Anyway, Roumen Antonov claims to have successfully completed the certification tests for his Rumen. Ranked in the "small series" category (less than 500 copies), the Rumen did not have recourse to a destructive crash test. On the other hand, pollution tests are an obligation. They were passed with flying colors thanks to the original PSA/Toyota powertrain. The Rumen has the 3 "legs" with 4 valves per cylinder developing 68 hp at 6000 rpm and 93 Nm of torque at 3600 rpm. Similarities:

If you have registered an account on the RLink X7 or other devices of TOPDON, you can directly log in.
If you don’t have a TOPDON account, you need to register one.
Click “Account & Password” and “Register”
Input the personal info to complete the registration as follows:
Available email address+ verification code (get from your email) + password
Read the User Agreement and Privacy Policy carefully and tick the Accept box
Click SIGN UP
After the registration is successful, it will jump to the login page.
3.Bind and activate Rlink X7 J2534
Log into the RLink Platform with the account and password you registered
Connect the Rlink J2534 to a PC via the USB type C port.
Then the device information will appear on the screen.
You can check the device serial number, version information, and upgrade the firmware.
Click User info on the top left.
Click Register Device>> Bind and Activate

Automotive: Stellantis and Orano join forces in battery recycling
The car manufacturer and the nuclear specialist will create a joint venture aimed at recovering waste from used vehicle batteries and gigafactories.
Orano takes another step towards the automotive sector. This Tuesday, the nuclear specialist announced an agreement with Stellantis[1] “aimed at creating a joint venture specializing in the recycling of end-of-life vehicle batteries and production waste from gigafactories” in Europe and North America.
This new entity must rely on an “innovative low-carbon process” developed by Orano[2], “enabling on the one hand the recovery of all the components of lithium-ion batteries and on the other hand the manufacture of new materials for the cathodes”. It will also make it possible to produce “black mass”, a powder of lithium, cobalt and nickel.[3]
Production launched in early 2026
The elements thus upgraded should enable Stellantis “to consolidate its position in the battery value chain by securing additional supply […] necessary for the electrification of the sector and the energy transition”. The manufacturer also ensures that it complies with the European Union's 2031 batteries’ directive, which provides for the use of recycled materials, in a circular economy approach.
“We are delighted with this partnership concluded with a major player such as Stellantis and to be able to work together on the recycling of used electric batteries,” said Guillaume Dureau, director in particular responsible for Innovation, R&D and batteries at Orano. Production is scheduled to start in early 2026 and will reuse the automaker’s “existing infrastructure and resources.”
This agreement is not Orano's first foray into electric battery recycling[4]. In May, the group announced an agreement to create two joint ventures in Dunkirk with the Chinese company XTC[5], specializing in the production of materials for batteries. Formalized by French president Emmanuel Macron during a trip to the North, of the country this project is estimated at 1.5 billion euros and should create around 1,700 jobs.

A 2023 Renault Trafic Van Review
The upgrade Renault Trafic for sale - what’s new inside and outside, but also what improvements to the safety equipment were made?
The Trafic competes against the likes of the Ford Transit Custom and the Volkswagen Transporter. It was previously updated in 2019 when the original 1.6-litre engines were replaced by the new 2.0-litre turbodiesels that form the basis of the current range. These offer up to 170hp and the option of an appealing six-speed automatic gearbox.
What's new for the Renault Trafic?
The front of the New Trafic – as Renault is calling it – is ‘completely new’. Alongside that big grille, there is fully LED lighting with Renault’s signature C-shaped daytime running lights, and beneath it, there’s a redesigned front bumper, described as ‘elegant and dynamic’.
There are no changes at the rear, but as before, the updated Trafic comes in two lengths and two roof heights. The trim structure has been revised a couple of times.
On the inside, there’s a new dashboard with an emphasis on horizontal lines, better-quality door panels with wider armrests, a new gear lever and a new instrument panel. Infotainment options are brought bang up-to-date with Renault's car range, which also lends the Trafic a number of interior trim parts.
Much safer than before
Most significantly of all, however, the prior version of the Renault Trafic was heavily criticised by the Euro NCAP crash safety body because of its lack of an active safety kit – to the extent that it was actually ‘not recommended’.
This updated Trafic has taken serious steps towards correcting this and is now available with a substantial number of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including autonomous emergency braking (which Renault refers to as active emergency braking).
Renault Trafic strengths and weaknesses
Strengths include the impressively comfortable and car-like driving experience, good real-world fuel economy, and the joint-longest loading length in the mid-size van sector, alongside its sister van the Nissan NV300. This is essentially the same as the Trafic (and built by Renault), though the Nissan comes with a five-year warranty as standard.
Up until 2019, the Vauxhall Vivaro was also based on the Renault Trafic (though built in Luton rather than France). But with a change of ownership making the British brand part of the former Peugeot-Citroen PSA Group (now renamed Stellantis) a newer Vivaro has been launched based on the same platform as the Citroen Dispatch, Peugeot Expert and Toyota Proace. This was also true for the Fiat Talento, but the same happened in 2021 as Fiat also joined the Stellantis group.
In terms of weaknesses, you will find that many rivals are available with higher payload ratings. And as we've mentioned, older versions didn't have the greatest safety rating.
Renault Trafic body styles and variants
The Trafic comes in two lengths and two roof heights, making a total of four body variants.
It’s also sold as a panel van, a crew van (with second row of seats) and as the Trafic Passenger, essentially a compact minibus with up to nine seats. A platform cab for conversions is also available, as well as a 'luxury' passenger carrier called the SpaceClass, which competes against the Volkswagen Multivan.
A load-through flap in the bulkhead means items such as pipes up to 4.15m in length can be accommodated. This is fitted as standard on most models.

