Good things come in small packages
Part 1 | Part 2
Pairing: Mini Han x fem reader
Synopsis: One year ago you purchased a ‘miniature companion’ named Hannie. He’s the size of a Ken doll but alive and horny. But something unexpected happens on your one year anniversary.
Word count: approx 2k
A/n: Hey!!! It's finally here! My Mini Han oneshot (posted in a couple of instalments because I get too excited to share). The idea for Mini Han was born through a conversation with my girl @noellllslut (we always have the most unhinged thoughts). Then I wrote a little "imagining" here (which I’ve incorporated into this fic anyway, so you don’t have to read), which then sparked quite a bit curiosity amongst you sweet/filthy readers. Questions came, and I felt compelled to explore more of this theme.
I hope you enjoy this little fic. It's sweet and smutty, and as I kept writing, I fell in love with our dear y/n and Mini Hannie. I want one for myself tbh.
CW below the cut
Tumblr media
CW: supernatural themes, oral sex, sexual acts, sexual themes, voyeurism
You've had your miniature human, Hannie, for almost a year?! You realize, sitting at your work desk as you look at your desktop calendar. You smile and make a note to organize a celebration for just the two of you, and to buy a cheesecake for dessert. Hannie loves cheesecake. Your smile grows. He always manages to get it all over him, then wants to get it all over you so he can lick it off you.
One year this coming weekend. It feels like time has flown, yet at the same time it feels like he’s been part of your life forever. Your heart bursts as you think back to how it all came to be.
You had been lonely. You'd broken up with your long term boyfriend and was feeling sad one night. So you went online to doom scroll, and online shop. You expected you'd end up down a rabbit hole of cat memes and be $500 down in shoe purchases, but instead an ad appeared on your screen.
"Miniature human companions" it said, with images of very attractive men. Miniature men. Were they human? Couldn't be. Were they robots? Probably. They must be really expensive to make which is why they are so small, you'd decided.
You were intrigued, so you researched the company, finding that this new type of 'companion' utilizes cutting edge technology that simulates actual human behavior and bodily functions.
By 4am you'd chosen your companion. His name was Han. He was adorable and attractive, with fluffy black hair and pouty lips, and from the personality trait notes, he sounded like a lot of fun.
"Pay Now". You can still remember the feeling of excitement that ran through you as hit the button to complete your purchase.
When he arrived, he came in a box with air holes, which you found kind of weird considering he didn't actually breathe oxygen. You set the box on your kitchen table, took a deep breath and lifted the lid. You gasped as you peered inside.
A little man, about the size of a Ken doll, sat on a blanket eating miniature crisps out of a miniature chip bag.
"Oh hello!" he looked up at you. "Are you my Noona?" he waved excitedly.
Holy fucking shit. You almost fainted as you stumbled to sit down on a dining chair.
You knew he was meant to talk, but he just seemed so real as he chewed his food then licked the seasoning off his lips like he could actually taste it. His little chest moved with his breath, like he was really breathing. Could he do everything a human can do? You wondered.
"My name’s Hannie." He said standing up and brushing the crumbs off his trousers.
"Um...I-I'm Y/n..." you stuttered, trying to process what you were witnessing,
"You're really pretty, Y/n." He beamed up at you with a gummy grin.
You prepared him a little space of his own, with a makeshift bed, clothing that you had also ordered from the company you purchased him from, and bought a set of Barbie sized cups, plates and furniture. You even bought him a Barbie Dreamhouse to live in, but he preferred to just climb up your full sized furniture and use that.
You studied the information manual that came with him and learned that he could in fact, experience life just as a human did. He needed to eat, sleep, wash, poop. Oh and he could get erections and ejaculate. Wow!
Over the next weeks and months you'd gotten yourselves into a routine, and became really close. He was your best friend. You did everything together, mostly staying at home. You assumed he was some sort of AI, and that's why you got along so well, but the longer he was with you, the more his own interests came to the surface. Like singing and Anime.
He helped you bake, often getting himself covered in flour and other ingredients. You'd watch movies together. Most nights you'd lay on the couch and he'd lay face down on your chest while you watched your favorites. Sometimes you'd feel him get hard against the curve of your breast, and you'd think inappropriate thoughts about him. You'd grow wet between your legs and wish he was able to touch you.
He loved it when you’d brush his hair with a tiny little hairbrush and sit him on your benchtop in the bathroom when you’re getting ready for the day. You know he loved it when you forgot he was there one time and you took a shower in front of him. He got so hard watching you soap up your body.
Sometimes you'd take him out on a picnic somewhere secluded near the ocean so he could freely move about the picnic blanket without fear of being seen. Or he'd sneak into your work bag and scare the shit out of you when you were working.
