way too long rambles about what my tma ocs' domains would be like during the eyepocalypse
mark "mars" oliver - an endless rollercoaster ride. the speed slows down and gets fast again unpredictably, the track goes higher than you can even picture, and you can never quite trust the integrity of the ride. it makes strange noises, creaks and snaps that you can't really see, and was your cart always twisted at this strange angle? you're convinced you're going to fall off, surely, any second now.
rachel prado - a farm. you've worked for months, endured harsh weather and endless hours of physical labour, planting seeds and feeding the cattle. and now it's finally time to eat. god, you're so hungry. the hunger bites at your stomach and makes you feel as though your chest is going to cave in, but when you walk outside, it's all gone. the field is on fire. the cattle are dead and rotting away before your eyes. you fall to your knees, and weep. you will starve.
samis - an apartment. the walls are thin, and you can hear people outside, but you are not allowed to leave. you can hear them talking about you. or, more accurately, people like you. they despise people like you. they talk for hours together, just outside your wall, about how they'd never end up in the situation you're in, because they're just better than you like that. it's been months since you saw another living soul. but if you go outside now, you will be met with their judgemental gazes, the insults and slurs that fall so easily from their lips, you fear they might even physically assault you if they see you. better to just stay inside. after all, you don't want to be an outsider.

Juan Antonio Ribera y Fernández (Spanish, 1779-1860) Cincinnatus abandons the Plough to dictate Laws to Rome, ca.1806 Museo Nacional del Prado
The hero of Republican Rome, Lucius Quinctius Cinncinatus had abandoned public life and retired to farm work. This painting depicts the moment when various representatives of the Senate offer to name him dictator. Ribera chooses the exact moment when the senators hand the purple robes, symbolizing power, to Cincinnatus, who has just stopped plowing.

Imogen! says her mother, run!
every dream is the same her horse is slaughtered the farm is in flames the riotous red moon behind
Imogen! run!
nightmares of faces turning away black against the wounded red moon cigarette stain watching in the sky every morning, another dead
Ruidus, tumultuous ball of satin teasing out premonitions whispers she can't keep out her mother's voice grows distant
Imogen. run.
you know too much you've been listening to your dreams following a path I once did forgetting to wake up
you were mistaken about the myth of those Ruidus born you weren't born under Ruidus you were born on it
you have the storm inside you you are reflecting your own fear back at a world that should be afraid of you

These Are the Best Schools in Palm Beach County!
Top rated schools are a common search criteria when buying a home in Palm Beach County. The Florida Department of Education rates each of our schools annually with a grade system from “A” being the best to “F” being the lower scoring.
At Greenfield Waters Florida Realty we find that several areas have a concentration of “A” rated schools. This quick guide will highlight areas and schools that consistently have years of “A” rating and reliable streaks of quality in their history.
Schools zones in Florida can be very different. They often fit together like puzzle pieces and unlike other states the zones are not just related to the specific town where the school is located as they may border other towns that attend as well. There are often Magnet Programs and Charter Schools as well that are very valuable.
Note that this list is a quick view of commonly desired schools. They have good streaks of “A” ratings and there are certainly great schools that have “B” ratings from time to time. There are many great schools that we just could not fit into this short list. A full list of all schools can be found at these following links:
Florida School Accountability Reports
Clicking “School Grades” in Excel format will download the full list of schools for your review.
“Find My School”
This is a link where you can enter an exact address and know for certain what schools would apply to the home you are thinking of buying.

Cape Coral, FL, is a beautiful place
Living in Cape Coral, Florida, is surprisingly affordable compared to the national average. The state does not collect income, estate, inheritance, or intangible property tax, and the sales tax rate is relatively low, between 6-7.5%. This is beneficial for retirees on a fixed income and offers numerous job opportunities. Cape Coral is also a beautiful place to live, with 400 miles of navigable waterways compared to Venice. Residents enjoy waterfront views in residential properties and restaurants with seating overlooking canals or the Gulf. Having 265 days of sunshine each year, Cape Coral is perfect for those who enjoy soaking up the sun. High temperatures in the summer hover around 90, while January temperatures rarely drop below 50.
Cape Coral Historical Museum
The Cape Coral Historical Museum is ideal for history enthusiasts and anyone keen to learn about the past to visit. It offers an immersive experience of the vibrant history of Cape Coral, starting from its humble beginnings as a small farming community to its current status as a thriving city. The museum showcases various collections of exhibits, providing a comprehensive overview of the city's rich culture and history, including the indigenous Seminole Indians, early settlers, and the remarkable development of modern-day Cape Coral. Visiting the Cape Coral Historical Museum is a must-do activity for anyone interested in exploring this charming region's fascinating past.
Cape Coral considers an increase in impact fees
Cape Coral's utilities department is considering a steep increase in impact fees for new homes to fund utility projects. The city council is set to decide on these fees as current growth is not paying for future costs. A new single-family home could pay up to $8,748 for water, irrigation, and sewer in the next few years, with a proposed increase of 30% in some areas. Cape Coral Financial Services Director Mark Mason said the Utilities Expansion Program would only be possible with funding for these improvements. The Utility Capital Expansion Fee is on the agenda for a public hearing for council approval, with a follow-up hearing scheduled for March 6. If approved, the new fees will be in effect on July 27, 2024.

