THE WAY the ending of Forsaken is so much worse if you're Awoken. Especially because a voiceline confirms that the young wolf is reefborn if you chose to play an Awoken. Do you think Uldren recognized us, in the moments before his death? Do you think PETRA recognized us but couldn't say anything?

Crow: I thought you'd want me to keep my distance. Petra: Queen Mara wanted to protect you from Uldren's memories. I think, we're past that. Crow: [laughs] Yeah, probably... Petra: You should reach out. Jolyon is a good man. Crow: I'm a different person. That probably goes for Jolyon, too. The last time he saw me... [sighs] Petra: Let him make that decision. You were close. Chances are, you could be again. Crow: I... I'll think about it. You know, you still give good advice, Petra. Petra: Yeah, well... I never take it.

decided to upload this here - the extremely barebones (and I mean, REALLY barebones) sketch animatic for the voiceclaim vid I was making for ceph back in the day. I kept putting off posting it because I wanted to at least make nice sketches before I did but lbr it would never get posted... Wanted to make a fun tribute to the queer girls of Destiny, and thought now would be a good time. As someone who's sapphic and outside norms of romance & gender in some ways, the range of queer women's representation in this game, and the sorts of relationships that exist between women has brought me joy and is something I always want more of. This is my way of contributing and I hope it brings you joy too. :)