In the early days, you'd occasionally go on dates with actual men. Mostly to take your mind of your growing feelings for Hannie. You'd bring them home and fuck them in your bed, knowing he was somewhere watching, listening. You'd imagine him getting hard from your noises, and it made you moan even louder just picturing it. You'd imagine it was Hannie inside you too, pounding hard into your cunt, and making you come on his cock.
He was distant with you in the days after. He’d sit around sulking and pouting.
"What's wrong, Hannie?" You asked him after he’d ignored you for three days.
"Noona... it's just…I get so jealous of them." He burst into tears. "I want to do things like that to you. I want to the be the one who makes you come." He sobbed.
Things changed after that. You no longer went out with other men, and you and your miniature companion began to explore a more physical, more sexual, relationship.
From letting you see each other naked, to mutual masturbation, to eventually touching each other and making each other come.
You soon learned that even though Hannie is small, he is extremely talented with his mouth, and he can make you come harder than anyone had ever before.
One morning he noticed that you were still asleep, and very naked. The way you were laying, legs splayed out looked so inviting to him. You’d kicked your blanket off at some point. He couldn’t help himself.
You woke up to a sensation between your legs, and when you looked down you saw him kneeling between your your legs, using his arms to push your pussy lips open and doing his very best to lap at your clit.
“Hannie?” You whimpered. He stopped for a moment to stand up and wave at you, the entire front of his body dripping with your arousal. “I’ve just found my favorite thing to do!” He said enthusiastically and then he was back to being buried against your pussy.
These days, at night time he’ll climb up onto your chest while you’re lying in bed watching videos on your phone. He still loves to nestle against the bulge of your breasts, especially if you’re in a loose satin camisole, and he’ll slide himself under the fabric.
“What do you want to watch, Hannie?” You’ll ask him.
“Porn!” He’ll answer excitedly. The phone is like a giant screen to him and it’s never long before you feel him shimmying his clothes off and rubbing his little swollen erection against your skin.
He’s such a desperate little thing that you let him do whatever he needs to get himself off. Often, he’ll rub his cock along your bottom lip while he humps your tits, or he’ll scramble to suck on your nipple. He does his best to stretch his mouth around it, while he grinds against you and cumming on your soft skin. Then he’ll pass out right there. Poor little tyke gets himself tired.
Some of the kinkier things he gets you to do include tying him up and edging him until his cock becomes so painfully red and engorged that he’s crying. His naked body is delicious to look at, and you love to run the pad of your index finger over his muscles. He’s perfectly toned, his skin honey brown, and his cock is mouth-wateringly big for his frame.
He’s rendered helpless as you stroke your finger gently up and down his body. Then, using the tip of your tongue, you lick his cock carefully whilst shoving your pinky finger into his mouth.
There are times when you’ll dress up in lingerie covered in buckles and straps and he’ll climb up your body like he’s doing some kind of adventure hike. He gets so sweaty and very hard as he explores the terrain of your body.
He really is the perfect companion.
You are broken from your thoughts by your alarm signaling it's time to go home from work, and you hurry home to see your Hannie.
_____________
"Fuck! Hannie! Please... need to come...need one more...please. Don't stop." You pant. It's later that evening, and you're on the verge of your third orgasm with Hannie between your thighs sucking expertly on your clit. He's got your lips spread open as far as he can manage, and he's grinding against your core seeking his own release. Inside your pussy you've got your vibrator egg on full intensity. "Yes!!! Yes...coming!!!" You cry as you arch off the bed as you come all over him.
He quickly climbs up your body, almost slipping off because he’s covered in so much of your cream, and kneels on your chest to pump his cock until he’s spurting cum onto your tongue.
“Tastes so good, Hannie.” You show him your empty tongue, but he’s already collapsed across your body.
You clean him up and put him in his striped pajamas, before you both nestle into bed. You’re used to him sleeping on the pillow next to you now, although it took you a while to stop worrying you’d roll on him in the night.
“Noona? Did you know that tomorrow it’ll be one year since I came here?” He says sleepily.
You roll onto your side and smile. “Yes, actually I do, honey. Have a think about what you’d like to do to celebrate, okay. Anything you want."
He nods. “Yeah, I’ll think about it. But just so you know, it’ll involve me being buried in your pussy.”
————-
Han laid back on the pillow. What would he like to do to celebrate? He’d love to celebrate by being inside you. Properly. Fully.
He wishes he could do the things he'd seen those men you’d do to you all those months ago. To pin your legs up and fuck you so hard the bed would shake. He takes his mind back to when he’d hide on your shelf and watch, fucking into his hand and holding back tears of despair.
What would it be like to bend you over and fuck you from behind? What would it even be like to fuck you at all? He wants to know so bad.
But he does have a special relationship with you, he supposes. Not every guy has to stretch his mouth around a nipple or clit like he has to. Can those men be covered head to toe in your juices? Or lay completely across the bulge of your boob. No. They can’t. Only he can.
He pouts to himself.
