Happy release day!! 💕💕💕 I loved this! A regency retelling of the story of Peter Pan and his lost boys we follow the story through the eyes of Wendy. Set in real life with a darker twist I was thoroughly entranced and finished the book in one sitting. I was grabbed immediately and couldn’t put it down. I loved how the author took a well known story and made it their own, with a grownup twist. A sweet romance with friends and the family we choose. If you like action, pirates, good overcoming evil, and a touch of romance then this book is for you. 😩 I couldn't believe Incompetent Peter got them all blasted. It's one reason when you notice your arch nemesis sees you and you act. It's another when you have no idea what you are doing. Then you get blasted while telling the new arrivals to leave Hook to you. Because he is DANGEROUS! Don't worry girl boss Wendy! You are with airhead! Whhhyyy...

I will never get tired of 2003 Peter managing to get his Hook to blast his own ship, when he got separated from his Darlings. Successfully distracting/handling Hook.
