Finnish Ginga Nagareboshi Gin and Urumi/PurePlastic merchandise🐶

Something interesting about the Japanese series “Sliver Fang” or “Ginga Nagareboshi Gin” is that in it somehow got really popular in Finland and the North in general, but for Finland it got many Finnish translation releases,

and to this day it’s very well loved and known there to my knowledge, So it wouldn’t be so farfetched for merchandise to be made and sold there,

Such as:

PurePlastic’s/Urumi’s plush line, these plush were made to release in Finland, they could also be shipped to other Scandinavian countries and South Korea, making them a little hard to find, though some characters are easier to find them others, there still pretty well loved even popular around the Ginga fandom and again since they had a county exclusive release there a bit hard to find along with being very wanted making them pretty pricey, but there high quality makes the item the worth the price for many.

Tags (two different known swing tags, green is the first release of a line of classic characters that appear in the 80s anime, and the blue tag is the line of more modern characters that appear in the 2000s anime and even in comics.)

Honestly it’s clear to see how much Finland loves this series, Urumi definitely has a large category for any Ginga fan, though the plushies are still the most well loved, it’s still interesting to take a look at other items as well.

Akakabutoa olisi myös tarjolla pelkkinä taljoina uskomaalaisille ostajille!✨

Tarkoituksena on siis näköjään säästää postikuluissa. Pehmon postitus muuten maksaisi 40-300€ riippuen mihin suuntaan lähtee.

Itse en ole kovinkaan kiihottunut (vaan enemmänkin huvittunut) tästä tempauksesta ja koen asiaa myös jokseenkin epäreiluna ottaen huomioon, että pehmo on täysin nahastettu ja sen hinta pysymään ilmeisesti täysin samana kuin täytetyllä pehmolla. Et saa vissiin mitään erikoistakaan siitä. Toki saat jonkun salaperäisen yllätyksen ennakkotilaajana, mutta kattaakohan se välttämättä pehmon puuttuvat ominaisuudet? Onko se sen arvoista loppupeleissä?

Toivottavasti löydetään asialle järkevämpikin ratkaisu, sillä halukkaita ostajia tuntuu kyllä löytyvän mutta selkeästi vain sillä sektorilla, jossa halutaan saada kasaan kaiki Ginga-tavara oli sillä sitten laatu ja kuntoluokka mikä tahansa. Pehmon menestys on siis PurePlasticin tuotteiden vakio-ostajien varalla.

Tuoreemmassa Instagramin postauksessa vakuutellaan, että jos löytyy hyvällä tarjouksella postitus niin pehmo voidaan sittenkin postittaa kokonaisena kappaleena ulkomaalaiselle ostajalleen. Tämä on toki todella hyvä juttu, mutta toisaalta ei olisi ehkä välttämättä kannattanut lannistua taljoihin vaan viettäisi enemmän aikaa postitustarjousten etsinnässä? Sen vuoksi sanotaankin "Parempi myöhään kuin ei milloinkaan" vai miten se nyt menikään. Urumi. PurePlastic. Kannattaa siis pysähtyä miettimään ennen kuin päättyy näinkin toivottomaan ratkaisuun.

Officially licensed Ginga nagareboshi gin (well, Ginga densetsu weed orion ) face mask by PurePlastic, the text on it translates to "Remember the safety/safe distance". They were available for a limited time in Finland from a pop up shop of Urumi  as a freebie when you bought Ginga things. And then later they were also available for very short time when you bought Ginga plushie as a non-material gift to charity. How it worked was that you got a face mask and couple postcards as a thanks when you bought a plushie to be gifted to a child as a christmas present in a family in need. I got mine by buying the non-material gift, hopefully the plush will bring christmas cheer to some kid who might of not gotten any presents at all otherwise.
