Ladies and gentlemen I'm back

Did I really just sink 15 consecutive hours into Supermarket Simulator?
Yes... yes I did...
#do I work retail? also yes#i don't remember the exact wording... but someone once said that humans enjoy Mundane Sims bc#of how low stakes they are....#like... Im trying to run my stock low so I can fix my shelves in game. and I can't get fired!#I can swear at the customers and call them mean names and tell them to go fuck themselves!#and I can hire people to help me with the work#Mundane Sims are repetitive tasks that allow us to see Actual Progress#we can actually see the fruits of our labor and it feels like actually acomplishing something for once#i can paint the store pink!!! i LOVE pink! (my fave color is white... but pink is a very close second*#*I guess you could say I like gentle. innocent colors. fresh like snow. endless possibilities kind of colors. bright)#supermarket simulator#weeeeeeee#at first it reminded me of when I was the Lone Cashier at Dollar Tree#but then I could actually tell off the customers who silently stood in line and patiently waited for me to do my job like#the customers dont speak in that game! ITS THE BEST!

i’m not very good at updating this blog haha, i got pretty busy with work and online classes. update though i got in the nursing program! i’m more focused on school and still trying to figure out everything with it being online, but i’m excited for something new!

#going near the end and its so hard 😭 like bro i cant talk to like my friends and family#i cant talk to a patiend bro 😭 especially a confused patient i dont know what to do 😭#like i wish any of our previous classes went over what to say and how to explain things to patients but no 😭#if it was just a demonstration of the skill only i think i would have done really well but the additional questions and simulation…#i didnt know at all how to respond 😔 definitely need to work on this but also i wish we had more explanations

Does your coworker print out and frame a picture with you standing with red stained hands and him kneeling in front of you, so you wouldn't quit your job, or are you guys normal
#sorry i thought the lack of context is funny for this onw#anyway i told my coworkers i might leave and this one guy was like you cant leave im used to you i will prove how close we are#and then he printed two pics#one is normal us both posing for an event (that pic was actually chosen for collage for our workplaces 10th bd)#and the other one requires context#my hands were red because i helped to prepare simulated patients with a bleeding wound#but then i was also the reserve simulated patient and had to go in myself so#my coworker adjusted my silicone wound on my thigh thus he was on his knees#lol i dont think context makes this better#djdhdjd sorry