He knows he’s got it good, you are his everything. But as he lays on the pillow next you and closes his eyes, he wonders if he’s enough for you? Could you give up real men forever, with real sized cocks that can stretch you out and fill you deep? Would you be okay with never having a boyfriend you could take out in public, or take to family events, or be seen with?
Could you settle for him? A miniature version of a man?
He sighs. "Goodnight, Noona. Love you." He whispers as he leans over and gives your giant lips a kiss.
"Goodnight, my sweet Hannie. I love you too." you reply sleepily.
As he drifts off to sleep he wishes what he always wishes. That he could be human sized and be with you like a proper human.
-----------
The morning sun peeks through your window, landing on your face and causing you to stir. You groan and try to stretch, but a heaviness across your middle keeps you in place. You peer down to find a man's arm wrapped around you, snuggling you tight.
Fear courses through your body, and you scream as you fling the arm off and jump out bed. You grab your lamp, ready to hit the intruder.
"Noona?" The man lifts his head, his dark locks falling around his face.
Your eyes almost pop out of your head when you see the confused look on his face. "Hannie!?" You choke, hands poised to strike.
"Noona? What are you doing?" he peers down at the pillow his head had been resting on, and then down the bed toward his feet. "Why is your bed so small?"
"Hannie?" You whisper, lowering the lamp, letting it drop to the floor.
"Why is everything so small? Wait. Why am I naked? Noona, have you been playing with me in my sleep?" He looks up at you confused and worried. "Noona, why are you looking at me like that?"
His eyes land on his pajamas, torn to shreds next to him. He picks up the scrap of fabric that was his pajama top, and his eyes widen. "Why are my clothes so tiny?"
"Hannie," you take in the man before you, naked and taking up most of the bed. "You're big."
To be continued…

hi!!! I have a tendency to forget that it’s possible to interact with people online but! i thought I’d let you know that your art has been a huge inspiration to me. Your art style, coloring, characters, and humor are all amazing. I genuinely have never been into ANYTHING pokémon related and I still stuck around and came to love how you portray pokémon characters and your ocs.
it’s funny, when you posted the first “Enjoy What I Couldn’t!” artwork i saved it to my desktop so that I could look at it often… half a year later it occurred to me to just print it off. I’ve bought numerous artists’ prints, but your transgender creatures are the only ones to grace my bedroom wall. I like being able to look at it often…it reminds me of joy and wonder and appreciation and shared differences. It always makes me smile. if you ever open a print shop or something i’ll be your first buyer (I think you said it was okie to print off your art for personal use, but in hindsight I might’ve mixed you up with a different artist. my sincere apologies in that case. Either way, I would certainly be down to buy better quality prints from you)
whether it be doodles or paintings I see a lot of joy and fun in your work! it’s very silly and very sweet. I generally don’t send stuff like this bc I don’t want to be seen as parasocial, but I thought it was important to say thank you! Even should our paths divulge in the future, nothing can change the fact that your art has meant something to me. do whatever you want forever, I wish you green pastures and clear skies!!
feel free to do whatever you want with this message, delete it or whatever. I feel like a elementary school kid writing to their favorite author lol
//Keeping this post saved in my draft folder to look at forever ..

Note
i'm trying to write a modern setting au, but am having trouble thinking of things they can do for scene ideas. my own life is pretty monotonous - work, grocery shopping, occasionally a club or bar. do you have any ideas for interesting things friends can do in a basic, normal modern setting? or at least, things that may help me come up with ideas? thanks for all of your hard work <3
Love this! It can be hard to think of things to do with friends normally, let alone what to have your characters do when anything is possible. We'd recommend looking online for things to do with friends -- weirdly enough, some of the best things we've been able to find were in short clips on TikTok that detail possible events and experiences. Here are some of our favorites we've been able to find:
Go to a bookshop with a group, pair up, then each person selects three books: the first is one that the person would like the other to read because they love it and they feel like it embodies their personality and reading tastes, the second encapsulates the taste of their partner that they think they'll absolutely love, and the third book is the same so the partners can buddy read
Create a blended Spotify playlist with the group, press shuffle, then try to guess whose song it is; if you get it wrong, < insert penalty here >
Have a rainbow picnic in the park where each person brings an item of each color in the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, etc.)
Have a fake family dinner wherein everyone is given a character (ones you'd normally find at a family dinner like a nerdy uncle, a rebellious teen, etc.) a month in advance -- they then have to arrive dressed and completely immersed in their randomly assigned character; their backstories can be prepared by a single person in advance or it can be left up to each individual to develop on their own. What's important to remember is to print out a family tree and post it on the wall so everyone can remember one another's relations -- it would be weird if you forgot your own grandfather, right?