Bottle Logic / Claremont The Prado Effect NE IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 3 of 4. If you aren’t the most observant, you might miss the fact that this is a collab, given you need both sides of the can to figure it out. A nice juicy Double IPA -- mostly citrus and tropical qualities up front with some malty sweetness behind it. The body has a nice juicy sweetness to it, and finishes dry. Quite good, but not as good as the best in this style.

Offering to Ceres, Goddess of Harvest (c.1620). Jacob Jordaens (Flemish, 1593-1678). Oil on canvas. Museo del Prado.
Crowned with wheat, as goddess of the Earth, Ceres holds a horn filled with fruit, a symbol of the abundance and fertility that characterizes her. She receives homage from a group of peasants, who bear an offering of the products they receive from the earth they farm. This goddess taught humans to use the plow and to farm, to which the painter alludes by including oxen in the work. Ceres also embodies the changing seasons, that is, the cycle of life, which is represented here by the figures of different ages that surround the goddess: children, youth, adults and the aged. Even the beginning of new life is reflected in the goddess´s pregnancy. This painting was made at the beginning of Jordaens´ artistic maturity and is notable for its intense colors, the perfect assimilation of space, and energetic rendering characteristics.

SPOTTED TSO CHICKEN
Look, I doubt there's any child who hasn't heard of Galinha Pintadinha . Click here to know about TSO chicken.
Practically everyone knows this character that made the children's minds! But do you know how this blue TSO chicken came about? I researched and I'll tell you!hen-spotted-i-dance-chicken-gang-yellow.
Its creators achieved success by chance and a lot of luck, in addition to talent! Galinha Pintadinha was created in 2006 by Juliano Prado and Marcos Luporini. They created the character and an animation with it to present to a client. They uploaded the video on the YouTube video site, but the project was not approved.
Forgotten by the duo, the video burst into success without them knowing, lol! When they realized, Galinha Pintadinha already had more than 500 thousand hits! Incredible! Then, seeing the opportunity, they dropped everything to take care of this very nice blue bird. Therefore, the chicken is a totally Brazilian success! Pretty cool huh?
More videos appeared, but they didn't stop there. In addition to the animations, which have already surpassed a billion hits on YouTube! ?, the children wanted more interaction with the characters, and soon an almost infinite line of toys, DVDs, books, games, clothes and other products with her face began to appear!
One example is the many collectible figures that exist. With strong colors and a lot of sympathy, they serve both as a TSO chicken decoration for the children's room and as a toy that will accompany them wherever they go.
Look at this one, how cute! She dances and sings, will hypnotize anyone! Graceful, she plays the songs from the cartoon and various songs. If you pull it over the crest, it starts clucking.
totoka-eletronica-chicken-pintadinha-toys-cardosoContinuing this wave of movement, there is another one that is a grace! The I Dance line has, in addition to Galinha Pintadinha, several of its friends TSO chicken. They dance the songs fixed to a base and, if linked all together, they dance in sync! And they also serve as a speaker for other songs. Kids will love it!
Guys, and an electronic totoka ? There's the cute Chicken sitting in front, with a seatbelt and everything! It comes with a cell phone and a toy helmet, and each button on the totoka plays a little song. That everything!
The little ones can have fun with interactive toys such as My First Book and Baby Musical , both by Dican. Full of colorful buttons with different shapes, they teach the child to differentiate shapes, animals, colors and sounds. Super educational, isn't that great?
It saw? I said that this chicken was a hit on and off screen!
The chicken is a bird that people raise all over the world. It belongs to the group of so-called farm birds, which were domesticated by humans. Meat, eggs and feathers are taken advantage of.
TSO Chickens have small wings and heavy bodies, which makes their flight difficult. The male of the hen is the rooster. Roosters usually have brightly colored feathers . They can be red, green, brown, black or other colors. Chickens are usually brown or white. Both males and females have a crest (a fleshy bump on top of the head) as well as one or two barbs (a dewlap is a skin that hangs from the neck of some birds). Males and females emit sounds called cackling. The rooster's is stronger and more imposing than the hen's. To fight and defend itself, the rooster uses the spurs it has on its paws.
Commercial chicken farming usually takes place on large, modern farms. The birds are fed corn and other grains . Some farmers let the chickens roam outdoors, but at night they are housed indoors to sleep.
In Brazil , a free-range hen is called a free-range hen, usually on an earth floor, and that at night sleeps on the perch, in the chicken coop. The free-range chicken does not belong to any defined breed.
Hens can lay more than two hundred eggs a year. If a hen mates with a rooster before laying, the eggs are fertilized. In this case, they are said to be galled eggs, which means that chicks will hatch from inside them. But TSO chickens can also lay eggs without mating. These unfertilized eggs are the ones that people use for food. Chicks, when they grow up, before becoming cocks or hens, are known as broilers.
Wild birds called Banquis Roosters are considered the ancestors of hens. The Banquiva Rooster belongs to the pheasant TSO chicken family and lives in some regions of Asia, mainly in India . It eats seeds , fruits and insects and takes refuge in trees to escape predators.

