Matthew 7:15 (NIV). “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.”
Matthew 10:16 (NIV). “I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.”
Proverbs 28:1 (NLT). “The wicked run away when no one is chasing them, but the godly are as bold as lions.”
Deuteronomy 31:6 (CEB). “Be strong! Be fearless! Don’t be afraid and don’t be scared by your enemies, because the LORD your God is the one who marches with you. He won’t let you down, and he won’t abandon you.”
“The enemy likes to hide wolves inside sheep's clothing but that's okay, Jehovah hides lions inside of lambs.” Amen! 🙏🕊🙌

There is a special connection between the manna that fell in the desert during the 40 years of wandering and Shabbos. There is a mystical quality within our means that can affect how we taste our food – that quality is love. The manna was an extraordinary gift from the Holy One, blessed be He as it is recorded that He said, “Even before I gave you the mitzvos (10 Commandments) I provided their…

Abortion is Murder & Unbiblical
The Bible does not use the word abortion. How could it? The term itself as a procedure wasn't invented yet! However, the Bible does cover:
Humanity's inherent value and rights as (uniquely among creation) made in the image of God
Murder
Child/infant murder as something abhorrent to God
Life's beginnings, indirectly (although that also has biological support)
Legal ramifications of killing a child in the womb
How God sees and interacts with children in the womb
How we as His followers are meant to treat children
What He expects us to do for the defenseless and vulnerable (i.e., the most defenseless and vulnerable human imaginable is the one in the womb)
And how the question of following Him and His Word is what makes or breaks the difference between a Christian and someone who claims the name but is tragically unsaved  Below are some verses and some additional explication (partial credit: @glowsticks-and-jesus)
Proverbs 31:8
Luke 1:44
2nd Kings 17:17
Jeremiah 19:5
Genesis 9:6
Exodus 21:22-25
Matthew 7:20 - 23
John 15:14
1st John 1:5-10, 2:3-6
Exodus 20:13
Mark 10:13-15 Leviticus 20:3-5 (https://biblehub.com/hebrew/mizzaro_2233.htm)
Matthew 18:10, 14
Psalm 22:10
Jacob & Esau, John the Baptist, Samson, etc.
Judges 16:17  Glowsticks-and-Jesus Collection:
"Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 'Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you, and before you were born, I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.'"Jeremiah 1:4-5
"The Lord called me from the womb, from the body of my mother he named my name."Isaiah 49:1
John the Baptist leaped in Elizabeth’s womb when Mary greeted her cousin (Luke 1:39-45), an example that babies in utero are responsive human beings already aware of the outside world.
The righteous Hebrew midwives at the time of Moses pleased God by saving babies deemed unworthy of life by the authorities of their day (Ex. 1:15-21).
As an additional note -- these references are included above, but worth a second mention -- it's plain that child sacrifice - child murder - is something that God abhors and explicitly does not command. I'd look here (https://biblehub.com/jeremiah/19-5.htm) and here (https://biblehub.com/2_kings/17-17.htm) and check out the cross-references as well. Likewise, there is direct support for laws against murder and the protection of the unborn (up to capital punishment) in the Bible (Genesis 9:6; Exodus 21:22-25  -- an additional reference here included about the common misunderstanding of the latter verses: https://www.str.org/w/what-exodus-21-22-says-about-abortion).
In summary -- it's possible (although, I believe, it does deprive its proponents of a foundational basis for the value of life) to be both secular and anti-abortion. But it is not possible for a Christian who truly understands their faith, their God, and His Word to be pro-abortion.

