It was intimate and so tiny, they didn't even have to send out invitations. Everyone they wanted there was involved in planning it, and before Rin convinced them otherwise, it was supposed to be a court wedding and no more.

Kay and Sétanta(just turned legal age) were their witnesses to the signing, and since the judge was Kay's friend, the two managed to get first witness to their first kiss as a married couple.

After the signing, while Kay and Sétanta had turned to the exit, Arturia tugged on his wrist just gently enough. They stopped in the hallway and she brought out a small red navy blue box barely the size of her palm.

When he opened it, it was matching wedding rings. Platinum, in the traditional style, as both of them had always looked better in white-silver metals. Cú hadn't expected it, as they'd only spoken about signing, but she pulled him down and showed him their initials engraved in the inside of each band.

They'd skipped on the vows since it wasn't a church wedding anyway and as he claimed, he wasn't the best at words, so the fact that she'd still show him how much he meant to her in the form of pure rings that would never fade...that made him kiss her right then and there, a tear falling from his eye.

Their friends and family were waiting outside the court in a chaotic assortment of cars and bikes and a color scheme with no sense of coordination, and the newlywed couple was promptly escorted out of the city to a cliffside cove in a hidden beach property that looked like it had just been refurbished.

Arthur and Merlin were the only other people from Arturia's family that were there. Her FSN Found family was there though, crying. Cú brought only his brothers, his honorary brother Ferdiad, Arjuna, and Scáthach kind of just showed up.

The girls were there to dress Arturia up for the reception, trading her formal dress for a specially-made (courtesy of Medea) wedding gown of all white. And even though they were already married, Alter still quietly shed a tear, because it finally settled in that she was his and his alone. That night was the most his brothers had ever seen him smile.

The reception was uneventful in a good way. No corny messages or anything like that. The most they did was share a kiss just for show and cut the wedding cake, and the rest of the evening was just a hang-out with friends over food and alcohol.

After everyone cleaned up and went home and Cú had thrown out his suit jacket to who knows where, Arturia prepared to drive back to their shared apartment. Smirking, Cú procured a small key from his suit pocket and pressed it into her palm.

"Ya wanted a quiet place, right?"

It suddenly clicked why the reception wasn't at a wedding venue, but at a pretty house just outside the city. Arturia looked around like it was for the first time, taking in the view of the sea, the simple pieces of furniture. Shoot locations featured the most iconic and memorable sites of Saint Lucia as a backdrop, including the Piton mountains. Models were photographed enjoying the black volcanic sand beach at Anse Chastanet, the clear turquoise waters of Anse Mamin beach, the lush Toraille Waterfall and the secluded Roseau Beach with verdant banana fields in the background. These spots provided the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2019 team with opportunities to photograph models in the same uncrowded and breathtaking locations that visitors from around the world enjoy on their own Saint Lucia vacations.

One Wedding, One Destiny A Kingdom Hearts Themed Wedding July 15, 2017 Part 3: The Decor

We got married on July 15, 2017 at Paradise Cove in Orlando, Florida. It was a perfect version of our own Destiny Islands. Tall palm trees and willows cascaded over our ceremony site while it sat right on the edge of Lake Bryan.

The ceremony sign was a mirror with Kairi’s Letter on it. I wish I could say I hand wrote it but that would be a flat out lie. I actually organized the text into Photoshop and ordered it as a clear decal. The keyblade was crafted by @aimeewoodworks​ and the engraving reads:

“One Wedding, One Destiny - July 15, 2017″ Our primary wedding colors were based off the original PS2 case from the first game. But I used a lot of individual character palettes for the accents. Such as the centerpieces. Speaking of which, all of them were made by me. 

I knew from the get go, I wanted each table to represent a different world Sora, Donald and Goofy traveled to. I really wanted to encompass the idea that my guests were at that world. Our table of course, was Destiny Islands. 

I didn’t quite make it as grand as I hoped for and I did a lot of settling but in the end, I was really pleased with how it all turned out. I also hid a Trinity Mark at each table and whoever found them got to take home the centerpiece. 

The wedding favors were Paopu Fruit pins designed and provided by @alagaesha-art​ and I designed the backing cards. The cards were all lined with gold foil and really popped. The venue was only a mile from Disney World so I thought the pins were a really cute tie in.  The guest and gift tables were one of my favorite parts but unfortunately my photographer completely glossed over them. I made these clear acrylic signs the same way I did the mirror. All decals. The guestbook was a recreation of Namine’s sketchbook I commissioned from @shannondwyer​ and I had my guests take Polaroids and paste them in. We had a lot of cute props made by @thesanityclause​ and they were all in these awesome hand painted chests I made. Truthfully, I’m extremely upset they were missed because I spent so much work on them. But they’re in my archives and my guests got some shots of the table at least.