Verdict: Is the Renault Trafic any good?
The Renault Trafic is a good choice for a medium van if you don’t need the highest possible payload ratings. The latest version looks sharp, offers a safety kit that's right at the top of the class, and has a broader range of engines, all of which meet the very latest Euro 6 emissions regulations. The 2022-onwards interior is a big improvement, too.

Multi Prog Programmer offers a wide range of Renault ECUs incl. Continental SID301, SID205, SID306, SID309, EMS3134, S3000, and Modules-XC164CS, while FC200 has a shorter list of supported Renault ECUs and doesn’t support the ECU models just mentioned on Multi-prog.
Mazda/Honda/Toyota ECUs
Both programmers offer similar support with no notable differences.
Nissan ECU
Multi Prog excels in supporting Nissan ECUs due to its compatibility with Renault engines. It also supports a few Denso generation ECUs like Denso D3, D40, 23740_3Nxxx Gen1, 23740_5Sxxx Gen2, 23740_5Sxxx Gen3, and SID305/309/310 that are not available on the FC200.
Kia/Hyundai ECU
Both programmers have the same ECU type. The only difference is that CG FC200 supports SIM2K_240 ECU which the Multi Prog doesn’t support.
Ford ECU
The four types of ECUs named DCM3.5, DCM6.1, SID209, and Bosch DCU17PC43 are available on the Multi Prog, but not available on FC200.
GM Cadillac and Chevrolet ECU
There are no notable differences between the two programmers.
GM Chrysler ECU
CG FC200 has more ECU types like Continental GPEC2 MPC5566, GPEC2A SPC5674, GPEC3 SPC5674, All Getrag_MOS6 TC1766, Bosch EDC17C49 TC1797, ME2.8.1 ST10C167, ZF 8HP SH725xx, ZF 9HP TC1782 while Multi Prog does not have.

VAG TCU
FC200 supports ZF-8HP gearboxes (8HP50, 8HP70, 8HP75, 8HP90), while the VVDI Multi-Prog supports DQ380, DQ381, DQ500, DQ501Gen2, VL381, 8HP45/55/65 TCUs. They cover different TCUs, with the Multi Prog offering support for more DQ TCUs.
BMW TCU
Both programmers offer similar support.
But FC200 supports GETRAG_7DCT300 while Multi Prog supports GETRAG_DKG436/gen1 and GETRAG_DKG436/gen2.
PSA TCU
FC200 supports ZF-9HP TCU, but Multi Prog does not.
Multi –Prog supports GETRAG-SPS6 and GETRAG-W6DGA while FC200 doesn’t.
6.Script Function Comparison
VVDI Multi Prog offers a unique script function, allowing users to create their own scripts. This is a significant advantage and provides greater flexibility. Xhorse also plans to add built-in scripts in future updates.
7.Subscription Fee and Updates Comparison
Multi Prog does not require a subscription fee and offers lifetime free updates, making it a cost-effective option.
CG FC200 supports free update online for one year. The annual fee will be €200/year after the first year.
8.VAG MQB48 NEC35XX Immobilizer Data Comparison
Both ECU programmers can read VAG MQB48 NEC35XX immo data and correct mileage.
In summary:
Xhorse Multi-Prog ECU Programmer is the best especially when you have an option of reading chips and MCU's and also be able to read IMMO data. But a great advantage for FC200 for Mercedes-Benz. The VGS-NAG3 9G Tronic that VVDI Multiprog doesn't have. It is recommended to have both tools on hand if you have sufficient budget.