hi lovely!! how are you?? so I have a question
1- how should a woman act/behave according to the Bible? is there any part that talks about this? I only see people talking about proverbs 31
2- we know how women should behave in a marriage but what about men?
3- do you have any tips to be more conected with god and with yourself??
thanks for answering this!! I hope you have a god day 💜
hi love!! i’m doing well <3
i tend to focus on these main attributes of femininity and i find they come naturally to me so i try to embrace them instead of trying to force myself into what i feel like i need to be as a woman nowadays, which is brash, outspoken, “strong” in a certain way, etc.
modesty- I dress modestly.
"I also want the women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety…” (1 Timothy 2:9-10)
kindness- I focus on being kind.
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud." (1 Corinthians 13:4)
"Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." (Ephesians 4:32)
chastity- I try my best to avoid all sexual immorality and lust.
purity is a beautiful trait of femininity. to all girls reading this: you don’t need to lose your virginity. you’re not behind and you don’t need to do anything like that to be cool or experienced. your innocence should be protected, it doesn’t need to be taken away. those tv shows, singers, and movies are lying to you. promiscuity is not cool.
"It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God." (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5)
"Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." (1 Corinthians 6:18-20)
2. what i've found is that there are creepy disingenuous men in the traditional space on Tumblr. that does not negate how beautiful Christ-centered traditional masculinity & relationships really are <3
"Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her." (Ephesians 5:25)
"Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them." (Colossians 3:19)
"Husbands, in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives, and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you of the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers." (1 Peter 3:7)
3. here's some things that have helped me feel connected to God:
there’s this really helpful meditation that has helped me a lot in connecting with Jesus:
youtube
and these old fashioned Christmas songs with beautiful lyrics about Jesus' birth and really calming melodies. it helps me feel closer to Christ than ever.
making art about Jesus, singing about Him, making collages.
praying to Him and asking Him for help in being closer to Him.
keep asking questions and talking to other people about Christ, because I find that connection and honesty has helped my faith and connection with God so much.
i don’t always feel close to God. but just because i don’t feel close to Him doesn’t mean He’s not there. <3

does the Bible say marriage is only one man and one woman? I’ve been seeing some controversy about that on my dash and some saying the scripture was never clear about that.
The Bible could not be more clear about this. Marriage is rooted in the created order. Genesis 2:24
For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.
Jesus affirms that design in Mark 10:6-7 citing God's created order of marriage between a man and woman committing to each other until death is not meant to be broken. God wants this relationship to be completely pure, no third parties involved, not even in the thought life which He considers adultery of the heart (Matt 5:28). Proverbs 5 warns to be faithful to the wife of your youth and not go straying into relationships with adulterous women.
This design of God is good because He is good. Humanity cannot exist without this design. Man and woman getting together is how human beings are born. It doesn't work any other way. Nature makes it obvious, but our sinful opposition to God makes us pursue unnatural desires
Romans 1:24-28
Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen. For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error. And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done.
God hates unfaithfulness in marriage and the corruption of His design because He created marriage to reflect His own goodness.
Ephesians 5:31-32
"Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church.
Paul, quoting God's created order in Genesis 2, says that the relationship between a husband and wife shows us what Christ has done for His Church. Christ nourishes and cherishes those who believe in Him and gave up His life for them, and the Church loves and honors Him.
When we say marriage doesn't really matter and can mean whatever we want it to mean we are saying God's love does not endure forever, that we do not need Him to provide for us and we do not need to honor Him. We can be our own gods and find love in our own ways. You cannot have love without God because God is love (1 John 4:16).
Love becomes entirely about me and what I want instead of sacrificing and serving for someone else. That self-centered world is how we create our own destruction.

