4am workout that didn’t get done until noon. But still got that muthafucka done. And I WILL beat that 15 minute mile if it’s the last thing I do. I REFUSE to become 45 years old and still not able to beat that time. Two days to go. Also, 68 push ups. Most push ups I’ve ever done in a day.
