I got home from the hospital last night. I can't sit upright or really walk anywhere bc of vertigo and the numbness in my legs is worse than it was before but that's suspected to pass within the next few days.

that's not the point of this post tho. when I got home I was out of my skull on the nerve pain medicine and panicking bc I am. unhealthy emotionally dependent on my cat Changuita Prime and couldn't check on her since she can't really get on the bed on her own. (Manx syndrome).

She doesn't like being on the bed either, she knows she can't get down again and doesn't like her movement through the apartment to be that constrained, but I needed her so my father put her in bed with me.

she stayed beside me the entire night. my arms are bruised from her making biscuits. She usually gets bored after a few minutes and stands at the edge of the bed meowing for help getting down.

Its the first time she's done that since she was little, I think she knows on some level that I'm sick and need her right now.

My sister had to put one of their family dogs down this morning, I know it's really hard on her and especially her oldest daughter, please pray that they can be comforted and know that this was the right decision.

Being a fanfic author is a lot of fun because I can just be piddling on tumblr, see a screenshot from a show that reminds me I recently had a dream about one of the characters, and think to myself. "Huh. Maybe I'll try paralyzing him from the hips down."

I've never hit another person in anger and I've never found myself having violent thoughts, but I do think if you have nerve pain for longer than like three days in a row you should legally be allowed to kill people

my sciatic nerve is getting pinched again making my right leg unusable, and I know the stretches my physio told me that would help... But it hurts so much that it's impossible to do majority of them :) Hooray for 3rd day of not being able to walk much at all bc i don't own any kind of cane to help me either. Fuck i should really invest in one because this thing happens every other month it feels like, despite me using up to an hour most days for stretching my corpse.