Hi, it's controversial opinion anon... thank you for answering my ask and thank you to everyone in the comments as well for trying to make sense of everything! I took a step back after reading through the responses and went like "yeah why even talk about this, it's just confusing everyone and helping no one and I'm personally insecure about this too (which is why I'm on anon) and maybe Tumblr isn't the best place to discuss something like neurodivergence/mental illness x spiritual realm in-depth".
And then I saw the following art just casually appear on my dash - it's a religiously connotated dark figure with red eyes, originally from an artist who says it's based on an experience with schizophrenia. Just...like that. Normalized. Completely normal. I'm sure they're a random, wonderful human being who just enjoy making awesome stuff on Tumblr. Still I went like NOPE.
https://www.tumblr.com/comikbook/762444161315160064/buy-liz-a-coffee-ko-ficomlizpenceart
Like, you can't rule it out. You can't say it's not related, imo. People are tormented by spirits and are calling it clinically depressed, having hallucinations, having hormone imbalances or whatever.
@/marietheran wondered in the previous replies what kind of definition I have of the spirit vs. the mind. Well, to me, only two spirits exist: The Holy Spirit and worldly spirits. There is no inbetween. The human mind decides on a daily basis by which one of them it wants to rule/be ruled. And based on that, humans get blessed or cursed. It's very black-and-white, I know, but that's God vs. the devil for you. Under man's free will, this stuff mingles. Gets gray. Neutral. Obscured. Normal. Normalized. Luke-warm. Almost like a lie. Jesus defeated this stuff, yet we are plagued by such things. It's a fallen world. But I say we still accept wayyyyy too much of this shit to rule our lives instead of throwing it out by Jesus' name.
Now to tread carefully and respond to your own comments.
'what the hell xD you're telling me the fact that I'm autistic is demon possession?'
I don't know you. Or your life. I don't want to insult or scare you, and since - like I said - I have no trustworthy knowledge of the spiritual dimension myself, I just can't know what is or isn't and I won't assume. What I do know is that it's the result of a curse, since it inevitably brings you some blessings (making you who you are), but the downsides are just so so so not worth it. You deserve a better identity, a way of loving yourself that doesn't want to end you. You deserve abundant life, not the thief who comes to kill, steal, and destroy trying to take your life.
If you think the language (oh no! I said curse!) is too strong, see how in Maleachi 3:9 God says that the people are under a curse for not tithing. Zechariah 5:3 says that the people are cursed for stealing and swearing falsely, and it has real consequences like "being banished from the land". "And my curse will remain in that house and completely destroy it." (Verse 4). Curses are everywhere where sin is, even "small" or "socially acceptable" sins are destructive. God will destroy an entire house for "just" stealing...!! Stealing doesn't sound that bad, but the consequences ARE that bad!!
'>could be an ancestor's sin I swear there's a verse to combat that.'
Yep, there is, but look at its development.
Exodus 34:7 says "I lay the sins of the parents upon their children & grandchildren [...] til the third and fourth generations."
Then Jeremiah 31:29 says "the people will no longer quote this proverb: The parents have eaten sour grapes, but their children's mouths pucker at the taste."
Ezekiel 18 (whole chapter): "Why do you still quote this proverb? [...] You will not quote this proverb anymore in Israel. [Only] The person who sins is the one who will die."
Then you have the last supper, where Jesus passes around a cup of wine to his disciples in remembrance of his sacrifice -> drinking the cup/spilling his blood for us.
And finally, John 19:30 says "When Jesus had received the sour wine, he said "It is finished". And bowing his head, he yielded up his spirit."
ISN'T THIS AMAZING???? Jesus drank the bitter cup of generational curses for us!!!! He said "It is finished!" !!!!!! Then why are we still suffering?????????