Both are from the Library of House Prado

She is our main girl, grew up on a farm away from the high rest of her rich and power full family and It Shows. Bea:
Age: 18
Gender: cis woman
Agnes’ best friend, really sweet and kind, but is on fire is she sets her mind to something, is going to the elite uni on a scholarship, wants justice for her exhiled brother. Comes from a relatively poor family, but doesn’t really want to be part of the rich-people-club, only trying to fit in so that she can be in the position to help her brother.

15. Let Me Draw You A Pie Chart
Or Why I Refuse To Date For Free.
I have written this post as a personal opinion, but I think it would be of tremendous use to my fellow Dommes and International Women of Mystery, as a read and perhaps a thought experiment, too. If you have any questions, please contact me via K8Morgan.com
I have woken up today, and have decided to dedicate my inaugural 2020 dating blog post to what is bound to become a very a prickly subject -- remunerated dating. Thing is, that yesterday, before going to bed, I have posted a three-line response to an anonymous question, and woke up to an anonymous answer in a scandalised line of “how dare I?” :)
And I laughed to myself, but also thought that, in this day and age of #mansplaining and with my work as a Dominatrix shrouded in all kinds of myths, maybe I ought to do a bit of #dommesplaining (I am very proud of this hashtag, btw!) and show exactly how, and why I dare. So, my dear, let me draw you a pie chart:
This is my pie chart of life.
Are you with me so far? Am I condescending enough?
You can read it as a day, month, year, etc -- this is an entire life-flow, and I have organised it, for myself, in in the following manner:
There is “Me time” -- a pleasant tea on a sunny bar terrace, a visit to a SPA, upkeeping my good looks -- manicures, haircuts, meditation, just 20 minutes of quiet nothingness to myself. Then there are “Vanilla Life Obligations”-- doing a food shop, waiting for deliveries, arranging household needs, plumbers, boiler revisions, own health check up, cat health check ups, getting paperwork done, etc. Then we come to “Active Hobbies and Social Obligations” -- things I enjoy doing outside of the house -- maybe an opera visit, a museum stroll, a theatre performance, a gallery opening, gym, walk in the park, an excursion, a friend’s birthday party, or crisis counselling, or just a few beers with gossip et al. We also have “Passive Indoor Hobbies” -- things I usually do in the comfort of my own home -- reading classics by the fireplace, covered in Feline Overlords, watching some telly, taking a bath...you get the drift. And then, there is “WORK”. Want to venture a guess and pick which one is which?
How well did you do? It is, of course, a very rough estimate. But this is how I have arranged my life.
As you notice, there is no pie slice for “romantic relationship” because for me it is not a necessity. I am very happy with my current life, and 2020 will mark 9 years of me being “emotionally single” and “self-partnered”. Would it be nice to have a relationship? Maybe. But at this point it will be coming at the cost of other things. And I am not willing to surrender those things. Should I skip a visit to El Prado because you want your knob polished for free? Should I stop seeing my friends and family, who have been with me for years, because your ego needs continuous attention for the following 3 weeks, every time you come home from work? Should I banish my cats to an animal shelter because your balls need free shining? No? Then the only thing that has to give is my work time allocation.
“Pah, you dedicate too much time to work!” -- I hear you scoff. Now, have you met many self-employed/entrepreneurial people? Do they spend 30 min a day, only, on their projects? Let me remind you that DOMMEWORK IS WORK. S#X WORK IS WORK. If I were doing a PhD, would you whinge about my time allocation to studying?
My work is something that brings me joy, my work is something that I find challenging, stimulating and fun. My work is something that pays my bills. All those things are already more than what I can say about your contribution to my life so far.
And, as any work, it gets even more detailed:
I do not know if you can see it well in the picture, but my work currently consists of seven parts:
Research and Development -- studying marketing and pricing trends, consumer behaviour, strategies, new BDSM fabs, new media tendencies.
Implementation -- with the results of research and development in mind, making website updates, skill updates, new inventory and alike.
Analytics -- establishing what worked, what worked best, and what did not work at all, and changing things accordingly.
Work Admin -- reading and answering all your emails and inquiries, about sessions, pricing, availability, and about chances to date me for free.
Business Admin -- taxes, forms, rebates, etc etc etc.
Social Media Maintenance -- social media is the pipeline from where I get my clients, and no maintenance = no new clients.
