Black cat who takes a little while to warm up to new people but when she finally comes around to a person, she’s the sweetest most wonderful little thing and she’s just full of rainbows and marshmallow fluff, and you could never imagine a life without her.

Black cat who chases her own tail with more ferocity than the retriever ever could, and slams into objects in a whirl of spinning dark fur, but she’s laughing, and she’s having the time of her life and it’s infectious.

Black cat who loves elderly dogs, chasing feathers, stealing food she shouldn’t have, jumping out at people’s legs when they walk by and all of the other wonderful things in this world.

Black cat that sits on the golden retriever’s lap and stares off into the distance with those big green eyes, not once making eye contact, and just exists in blissful silence with their caretaker, the only noise being the crackling of the fire and the warm, deep purr coming from the little one’s chest.

Behold, the fluffy little reason I made this post. Her name is Róisín* and she’s the sweetest cat I’ve ever met. I’ve only had her for a year but I would kill and die for this cat.

*Pronounced “rowsheen”. It’s an Irish name and it means “little rose”. We thought it’d be cute and there’s too many black cats named Luna or Salem anyways.

i know a bunch of people are looking for new hip-hop and rap artists to listen to -- can i please please please direct your attention to darrnell bradley. i found him through youtube recommendations about a week ago. he does character raps for anime & other fandoms n his lyrics are. So Fucking Good. his style is a blend of modern hip-hop and early-aughts alt emo bullshit & even though i don't share a lot of fandoms with him, i have loved Literally Every Song I've Heard Thus Far. including for fandoms i'm not in.

(the shigaraki song below gave one of my partners such powerful autisms that she Immediately had to show me his backstory episodes. i now know more about tomura shigaraki than i do about any of bnha's actual protagonists.)

So where do i start ? today ?

By the time I woke up today i was already late, not in the sense that i had somewhere to be. No, but the urge to up and leave was almost hysterical

The only thing contradicting it

Was the hesitancy I chained my feet to before I went to sleep last night.

One foot in December, the other in January.

I thought i could still put an effort in trying, but then i started counting all the steps that i took away from reality

I’m so full of life that i don’t know how to put any of it to use; bits and pieces are falling behind because i have my hands so full of myself.

I rationalize the amount of love i absorb into my body, but.. it’s never wasted on me.

If it’s too much for me today, I’ll save it in, store it in a dark corner in my brain that resembles a personal pandora box

and when everything gets overwhelmingly dark I’ll open it then, let all the leftover love roam my world, and if it ruins me then so be it and if it fixes me…

Well, i don’t see it.

I strive for depth but the more i dig the deeper I’m buried

Naïve enough to expect that someone on the surface will surely notice, and walk back on my steps.

But it’s nothing to worry about now, is it ?

The way i was thrown in a pool as a child, expecting that contact will trigger an instinctive response and I’ll swim.. I’ll live.

it’s only because I’m overflowing with all that I want to be.. but i can’t.
