What if, the image that Percy sees in the mirror, the “cooler” version of himself, is like book accurate Percy. I just think that would be such a funny, messed up little Easter egg.

Ares cabin are the people new campers expect to say shit like "is it the time of the month?" when try see a girl mad

In reality they are the ones who will beat you up if they hear you say that, and there's a reason for that.

Many many years ago there was an incident that older campers still tell to the newcomers like a boogeyman story.

The counselor for ares at the time was 16 and incompetent. Clarrise was 10 and angry. She was the first girl in the ares cabin in 30 years and the guy had no experience with girls, so his first idea of interaction was to tell her to calm down and if she's on her period to go and wait it out, Clarrise’s reaction was.... Unexpected.

She kicked him in between the legs, hit his head against the wall a few times, grabbed him by his hair and proceeded to drag him through camp to the big house where she threw him at Mr.D’s feet and told him to explain to “that sexist excuse for a child of ares how women's bodies work” or she would “sacrifice him in the most brutal way possible in the middle of the dining pavilion.”

The guy apologized to her later and was the first person in the cabin she actually befriended.

As season two of Percy Jackson is approaching, I just wanna make a PSA to fans:

Avoid shipping the actors with each other, even if their characters are shipped, or at least just don’t ship them to the point of discomfort. Whether it’s Walker and Leah or any other set of actors, please refrain from making the actors uncomfortable.

1. They are not adults

2. They are not their characters, they are their own people with their own choices.

Let’s keep this fandom a safe and fun place for the fans and the actors both!

Since I know people are gonna be hating on Tamara using her British accent for Thalia I just wanted to say that to me it totally makes sense. Her name is literally Thalia, she’s got the punk rock aesthetic and all that very much fits with 2000s Britain. Punk even started in the UK. And it’s just cool and feels very “daughter of Zeus” and powerful. Tamara’s specific British accent is so good too, and it’ll make Thalia and Percy’s bickering SO iconic. I for one would love if kids years from now are walking around speaking in a British accent saying they’re pretending to be Thalia like c’mon. It’s not a big deal and it’s honestly a cool detail.

Rereading the sea of monsters book for the first time in years and I feel like I need to make something clear. Annabeth didn’t send Percy a physical photo of her. She emailed Percy a photo and HE PRINTED IT OUT to keep with him!

There was never a Percabeth Slowburn babes, Percy was just that oblivious!
