Celebrating the lesser-loved PMD entries!

Hello! Welcome to my silly little PMD event! This is an event for celebrating the three least loved PMD games, that being PMD Gates to Infinity, PMD Super, and PMD Adventure Squad! There's a criminally low amount of stuff for these games, and I aim to help fix that!

The gist is that people write stuff, draw art, compose music, and more for these three games! Do as much or as little as you want, there's no pressure!

It's planned to last a week, starting at the beginning of Augst, but I'm thinking I might rerun this again in early September if there's enough interest!

The tag for this will be #underlovedpmdweek!

Here's the rules!

No Explorers-centric content. It can be referenced, but it cannot be the focal point of any of your submissions. Same goes for Rescue Team.

Please include "tw post apocalypse" on any submissions you make that are of a post-apocalyptic nature. Post-apocalypse makes me extremely uncomfortable, especially in regards to PMD, so I'd rather not see anything like that.

No NSFW content, if that's ok.

No bashing any of the PMD games, please. And yes, that includes no bashing of Explorers or Rescue Team.

If you think I should add any more rules, please let me know! Also please let me know if you have any questions, or if you have any prompt ideas!

the escalation of main antagonists in pmd is insane. We go from a mean gengar to the pokemon who controls time itself to an ice themed entity beyond comprehension that always manifests if people get too depressed, and ANOTHER eldritch entity that represents EVERYTHING BAD and mind controls your FATHER to SEND YOU TO HELL

Obby and I are cooking up TPiaG Part 2.

I still need to finish Better the Wool (56k+ words now!) and also write the wrap-up to Part 1. But we are COOKING and I want to make stuff for it NOW, so I'm jotting down some notes / teasers here.

Possible cool stuff for TPiaG Part 2 include:

Ninetales have been slowly dying off for thousands of years. A human-turned vulpix meets one of the last living members of the species and learns why exactly that is.

After Twig and Ark pass away, their children are left to grapple with the family history that had been hidden from them.

Arceus wakes up for the first time in millennia. She finds the world deeply different from how she had left it, and has to reconcile what she's known with what she sees.

A bitter cold begins creeping into the hearts of people around the world.

Opal grows into her Legend status while being mentored by a being who sees a lost soul needing to learn how to harness a building darkness.

Sen. She's in it.

Celebi gets tangled up in a somewhat paradoxical dilemma.

We learn more about the trio of beings who warned humanity underground before time's paralysis.

Dia starts learning how to manage Ark's powers, and Howie starts learning how to manage their absence.

A personification of negativity and darkness gets another shot at life in an unexpected way.

Gates, Super, and Adventure Squad Event Interest Check!

So! In the nearly four years I've been in the PMD fandom, I've noticed that the vast majority of the PMD fandom doesn't care about any of the games after Explorers. Gates consistently gets hated on, Super is often treated the same as Gates, and nobody ever talks about Adventure Squad.

So, I'm gonna try to change that, with an event that's all about these three underappreciated games.
