Has this been explained yet? Is the MOM secretly Riku jumping through time to try and save Sora? But he went to Quadradum, but MOM also left for Quadradum... nvm, I’m just confused.. WAIT!

It was originally Xehanorts, did MOM give it to him? Is Luxu trying to get his Master’s keyblade back from Xehanort this whole time?

Just... thoughts...

Is what’s in the box a way to bring MOM, the Lost Masters, Riku, Sora, AND Strelitzia back to their original world..? On the other side..?

18-year-old twin brothers, Sora and Vanitas, have finally left home to attend college in a city up north, Quadradum. Everything was going fine until the two got into a fight, and Vanitas stormed out of their shared apartment.

One week has passed, and Vanitas still hasn't returned home. Sora was worried when he didn't come back the first night, and now he was terrified. He hasn't yet told anyone, hoping his brother will just walk through their front door like he always did after fighting with anyone. What makes it worse are the news reports of people disappearing and then being found dead days later.

His anxiety then reached a peak, and he decided to go out to look for his brother himself. He does find Vanitas, but things are different. He finds his brother kneeling over a dead body and biting at their wrist.

Neither of their lives will ever be the same again.

Anyway my Kh4 fan theory is that Zack Fair is going to be in Quadradum.

Hey it’s me again I have another crack theory that might have some actual standing. It’s about the foretellers this time.

Sora is Superbia, because pride is either represented by a peacock or a lion. Sora was originally meant to be part lion and there has been some comparisons between Gula and Sora when the whole reincarnation theory was going around. There’s also the fact of one of the pieces representing the lost masters is the emblem of the book of prophecy and not an animal making it seem more separate and like that piece is not meant to be a vessel of darkness.

With Sora now in Quadradum with the MoM, who may or may not have planned this all along, and with Sora and Riku swapping places with Riku now belonging more to the light and Sora literally turning into a heartless sometimes.

So that’s my theory that Sora is meant to be Superbia and that the MoM will be trying to manipulate him like the Organization did in kh3d.

Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memories but Riku explains to Kairi that the real reason she can't go with him is because he all ready lost Sora and he's not about to risk losing her too. Their friends and to have Kairi stay where she is will keep his mind at ease cause at least one of best friends is safe. He can't stand the thought of losing her for the 3rd time. It might destroy him if he does cause Sora and her are his world. He doesn't want to be in a world without either of them.

And Kairi then tells him back that she understands, but she doesn't want to lose him too. She's tired of being left behind as he and Sora continue to be out there risking their lives and leaving her to wonder if she'll ever see them again. Riku isn't just traveling off world he's going to a whole different reality. A place that none of them have even heard about till a few hours ago. If something happens then there will be no one there to save him and that scares her. No one will be able to reach Riku where he's going and that's only if Sora is there. She wants Sora back just as badly as Riku, but she doesn't want that to come at the cost of Riku himself. And she knows that it will continue the cycle of the boys going after eachother. Kairi wants to break that cycle and she believes it starts with her going with Riku and giving backup. Riku has done so much all by himself and Kairi is sick of him having to do things alone.

She tells him that she knows that he feels guilty for Sora's disappearance. She knows at least apart of him regrets letting Sora go off alone. But in the end it was Kairi's doing. It's her fault that Sora is gone and hers alone all cause she was too weak. Riku tries to tell her otherwise but she's already convinced herself.

Riku still doesn't want to her to go. So Kairi pulls out her Keyblade and goes for him. She's to racked with the overwhelming guilt that's been festering inside her for over a year and now anger on top of it. The two clash and Kairi is able to slash Riku's Keyblade away and knock him down and points her Keyblade at him. Riku looks up at her and Kairi comes down from her emotional high realizing what she's doing and falls to her knees. She breaks down and Riku is right there to hold and comfort her his own tears building and falling.

They stay like that as Kairi is apologizing and spilling everything in her heart out to Riku. He listens and does the same. This is the first time that they've told the other what is truly happening in their minds and hearts. They both calm after a while and sit in silence. Kairi apologizes again and Riku tells her not to. Neither have been ok since Sora vanished and both are just terrified of losing the other. After another moment Riku asks her if she's sure that she wants to go with him and after a few seconds Kairi says yes. It's a silent understanding and Riku says ok and they both head to Quadradum to find Sora together. 😭😭😭😭😭

do you think Sora will meet new character(s) where he is? like will he meet new character who is just gonna be part of the series? i want him to meet a street rat of quadradum and they help show him the way around town if yozoro doesnt know the way

if strelitzia isn't going to be his sole world-tour-guide-esque character then it'll be interesting to see who he DOES meet !! :)

My thoughts on DR:

Overall I had a good time and liked it. I preferred the story of khux, because I love mysteries and such. But I understand, it’s different type of story for DR, it was to give us more info on Xehanort’s past and I am glad we got to see these parts.

