𝟴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗼, I walked into a classroom filled with eager yet hesitant faces—students waiting to see what kind of teacher I would be. 𝙒𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙄 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙩? 𝙒𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙄 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚? 𝙒𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙧 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙚𝙭𝙝𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙?

I still remember that one of my lecture. I had prepared extensively, structuring my slides with care, but the moment I stepped in front of my students, I realized something profound—teaching is not about information alone. It’s about connection.

One particular student, Ahmed, struggled with confidence. He would often sit in the back, hesitant to raise his hand. I noticed how he seemed interested but always held back. One day, after class, I casually asked him, “𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮’𝙨 𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙞𝙘?” His answer was insightful, yet he feared being wrong. I smiled and said, “𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙥 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙, 𝘼𝙝𝙢𝙚𝙙. 𝙉𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙙𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛.”

That small moment changed something. Slowly, he started participating. One day, he confidently solved a complex problem on the board, and the entire class applauded. I will never forget the look in his eyes—that spark of self-belief.

There was also Aisha, an incredibly talented student but always underestimating herself. She would say, “𝘚𝘪𝘳, 𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘐’𝘮 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘭𝘥.” I told her, “𝙎𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜; 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜.” Today, she’s a top electric engineer working on design solution worldwide.

Over the years, I’ve come to realize that the best part of teaching is not just delivering knowledge but watching students transform—seeing them go from uncertain to confident, from hesitant to ambitious. when I read comments like:

📌 "𝘼𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙩𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧."

Fills my heart with gratitude. It reminds me why I chose this path—to make a difference, to inspire, and to see my students become the best versions of themselves.

So to my dear students, thank you. Thank you for your respect, your energy, and your trust. Your success is my greatest reward, and I am always here to guide and support you.
