I have to admit that it really bummed me out how I wasn't able to finish this on time, bec I had planned this since January.

Rebelcaptain was my first Star Wars ship and since I heard this quote, Jyn and Cassian are all that ever came to my brain.

It's genuinely at the point where people who act all dismissive and superior about the Star Wars animated series, and ESPECIALLY of Ahsoka specifically as a character--snidely dismissing anything that involves TCW-original characters or arcs--are just. Objectively hysterically wrong.

Like.

Phantom Menace released in 1999.

Revenge of the Sith was six years later, in 2005.

TCW started airing in 2008. Ahsoka started existing in the narrative literally three years after RotS dropped.

Even if you start counting as far back as you possibly can, back in TPM (wherein Anakin was an actual baby), the prequel era only existed at all without her for nine years.

Ahsoka Tano has been a narratively significant, load-bearing major protagonist of the Star Wars franchise for, as of this post, sixteen (16) years. Very nearly twice as long as her era ever existed without her! At this point, if you are determined to act like she's some handwavey 'new' star war idea whose impact on the living tapestry of the GFFA can be easily dismissed, that's...

...like, full offense but that's kind of on you, man.
