Me when I redesign a character from a shitty reboot of a beloved franchise

Look up his original design at your own risk, I didn't reference it at all in the creation of his new form LMAO

(You can catch his characterization and stuff in my fanfic, XXY! It's a slice of life/action story with PPG/RRB pairings (though besides the Blues it takes a while to build up for the rest), fix-it characterizations of the Boys because their canon selves are admittedly BORING AF, and fix-its of a handful of 2016 reboot characters I hand-selected that had a solid concept but obviously meh to bad execution)

Blisstina Redesign

Honestly I just wanna rewrite Bliss from the ground up.

she's the result of the final Powerpuff Xtreme's battle, a new creation from the conglomeration of parts and ingredients, recovered from Dick Hardly' destroyed factory by Agent Honeydew

less stable than the original PPGs but way more stable than the Xtreme's with the help of technicalogical enhancements as well as Honeydew's training

Special Power: Telekinesis (limited), Telepathy

Initially has a VERY awkward relationship with the Girls and the Professor bc she remembers the final fight between the Xtremes and Hardly, but things eventually smooth over

I know that it may seem that I complain a lot on my blog, but I wanted to post about a rare Powerpuff merch W! 💖

I was looking at ThankYouMart’s website and found a bunch of Powerpuff Girls merchandise that I hadn’t known about until now (…and most of it is sold out so I wish I had known about it sooner 😤). I’m not sure if I’ve seen this particular white logo being used on merchandise before… but I actually kinda like it!

I like that it isn’t really being written in the weak, bubbly baby letters that the reboot’s logo had. It’s a rounded sans serif font that’s clean, modern, and bold, while also being strong, stable, and youthful without being overly infantile. It works really well with the girls’ round designs and the simplicity of the packaging.

Honestly, if that became the new official logo design, I wouldn’t be upset. Including the stars from the original logo would be a nice touch though!