I liked learning more of the classmates, and even if we all knew it would end badly, it still sting when we saw what happened. I loved the little talk they had between them, talking about dreams and pocking fun of each other. Even the arguments between Xeha and Eraqus were a nice touch. Overall, it was a nice detail.

The ending was bittersweet. I loved the gestures and care between Kid Xeha and his caregiver. It was soft. I am not sure I understood the part of being a “child of destiny”, so far I believe a theory (That they thought the Child of Destiny was supposed to be Xehanort, but it ended up being Sora) but I am not sure of it, seeing that many old theories were shattered in DR lol It’s kinda sad that Xeha never saw his mother in the end too...

I feel like I wouldn’t personally like Sora to be a Child of Destiny...because I liked the idea of Sora just being an “ordinary” boy at first, but it was with his kind heart and being thoughtful that made him worth of being chosen by the keyblade and being able to pull many “miracles”. But I will try to not think too much about it, until we get further information (to avoid things like “Player is Xehanort for sure” thing again lol 😂). A part of me though, would like that Riku would be the child of Destiny, and it was like in KH1, where due to darkness or whatever, Sora ended up taking the role. (Idk if it makes sense lol I am just rambling rn)

I never cared about Vor is Kairi’s grandmother theory. I wouldn’t be mad if it would have become canon, but at the same time I am not disappointed or sad that it didn’t end up being. I know people used the argument that Vor was the grandmother because of valid reasons: the connections with the past and how Naminé had blond hair and such. But I also saw ppl who just thought Vor was the grandma because “Girl” and they lost me rapidly lol 

I also a bit disappointed that Skuld might not be the Subject X. But once again, since we are not sure at the moment, I don’t want to get attached to an idea or another, to avoid further disappointments on the matter. I just wonder if it could be possible that subject X would be Strelitzia (I don’t remember the requirements for Subject X and if Stelitzia would fit it tho. It was just a thought I had). Like Luxu brought the “true” dandelion in that cutscene in Khux, and it ended up in the future. The subject x could have been experimented on because she was the true dandelion. And then when shit went down, Braig (as Luxu) saved her and sent her to Quadradum somehow. But once again idk if all this makes sense.   

I have seen some people say that no questions were answered in DR or that, this entry brought up even more questions. But I feel like it’s been like that for so many entries. It was like that for years, a new title appears, it answers some questions but not everything and then brings in more question. So I am not surprised by that at all.

I can't believe kh4 trailer is out. I'm not as hyped as I should be but it's still cool. Since I was a kid, I always had dreams about kh and the characters. Now it's stopped. I want to dream about them again. They're the reason I've made it this far as a person. It had a huge impact on my life just like everyone else. I wonder what kh4 will bring us besides the UX characters.

Okay, I think I've come down from the high and can adequately answer this. :)

I'm going to be honest, lowkey I've found myself gradually falling out of love ever since KH3. There were writing choices I really did not like and as time passes (and I realize how many of these choices were foreshadowed in previous games) I realize how much I hate them. I coped with getting further into UX and it did make up for it a little. But the ending did leave a sour taste in my mouth because of...certain implications regarding the fate of our character.

Maybe because I became more invested in the UX characters, I'm slightly more excited for KH4 than I thought I'd be. Really, the entirety of the trailer I was more hyped about Strelitzia being alive than Sora. I know it can be disheartening, KH has also been a huge impact on my life as well. A lot of who I am, the friends I've made, etc, is because of KH. I'm not entirely certain what to say to you since I've had a lot of the same feelings myself.

The one thing I guess I can say is, KH4 at this point is still a mystery for the most part. Many weren't expecting to see Strelitzia in a KH4 trailer, let alone taking place in Quadradum (uh...I may have some opinions on that as well. XD) Anything is possible at this point. Since we're getting another moblie game between this I'm hoping maybe by the time KH4 comes out, everything will be wrapped up and we can focus on the characters we've come to know and love over all these years.

And hopefully, Anon, that KH magic will return for you. And for me too. ❤