Go on an annual retreat wherein your group focuses on solely celebrating one another through activities, like talking, cooking, singing, dancing, etc. -- it's a practice of grounding and presence, but it can also be a great exercise to see how your characters would choose to interact in a setting that purposely doesn't have a structure aside from, well, avoiding a structure
Host a presentation night wherein each member of the group has to present where they think the group should go on their annual vacation (extra points for locations that seem impossible yet are actually possible, like walking to Mount Doom or standing in the field on the Windows Desktop image)
Invite everyone over for a pasta dinner party in which everyone needs to bring a different sauce (the host makes all the pasta) -- the best one wins overall and the worst one has to be the host next time
Have a movie night, but make it immersive! Have the group go to one friend's place -- there, a selection of movies on streaming services should be available, a concession stand should have candy and popcorn, and the host can even have a flashlight during the movie to shine in people's faces if they get too rowdy
If you'd like more, send us a message; now, get to writing!

Boost Sales: Responsive Web Design & Ecommerce App Development
Tumblr media
In the fast-paced world of online retail, staying ahead of the competition requires more than just offering great products and services. Your digital presence plays a crucial role in attracting and retaining customers. Two key elements that can significantly boost your sales are responsive web design and ecommerce app development. By focusing on these aspects, you can enhance the user experience, improve accessibility, and ultimately drive more conversions. In this article, we'll explore how responsive web design and ecommerce app development can transform your online business and lead to increased sales.
1. The Importance of Responsive Web Design
Responsive web design is a design approach that ensures your website looks and functions well across all devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. With the increasing use of mobile devices for online shopping, having a responsive website is no longer optional—it's essential.
Why Responsive Web Design Matters:
Enhanced User Experience: A responsive website automatically adjusts to fit the screen size of the device being used. This means that whether your customers are browsing on a smartphone or a large desktop monitor, they will have a seamless and enjoyable experience. A positive user experience is crucial for keeping visitors on your site and encouraging them to explore your products or services further.
Improved SEO Performance: Search engines like Google prioritize websites that offer a good user experience across all devices. Responsive web design is a key factor in achieving higher search engine rankings. By ensuring your website is mobile-friendly, you can improve your visibility in search results, attract more organic traffic, and increase your chances of converting visitors into customers.
Increased Conversion Rates: A website that is difficult to navigate on mobile devices can frustrate users and lead to higher bounce rates. On the other hand, a responsive design makes it easy for users to find what they're looking for, whether it's product information, contact details, or checkout options. This ease of use can significantly increase your conversion rates and boost sales.
2. The Role of Ecommerce App Development in Boosting Sales
While a responsive website is essential, having a dedicated ecommerce app can take your online business to the next level. Ecommerce app development focuses on creating a mobile application specifically designed for online shopping, offering a more personalized and streamlined experience for your customers.
Benefits of Ecommerce App Development:
Personalized Shopping Experience: Ecommerce apps allow you to offer a more personalized shopping experience by leveraging user data. Features such as personalized product recommendations, tailored promotions, and saved shopping carts can make your customers feel valued and encourage repeat purchases.
Faster and More Convenient Shopping: Apps are generally faster and more responsive than mobile websites, providing a smoother shopping experience. With features like one-click purchasing, push notifications, and offline access, ecommerce apps make it easier and more convenient for customers to shop, leading to increased sales.
Loyalty Programs and Rewards: Ecommerce apps can be integrated with loyalty programs, offering customers rewards for making purchases, referring friends, or engaging with your brand. These incentives can encourage users to return to your app, fostering customer loyalty and boosting long-term sales.
Direct Communication with Customers: Push notifications allow you to communicate directly with your customers, informing them about new products, special offers, and upcoming sales. This direct line of communication can drive immediate engagement and encourage impulse buying, resulting in higher sales.
3. Combining Responsive Web Design and Ecommerce App Development
To maximize the impact of your online presence, it's important to combine the strengths of both responsive web design and ecommerce app development. Here's how you can integrate these strategies to boost your sales:
Consistent Branding Across Platforms: Ensure that your brand’s look and feel is consistent across your responsive website and ecommerce app. This consistency helps build brand recognition and trust, making it easier for customers to navigate between your website and app.
Seamless Integration of Features: Features that work well on your responsive website should also be available on your app, and vice versa. For example, if your website offers a wish list or shopping cart, these should be seamlessly integrated into your app so that customers can access them from any device.
Data-Driven Insights: Use data from both your responsive website and ecommerce app to gain insights into customer behavior. By analyzing this data, you can optimize your marketing strategies, product offerings, and user experience to better meet the needs of your customers and drive sales.
Targeted Marketing Campaigns: Leverage the data collected from your ecommerce app to create targeted marketing campaigns. For example, you can send personalized offers to customers who have abandoned their carts, or promote new products to users based on their previous purchases. These targeted campaigns can significantly increase your sales and customer retention rates.