Somehow - and I am treading carefully here, since I DO believe in the finished work of Jesus Christ - there seems to be the need to actively renounce such curses in the present even though everything has already been paid for. We are still supposed to take the last supper in the present as well, aren't we? It wasn't a one-time thing. Idk it seems to be a lifestyle thing. We are still called to behave according to God's will even though every and any trespass has been forgiven. We're still supposed to act like God's children and abide by his laws in our daily lives. So - somehow - and this is the bit that confuses me as well - curses, too, still need breaking today.
How? Maaaaaaan do I look like I know how? Jesus' name. Idk.
How does this not spin us back into a vicious Old-Testament cycle of "do bad or do good and reap the consequences" instead of resting in the amazing grace of Jesus' work on the cross? I don't know.
The thought of a daily battle can be burdening. That's at least what it does to me. How do I not constantly curse myself and my children with my bad behavior, which is, alas, still here?
How do I cure my family from curses that came into effect three or four generations ago, which I might not even know about?
The best approaches I currently have are these: A friend (from those charismatic evangelicals I've talked about) said that once you've been set free, you don't really desire to return to a sinful lifestyle. So the need to break bad stuff of someone again becomes a lot less.
Another thing could be that Idk, Jesus sets someone free from a smoking addiction in an instant, so that they don't desire it anymore, but that person still needs to break their daily habits (buying cigarettes, carrying a lighter, taking smoking breaks, associating with smokers) themselves. They need to go actively walk in their freedom.
There is something about this. There is something to this. To break the above mentioned curse from a house, you apparently need a stronger man to throw him out and to continuously be on guard (Luke 11:21-28). Let's learn how to throw the murdering thief out of our houses, out of our minds and bodies, which are God's temples.
I want to crack the principles that dictate the spiritual realm without fearmongering that we could return to a Old-Testament way of thinking. We haven't earned grace, we are set free by Jesus' mercy. But then somehow we have to fight to go take (and keep!) the benefits as well.
I don't get it myself, I want to be very open about that. But I wanted to plant it in your awareness. As a thought to maybe pursue. There is nothing I want more for you than to find relief from your situation as well. I'm done talking now. :)
People are tormented by spirits and are calling it clinically depressed, having hallucinations, having hormone imbalances or whatever.
Why do you say it's spirits?
What I do know is that it's the result of a curse, since it inevitably brings you some blessings (making you who you are), but the downsides are just so so so not worth it. You deserve a better identity, a way of loving yourself that doesn't want to end you. You deserve abundant life, not the thief who comes to kill, steal, and destroy trying to take your life.
The fact that I'm autistic has nothing to do with the fact that I want to kill myself. I think your generalisation of autism as a Curse is... problematic. It's a disorder, sure. It's disabling, to a greater or lesser extent. Many people can be happy with it, though.
ISN'T THIS AMAZING???? Jesus drank the bitter cup of generational curses for us!!!! He said "It is finished!" !!!!!! Then why are we still suffering?????????
Sin, honey. The reason we're still suffering is sin and living in a fallen world. The world is still fallen even though Christ came. "To live is Christ and to die is gain."
The best approaches I currently have are these: A friend (from those charismatic evangelicals I've talked about) said that once you've been set free, you don't really desire to return to a sinful lifestyle.
Mmmm I'm hesitant to agree with this because of the power of addictions.
I don't get it myself, I want to be very open about that. But I wanted to plant it in your awareness. As a thought to maybe pursue. There is nothing I want more for you than to find relief from your situation as well. I'm done talking now. :)
Feel free to come back into my inbox and ramble more, but I really do think this conversation is best served by you - idk, making a sideblog - and having a conversation rather than sending essays into my inbox. To be clear, I don't mind that at all. I just think it would be more productive to discuss in a more conversation manner than slabs of text like this - also easier to find the rest of the conversation.

