Skulk in Fable SMP

(Cez uses their knowledge of fungi to make sad block game headcanons)

I've finally been catching up on lore, and the Fable SMP wiki described the skulk as fungus-like which made my little biologist brain go 1000 miles an hour. So, I present science with a hint of angst:

For context: some parasitic fungal infections involve spores penetrating and colonising a host, forming a mycelium network of hyphae under the dermis and absorbing nutrients from the host's cells (very simplified). In other words, what if the spreading of skulk is not only on Rae's skin but under it. The larger it gets, the bigger the network is, the more it takes from him. And don't think about how the more it spreads, the weaker he gets until its so vast that his body can't hold out any more.

Taking my own thoughts of, Enderian dates Perix first then Isla

Both Perix and Enderian had access to where Isla's ring lead to (later on for Perix bc it started as a spot for Enderian and Isla to talk war talks)

This in turn leads to some days when Isla goes there, Perix just so happens to be there and help comforts Isla until Enderian shows up

Also leads to all these dates end up here bc it's a good blend of the overworld and the end all in one spot

Perix would never admit it but Isla looked the most pretty in that spot (and well- whose to say Isla doesn't always look pretty thou)