4. Implementing Best Practices for Success
To fully benefit from responsive web design and ecommerce app development, it's important to follow best practices during the implementation process:
Prioritize Mobile Users: Given the growing number of mobile shoppers, prioritize the mobile experience when designing your website and app. Ensure that your website loads quickly on mobile devices and that your app is easy to navigate, with intuitive controls and clear calls to action.
Focus on Speed and Performance: Both your responsive website and ecommerce app should be optimized for speed and performance. A slow-loading site or app can frustrate users and lead to lost sales. Regularly test and optimize your digital platforms to ensure they perform well under different conditions.
Invest in Quality Development: Work with experienced developers who understand the nuances of both responsive web design and ecommerce app development. Investing in quality development ensures that your digital platforms are robust, secure, and capable of handling high traffic volumes.
Keep User Experience at the Forefront: Always keep the user experience in mind when designing your website and app. Consider how users will interact with your platforms and what features will make their shopping experience easier and more enjoyable.
Conclusion
Responsive web design and ecommerce app development are powerful tools that can significantly boost your online sales. By creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience across all devices, you can attract more customers, increase conversions, and build long-term loyalty. Whether you're just starting out or looking to enhance your existing digital presence, investing in these strategies is essential for staying competitive in today's ecommerce landscape. Start optimizing your website and developing your ecommerce app today to unlock new opportunities for growth and success.

I've been doing a lot of research into building a computer recently (as some of you saw on my alt), and I'd just like to let you all know.
Please stay away from pre-built manufacturers like Build Redux, Digital Storm and iBuyPower! Not only can you get WAY better prices by buying and building on your own, but companies like Build Redux and iBuyPower are often delivering products with smashed glass, broken or malfunctioning components, and cheap parts that break and melt WAY too easily!
I made a little document to track parts and build my own, and not only was it cheaper, but these websites are making you pay for things like installing Windows! My first computer was made by iBuyPower, and they lied to me about some of the specs! I got an Intel i3 instead of i5, and a GeForce 710 instead of the 1060 their website listed.
Making a pc is hard, I get it, but these custom pc websites are too good to be true! Remember to do your research when shopping online! Even on sites like Amazon, find the seller and do a quick search on them to make sure that they and their product are reliable and legitimate!
If you want to buy a pre-built desktop computer, I'd recommend best buy or Amazon. Honestly, though, the best thing you can do is to either build your own, or ask a friend to build one for you. I'm willing to bet at least one person you know can you out if you need it!

Craft vs. Content: Resisting Mediocrity in a Dual-Existence Age
The writer Kyle Chayka recently had a piece in The Guardian called “The Tyranny of the Algorithm: Why Every Coffee Shop Looks the Same.” The article is, as the title suggests, about the way online algorithms have homogenized culture.  One part of the piece that particularly stood out is an exchange Chayka had with Trevor Walsh, who does marketing for a chain of coffee shops: ‘There’s this constant urgency to be producing content. We are constantly feeling like we have to be in people’s phones, be in people’s desktops,’ Walsh said. They had to fill the algorithmic feed. Simply existing as a coffee shop isn’t enough; the business has to cultivate a parallel existence on the internet, which is a separate skill set entirely. ‘It almost feels like, you must have a social media acumen, you must be savvy in this area that is adjacent to your business, but not directly embedded in your business, in order to be successful and visible,’ Walsh continued. Entrepreneurs and creatives of all types find themselves in a peculiar dilemma in the modern age.  Authors, for example, lament the fact that publishers will often only offer book deals to writers who already have established “platforms” (read: followers on FB, IG, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). But to grow their platforms, writers have to constantly be creating content for social media . . . making it difficult to find the time to work on their book. Some already-popular authors try to circumvent this catch-22 by hiring a social media manager, or a whole team of them. But that still requires these writers to spend less time and energy being creative and more time and energy being supervisors. And new and would-be authors can’t justify hiring a hype girl to promote their persona online.  Businesses and creators have, of course, always had to pay some attention to pleasing the public and advertising their wares. But there have been times when artists only had to please the whims of a single patron, and the marketing aspect of a modern creator’s job is, for several reasons, qualitatively different now and has arguably never consumed so much of their bandwidth.  The modern writer, artist, or entrepreneur is not only tasked with promoting the final product of their efforts, but sharing inside looks of their art in progress, and even offering tips on how the average viewer at home can improve their own craft.  A chef in 1985 might promote his restaurant by creating a direct mail advertisement — a one-and-done decision. Today, his marketing goes on daily, as he continuously shares videos, pictures, and ideas with the public. Making these posts to social media not only serves as an interruption to his work, but, because of the neurochemical spell inevitably cast by social posting, his focus will be further fragmented as he regularly checks back to see how his posts performed. Modern marketing becomes a feedback loop of concentration-dividing, deep-work-disrupting, creativity-killing distraction.  Our hypothetical chef not only has to promote his food, but has to promote himself, as a personality. While the personalities of artists, authors, and entrepreneurs have always been something in which the public has taken an interest, formerly, it was just a hinted-at backdrop, and the painting, book, or invention largely spoke for itself. Now, creators must share not only their creations, but snapshots of their private lives as well. This selects for, and limits, who will find success in the modern landscape. There is only one set of people who are willing to do the thing, and to talk publicly about doing the thing. As the overlap area on the Venn diagram of these factors is likely much bigger for extroverts than introverts, it’s the former who are much more likely to come to the public’s attention.  The catch-22 facing modern creators — the feeling that you can’t make it unless you promote your work online, but you can’t do good work if your bandwidth is always being siphoned off by the act of promotion — has serious implications for both individual… http://dlvr.it/T1tJ2P

Do you take a walk every day? Not quite every day, but I do go on walks often.
