Context for those who don't know:

There was some wild speculation going around on tabloids and Twitter that William was cheating on Kate with the Marchioness of Cholmondeley, Rose Hanbury (who's also married btw) and that the Royal PR team is "soft-launching" Will's mistress into replacing Kate amidst her disappearance from the public. Even with Kate's announcement about her cancer, now people are questioning why William wasn't in the video with her. Someone even pull up a statistic from an article about how there seems to be a common case of husbands leaving their cancer-ridden wives for other women who's more readily available and not busy fighting for their lives from fatal illnesses.