If you don't like abortion, don't get one? I don't understand why you think you get the power to judge others' sins. You are not God. Read the Bible please. Lots of love ty.
If you don’t like murder, don’t murder anyone.
If you don’t like rape, don’t rape anyone.
If you don’t like sex trafficking, don’t be a sex trafficker.
If you don’t like animal abuse, don’t abuse any animals.
If you don’t like kidnapping, don’t kidnap anyone.
If you don’t like assault, don’t assault anyone.
If you don’t like pedophilia, don’t be a pedophile.
If you don’t like arson, don’t be an arsonist.
I don’t know why think you get the power to judge other people for committing those sins. You’re not God and doesn’t the Bible say don’t judge?
“Do not judge by appearances, but judge with right judgment.” - John 7:24
“Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.” - Matthew 7:4-5
“Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy.” - Proverbs 31:9
There is a time and place for us to judge what is and is not sinful behavior, even if it’s sin committed by others. Read the Bible please.

For His Glory
MEMORY VERSE OF THE WEEK
=========================
+ Proverbs 4:23 Guard your heart above all else, for it is the source of life.
=========================
VERSE OF THE DAY
========================
+ Exodus 14:4 And once again I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and he will chase after you. I have planned this to display my glory through Pharaoh and his whole army. After this, the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord!” So, the Israelites camped there as they were told.
=========================
SUBJECT: For His Glory
=========================
** SAY THIS BEFORE YOU READ; HERE’S SOME CHRISTIAN TRUTHS **
MY LIFE IS FOR HIS GLORY
I AM LOOKING FOR HIS WILL
I AM LIVING FOR HIM
I AM COMPLETE
********************************
THOUGHTS:
=======================
Sometimes in life, situations will happen, and we don’t understand why they go this way or why God caused this to happen to us, we think if he loves me, why did he let this happen, or does he not care what I go through and what we go through is for the glory of God, sometimes what we are going through right now is all for the glory of God.
A lot of people see everything as a hindrance, a stumbling block. It's far from that we must trust the process. We are ready to abandon everything once everything stops looking the way we thought. For one, I used to think if it was not going the way I thought. Let me change this or remove this or stop doing this, and all along, God is saying no; trust me, this is for my glory.
When God gets the glory for something, it doesn’t change, and he does this so he can get the glory, but if we are doing it our way and not consulting God, we will always have a problem. And we must always consult God about what we do in our life.
Exodus 7:13-14 He hardened Pharaoh's heart, that he hearkened not unto them; as the Lord had said.14 And the Lord said unto Moses, Pharaoh's heart is hardened, he refuseth to let the people go.
In the story today, God caused Pharaoh's heart to become harden because it was all for the glory of God. When we look back at the story of the Israelites coming out of Egypt, there are so many parts that you can see the glory of God in how he used Moses, how the plagues came into play, how Pharaoh denied them over and over, even the magicians and Moses having their battles, it such a fantastic story.
Exodus 9:34 And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants."
I can't forget how the waters stood still like walls. They came right through it, and when they did, here comes Pharaoh. They thought they were going through, and once the Israelites hit dry ground, BOOM!! The water comes down , see all of this was done for the God’s glory, and the story doesn’t stop there, but EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO THEM WAS done all for the glory of God.
1 Corinthians 10:31 So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
Our lives must be for the glory of God. What we do, what we eat, and what we drink is all for the glory of God because how people see us can sometimes save someone's life because everyone can remember how someone was before they gave their life to Christ. They can remember your worst moment, but every day you need to deny ourself, we must die daily, every day we do this, we allow the Holy Spirit to direct our steps, and each day, people will see the change and, most importantly , the glory of God. Still, if we live anyway, do anything, or behave anyway, no one won't see it; they won't even believe it because we aren’t living for the glory of God.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.
God's glory doesn’t fall on anyone or in any location. His glory falls on and around those who are willing to sacrifice their needs and wants, and a lot of time, people nowadays want the quick fixes, the quick walks down the aisle; they won't pop up business, but what about waiting what about watching, what about letting God lead you , we must be people that are willing to walk with the lord not ahead, not behind, but with him so that we may see his glory.
***Today, we learned about the glory of God and how our bodies and actions can be used for his glory. And A LOT of times, we do whatever we like. Still, we don’t sometimes understand that when we live any kind of way, our life isn’t a good example; our life will be filled with things that don’t represent God, but when we walk in the ordnance of God. We listen to his voice and are obedient; we can be used for his glory.
God’s glory was shown all through the Israelites coming out of Egypt. We often don’t see our troubles as for his glory, and we don’t see our hardships for his glory. But we must try to look past what we are going through and see God's presence in it; stop looking at what didn’t go through and look at what could happen; stop looking at things not going the way you want and say maybe this is what God wants so he can get glory! Allow God to get glory today in your life. ©Seer~ Prophetess Lee

PRAYER
========================
Heavenly Father, we thank you for everything; we ask you to forgive us of our sins; lord help us to be more like you. Lord, help us live in a way that gives you glory and honor, not in a way that makes you turn away. Lord, help us look at our life and say this is for God, not for me; help us love you unconditionally, and we love you so much; thank you, Lord, for your love and guidance through the good and the bad. Lord, we don’t want our lives to be anything else then what you want , but give us strength in Jesus' Name for you. Amen.

Holy, loving, faithful, gracious, compassionate, merciful, longsuffering God, is righteous, just and true, and so are all His judgments, in all the earth.
Thus says the Lord God: "I will take also one of the highest branches of the high cedar and set it out. I will crop off from the topmost of its young twigs a tender one, and will plant it on a high and prominent mountain. On the mountain height of Israel I will plant it; and it will bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be a majestic cedar. Under it will dwell birds of every sort; in the shadow of its branches they will dwell."
"And all the trees of the field shall know that I, the LORD, have brought down the high tree and exalted the low tree, dried up the green tree and made the dry tree flourish; I, the LORD, have spoken and have done it." (Ezekiel 17:22-24)
"Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of the saints! Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. For all nations shall come and worship before You, for Your judgments have been manifested." (Revelation 15:3-4)
