After Dan and Swampy said 'no' about Perry the Platypus getting a girlfriend, and people assuming he's just gay (he's asexual) and using this next "spreech" to affirm it...

I truly HATE when people use this image to say "hey besides Perry the platypus be gay, he also had a thing with that panda in one ep"

EVEN the CREATOR had to dismiss this illogical affirmation.

I guess these people do not even watch this episode, just saw the frame without context.

Perry literally helped Heinz when Ballony was gone , fixing him up for Heinz, (fixing his childhood backstory) I think this frame was just a little revenge of Perry for what happened in the beginning of the ep.

The other way is quite more complex. You must meet the following requirements to enter the agent training program: The signature of three senior agents who endorse that you are suitable for the program in front of the agency commission. Pass the psychotechnical test, the physical aptitude test, and the "general" knowledge test. The academy provides quite extensive basics of everything that being an agent entails, so without that part, the training can become even more complicated.
