How to fix Launch X431 V+/ X431 Pro3S+ “Device is corrupt and Not Boot” Error?
How to solve Launch X431 V+ or X431 Pro3S+ appearing the error “Your device is corrupt. It can’t be trusted and will not boot”?
Don’t worry! Try to reflash the firmware to fix the problem.
1.Download reflash files
QUD.WIN.1.1 Installer-10040.5.zip
QPST.WIN.2.7 Installer-00447.3.zip
emmc_appsboot_printlog_and_repair.mbn
2.Reflash x431 Lenovo Android tablet with 2 steps below.
Step 1: Use Qfil to flash into the special aboot.img
Step 2: Use Qfil to reflash back to the default setting
Step 1: Use Qfil to flash into the special aboot.img
1.Prepare the special aboot.img: download the above emmc_appsboot_printlog_and_repair.mbn
2.Prepare X431 Android tablet, i.e WIFI PRC TB-X605FC_S000078_200119_PRC
3.Open Qfil, load software TB-X605FC_S000078_200119_PRC’
4.Turn off tablet. Press power key and plug in USB cable at the same time, machine will enter EDL, and Qfil will recognize port 9008
5.Press Tools tab>> Partition Manager, and press “OK”
6.In the partition list, find “aboot” line and right-click it to select “Manage Partition Data”
7.Tap “Load Image”
8.Upload aboot image emmc_appsboot_printlog_and_repair.mbn downloaded above
9.Reflashing device in process. Click Close>> Close>> OK, the tablet will restart.
Step 2: Use Qfil to reflash back to the default setting
Turn off Launch X431 tablet, press and hold the volume up button and plug in the usb cable at the same time.
Make the device enter 9008 mode again.
Use Qfil to reflash into the default setting.
NOTE:
The solution to fix PBM partition data errors has been completed.
If your x431 tablet fails to start after the first step of reflashing into the special aboot operation, please send the machine back to your dealer for repair.

There is much research, studies being conducted around ways AI can be used in the medical and healthcare industry. Some of the studies and implementations are in the area of diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
There have been multiple attempts and experiments to implement AI in diagnostics and treatment of diseases. Not many were actually adopted in clinical practice, instead, they were used to assist the human practitioner/diagnosticians also some were implemented to improve medical workflows and record systems or applications. IBM Watson cancer diagnosis and treatment received attention and is progressing as well.
There have been cases where people believe that the overall implementation did not provide expected results and we are sure that the required changes in the overall process are being looked into and the solution will evolve out of the continuous development.
From various labs and experiments, we do get information that a certain approach developed using AI is likely to provide better diagnostic capabilities than human. Rule-based or algorithm-based systems are dependent on the data set, training – these sometimes may be difficult to maintain because knowledge changes, systems are often not able to handle the massive data based on various aspects of human life and health e.g. metabolic, genomic, etc. Various start-ups and technology firms are working towards resolution of some of the issues. The following are some of the examples in addition to IBM Watson.

Peter Neupert started at Microsoft in the 1990s and late came back for a second stint to launch a health group.
When he was taking the CEO job of Drugstore.com in 1998, he spent a few days shadowing Jeff Bezos, who helped recruit him for the position.
One thing he learned from Bezos is that data matters more than opinions.
Jeff Bezos’ ambitions in health care are no longer a secret.
Between the Haven partnership with J.P. Morgan Chase and Berkshire Hathaway, his company’s stealthy work in cancer research, investments in health clinics for employees and last year’s $753 million purchase of online drug seller PillPack, the Amazon CEO is openly taking on the $3.5 trillion health-care industry.
While most of those developments are very recent, Bezos has had his eyes on this market for over two decades. Nobody knows that better than Peter Neupert, who became CEO of online pharmacy Drugstore.com in 1998, after Bezos recruited him for the job in tandem with Amazon’s investment in the company.
It was the beginning of a long relationship between the two and their effort to apply emerging technologies to life sciences. Neupert went on to Microsoft, his second stint at the company, where he led a new health solutions group. He left in 2012 and has since been a sought-after adviser for hospitals, biotech companies and start-ups.
“People are often approaching me for solutions,” Neupert, 63, told CNBC in a recent interview. “What I tell them is I don’t always have the right answers, but I do have a lot of scars and I’m happy to share those.”