Who was your favourite musical artist when you were 15? Do you still listen to them? I don't remember exactly, but I'm guessing it was either Metallica, AC/DC, Coldplay, or Queen. I still listen to Metallica, Coldplay, and Queen but I'm not really into AC/DC anymore.
What's your preferred way of getting the news? Online, from various sources that don't have any political leanings. I also like Apple News and Google News.
If you go to flightradar24 dot com to see the radar, are there any planes or helicopters in your area right now? Yep there's a Cessna 172 nearby, the same type of plane I did a lot of my flight training in. I actually use the FlightRadar24 app a lot to track my husband's flights, and also just to browse around and see if I can find any interesting/rare aircraft types.
When was the last time you ate at a food court and what did you get? A few weeks ago. My husband and I got breakfast from a food court area in the Dublin airport, before our flight back to the U.S. I got a breakfast burrito.
Would you consider yourself traditional/old-fashioned? Only in a few specific ways. Mainly when it comes to etiquette/manners stuff.
How do you like your eggs cooked? Over easy or poached.
Have you ever taken a ride in a yellow car that wasn't a taxi? I don't think I have.
What was the last thing you had to return to a store and why? I think it was the curved gaming monitor we bought for the desktop. The screen was faulty, it flickered in the upper left corner.
Do you need to get groceries right now? No, I just went grocery shopping yesterday.
What's your favourite place to go on vacation? My favorite regular vacation spot is Hilton Head Island, but some other favorite vacations I've been on were to London, Bermuda, and Vermont.
What state/territory did you grow up in? Do you still live there? Mostly Ohio. My parents and I moved here when I was 3. Then my husband and I moved away from Ohio, to Virginia, when I was 23. And then when I was 31 we moved back here.
What colour were the last socks you wore? White.
Do you mark your emails as read even if you didn't open them, or do you let them just sit there? I just let them sit there. My inbox is a crowded mess but oh well LOL.
Do you have a LinkedIn profile? Nope.
Have you ever done your own compost? No.
Do you have any plans for tomorrow? If no, what about the day or two after that? I think my husband and I are just going to have a chill day at home tomorrow. Not yet sure about Friday. And then on Saturday we're going to go hiking along the coast, and I'm going to take my camera and drone for some photography.
Would you ever get a tattoo on your hand or foot? Nope.
Do you open your doors and windows on warm days? Yep.
Are the blinds/curtains in the room open or closed right now? Closed.
Who was the last person you said "I love you" to? My husband.
Does your town have a bar or pub? It has a few.
Were you mean to anyone in high school? No.
What's one of your favourite features of your phone? I recently switched back to an Android phone (Google Pixel) after having iPhones for over 5 years, and I had forgotten just how highly customizable Android phones are. I've been having a ton of fun tinkering with it and customizing it just how I want it. But I think what I like even more than the customizability is the amazing camera. It also uses AI to edit photos, like if you take a picture of a landscape and there's a person in the photo, you can select them and the software will use AI to automatically edit out that person.
Have you ever accidentally started a fire? Nope.
Do you ever wonder where everyone's going when you're driving around? Haha yes, sometimes.
Do you forget things as quickly as you think of them? That mostly only happens when I'm really tired.
What is the last note you edited in your phone's notes app? My note where I write down Christmas gift ideas.
Who is your favourite coworker? You can tell me about one from your past if you don't have one right now. The little bit of work I do now is on my own, but at my last job, my favorite coworker was either Stephanie or the older semi-retired guy who worked there just for fun, I can't remember his name anymore.
Can you hear birds chirping right now? Nope, it's nighttime. I put my birds to bed about an hour and a half ago. And all the wild birds outside are asleep, too.
Have you ever learned a language on your own, as in, not attending classes or lessons? I've attempted to learn German on Duolingo, but I had a really hard time, I kept reverting back to French because that was the first foreign language I learned.
Do you know anyone who's adopted a child? No, I don't think so.
Are you good at parallel parking? Yep.
What scent is your body wash? Sort of a nutty vanilla smell.
