ummmmm fyi I have really congested pores and noticeable sebaceous filaments around my chin and on my nose (dare I say… blackheads) and this combo has been a MIRACLE

#my nose has never looked so clean I SWEAR #it’s involved a little bit of scraping and tailoring with some other products #like I’ve switched out the moisturizer a lot (with the natural moisturizing factors by the ordinary)#and added a cleansing powder by tatcha (I’m using a travel set)#and this sh*t BANGS!#I’ve been using a pretty heavy sports sunscreen in the daytime too #this cute right through it #the cleanser is really the star here honestly #another travel size I ended up buying the big one of #anyway #was just admiring the results tonight and tho I clog again after a long day I’m highly impressed #oh also was using the beauty of joseon cleansing balm until TSA took it away from me #caitie blabs #caitie skincares

its so hard to take the pulse of Jirai-kei, i wanted to do a bit of snooping around for a character idea i had but i cant tell if the style really is that limited or if the aesthetic and artistic regurgitation of the same three outfits has smothered any genuine posts from those in the scene

For archiving reasons ~ I'm just sharing a couple pics from my Eevee & Pikachu blocknote designs for EgyCon and artist alleys.

The blocknote is a double-design of 40 sheets. Created in Affinity Designer which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND as an Adobe Illustrator alternative.

Before cutting:

Tester sample to make sure the blocknote is sturdy and usable. Cutting still needs to be a bit cleaner:

This blocknote took a ridiculously long time to create, though - so I gotta streamline my process somehow.

Bought my first foundation since Fall '21.

#gotta cross out the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk out of my foundation wishlist #I was originally gonna wait till the sephora spring sale on April 5th but noticed the Armani Beauty website had a better deal #also there's makeup that's cheaper on the brand's own website than sephora and this foundation was no exception #I was hoping Jouer would be empty by the time I purchased it but it's reached the scrape-stage so I'll give it 5/6 more wears at most.#the way I had contained myself these last few years to finish all the high-end foundations I had hoarded to combat trendy consumerism-#b4 getting anything new. I plan on getting the next foundation during the fall sale & making 2 foundation purchases a year the trend.#NO MORE! You don't need a gazillion trendy foundations! Use one at a time! It feels a lot more rewarding that way & you feel badass-#for fighting capitalism.
