One of my headcanons for Jazzpunk would have to be that to others, Polyblanka appears as a clump of static due to him being an espionage agent.

Features such as his hair and overall silhouette aren't affected, and neither are the clothes he dons. HOWEVER! His face is entirely devoid of defining features, appearing as a shifting blur of black, white, and grey pixels, akin to a corrupted transmission.

Additionally, with his body being composed of static, he lacks the usual warmth or sensation that human flesh has. Standing near or making contact with him replicates the fuzzy, tingling sensation of a CRTV screen.

It should also be known that this extra layer of protection—his disguise—can be damaged. (Similarly in a way of cracking open a crab leg to expose the soft, tender flesh residing within.) Whether intentional or not, depending on how much damage he takes in a specific area, fractures will begin to form, splintering outward and weakening with each hit. Eventually, a piece of his static-exoskeleton may fizzle out, briefly revealing glimpses of his fleshy-yet-freshly-bruised form beneath.

And you know damn well that while spying on Polyblank, the Editor would demand that his operatives gather as many pictures exposing Polyblank's 'true' self as possible. Whether a bruised eye, a busted lip, or even the faintest hint of a dimple, he didn't care. He’s determined to piece together a collage in order to reconstruct Polyblank’s true face from the scattered fragments, no matter how incomplete they may be.

Johnny and Polyblank are rotating in my head vigorously at high speeds like if they're in a blender. They are.

But Polyblank, I'm so happy I brought them back after YEARS. I've had polyblank for a while now, since 2019 and he's become a real old OC of mine. I'm thinking about giving him "it" pronouns too but they / him do just fine OUGh

Anyways I love these two and I'm glad people are really warming up to them

A clone made from the DNA of his superiors and a bit of The Cowboy (artificial kidney) and The Director

Due to him being a being an enhanced human, Polyblank is resistant to most damage and chemicals that would knock out the average human

-It would take a great deal of drugs/damage to knock him out

He may be artificial but his body can still degrade from wear and tear

-He can’t age but it takes a great deal to upkeep his body which will most likely become outdated

Was crafted with The Pining Balladeer’s good looks in mind but programmed with Percival’s mind and memories

Was programmed with trigger words in case he deviates (spoiler: he still deviated)

His trigger words are easily discoverable

When given a task or a task has ended, his pupils will flash either red or green. Red for a task given and green for a task end. Blue is his default or when he’s full control

YEAH this entire piece was loosely inspired by me having "polyblanka" looping in my head for an hour. I love the honda fight so much its legitimately just one of my fav side missions of the whole thing, I think I've only seen 1 of the lose messages tho I'll have to check

Polyblanka, or Polyblank for short, is a biological clone of Percieval and Balladeer with cybernetic enhancements within his body to quickly contact and receive new information.

To keep Polyblank in line, Nexus gave him trigger sentences to activation and deactivation when it comes to missions

It often gets misused with how simple it’s easy to guess. Especially in high stress situations