Do you tend to wear your clothes more than one day before washing them? I oftentimes do. It extends the life of the clothes. But it really depends on the clothing item, like I obviously won't wear workout/hiking clothes more than once.
What was the last video game or board game you purchased? I can't remember.
Pulp or no pulp in your orange juice? No pulp.
Is your middle name common? Not at all, it's my maiden surname which is very uncommon.
What's your favourite Robin Williams movie? I don't really have a favorite. I don't think I've seen very many of his movies. I thought he was a great voice actor in Aladdin, though. Can't think of a better actor to voice the Genie haha.
Do you decorate your house for Halloween? I usually decorate the front porch with a few pumpkins, but that's more like general autumn decor. I don't do any decorations that are super specific to Halloween.

Note
3 4 and 15 if they haven't been asked already!!
this is so late omfg im sorry-
Do they use nicknames for their contacts or do they list contacts by full name?
by default Victoria will save someone's surname and their department. if she respects the person she'll go to the effort of the full name, no note of their occupation or role necessary as she commits it to memory instead.
There are a few exceptions to this though but even then they err more towards insults (with questionable fondness implied) or notable failures/actions of the individual.
Who do they text most frequently?
Before her mother, Marion, died it used to be her - almost daily with little updates, griping to each other about co-workers, some vague complaints about relationships, recommending books or shows to either watch or avoid.
Nowadays Michiko Sanderson (née Arasaka) takes that mantle, though their conversations read as mundane - more confirming times when they're meeting up for lunch or coffee, occassional surface-level threads of gossip about whose fucking who. Y'know just girl talk.
Describe their computer. Is it a sticker covered laptop? A high-tech gaming computer?
Used to be she had a laptop for work - non-distinct from any other official Arasaka-issued hardware except for the fact it looked near new despite being a few years old, but after it was stolen she opted for a desktop terminal instead. Again, Arasaka-issued and top of the line courtesy of her position; powerful, black, and with an obnoxious flavouring of red LEDs that go unseen as she has the desktop under her desk.
Her personal device is more akin to a chromebook and is again in obnoxiously good condition, though it only sees use when Victoria's online shopping or researching non-work related topics (ma'am why are you so interested in the franklin expedition-)

How to Print a Digital Download from Etsy
The whole downloaded-file-to-framed-print-on-your-wall process breaks down like this:
- Save the file you purchased to your computer or thumbdrive.
- Take the file to a job printer and get it printed to the size you want.
- Take the printed file to a framer, and have it framed so it fits your décor.
Digital files are often much, much cheaper on Etsy than buying their physical item counterparts. Plus, when you buy a digital file, you can finetune it to the exact size you want for your own wall.  And once it’s printed, you can also choose the exact framing and matting combination you want.
Now, the details:
You were on Etsy or an artist’s website, and you fell in love with an image.  Perfect for your wall, but you’re not sure how the whole printing thing works.
Not to worry!  Lots of people use printable downloads every day for party decorations, invites, or coloring pages for kids (using their own home printer, if they have one), or for higher quality prestige printing for smashing wall art.  The following is a list of steps for accessing your digital downloads, and how to turn them into art you’ll be proud to see on your wall.
So, what’s a digital download, or ‘printable’?  It’s not a physical object; it’s an image file, in the form of 1s and 0s, saved on your computer or a thumbdrive.  You bought it, you keep it, and you can always print it, as many times as you like.  You can copy the file to two or three locations, so you don’t lose it.
Digital downloads come in various formats, including PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG, EPS, and more. Each type of file depends on what you need to use it for and how you are going to print it.  Printing services will specify which formats they need.
Etsy places the file to your account in the orders section and you can download it on a desktop.  They’ll also send you an email with a link to it.
Or, log into your account and click on “Purchases and Reviews.” Find the button that says “Download Files”.  If you run into troubles, there’s a Help page.  (Remember, you can’t access your digital download file through the mobile Etsy app.)
Now that it’s downloaded, you can open your file, just to check whether you have the right image at the right size.  You’ll need to use the right software.
.bmp (Microsoft Windows Photos, Apple Preview or Apple Photos, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
.doc (Microsoft Word)
.gif (Microsoft Windows Photos, Apple Preview or Apple Photos, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
.jpeg (Microsoft Windows Photos, Apple Preview or Apple Photos, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
.jpg (Microsoft Windows Photos, Apple Preview or Apple Photos, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
.mobi (Calibre, Stanza, Sumatra PDF, Mobi File Reader, popular eReaders)
.mov (QuickTime, iTunes)
.mp3 (Windows Media Player or iTunes)
.mpeg (Windows Media Player, QuickTime)
.pdf (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Most Internet Browsers)
.png (Microsoft Windows Photos, Apple Preview or Apple Photos, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
.psp (Corel PaintShop Pro, Adobe Photoshop, ACD Systems Canvas)
.rtf (Microsoft Word, WordPad)
.stl (AutoDesk Viewer, Microsoft 3D Viewer, Microsoft Print 3D, ShareCAD)
.txt (Windows NotePad, TextEdit on Mac)
.zip (Usually, you can unzip a .zip file with any computer.)
