i know the pjo tv show is beyond help aside from the lovely main cast but it irritates me to no end when they add in useless side characters while deeply struggling to properly characterize their most important ones. alison my ass, chris rodriguez is RIGHT THERE. solely focus on that, if at all. given how short these episodes are and the resulting shallowness of some of most pivotal scenes, dishing out screen time like oprah to a bunch of nobody characters is not going to elevate the show in any way, shape, or form. deviating from the text-established percy-centric narrative and introducing additional plot points to some behind-the-scenes luke narrative when they miss the mark on the main storyline is just yet another distraction and waste of energy on everyone’s part

Exciting news! but I'm also a little confused...

Wasn't Chris Rodriguez already a character in Season one? Luke's friend in the second episode? Is that actor being replaced?

Also, I had genuinely assumed the whole "Allison" thing was a rumor from overly enthusiastic show fans that didn't know how to fact-check. But now that I know she's real, I'm really curious what place she'll have in the story.

Finally, Rosemarie Dewitt seems like she'll be great for Circe. I watched her in the latest season of the Boys, and she'll definitely give that warm, motherly energy that will draw Annabeth in.

I seen a lot of people argue at Percy is too smart in the show but One, Sally Jackson used Greek myths as bedtime stories, she took him to museums, she did her best to teach him about the God's and monster's that were gonna come to hurt him, was he ment to not learn anything? And Two, Perseus Jackson isn't an idiot! The books are from HIS point of view and he's is an unreliable narrator that THINKS he's an idiot. He's not ACTUALLY an idiot.