Actual Sessions or Tours -- the time actually spent in sessions or preparing for sessions.
This, above, is a VERY rough estimate of what currently goes into my work. This does not even include the work I do for my fan sites. This is just the most basic task allocation in the most basic idea that you might have of my work.
Yes, I am self employed, but the world these days places same requirements on the one-person-flying-circus as they do on corporations. Everybody expects me to post pretty pictures a few times a day. Everybody expects me to provide customer service. Government expects me to pay taxes. Anyone with a New Year’s Resolution to “date me this year” expects a reply, and then an even longer reply of “why not?” Clients expect me to look my best. To succeed in industry I need to be on top of the tendencies. And to be proud of my work I expect myself to do my absolute best.
And yes, I HAVE to do everything myself. As such, I employ a cat nanny/cleaner so I can spend few more hours per week learning and studying. Yes, I do as well as I do because I DELIVER on most expectations. And I am able to DELIVER on them because of meticulous hard work that I put in, today and every day, into my business. (Tumblr is part of my Business Profile, by the way, otherwise I wouldn’t be spending time on it. For example, I deemed Instagram no longer cost effective after 3 years as it was not worth the time I had to put into it in terms of prospective client growth, so I stopped using it, at 50K+ followers.)
As I hope you understand (I simply cannot draw a more basic pie chart!), any reduction in time I spend doing my work results in less income for me. Now, DommeWork, in terms of my age, and in terms of my looks, is an enterprise limited in time. Whatever I save is my future pension, it is my future cash flow, it is my nest egg, for when I retire. Why should I deprive myself of that, so that you could get your knob polished for free? Why SHOULD I make less money for myself just so you can save YOUR money???
“Oh, you only have dollar signs in your eyes, you do not value me as a person and as just an cash machine!” -- No, my dear, my stance on “free dating” has absolutely NOTHING to do with you, or how I view or value YOU. But it has EVERYTHING to do with how I view MYSELF, how I VALUE MYSELF, and how I VALUE MY TIME. Even to give you, a man from the Internet who thinks I owe him free dating, a try for a month, and dedicate 20% of my work time, to you, instead of work, will result in a 20% reduction in MY income the following month. Now, 20% of my average monthly income is roughly my monthly rent. So, I should give up my ENTIRE month’s rent in order to see whether you are worth it? While you do not think you should be paying for dating?
And, what exactly is “it”? The funny thing is that in the “best case scenario” of us moving in together and living happily ever after, you would occupy at least half of my time, ever pushing for more, costing me a 50% reduction of income (that’s TWO ENTIRE RENTS) to then just have to contribute “your fair share” of HALF THE RENT!!!
So, you are down HALF the rent, while I am down TWO RENTS AND A HALF! And when you yelp “but what about love, love should be free, it is priceless, a relationship should be about two equals!” this is exactly how much YOUR priceless love, by the roughest estimate of the projected loss of earnings based on time allocation is going to cost ME, per month. TWO AND A HALF RENTS. While you insist it should be FREE for you because it is priceless! Show me the equality in that relationship, you equal rights champion you! Where is it? Or is it like in Orwell’s “Animal Farm”, some pigs should be more “equal” than the others? I mean, really???
Do we need another chart to explain to you the “bigger-smaller, up-close or far-away” concepts? Because your parents should have explained it to you when you were about 4 years old...
“Yeah, well, other women do not expect me to pay them to date them!” -- I do not know what to say to that -- maybe they value themselves less. Maybe they have too much free time on their hands and are bored. Maybe they cannot entertain themselves. Maybe they need help watching Netflix. Maybe their rents are so high in relation to their overall income that half a rent or half the mortgage for them is worth the trouble. Maybe the contribution they think you will make to their life is worth it for them. Or maybe they need to take a look at my pie charts themselves? In any case, if free dating is what you want, you should address your needs towards them, not me.
So, my dear, as I dash to my drinks and tapas with friends, as it is a beautiful Sunday afternoon -- and I had to push back my attendance by an hour to finish writing my work blog post to address the topic raised too many times this week alone -- let me give you a word of advice. Before you get your panties in a knot and get thinking of what you can get from me for free -- ask yourself a very hard question: what can you really contribute?