.ePUB (Various eReaders)
.iBook (Internet browser or Apple iBooks)
You can print image files on home printers. This is great for low-resolution art up to 8.5” x 11”, like recipes, or sewing instructions.  The downside here is that the print will only be as good as the printer itself.  For larger wall art, the best move is to take your file to a professional printshop.
This can be done online, or it can be done in person. Local Walgreens and Costcos are often quite good.  You can upload your saved image file to them using their official website, and just pick up your image, printed the size you specify, on the paper you choose, the next time you’re in the neighborhood.  There are also online choices like Shutterfly or Vistaprint, who will ship you your prints in the mail.
You’ve got your print, and you love it.  But it’s just a big piece of paper right now; what about framing?  One easy option is to select a standard sized frame, mat and glass available at the local stores or mall shops, and insert your new print yourself.  Or maybe your print deserves first-cabin treatment, and you’ll want to check out the local frame shop for the right frame, matting and glass.  Either way, totally legit.  Then just hang it on the wall, and enjoy.
And that’s the whole process. Before you buy a digital download, you should check a couple of things:
- Be sure you have the software you’ll need to open the download at home, or be sure you know where online to find a site that will open the image (such as Photopea.com, for opening a layered .psd file, if you don’t happen to have Photoshop on your own machine).
- Be sure you understand the optimum print size of the download and its aspect ratio.  Artists generally will inform you that their image will look best at a certain size, say, 24” x 18”.  Printing it larger will seem overblown, with visible pixellation; printing it smaller will cause it to lose detail.
In other words, make sure the digital download fits your needs before you buy.

Common Pitfalls in Market Segmentation and How to Avoid Them
Market segmentation is a powerful strategy. It helps businesses target the right audience, deliver personalized messages, and maximize ROI. But it’s not always smooth sailing. Even the most experienced marketers can stumble when defining and applying the criteria for segmentation in marketing.
How can you ensure your segmentation strategy is effective? Let’s explore common pitfalls in market segmentation and, more importantly, how to avoid them.
Overly Broad Segments
One of the most common mistakes is creating segments that are too broad. If your segments are not specific, your marketing efforts may lack focus. Broad segments dilute your message, making it less relevant to your audience.
Example: A business targeting “all millennials” might overlook key differences in preferences between urban millennials and those in rural areas.
Tumblr media
Solution: Break down your audience further. Use measurable attributes like geography, purchasing behavior, or lifestyle to define tighter segments. This aligns with market segmentation requirements like differentiability and substantiality.
Ignoring Data
Another major pitfall is relying on assumptions rather than data. It’s tempting to assume you know your audience, but gut feelings rarely lead to effective segmentation.
Example: A retailer might assume that young adults shop online exclusively, overlooking those who still prefer physical stores.
Solution: Invest in research. Use surveys, analytics, and CRM data to back up your segmentation. Measurable data ensures your segments are based on facts, not guesses.
Failing to Make Segments Actionable
Creating segments that look good on paper but can’t be acted upon is a waste of resources. Segments must guide specific, targeted marketing strategies.
Example: Segmenting your audience into “adventurous individuals” sounds appealing but doesn’t provide actionable insights. How do you identify or reach them?
Solution: Ensure your segments meet the actionability requirement. Use clear, identifiable traits like age, income, or hobbies to define your audience. This makes targeting practical and achievable.
Overlooking Accessibility
Can you actually reach your chosen segments? If not, your segmentation strategy will fall flat. Many businesses create ideal segments but fail to consider how to connect with them effectively.
Example: A luxury brand may identify high-income customers in remote areas but lack the distribution channels to serve them.
Solution: Assess accessibility before finalizing segments. Ensure you can deliver your message, products, or services to your audience through the right platforms or channels.
Neglecting to Update Segments
Markets change. Consumer behavior evolves. A segmentation strategy that worked last year may not deliver the same results today. Sticking to outdated segments is a costly mistake.
Example: A tech company targeting desktop users might miss out on the growing segment of mobile-first users.
Solution: Revisit your segmentation regularly. Use tools like customer feedback and analytics to identify shifting trends and adjust your strategy accordingly.
Focusing Solely on Demographics
Demographics are important but shouldn’t be the only criteria for segmentation in marketing. Limiting your strategy to age, gender, or income ignores the complexity of consumer behavior.
Example: Two 30-year-olds with similar incomes may have vastly different interests and purchasing habits.
Solution: Combine demographics with psychographics, buying behavior, and geographic data. This approach creates a more holistic understanding of your audience.
