Hello Friends,
After a long break I’m restarting my food blog with many more delicious veg recipes. Today I’m bringing a very authenticate Paneer Bhurji Gravy Style Recipe. Its come out so tasty and delicious my whole family enjoyed it truely. Hope you will try it and love it.
Preparation Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: 45min
Preparing for 4
Ingredients:
Ghree 3tbs
Paneer 250grm
Tomato pure 2
Onion 1
Whole Cashew (10 to 15)
Capsicum
Whole Spices (Bay leaf, Cumin and Star Anis) You can add whole red chilli if you want.
Hing
Red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander and cumin powder
Home Made Garam masala
Salt to test
1 cup fresh cream
kasuri methi
Coriander for garnishing
Today I have kept all things ready here sharing the cooking procedure.
Step 1
First add 3tsp Ghee to the pan and keep it for 30sec on high flam. Later add all whole spices and hing cook for 1min.
Step 2
Add Cashew and fry it till it turns golden, later add onion and capsicum and fry it till it turns brown and soft.
Step 3
Add Red chilli Powder, turmeric powder, cumin and coriander powder, salt and mix it well.
Step 4
Add 2 tomato pure and mix it well. Also add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder for good colour and home made garam masala and mix it well. Cover it for 5 min in medium flam
Step 5
Add Half cup of fresh cream (Here I have sued Aldi Fresh Cream) you can use home made fresh cream as well. Mix it well and keep it for 5 min in medium flam
Step 6
Add crumbled panner 250 gram (here I have used home made fresh paneer) and mix it well. Cook it covered for 8 to 10 min. at last kasuri methi.
Step 7
Hurray Panner Bhurji Gravy style is ready to serve.
Serve it Hot with laccha paratha or Butter roti for best taste.