Bezos stepped off Drugstore’s board in 2001, and Neupert left the company three years later. But they’re both engaged, more than ever before, in advancing health care.
Amazon is hiring aggressively at PillPack to become a major player in prescription delivery and is exploring a host of efforts to bring down the cost of care. Neupert is on the board of medical lab company LabCorp, as well as Adaptive Biotechnologies, which recently went public, and a couple early-stage ventures. He’s also on the board of trustees at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
Meanwhile, Amazon is still a big part of Neupert’s life in other ways – he has two kids and a son-in-law who work at the company’s headquarters in Seattle. That’s where it all started for him 21 years ago.

Jumping to a dot-com
Neupert was working for Bill Gates at Microsoft, where he’d launched the MSNBC network as a joint venture with NBC. He was approached by John Doerr of venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins about a new start-up that aimed to sell prescription medicines, beauty products and over-the-counter drugs online. Doerr, an early Amazon investor and board member at the time, brought Bezos along for the recruiting meeting.
“They were looking for someone who could take a 10-page business plan and turn it into a real business at a time when everyone was starting companies,” Neupert recalled.
Leaving was a tough call. Microsoft was on a tear and would soon surpass General Electric as the world’s most valuable company, while Drugstore was an idea on a whiteboard backed by a cash-burning dot-com darling.
So Neupert asked if he could shadow Bezos for a few days, following him around for conversations with board members, staff meetings and conference calls. Bezos agreed, and Neupert took the job. From a short time observing Bezos, he learned something that was fundamentally different at Amazon than at Microsoft.
“I learned quickly from those days that opinions don’t matter,” Neupert said. “Data matters.”
Bezos talked about A/B testing (comparing two versions of a design or project), rapid customer feedback and the importance of experimenting and failing.
In April 1999, two months after Drugstore announced the investment from Amazon and Kleiner Perkins, Bezos and Neupert appeared together on Charlie Rose. The host asked Neupert why a consumer would rather buy from Drugstore than their local pharmacy.

‘Nobody likes to browse the Preparation H aisle’
“They don’t like waiting in line for the pharmacist up behind the glass counter,” Neupert said. “They don’t like shopping in public for very private things.”
Bezos chimed in to say, “browsing for books is fun but nobody likes to browse the Preparation H aisle.” That was followed by a momentary pause and then Bezos’s signature – some say maniacal – laugh.
Drugstore survived the dot-com bust but struggled to grow in an extremely fragmented business. Neupert left in 2004, five years before Walgreens bought the company for over $400 million and ultimately shut it down.
Along the way, Amazon learned some key lessons that would benefit the company as it pursued a deal with PillPack many years later. One big realization was that the established pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), the industry middlemen, would go to great lengths to protect the status quo.
Drugstore was shut out of the pharmacy business by Medco Health Solutions, one of the largest PBMs at the time, which meant it had no real way of selling prescription drugs. PillPack more recently experienced similar resistance from Express Scripts.
Over time, Neupert saw glimmers of Bezos’s ruthless style, which investors and analysts have said is a primary driver to his success. During the dot-com crash, for example, Amazon stopped giving away its email marketing access list to Drugstore and start charging for it.
“He did what was the best thing for Amazon,” Neupert said. “I didn’t like it at the time, but I ultimately respected it.”

Second act at Microsoft
After leaving Drugstore in 2004, Neupert wasn’t quite ready to give up on health care.
Over the following months, he spent some time in Washington, D.C., paying close attention to regulators and pharmacy lobbyists. He observed how the major players had their own entrenched interests, which created a big problem for medical software.
Record-keeping inside large hospitals and doctor’s offices was still run on a combination of paper and homegrown systems. Electronic medical records systems were emerging but only a few large health systems, like Kaiser Permanente, were starting to shift over to vendors such as Epic Systems. So much critical data was siloed.
“It struck me that a few thousand people die every year because of adverse drug events, and a lot of that was down to a failure of systems engineering and software design,” Neupert said.
That thinking brought Neupert back to Microsoft, where he saw an opportunity to build a business to help the health-care system with that problem. He kick-started a health unit, launching a product called HealthVault for consumers and health providers to aggregate medical information. One former Microsoft Health colleague, Sean Nolan, said the mission was ambitious and ahead of its time.
