Drew @elbdot’s El fighting Gym Leader Guzma from my little Pokémon fangame idea, Pokemon Eclipse (and apparently that already a game so. I’ll figure something out). With Dusk against a Cocloom, who will win?

… I mean it’s a fully evolved Steel/Ghost against a mid stage Dark/Bug with an eviolite so. Who knows

HEY just asking here because uhhhh not sure how many ppl here are interested in clicker games but i found another pokemon clicker game, and their referral shop literally has one of my favorite pokemon ever and its expensive (120 points).

Pokemon Eclipse

Pros:

Good for low performance devices. Music can be enabled manually. Pretty sprites.

Very complete page but not too confusing. Things are well displayed.

Internal minigames will keep you busy.

Very active, like 500 users online at all times, updates almost daily.

Very custom, you can choose different backgrounds and have layout in tune with your taste.

A quite funny Story Mode.

Cons:

Way TOO MANY Pokemons, physically impossible to get them all.

Quite PPW. The most epic stuffs are in Moon Points, which you can get a few by playing, but you definitely need real money to not spend 4 months just to get a Mega Evolution.

The impossibility to have the 70% of the Pokedex make it lose a lot of charm.

Classic RPG game in the battle aspect. You can change the difficulty in any moment. You can try to catch them all, but be aware that will not happen. Get a legendary Pokemon is easy, the hard part are the variants. Each Pokemon have up to 15 variants (Normal, Shiny, Dark, Silver, Golden, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Shadow, Light, Legacy, Pearl, Astral and Rainbow), which have no effect in battle except the look. There are even extra variants like Candy, Retro, Hyper, Relic and whatnot… Get all the variants from one single Pokemon is already an extreme pain in the ass.

There are Minigames to keep you busy, like Mining, small Minigames, you can trade rocks for Pokemons, two different Story Modes, plushie collection, avatar collection, lottery.

Around 30 areas where you can try to catch them all.

Levels? Is easy to level up, you can train with yourself and level up like easy peacy. Also easy to get in game points (Platinum Coins) to buy stuffs. There are like 4 different currencies to different things. If you like trading, the entire “Sell new updated Pokemons, buy cheaper and sell more expensive, bitcoin mining NFT mode” is quite fun in their way (There are people who sell epic rare Pokemons at 100 Coins).

There are not Gyms, no medals, legendary Pokemons are easy to get. So is not very pvp battle oriented, is more a “collection” game, which is cool but they are way too many. Like, I stopped to play in a point… I spend around 4 months to get 1373 Pokemons and it was only the 61% of the Pokedex. In total are 2251 Pokemon (and growing), and a lot of them are so rare that I literally have the only AstralHyperBlastoise…

You need quite many hours gaming to get good stuffs and it make it unattractive if you like to play sporadically.

So, overall, a good game, but you need to invest a huge amount of time on it. 8.5 / 10
