"En la profundidad del océano la medusa es una criatura andrógina, no es macho ni hembra, tampoco es sirena ni tritón, parece más un globo ciliado que se infla, superficie amorfa, casi transparente, abierta al agua y sus nutrientes, agua de sabor/saber, agua salada, agua alada… una esfera que emite luz gelatinosa, un continente de tentáculos siempre alertas a las perturbaciones de las ondas marinas. Así es el proceso creativo de Medusczka, como una piel receptiva a las transmisiones de obras musicales, visuales, literarias, sensoriales, que navegan en el laberinto de la red, y que el artista engulle y después escupe en una licuadora para entregar imágenes coquetas. Fagocita, mancha, corta, encubre y recubre, imagina y sueña las múltiples caras de un espejo. La medusa suspendida en el océano sueña su siguiente travesura.

La obra visual de Medusczka, tiene un efecto eléctrico en la mirada, acercarte a sus obras perversas polimorfas implica recibir una descarga de alto voltaje. Chispa de creatividad. Provocación a los sentidos, moralidades e ideologías, incitación a la mirada e invitación al goce. Tocar el cuerpo de la medusa obliga a quemarse las manos.

Una medusa es un fantasma en un océano, es una linterna mágica de pulsiones fantasmales, de deseos no dichos, de ilusiones por fin puestas en escena. Lo invisible que toma cuerpo y color. Minorías históricamente invisibilizadas tienen en la obra de Medusczka una representación alegre e incisiva, a veces abyecta, algo kitsch, algo camp. A veces, manifestación directa, denuncia clara, en otros momentos su obra visual es crítica sutil, casi irónica. Nunca un panfleto, pero sí, una estética que se entiende como una ética y una micropolítica.

Medusa es una Gorgona queer de mil cabezas, serpiente de un millón de ojos y serpentina de colores. Si miras directamente a los ojos de la Medusa te quedas petrificado. De una pieza. Piedra congelada. Detenerse para contemplar, para reflexionar. Si miras directamente a los ojos de la Medusa te conviertes en una estatua de sal."
