I thought this was the peanut brittle but forgot it was origin ore for the Origin Ball.

Still creepy though. The description sounds like the shadow synergy stones and how it was making Mewtwo talk about Gaia and everything. Hopefully any shadow stones across the Pokémon regions stay underground.

Started a second playthrough of Pokémon Gaia after beating it and not touching it since 2021 and not even ten minutes after choosing my Starter, I ran into a reference to the Spiders Georg Tumblr post.

Any ideas for Pokémon Gen 10? I'm biased saying Italy or Great Lakes (imagine if they made the lakes land and the surrounding land ocean), but I think Australia could be good. I've also seen MykelRyan on YouTube make good ideas for Norway, Africa, and Brazil.

Lots of theories are pointing toward Italy/Greece for Gen 10 based on the code name it's got. Though some are saying "maybe Australia" as well.

Honest, if I had my way, Gen 10 would be a true generational title that could see us with ONE Pokemon game that covers MANY regions (as Gaia is The World) for the first half of the Switch 2's life - New region at launch, with each major update adding previous gen Pokemon regions to explore as we go (similar to the S/V DLC, but more properly connected).

That way Gen 10 could last 5 years and they could take longer to cook Gen 11.

That’s right, an evil team!

Introducing Team Whither!

A team comprised of the gym leaders in other universes!

Led by Paradox Pokémon using Solstice (Dark Sun), grunts are not needed due to the strength of the eight members.

It has two admins. Nexus is the main reason why the region despises the team, as she (YES TRANS NEXUS, SUE ME) modifies 90% of the Pokémon they use, her Arbok being the most obvious. The other admin is Overlord (Lord Eclipse), who is known for using modifiers from other regions (which is illegal, obviously).

The other five have their own evils.

Gibbous (Negative Star Power/ Void Lunar) is tricky to beat and makes sure his Pokémon resist its only weakness to Ground-types.

Penumbra (Blood Solar) has a vicious side. He throws HIMSELF into a Pokémon battle once all of his are knocked out.

Gaia (Evil/ Dictator Earth) specifically only uses Mega Evolution. In her eyes, Mega Evolved Pokémon have more power and can therefore rule over weaker ones.

Jigsaw (Virus Ruin) keeps their opponents busy by attacking their Pokémon while also simultaneously talking at the same time, essentially giving quizzes. Those who don’t answer have had both themselves and their Pokémon severely injured.

Finally, Harvest (Loanshark Bloodmoon) does as their job implies. Stiff you of your money. It’s how the team gets their budget to illegally modify their Pokémon. Even if you do beat them somehow, they won’t give you much… let’s say under the price of an Oran Berry from a Market.