“Peter was always drawn to big ideas,” Nolan told CNBC. “And he was never scared of challenging conventional wisdom.”

While it’s still working on that mission today under corporate vice president Peter Lee, the consumer part of the equation failed to get much traction. Microsoft announced in April that it will shut HealthVault later this year. Lee said there are 72 projects he inherited from Neupert.
“It’s remarkable how much energy he injected into the health-care space that really never left,” Lee said, in an interview. “It ranges from synthetic biology to radiology imaging. It was comprehensive. It’s surprising to me how much stuff Peter got started.”
Since leaving Microsoft in 2012, Neupert has advised numerous other health-tech companies. And he’s watching from the outside as Amazon battles the industry incumbents.
“Bezos deeply understands pharmacy and all its complexities,” Neupert said.
When he’s not sitting on boards, cycling or spending time with family, Neupert is often sharing advice with entrepreneurs.
One thing he learned from Bezos is to write down your plan or approach to the market in a document and not in a bullet-pointed presentation, because complete sentences and paragraphs don’t leave much room for assumptions and interpretations.
“In rapidly growing companies, this is essential for folks to stay on the same page,” he said.

‘Engage the regulators early’
He encourages entrepreneurs to be bolder and take more risks. In health care, that means not just developing software but also doing the hard work of providing insurance, improving outcomes and cutting down on costs.
“Over the years, I’ve concluded that it’s really hard to make money by just selling software to the health-care system in the United States,” Neupert said. “You have to be in the delivery side of the business, too.”
A final lesson he shared is one that, as a technologist, seems counterintuitive and took him a long time to learn. And that’s to reach out to regulators early on.
“Engage the regulators early if you are doing something they haven’t seen before,” he said. “It will save you grief later.”

The New Pharmacy Trade (CERN, MDRX, RXMD, RAD)
The stock market may be a bubble at this point, and investors may need to look for countercyclical or noncyclical stocks to own to weather a pullback without losing ground – and maybe taking advantage of some fresh momentum that could come from that rotation process. One of the most interesting areas of the market for such a positioning strategy could be the pharmacy services space, where one has access to a lack of cyclicality while also benefitting from growth in services arising from increasing technology integration (think: telehealth and telemedicine) and a key role in the battle against COVID-19. With that said, here are some of the most interesting names in the space: Cerner Corporation (NASDAQ:CERN), Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc (NASDAQ:MDRX), Progressive Care Inc. (OTCMKTS:RXMD), and Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE:RAD). Cerner Corporation (NASDAQ:CERN) frames itself as a company that provides health care information technology solutions and tech-enabled services in the United States and internationally. The company offers Cerner Millennium architecture, a person-centric computing framework, which includes clinical, financial, and management information systems that allow providers to access an individual's electronic health record (EHR) at the point of care, and organizes and delivers information for physicians, nurses, laboratory technicians, pharmacists, front- and back-office professionals, and consumers. It also provides HealtheIntent platform, a cloud-based platform to aggregate, transform, and reconcile data across the continuum of care; and CareAware, an EHR agnostic platform that facilitates connectivity of health care devices to EHRs. In addition, the company offers a portfolio of clinical and financial health care information technology solutions, as well as departmental, connectivity, population health, and care coordination solutions. Further, it provides tech-enabled services, such as implementation and training, remote hosting, operational management services, revenue cycle services, support and maintenance, health care data analysis, clinical process optimization, transaction processing, employer health centers, employee wellness programs, and third-party administrator services; and complementary hardware and devices for third parties. Cerner Corporation (NASDAQ:CERN) recently announced that Jerome Labat has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With more than 30 years�� experience in technology and product development leadership at other global Fortune 500 companies, including Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. (HPE) and Oracle, Labat brings extensive experience in cloud automation, product portfolio strategy, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) deployment and other critical engineering expertise that are well aligned with Cerner’s technology strategy. It will be interesting to see if the stock can break out of its recent sideways action. Over the past week, the stock is net flat, and looking for something new to spark things. Shares of the stock have powered higher over the past month, rallying roughly 5% in that time on strong overall action. Cerner Corporation (NASDAQ:CERN) managed to rope in revenues totaling $1.4B in overall sales during the company's most recently reported quarterly financial data -- a figure that represents a rate of top line growth of 1.6%, as compared to year-ago data in comparable terms. In addition, the company is battling some balance sheet hurdles, with cash levels struggling to keep up with current liabilities ($398.8M against $1B, respectively). Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc (NASDAQ:MDRX) bills itself as a company that provides information technology solutions and services to healthcare organizations in the United States, Canada, and internationally. The company also just announced a new deal with MSFT that we will cover below. MDRX offers electronic health records (EHR), connectivity, private cloud hosting, outsourcing, analytics, patient engagement, clinical decision support, and population health management solutions. The company operates in two segments, Clinical and Financial Solutions and Population Health. Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc (NASDAQ:MDRX) just put out a release noting that the company and its clients have taken significant actions to ensure effective care delivery in the communities they serve. With unwavering dedication to patient health, caregivers from both large hospital systems and independent physician practices around the world continue to excel in the face of the unprecedented crisis to help manage their patients and combat the spread of the virus. New York State’s largest health system and longtime Allscripts partner, Northwell Health, was at the epicenter of the outbreak in its initial stages. The system is powered by more than 72,000 clinicians and administrators, and many of its facilities use the Sunrise electronic health record to treat patients and analyze data to identify trends to help improve patient outcomes amidst the pandemic. It will be interesting to see if the stock can break out of its recent sideways action. Over the past week, the stock is net flat, and looking for something new to spark things. Shares of the stock have powered higher over the past month, rallying roughly 8% in that time on strong overall action. Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc (NASDAQ:MDRX) generated sales of $416.7M, according to information released in the company's most recent quarterly financial report. That adds up to a sequential quarter-over-quarter growth rate of -7.6% on the top line. In addition, the company is battling some balance sheet hurdles, with cash levels struggling to keep up with current liabilities ($212.1M against $1.2B, respectively). Progressive Care Inc (OTCMKTS:RXMD) is “a personalized healthcare services and technology company”. It operates a number of pharmacies under the PharmCo RX brand and has an integrated technology, data analytics, testing, and patient management system, along with ecommerce and same-day delivery of prescriptions and products. The company has been benefitting from a surge in demand for its rapid-results antibody test kits (COVID-19 IgG/IgM) registered through the FDA under its Emergency Use Authorization guidelines for conducting SARS-CoV-2 antibody presence and COVID-19 infection diagnosis testing. The company has put up impressive numbers, with consolidated monthly gross sales across all locations during May totaling $3 million, representing year-over-year growth of 67%. It was 54% the month before, and 105% in March. And it was even better before the pandemic hit. Progressive Care Inc (OTCMKTS:RXMD) has been working towards integrating a strong technology services model to bring more scalability into the picture ahead of a coming uplist onto the Nasdaq exchange. As a case in point, the company just announced the launch of “ClearMetrX”, the Company’s first wholly-owned data analytics company with services designed to support health care organizations across the country. The idea to consolidate data analytics and reporting services in a separate, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company is based on the Company’s evaluation of the data analytics and reporting tools in current pharmacy operations. Over the past 9 months, the Company has generated over $250,000 in data management fees with gross margins exceeding 80%. By creating a separate entity for these services, the programs can be delivered nationwide without the competitive pressures associated with pharmacy. The new subsidiary will focus on providing insights, data security, and technological development. The Company plans to transition data service customers from the pharmacies to the ClearMetrX platform to better scale the products and improve the capabilities of existing analytics options. If you're long this stock, then you're liking how the stock has responded to the announcement. RXMD shares have been moving higher over the past week overall, pushing about 18% to the upside on above average trading volume. Progressive Care Inc (OTCMKTS:RXMD) generated sales of $9.1M, according to information released in the company's most recent quarterly financial report. That adds up to a monthly year-over-year growth rate of 62% on the top line as of the Company’s last monthly performance update. Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE:RAD) operates a chain of retail drugstores in the United States. The company operates through two segments, Retail Pharmacy and Pharmacy Services. The Retail Pharmacy segment sells prescription drugs and an assortment of other merchandise, including over-the-counter medications, health and beauty aids, personal care items, cosmetics, household items, food and beverages, greeting cards, seasonal merchandise, and other every day and convenience products. It also operates retail clinics that provide treatment for common conditions; and provides preventative services, such as screenings, medical tests, immunizations, and basic physical exams. In addition, this segment offers healthcare coaching and disease management services. The Pharmacy Services segment provides pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services and a range of pharmacy-related services. This segment also performs prescription adjudication services for other PBMs; and offers integrated mail-order and specialty pharmacy services, as well as drug benefits under the federal government's Medicare Part D program. Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE:RAD) continues to follow CDC guidance to ensure safety of customers and associates With COVID-19 cases rising and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) urging widespread adoption of face coverings, Rite Aid will require customers to wear face coverings in all locations effective Tuesday, July 21. If a customer does not have a face covering, Rite Aid will provide one free of charge. Even in light of this news, RAD has had a rough past week of trading action, with shares sinking something like -5% in that time. That said, chart support is nearby and we may be in the process of constructing a nice setup for some movement back the other way. Shares of the stock have powered higher over the past month, rallying roughly 21% in that time on strong overall action. AMA and United Healthcare Combine Efforts to Once Again To Push CMS To Institute Algorithmic and ICD Coding To Rip Off Patients/Deny Access–It’s the Next Chapter of Excess Scoring in the US To Keeps Inequality/Segmentation Rolling
If you have not seen the latest with these two, take a look at to how they want to use segmentation for profit. It is so much of a "One Trick Algo” World out there anymore, the can’t hardly create enough bullshit commentary to cover up what’s really going on. These two have been doing stuff like this for years, as I’ve written about a lot of it during the active years of my blog. Way back in the early days of small developers creating EMRs before the government got involved, there were many of us that just sat back and wondered why the AMA always showed full on preference for anything United Healthcare (namely the Ingenix subsidiary which was being run by former CMS director Andy Slavitt at the time) came out with. It just went on and on and you too can search in the web’s archives and find a lot of it, as well as just searching my blog for that matter. AMA has been making money selling Ingenix (now Optum) coding books forever on their site. Here’s a link from 2010 below as an example of the cushy AMA/UNH relationship over the years. Doctors, nurses alike think the the AMA and United Healthcare are out of their minds and can see especially with Part D, its a way to lop on more risk so UNH can bill the government more money, called RISK FIDDLING. So get a load of this nonsense on how the AMA and United Healthcare want to code you, so they can use the result sin run you through a ton of other data bases to deny or allow access. That’s what this is all about if you haven’t figured it out yet. You should also know that once you get coded or tagged with this nonsense coding and US caste system type of scores, that it never comes off. You will be stuck with one of these balls and chains forever, so hey WTF, let’s score everyone with Z60.82 for Inadequate social interactions. This is such a piss poor model that I bet even the Quants that created it must be cringing, you know they don’t have to like or believe all the crap their employers want them to do but they have families to feed.
You are already getting the crap scored out of you every time you fill a prescription, and yes it’s the PBMS using this scoring system that was created with Ingenix algorithms that were sold to Express Scripts in 2010, yeah another Andy Slavitt algo game for cash, as UNH made him and his former partner, Senator Warren’s daughter, Amelia quite wealthy in 1999 when UNH bought their company, which was basically nothing more than a script discount operation and they made money from the PBMs. So here’s how the pharmacists are directed to “score” you or they can lose their jobs. Patients Who Pay “Cash” When Filling Prescriptions Are Now Called “Outliers, Pharmacists Required to Fix Outliers as They Show Up As Non Medication Adherence Compliant With 5 Star Systems Full of Flawed Data… The bottom line here is that the AMA and United Healthcare are making complete fools of everyone thinking that some brainchild coding is going to change anything, as it won’t, it will more than likely end up costing more money as of course it will end up requiring software updates, right…LOL…and the AMA will get paid royalties for creating new CPT codes that will have to go along to match the ICD diagnosis codes so doctors can get paid to throw you under the Bad Algo Coding bus where you will not only see potential limitations in care today, but this will follow you forever and make it harder for you to jump through more algorithmic hoops that the Quants will model. We need to index and license ALL data sellers so we can get an idea of what’s really going on in the black box scoring algorithms executing code unknown everyday, and remember we just see the front ends so remember there’s a whole other reality in how those algos collect your data, score you, screw you, etc. for the sake of corporate profits. “One Trick Algo World” Needs to be Licensed and Indexed–Spurious Correlations “For Profit” Are Out of Control
