If i'm understanding correctly, different organizations and people have organized to get paypal to end their ban for Palestinians, as it is textbook discrimination as I'm sure you can understand seeing as how Israelis in the same region are allowed to use paypal. According to this document paypal has consistently answered “Has no intention to offer services to Palestinians and will continue blocking access in the West Bank and Gaza.” So, you know. Evil.

i am not tech savvy so i don't understand how the logistics work but according to this website Palestinians CAN use paypal, but only with an israeli bank account > "PayPal services are also available to the nearly 340,000 Palestinian residents of occupied East Jerusalem, but only if they open an account with an Israeli bank." (from the p4p website)

Anecdotally, this seems to be the case - or maybe if you have contacts and use paypal through them, etc. For example, i have seen Palestinians on twitter express they use it but under a different name. As an example: Sulala Animal Rescue, an animal rescue in Gaza (go donate to them btw, they post updates frequently!) I just noticed that on their website, under "donate" they have a link to a paypal account called SulalaGazaShelter that is no longer operational, probably because paypal has shut it down. I know that recently they used another paypal account with an Israeli name, but I think maybe that one also got shut down as they now have a gofundme linked instead. it's operated by a person in Scotland who is involved in the organization, and who uses the gfm to send daily smaller amounts to a different paypal, to get the money to the rescue - see the latest update on this post! -> https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-the-sulala-animal-rescue-in-gaza

I saw that your store on Ko-Fi only accepts card... Do you have any plans on changing that? I have no access to credit cards in my country..

It's connected with Stripe, so I think debit cards also work? (google and apple pay too but not lot of countries have that)

Ko-fi has an option to use Paypal, but in my country they relaunched and changed up all the ToS. Connecting it to the shop could force me to change my Paypal account and limit a lot of things. I still use it for commissions so I don't wanna risk that I'm so sorry :')

My dream now is to travel abroad to continue my education, develop my skills, survive, and build my future that has been destroyed, as for the past nine months I have been unemployed due to the war conditions and the power and internet outage since the first day of the war, in addition to the frequent movement from one place to another to escape the war machine, missiles and death, as there was no stability for the absent work conditions.
