No because what ELSE was “And…I don’t know. I mean, you know, there’s – there’s things, there’s…people, feelings that I-I-I want to experience differently than I have before, or maybe even for the first time” supposed to mean.
How else can that be taken.

"The Beatles were first to use a sitar on Norwegian Wood, but its function was almost decorative; it was played as an acoustic instrument, like a harpsichord accompaniment. Brian's attack on the sitar was innovative. His playing was more percussive than melodic, sharper and treble, exploiting its tonal range in a way George Harrison's respectful treatment did not begin to explore. Brian's innovation was to integrate the sitar in the total sound of Paint It Black. He gave the sitar a rock inflection with a shrill, metallic twangy timbre that was closer to an electric guitar than to an exotic stringed instrument. There is nothing remotely quaint in Brian's exploitation of the sitar as a rock device; it fit naturally into the sound with the ease the Hawaiian guitar incorporated as pedal steel into country music or of eccentric Caribbean tunings adopted by Delta blues."
From The Rolling Stones: The First Twenty Years, written and edited by David Dolton. Photo by Dennis Hopper.
